This dealership is ok. The process for buying our truck was fine. My problem is that we were lied to about a couple things. First, they told me that my car I was trading in could not be sold in their lot. The next day the car was listed for sale. We bought the truck on a Friday night before closing. We were told to bring the truck in the next day to get the brakes changed, get a full tank of gas, and truck detailed by Justin our salesperson. Saturday morning, I emailed him letting him know the front windshield was cracked and the truck was never filled up with gas. He never responded. The following Friday, he ask about the title and tells me that they only do $10 dollars worth of gas and that there is a 30 day wait for a new windshield or I could try filing with my insurance. Im just not a fan of being lied to.

I went to Automaxx today because I needed a new car and they went out of their way to make sure I was able to purchase a new car despite a few personal obstacles. They really went above and beyond what you would expect. My salesman was Harrison and I just can't say enough good things about him. He was kind, patient and very helpful. He walked me though the process and explained everything in a manner I could understand. He went above and beyond the call of duty to make sure I got my new car. I got upset with my insurance company at one point and he was there to calm me down and help me work it out. And he stayed with me the whole time I was there making sure I was comfortable and satisfied. Automaxx sure has a very valuable employee in Harrison and the whole team and experience was just great. I would recommend Automaxx to anyone searching for a new car.

Was shopping for a minivan. Had my heart set on a Honda Odyssey. However, we came to automaxx in search of the Town and country that I found online. Online specialist was very nice and helpful. Got to the dealership and the manager that I was told to ask for was in a meeting. However, I had a break in my schedule and was hours early for my appointment. So a sales rep, Cody, helped me and knew exactly what I was there to see. So he wasted no time at all pulling the van around to assist me. We ended up seeing 2 vans, choosing one and made the purchase. The process was fairly painless and everyone was very nice. I took the van back today to get the detailing done and asked some questions about some of the other things I found over the weekend. Cody was, AGAIN, super helpful and answered all of my questions! Definitely 10 stars for customer service!!

I came to Automaxx after having trouble with my truck. I saw the truck online and wanted to see if the deal was real, well I was welcome with an open handshake from Jason. I told him what I saw and wanted to see it and he didn't waste no time. We test drove it and I fell in love with it. Jason started working on my paperwork and the next thing I know I was talking to the finance personal, sorry forget his name but he greeted me with a smile and a handshake and he also said congratulations for me purchasing my truck. My experience at Automaxx was excellent from the moment I arrived. I was greeted by Damien and another young man. They were very helpful and knowledgeable about the vehicle I was there to see. They introduced me to Johnny, the senior sales manager. He explained exactly what to expect from his company and negotiated the deal with me. I then met with Lance to finalize the deal. All these individuals made this the least stressful car buying experience that I have ever had. 4/14/19 I am disappointed to be writing this follow up review, but in all fairness to individuals that make decisions based on reviews, I felt I needed to do a followup review. As stated initially, my experience with Automaxx was very good. Since the day after I purchased the vehicle, I have been trying get an issue resolved concerning the Manufacturer's floor mats. I have made multiple calls, sent emails, sent texts and have had promises made by Johnny that I would be contacted and the issue would be taken care of. It has not happened yet and it has been a month. I feel that I have been more than fair with my patience in resolving this issue.

Today I had my second service visit on the 2014 GMC Terrain I purchased on May 15th. I was told my back tires are severely dry rotted. I questioned the quality of the the tires at purchase and was told they only ensure the tires are safe. I cannot imagine that the tires dry rotted that quickly. I now question what is considered safe. I'm so very upset that I've been operating a vehicle that's not safe. My daughter has been driving it. We could've been severely injured or caused injury to someone else. While my buying experience was great, I won't recommend this dealership to anyone I know who's an inexperienced buyer. I've paid a huge price because I didn't know what to look for.

Update: 6 days after I originally reviewed ^^ i’m Back to say that after looking at other used vehicles I was able to get $4k for my “worthless trade in” at another dealership and get into a nicer and newer used car for half the price. Crooked salesman is all I have to say about this place.

My salesperson Justin Dewitt was awesome! He greeted me as I walked up and when I told him I was looking to purchase a car he confidently Walked me inside and straight to a computer. Straight to the point. He asked my price range and what I was looking for, then had me choose some of my favorites. My favorite thing about Justin is he left everything totally up to me. There was no feeling of being controlled or persuaded to purchase another vehicle. He let me pick in order what I wanted to test drive and took me out for a drive. He had a great sense of humor but was very professional. He was very informative on the cars we got into and anything he wasn’t sure of he made sure to ask about to give me a solid answer. Justin was very adamant about finding me the right car, since it was my first, it was exciting for everyone in the shop it seemed. Justin even found me the right insurance to go with the car, and might I say at a nice rate! Justin Justin Justin! My whole experience was very reassuring and informative, the owner himself gave me a little lesson on building my credit, lowering my rates, and saving me money. He understood that buying your first car could be scary so he made sure to lay all the information out before I had to sign anything. You can even bring in your own mechanic to take a look at the vehicle if that’s something that interests you. The car drives amazing, I’m very happy with my purchase and totally worth it considering I was able to get a 3 year factory warranty for only $25 extra a month! We had alot of equity in our trade and we worked out a deal where he gave us top trade value on our vehicle and our monthly payment is going to be about $200 less than before. Sold my car here. Although I was happy with the purchase price. Communication after the bill of sales was signed was horrible. Don't sell your car here if you still owe money on the loan and you don't plan on getting another car from Auto Maxx. You'll be waiting at least a month before getting a check. I basically had to keep checking with them to see if my title came in, so they could cut me a check. Very aggravating process. Left several messages with my sales rep and the title clirc, never had a single call returned. My title had probably arrived 5 days prior, before I finally reached out again. 5 weeks before I received the money for the sale of my car, don't understand that. Communication really needs to be improved here. If someone leaves you a voicemail call them back.
