Brought my wife's Jeep Compass in for service earlier this week and was happily greeted by Stephanie at 7:30 in the morning. She came right up to my car when I arrived, took the time to fully understand the issues I was experiencing with the vehicle and even arranged for a shuttle ride to and from my home while the service was being performed. I even received a status call at the end of Stephanie's day to let me know when I should expect it to be ready. Can’t say enough great things about this dealership. After being very confused, lied to, and extremely unsatisfied at another local Jeep dealership, I went to Tasca to give a Jeep one more try. Brennan at Tasca helped me out with everything from questions, pricing, info on the vehicles, etc. Other employees to include the GM and another sales rep (can’t remember their names off the top of my head) did everything they could to meet my budget and help me get into my new Jeep Grand Cherokee Altitude. So i have to be honest i will never go back to tasca again brought my challenger in for a 600.oo job left with a bill of o er 2400.00 something they screwed up as far as i know and besides doing a recall for the airbags and they said it was done i got there and the airbag lite was on and they had to put in another new part and asked a salesman to price a new car for me 2 weeks ago and he never got back to me so all and all i wouldnt bring a skateboard there for them to work on baileys here i come

I ordered a 2019 Jeep Rubicon back in September, and to no fault of Tasca Chrysler Jeep, etc. I had to wait 15 weeks for my Jeep to come in. This was twice the amount of time one usually has to wait when ordering a vehicle. It was absolutely worth the wait. I LOVE driving my Rubicon. That is the best word I can think of to describe the professionalism, attention to detail, customer service, and technical service my son has received from Brent Mattson and the team at Grieco Chrysler Jeep Dodge and Ram. They say everything happens in 3's but for us, it happened in 4's in only 17 days. And from one situation to another, the excellent service has been coordinated by Brent, our Service Advisor - he scheduled the service, arranged loaner cars, forwards claims to our extended warranty provider, initiated "road side" service when our truck got 2 flats on the same day (but an hour apart), he communicated the details of the repairs to all parties involved. Brent is a great asset to the Grieco Service Department and we feel very fortunate to be apart of his team. Great experience with the service department. I'm new to the area, so I've had minor interval maintenance work done at a couple of dealerships just trying to get a feel for where I should do business regularly. Honesty and trustworthiness are obviously major factors. Crystal was very welcoming and made me feel like a valued customer. There was an issue with the pricing (web quote vs final bill) and she worked diligently to fix it, honoring the price that was on the web. Will definitely be back and, based on my first experience, I recommend them. They just need to make sure the pricing on the web is accurate.

I shopped several dealerships before I finally stopped into Tasca. I was personally greeted by the General Manager, Steve Lawrence. He introduced me to Steve Vitale. Steve took his time answering all my questions and test driving the new 2020 Gladiator. I was blown away by not only the performance, ride and looks but the outstanding knowledge Steve had about the Gladiator. It was an easy choice for me to choose to purchase my Gladiator from Steve. I meet with Jeff Ciaro and gave me a very reasonable offer on my trade. I now had to talk to someone in Finance, I was sure this was going to be a horror show. I have never had a good experience with other dealerships. I sat with Ron Traver and he treated me outstanding and was able to provide me with a great finance rate and did not try to pressure me into buying additional items. My overall experience was amazing and i was truly Satisfied. I was able to walk in and drive away with my brand new 2020 Jeep Gladiator within 2 hours from start to finish. I am sure they would have gotten me out quicker but I took a lot of time looking. I can't wait to visit them next week and add some modifications. There performance shop is installing 35 inch Toyo tires, new 20" XD rims and a Mopar 2" lift kit. Dennis Gomes from the Performance shop showed me all the options he had for the new Gladiator. I am sure I will be doing even more mods once Dennis completes these. A great thanks to the entire Tasca team, I look forward buying my ride from Tasca Steve

I had called to make an appointment for a recall on my vehicle and inquired if the part was available which I was assured. I get to the appointment and guess what? Part was not available. Had to come back a week later and had the work done. Part for recall never required access to my center console which I opened when I got home and someone's expired credit card was laying on top inside the console. Why access my console? What else was accessed? Stay the course and do the work without rummaging through my car. For that and the past screw up I'm knocking off 2 stars.

