This is the first Toyota that I have bought and Gordon Schoomaker made this a wonderful experience. Gordon is very energetic, knowledgeable and truthful and was a breath of fresh air to work with. First and foremost I told Gordon entering the dealership that if I bought a vehicle I needed the delivery to be the next day for a surprise birthday gift for my wife. Gordon brought us to see all the vehicles that included items on my wife’s wish list. When I left the dealership I had purchased a Tacoma, had running boards instated, financing and assurance that the vehicle would be ready for pick up the next day. My wife received the Tacoma on her birthday. She love’s the vehicle and the feel of the drives. Gordon is the ideal salesperson and I will contact him for all future auto purchases.

I went there yesterday to look to lease a SUV well the sales and leasing manager Joe was so rude. He put some numbers together for me and was talking his sales speech. I told him I will have to speak to my husband and he said to me "can't you make a decision without your husband". I would never purchase a car from this place.

An ongoing terrible experience. I was coerced into an extended warranty for $4000.oo on a brand new Prius that I was promised that I could cancel at any time and they would return my money! A month after I closed the deal I told the salesman that I did not want the extended warranty. He told me to see the business manager. I did and he reluctantly had me sign the paperwork for the refund of the $4000.oo for the extended warranty. That took place a year ago and the amount still has not been credited to my loan at the finance company. of which I am paying a very high interest rate of 4.9% with a credit score of over 800 the financing should have been around 3%. So far while waiting for the amount to be credited to the loan I have paid over $200.oo in interest on that amount. My original intention was to pay the car off in a couple of months. I cannot do that until Tarbox returns the $4K to the finance company. I want to get rid of this piece of over complicated piece of junk! I contacted the general manager at Tarbox months ago and he said he would take care of the issue. To date, going on a years time it has not been resolved! My emails are now unanswered. Now I have to engage an attorney to try to recover the $4K +. At the time of the sale all of these false promises were made by Tarbox Toyota. You can cancel at any time, we will issue you a check for the balance of the extended warranty, you can transfer it to another car, blah, blah, blah! The usual BS! My advice to you is to avoid these sales tactics by purchasing at a dealer other than Tarbox Toyota of North Kingstown, RI. Stay tuned, I will post the results of the ensuing legal battle! There is a reply from Tarbox below stating that they have been in contact with me. The last contact was May of 2018, 14 months ago! Tomorrow will be September 1, 2019! I can prove that in dated emails! Now that nis service with a smile. Now you know what I have been going through!

I recently bought a Toyota Corolla from Tarbox Toyota. I went in with the intent of meeting with another advisor but they were unavailable. I was pleasantly surprised by Josh Reardon and his kindness. As soon I approached the entrance, Josh opened the door, greeted me and my mom, introduced himself, and shook our hands. From the moment we walked in, until four hours later, Josh was extremely attentive, polite, understanding, and charismatic. He was a true gentleman and sincerely genuine. He was patient with my changing of wants and test driving a couple of cars. My mother and I asked a lot of questions and Josh answered them all with diligence. The car-buying process was lengthy due to my mother and I’s detailed wants; however, this was not an issue for Josh. He was so dedicated in taking care of us that he stayed close to two hours past closing time to make sure we were all set. He called my insurance for me and set my phone up to the bluetooth in the car. Throughout the process, we never felt “rushed” or “pushed.” He gave me his business card and days later, I called and texted with questions and he answered in a timely manner, within the hour. I even showed up at Tarbox again and Josh personally showed me things on my car. Josh is new at Tarbox Toyota, being there for a little over a month and a half; however, his amiable nature made up for the years of experience that his coworkers may have above him. Josh Reardon is a great addition to the Tarbox Toyota company. I highly recommend that you ask for Josh when buying a car! We are very happy customers!

Today, on my way North, my car told me that my battery in my key fob was :dangerously low so I stopped at Tarbox and they replaced the battery for free. I have also had the oil maintenance light coming on for about the past 4 months even though my next oil change is not due for nearly 5,000 miles. They reset it at no charge. I guess I will be doing my service there instead of driving over the bridges in the future! What great service for a non-purchaser! And what a spotless facility!!!

I was a loyal customer at the old site until I had a terrible experience in Service. I came back today for a Toyota specific issue and I couldn't have been more impressed! Andrew met me at my car window when I pulled in and not only did he check me in, but he found 7 other factory recalls I hadn't known about! I was there for 4 1/2 hours! Exhausting experience for an elderly person. Everyone was very pleasant tho' I think I paid a higher price than expected. Anyhow, I am pleased with the purchase & all my Lexus & Mercedes owner friends have a lot of admiration for my purchase. Nevertheless I am finding it difficult to operate all the complex features & the booklet presume that everyone is VERY computer literate. Tim has been very helpful in this regard & I can now adjust the radio!! I gave Tarbox up about 12 years ago, but am now not unhappy that I gave them my business again. They seem to be more ethical than in the past but time will tell. All in all I'd give them a good rating.

They deserve more than 5 stars. I am repeating customer. I bought my 2003 sienna and 2017 rav4 from tarbox. Their service department is ok and sales person is nice. However I bought my 2009 camry at balise toyota with near 13% interest. I bought 2017 rav4 for 1.9% interest with 36month finace. Finance manager was try to selling additional extend warranty but it’s toyota. I’m very pleased with tarbox.

