Went in for a recall on the brake sensor at the brake pedal in my mothers 2007 Kia Sorento. Her brake lights stopped working is why we looked up the recall online. We did not receive a letter. The mechanic in charge took my number and told me he would call after my recall was finished. When the mechanic called he told me that the recall was finished but the brake lights still did not work. He proceeded to tell me that for $118.00 he could LOOK and see what the issue was. NOT fix it, Just LOOK. We went to AutoZone and bought the very same part, for $12.00, that he was supposed to replace in the recall and installed it on the vehicle at home. The brake lights now work. Why would you send a customer back out without brake lights especially when the part in question is under RECALL?????????

At the end of the day, everyone has this negative connotation about car salesman because it’s what people say, right? Well, Christian Norman makes you forget that stereotype from the moment you walk in. Never have I felt like someone made such an individual difference in an otherwise stressful decision than I did working with Christian. And I guess that’s why a lot of the time we don’t like people that are selling us something, even when it is something you need - like a car. Christian provided the tone for what we were actually doing, which was working together - a symbiotic relationship between buyer and seller. I know this probably seems like an over-the-top review, but that’s because it is. Buying a car can feel stressful. I had my 13 month old with me - even he liked the place! I feel like he (my son) was throwing his Cheerios and apples along the way so that he can eventually use them as a trail to find his way back
