So I must admit the sales service was great. However, 3 weeks after, I experienced a leak in my tire and decided to bring it to Baker Motor for service. I was told I had a nail in my tire on the side where is was not repairable and that a new tire would have to be installed. Understandable, however, I knew the service would be a bit more expensive than usual with them, so I opted to go to nearby shop to get the new tire and have it installed instead. I found out that the nail was actually IN THE MIDDLE of my tire and ABSOLUTELY repairable, as the mechanic was able to show me exactly where the nail was located and I couldn't believe it. Baker Motor's service department was going to charge me nearly $400 for a new tire and installation when all I needed was a patch that was done for free at the shop I visited. I didn't bother to ask the service adviser to see where the nail was at Baker, as I never thought someone would mislead me about such a thing.Good thing I took my time with this decision. My advice, if you can and it doesn't void your warranty, get a second opinion before getting any service done here. It is insane to think that I am not even able to trust a service department concerning a simple tire repair. It's honestly scary.

I was browsing the market for a new car. I went to Baker and was approached by Lee Yeager. I dread car shopping as most car salespeople are so PUSHY. Lee was not pushy at all, very knowledgeable about his cars. I will return to Baker to make my final purchase that is for sure.Thanks Mr. Lee for this pleasant experience.

I always come here for service. The lady in the vehicle loaner department was genuinely not nice. She tried with her cheap smile, but it soon ended in her asking me if I knew how to operate the 2018 c300 and if I had full coverage on my vehicle. I don't know what her issue was that day. It's not even a decent car can't wait to get my 15 cla45 amg back, tear.

Having always wanted to own a Mercedes Benz was something I put off for kids, college tuition and other "things" that just seem to get in the way. Finally taking the plunge, my son "dragged" me to Baker Mercedes Benz in West Ashley to just "take a look". To my total surprise, the year, model and make just happened to have been returned from a lease. My introduction to this fine automobile was from Roland Ramirez who insisted I take the car for a ride. Roland took the back seat given the fact that my son claimed "shotgun" before we got in. Roland then proceeded to tell me about all the features of the car, from safety, convenience and the "Mercedes Mindset". It only took me a short ride to make up my mind about this car. Upon returning I insisted I needed to speak with my "boss" and have her take a look at the car. The following day, we returned, without an appointment, and Roland jumped right in and went over everything else I needed to know. After a brief discussion on financing, we made the decision to purchase the car. From the first introduction, to handing me the keys, Roland was there with me every step of the way. He made sure the car was properly detailed and even filled the tank for us. People say a lot about the car industry, often, not a lot of good things about it. I can't say enough good things about Scott Stawicki (salesperson) and Chris Poplin (finance manager) - they just "get it" and made my transaction easy for me. I knew what I wanted and was willing to search nationwide for a Cayman demo I could lease. I looked for over 2 months for the right car as I was very specific as a client. Scott was able to get me the deal I wanted over the phone in 10 minutes. I wish I'd found him months ago. Chris made closing the transaction easy and now I'm just waiting for my new car to arrive! They even setup shipping the vehicle to Arizona for me!

Customer service is okay,need to question &observe,Savannah Highway dealership doesn't always do work properly.Had to return for work to be done again. even the Head Mngr didn't know the specifications,I had to explain it to them.
