I’ve bought a few vehicles in my driving career but by far this has been the greatest experience yet! My credit isn’t the greatest and I was already in a loan from another dealership that was starting to have a lot of issues. I informed my salesman Vince all about my issues with my current vehicle and what I was hoping to get. He immediately went to work. He kept my budget in mind and didn’t lead me down the rabbit hole of various vehicles I didn’t have a chance of getting due to my rebuilding credit. It was a process working with the banks to get me out of my current loan but the finance guy Rob was amazing! We reviewed numerous options keeping my budget in mind also what I wanted in a vehicle. Vince saved the day by coming in clutch giving me some coupons for a complementary sandwich in the cafe while we negotiated with the bank a little more; which was totally delicious! Everyone there was completely friendly, the manager came over and thanked me for returning from the day before (I didn’t bring my trade in vehicle originally due to the issues) and even though there were a few people shopping at the time he remembered my name and the vehicle I ended up purchasing. There was another salesman Akeem who I spent a lot of time chitchatting while poor Vince had to go out in the pouring rain to grab me the vehicle who was super nice as well. I can’t say enough great things about this place! Car salesmen get a bad rep with the whole stereotype but by far these were the greatest ones I have had the pleasure of working with. I can’t thank Vince and Rob enough for getting me into a brand new 2018 Ford EcoSport. You guys are amazing! If you’re looking for great deals and amazing sales staff, definitely checkout Vince at Tasca!

Quick lane provided me with excellent service. I dropped my vehicle off for brakes, rotors, tire rotation, oil change, and an automatic transmission fluid change. It was done in a timely manner, and they test drove my vehicle to make sure there were no issues. Very satisfied!

As always an excellent customer service experience. I live in Lincoln and bought a used car at Tasca in Berlin CT. A short time afterwards I noticed a leak. I made the call to Tasca CT to explain the problem on the 30th day of the warranty. Tasca in CT told me to take it to Tasca in Cranston for the repair. OK so the run around begins I thought to myself. When I called Cranston it was after the warranty expired. I told them the situation and made an appointment for the following week. When I first went to into the service dept and explained my situation I fully expected to have to pull teeth to get the repair done under warranty. I was taken completely off guard when told me there was no problem and they would work with CT to perform the repair under the 30 day warranty. Every time since then whenever I go to Tasca I get the same terrific customer service. I would recommend Tasca to my family and anyone else who asks.

I was hesitant about going into a dealership and service shop again, after being swindled by Balise Honda of West Warwick less than a year ago, but to my pleasant surprise, not all dealerships are run by individuals lacking scruples. I only dealt with the Mazda Service Manager here, Peter, and this review is really for him, because he was absolutely wonderful. He took care of my vehicle quickly, and offered a discount on the repairs because he was empathetic towards the headaches this lemon of a car has been giving me the past 11 months. They also provided a free of cost courtesy vehicle rental for the two days my car was in their shop. Peter called me each step of the way and explained costs and reasons for the costs, patiently answering all of my questions and concerns each step of the way. I will definitely be back here if my Mazda has another issue, AND for when I want to trade it in for another car. Thank you for your professionalism, honesty, and integrity, Peter.

I helped my dad buy a 2017 Ford explorer sport and we were approached by a great guy Rod Maloney with a smile which in my opinion is a great way to make an good impression to customers. He was very helpful and guide you the rest of car buying process which makes it a smooth ride. There was a little problem afterwards that we had to come back multiple time because of paperwork issue that's where the good dealership come from. But overall it was a good experience. 4 stars for dealership and 5 stars for Rod!!

I came in and Chris was very welcoming. I wanted something too big for budget but he didnt make me feel dumb and worked with me to find something in my price range. I asked for something with a 350 payment and he worked his magic and found one even better for around 300. Spent a lot of time going over all the details and even the fine print. He found me about 1500 in rebates and spent time with me in the car explaining the special features. Not once did he seem like he just wanted to get the sale, he truly wanted to find me a reliable car and make sure I could afford it without breaking the bank. Josephine was very helpful getting me through the process and never made me feel as if I was being pressured into purchasing the vehicle. I didn’t love having to wait for the finance manager for an hour and 15 minutes (He said it took so long because he typed in my social security number wrong)... thankfully Gregorio was there to lighten the situation and try to make the time pass as quickly as possible as well as offer drinks and snacks while I waited.

Chris in Service was extremely informative when I checked in for scheduled maintenance on my Volvo S60. We discussed my concerns in detail, and he provided excellent information. He expected that I would have a several hours' wait due to the number of Volvos being serviced, and offered me a complimentary courtesy car, which I declined, and then he gave me a ticket for complimentary breakfast in the TasCafe. The waiting area was very comfortable. While I was waiting, Chris checked in with me a couple of times to let me know how things were progressing on my car. As it turned out, the car was serviced in about 1 1/2 hrs., faster than we expected. I was so pleased with my entire experience, and while an oil change is much more expensive than I would pay at such places as Valvoline, I still came away feeling happy with my experience at Tasca. Thanks to Chris for making this such a positive experience.

