I previously gave Tasca Volvo service a lower review because twice recently I have waited over 20 minutes just to check into my appointment. I spoke to the manager about the check-in bottleneck and he did everything in his efforts to make sure the rest of my experience was pleasant. Besides some recent backlog at check-in which they are addressing I have always had a good experience there and find everyone very helpful and friendly. I will be going back there for my Volvo needs.

Thanks to their client focused and knowledgeable staff, Tasca Volvo is one of the better dealerships. After going in to discuss a not so small list of options/considerations, we decided on a custom build XC60 Inscription lease, thanks to the help of Walter and Greg. The custom build did present a timing challenge. It was only a short period of time from returning my current lease, so that had to be taken into consideration. The Volvo XC60 was no longer being built in the color I desired for 2018 but would be for 2019. The issue was delivery would not be for over 3 months and my current lease ended in less than 1. Walter and subsequently Tasca Volvo worked with me to resolve this challenge. Long story short, I got the vehicle I wanted even against the challenge of time thanks to the great people and customer service at Tasca.