My daughter Carla was having continuing problems with her 2015 Chrysler 200 (though of course I am paying for it!). After unsatisfactory results to fix a bad oil consumption leak I had her bring it to Tasca Chrysler Jeep Dodge Ram service department. Jim Corrente, Service advisor, took care of everything required. He kept in contact with me as we resolved the issue through Chrysler and my extended warrenty. In the end a new engine was put in the car much to my satisfaction. He even made sure the car was especially clean when completed that even my daughter couldn't complain and that is saying something! I would like the owner, Service Manager Eddy, and Sales manager to be aware that Jim did a great job and we'll continue to utilize your service department for all scheduled services. One star doesn't even cut it for these crooks. I do not understand how any Tasca dealerships even stay open. This was my 3rd trip to a tasca dealer and I was really regretting going, and never had them in mind to shop with based on my previous experience. I only tried them because someone mentioned they knew the GM and he would take care of us. I went against my better judgement and went there. Steve Lawrence the GM is nothing but an arrogant bully. He is a liar and a thief. He is the most incompetent GM there is. Stay far away from this dealership they are not competitive and are only out to screw you on deals. Steve literally hung up the phone on me when asking for my deposit back, he yelled and raised his voice and then went on to insult me. They never wanted to make a deal. They lied and said my girlfriend was not approved on the lease and needed a co signer if not the payment would be $80 higher, well we went to the dealership that actually had the jeep in stock that they were pulling it from and got our deal with 0 money down and the payment we asked for, and no problem with credit approval, now the jeep is sitting in our driveway and tasca lost the deal and a lifelong customer because they wanted to be crooks. My brother is actually buying a truck this week from the dealership we leased our jeep. tasca baited and switched us and we are educated buyers and would never fall for that trap. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE. If you like being scammed, ripped off, disgusting customer service, incompetent employees, and managers who have no business running a dealership then this is your place. Also NEVER put a deposit down thats their way of getting a hold on you. Not only will they change the price and lie about your credit approval, they will hold your money hostage and not give it back when you decide you dont want to do business with them. The GM claimed he doesn't know how to use the cash register when we came back for the return of our deposit. We were told by the salesman " you can come back whenever for your deposit back someone will be here" and no one at the dealership knew how to do it..... Funny how they can take your money but not give it back. Save yourself the head ache and aggravation and go to any dealer but Tasca. Steve the GM also use to run Tasca ford and I had a horrible experience there as well, we were looking to lease and instead he tried to sell us a 2016 broken down escape hooked up to cables in the garage because it didnt run, we went to another dealer and got a brand new 2017 for less........ Maybe its just his tasca run dealers I dont know.... but it was the most awful experience both times. This jeep experience was the worst and I would not tell my worst enemy to visit a tasca dealer. Do yourself a favor and go anywhere but this place.