Truck has been back 4 times for the same issue and it’s still not fixed . Every time they tell me nothing is wrong until I insist and then they look further and find something is . Replaced both turbos after I was told truck was fine . Brought it in for the truck being loud and smoking and picked it up still doing the same thing and walked back in with this video yesterday and the truck stayed for the weekend . now I driving a smaller rental truck with 3 kids in the back seat and I cant get my yard work done. the truck was here for a full week before I went to pick it up yesterday. Spoke with the sale manager today who is a great guy but told me he can’t get me out of the truck with out ford doing something or me . People wise the service managers and the people at the desk are great but the truck is still not fixed . Contacted ford via web site and customer service but they don’t seem to interested in helping either . First and might be last ford after this experience. Very disappointed always heard good things about Tasca . Might be heading back to Paul Massie Chevrolet when this lease is up for another Silverado

John is a gentleman and took great care of us today. I would suggest one more step in doing the servicing. We keep our headlights on at all times when operating the car. They are always turned off when the car comes back to us, and the position of the driver's seat has been moved. The seat and the lights should be where we had them when we get the car back.

Extremely unhappy customer. I bought an SUV two weeks ago. Just last night a finally received my registration after several emails. I’m *still* waiting for my second key, included services (scotchguarding) and some touch up paint for a scratch on the car. I spent 20K on a vehicle with them and i cant even get a proper answer to my questions. Can’t get an appointment scheduled. I called the manager and he never bothered to call back. Emailed the sales managers who said “if you need anything please let me know”. He never bothered to reply. If i was still in my 7 day return window, i would drop it back off today. Awful service. Gave two stars because i actually like the car. Steer clear.

All work was done perfectly and in a very reasonable time frame. Car was clean inside and out when they were finished. They kept me informed throughout the whole process. Don’t me an idiot like me, if you buy a car from Tasca, make sure that the passenger seat is actually attached to the car. I’ve been given the run around as to why, but at any time the passenger seat could fly through the window. But hey, at least they are certain that there isn’t a recall.

Never again! I purchased a Mercedes there with a service contract that they pushed so that I would be "covered." One year later had an issue with the water pump and called to get a service appointment. Was told by the service department that they don't service Mercedes even though they sold me the car. They absolutely refused to give me an appointment. I called the service manager and left several messages and never received a call back. Not my idea of customer service. Thinking about going to the local news station or maybe filing a complaint with the dealer board.

Today we purchased a Lincoln SKC from Tasca Automotive Group in Cranston, RI. We had started out yesterday looking at several dealerships trying to decide on what we wanted. On the way home we decided to go by Tasca and see what they had available. We met with Rod Maloney and spent a good hour and a half looking with Rod providing suggestions and giving us advice. We ran out of time but made arrangements to return to test drive the Lincoln. Today we took that test drive and were very happy with the car. Now came decision time to make the deal. The people at Tasca could not have been nicer and made the whole experience more like meeting with old friends. We had our five year old granddaughter with us but the salespeople made the whole afternoon fun for her as well. Rod was especially helpful in guiding us through the process. Next time we'll start at Tasca. We would recommend to everyone to try the experience of car buying at Tasca.

Matt, the manager, likes to keep the cars he wants to drive for personal use. Therefore, he lets them SIT on the lot and won’t negotiate on price if you try to buy it. If the cars sits there long enough, apparently he or another associate get to drive them for personal use. We tried to buy the SUV he’s been borrowing from the lot. He wouldn’t budge on price and a sales rep told us he waited a long time for it to become available for him to drive. Unbelievable!!! Seems they wheel and deal to self serve. They certainly don’t put selling cars as a priority. In fact, the sales rep told me they make more money on Service, than car sales. That’s not what I want to hear when I’m considering buying a ~$70k vehicle. I don’t want to end up forking over more cash in eventual service and repairs. No thanks! I’ll go somewhere more trustworthy!!

He made me feel comfortable from the very beginning of my visit and throughout the entire process. He was able to answer any question I had and went above and beyond in explaining all of the issues associated with the new vehicle. He also searched out and informed me of any incentive programs that were offered by Ford and applied them to my purchase. From the straight forward negotiations with Jon Gonsalves, to the paperwork with Kevin Barry and the delivery with Chris Reyes, I was impressed with their knowledge, friendliness, and their respect for my time. Overall I would have to say in all my years of car buying, this transaction was the most pleasant. The purchase of a new car is difficult decision by itself. Did I make the right choice? , How am I going to pay for it?, etc. When the decision is finally made, there is nothing worse than going in to the dealers and feeling like you are walking into the lion's den with a pound of sirloin tips duct-taped to your head. Today I need to give a special shout-out to John Stone: a true gentleman who never treated me as if I were as clueless about cars as I am (and he had plenty of opportunity!), but instead demonstrated professional courtesy and patience, knowing exactly when to teach me and bringing it to layperson level without condescension. It was a delight to deal with him today. In addition, a shout-out to the Tasca Team who got my 2003 Explorer in inspection-passing status , and got me out sooner than I dared to hope. As an aside, they also have a spectacular coffee machine (seriously, who can be human at 7:30 without coffee?) as well as the Tascafe if you need some downtime. Great wifi service so I could get a ton of work done while I waited! I trust Tasca, and honestly wouldn't go anywhere else for auto service.

Tasca always does a great job with customer service. I needed new brake pads and some rotor work. John Stone told me what was needed to solve the shaky feeling when I stepped on the brakes, he gave me the price and how long it would take to perform the maintenance. He even offered a voucher for a free sandwich while I waited for my vehicle. Plus they always wash your vehicle after the work is completed. It’s very comfortable dealing with professionals like John. I have to admit that I do love my Lincoln MKZ with one exception that has nothing to do with customer service. The car rides too low and because the front is only a few inches from the ground, it constantly gets nicked/scratched by potholes and curbings. Its a beautiful car inside and out but you could go broke trying to keep the body looking perfect! Would I buy another one? Heck yes!!!! I’m a glutton for punishment and for comfort.