Not my first time purchasing from Tasca but we are just as satisfied as the first time! Attempted to exit a lease a few months ago but from a financial standpoint it wasn’t feasible, The same salesman we met with back in November called in January to invite us back to re-evaluate our standing. We had a small budget window accompanied by a long list of ‘wants’ in the next lease so we didn’t make it easy for the dealership :) after realizing the vehicle we wanted wasn’t going to work in the budget the salesman and the manager provided a transparent explanation as to why; and also worked to meet our wants/needs of a vehicle while staying near our desired payment. After a second test drive we found the perfect fit! Of course there was the “back-and-forth” you get in any car buying experience (you want a great deal but they also have to make a profit). The salesman was persistent doing everything he could to satisfy us and it was noticed. At the end of it all we truly felt our satisfaction was their priority and we love the new 2019 Cherokee! Late last week I brought my leased 2018 Jeep Compass LIMITED 4x4 to Tasca Jeep on Hartford Avenue in Johnston, RI for the first oil change on this vehicle. From the very moment I walked through the sliding glass doors at the Service Department, Service Advisor Michael Martino was welcoming and polite, professional, and incredibly knowledgeable regarding anything and everything about my Jeep. I then informed him that I needed a roof joint for my vehicle as it was not on it any longer. Michael then went above and beyond and told me he would have the part ready to be installed only a few days later. I just left Tasca Jeep about 20 minutes ago and my experience was very satisfying as the part was there and installed in under 25 minutes. As I thanked Michael for his first class customer service, General Manager Steve Laurent came over, inquired about my experience at Tasca Jeep, and of course offered his assistance to me. I then thanked both gentlemen for there attention to detail regarding there Jeep product and my customer experience. Steve and Michael epitomized the very concept of TEAM WORK at Tasca Jeep. In closing, I highly recommend Tasca Jeep, it’s GM, it’s entire service department, and there lease deals to any vehicle shoppers out there looking for the best deal around. Especially in my particular state - still owing a hefty loan payoff on my current vehicle. My recent experience at Tasca Chrysler, Dodge, Jeep & Ram in Johnston was hands down the most rewarding and delightful experience I’ve ever encountered in purchasing a vehicle. Recently, my current job required hours of overtime... with no time to commit to my much needed search for a new car. Luckily, my father offered to assist me in the process. Upon arriving at Tasca, my father experienced what he described (several times) as the “red carpet treatment” - shocked that although he was shopping for a used car within a budget - the salesman, Dave Veracruz, treated him no differently than a customer with a hefty wallet. Pulling the requested car up directly in front of the entrance, exiting the vehicle and opening every door, trunk and hood for careful inspection. Sharing extensive knowledge of the vehicles features and history before taking a test drive. My father was so blown away - by the car, by Dave, by the entire experience - he called me immediately to share the news. “This is it - you’re going to love it!” An hour later... I arrived to experience the same “red carpet treatment”. I was immediately sold. Dave was incredibly professional, a wealth of knowledge, courteous, patient and most importantly - honest. A rare trait when shopping for a new or used vehicle. He never pushed or pressured me into the numerous other options available on the lot. He was supportive of my needs and never missed a beat. He promised me - this vehicle was a “gem”. I left, positive and relieved - I found my new car! The following day, I arrived to complete the purchase. Dave was beyond organized - he had already prepped all the necessary paperwork prior to my arrival, was patient answering my countless questions, understanding of my financial limits, presented my options in terms I could understand, offered the best available pricing on my trade in - there was no “typical car salesman” banter or mindless sales pitch or b.s. He provided a seamless process and flawless execution all while remaining admirably personable. The calming scent of Tasca Financer Devin Paiva’s lemon lavender office candle put any anxiety and worry I had about the financing negotiations and warranty options so much more enjoyable and at ease than your typical dealership transaction. Not only did he explain every detail of the offer and options available to me - he was down to earth with a welcoming sense of humor and warming personality - even disclosing his favorite scents of Yankee Candles. Just before I drove my new wheels off the lot, Dave took the time to once again provide caring support - ensuring I had proof of updated insurance, connected my mobile phone to the Bluetooth and answered my last minute questions about my new purchase. Update: Pleasant experience. Clean, bright, welcoming environment. Comfort station with water, coffee, etc. No sales pressure. Smooth trade-in/purchase process. Usual hurry up and wait for financing... but no longer than expected. Be aware! Registration issues! It took over 2 months for the registration transfer to be completed. Tasca takes cars in, hurried up to get them ready too show, but stalls on the buy out. This delays them receiving the title, which delays being able to complete the registration. The dealership NEVER notified us the registration wasn't complete. We notified them. Once they were made aware a rental car was issued because it was passed time to use a 20 day temp plate. VERY FRUSTRATING! Took numerous calls and drop in visits before it was resolved. After talking to several people, discovered this is a common issue! Lesson learned: ask if the title is free and clear.

To everyone out there reading this review, take it in its full entirety- Tasca is undoubtedly a place you've never been to before. I wasn't sure what to expect when I drove the 2 hours to get there, but that 2 hours gave me exposure to a place that I will always go back to and will tell everyone to go to. This isn't a review, this is a PSA for those in the hunt for a vehicle or are thinking about where to go, that want something unlike they've ever been or had before. Tasca sits at the top of the list for me and it should for you too. Don't just take my word for it, go in there and when you get home in the car you wanted for the price you wanted a couple hours later, then you'll agree with everything I said. Then, broadcast your experience for everyone else to know that Tasca is the only place to go because it is beyond well-deserved. It's mind boggling to know how much different and tenfold better Tasca is, compared to every other "car dealership" out there. If you want a 10/10 experience from beginning to end, go to Tasca.