When I went to Tarbox, I was apprehensive that it was just going to be like all the other automobile sales experiences from the past. To my pleasant surprise, the experience was unlike any that I have ever had before. The sales team was very accommodating and friendly, there was no sales pressure at all and they treated me with respect. They were very honest with my financial situation, which was not ideal to buy a new car. They still did all that they could to find me the financing I needed and the car I wanted was the one I ended up buying! Thanks to Ray, Bill Derby, and mostly Edgar in the financing department, without whom I wouldn't have been able to take home my 2014 Tc! Thanks guys!

Unfortunately, purchasing a new 2019 vehicle from Tarbox Toyota was not a pleasant car buying experience. My husband and I are frustrated that it took us six weeks before we could finally correct misstatements and clerical errors that occurred after our purchase. The lackadaisical attitude on the part of the Tarbox employees does not meet high performance standards.

I initially chose Tarbox because I was told they were pretty low/no-pressure in their dealings. That was not the case at all. I told the salesman (Hass) that I had no intention of buying that day, and was just gathering information. But, during the hour or so that I was there, between he and his general sales manager (Anton), they must have shoved the contract under my nose for me to sign about a half-dozen times. By the time I left, not only did I not buy a car, but I was quite annoyed. Bottom line: if you're the kind of person who enjoys high-pressure, relentless sales tactics, this is the place for you. If not, avoid Tarbox like the plague. UPDATE: I ended up buying my 2017 Corolla at Balise Toyota in Warwick, and had a much more pleasant, low-pressure experience than I did at Tarbox. I see bad reviews on here from people who dealt with the same staff members that I did, only months ago. That being said, you would think that if Tarbox really took these reviews seriously, they would have instructed their staff to change their tune by now. Based on my experience, that's very obviously not the case. All talk/BS. Don't believe their P.R. spin.

I was set to purchase a Honda from Majestic, however, I found that I was being jerked around and left. Years ago I purchased a Jeep from Tarbox and knew Toyotas were dependable - so off I went. Paul R. heard my story regarding Honda and promised to never try to pull the wool over my eyes. He delivered. I gave him my list of requirements and he showed me a few different cars that would meet my requests. He never once tried to up-sell me and was extremely nice. When it came time to finalize numbers, I got a deal that I was very happy with and left that night in my new Corolla. Tarbox has many more sales people than financial managers, so they only down side was that I had to wait to finalize the paperwork. However, they did say they knew of this issue and were hiring more personnel.

I bought a used Toyota Tundra last week, and a few days later when I was parking it on an incline I was going to use the parking brake and it didn't work. So I called up service I didn't bother to call sales made an appointment to get it look at and fixed. when they couldn't fix it immediately when I brought it in because they didn't have the parts on hand they offered me a free loaner car.they finish it late Saturday afternoon and then I was surprised again and they said hey you can come pick it up tomorrow if you want we're open from 7:30 to foure on Sundays.came in this morning to pick it up it was fixed and when they gave me a bill for $0 I was delighted.

I bought my first car from this dealership six years ago and the staff have always exceeded my expectations in the service department. Justin Morris consistently goes out of his way to make the servicing of my vehicle an easy process. He is friendly and makes it a point to make connections with his customers. I recently bought a used 2012 Sienna from here and was very disappointed!! The inside smelt of wet dog and the detail job was horrible. I expected better coming from a top dealership. I also feel like no one is on top of their game. My 20 day tag runs out tomorrow and I just received a call today that they needed me to come in to sign the title to proceed with the registration!! What!!?? They said they tried to call me!! Well, if you did, I missed your call and you NEVER left me a voicemail!! Oh, and they won't give me an extension on temp plate even though it is their error!! I also feel like there is no communication between salesman and service. When I went to pick up my new key and fob I mentioned to service about the smell and they said I had to talk to my salesman, I went to my salesman and he said I could just go to the service dept and I didn't have to make an appt....the following day I went to service, again, and they said I do indeed need to make an appointment!! I'm sorry Tarbox, but I won't be referring anyone to you unless you step up your game!!

Got a decent deal on my car , everyone was great during buying process . Salesperson was VERY helpful and a great guy , Service dept was also usually pretty awesome ... THAT BEING SAID ... A year later I totaled my vehicle , luckily I had purchased GAP and all the extra coverages . Ive never been through the process it has been HELL . Its a year later and I still have not received my GAP coverage refund ( I had to come out of pocket 3k$ to cover what I owed the bank . NO ONE in finance is helpful , they can not locate any of my contracts , no one knows whats going on . They do not return phone calls from myself , the insurance agent and even the nice rep at the warranty company who went above and beyond to reach out to them ... So they're great when your buying a car but dont expect a bit of assistance post sale , its a real shame that no they cant maintain a decent level of customer service after the sale has been completed . So Far over 1 year there has been 26 useless phone calls , 2 visits to the dealership and I still have had to do ALL the sidework myself , writing my own cancellation requests for services , making phone calls over and over again to remind them to fax particular information and then following up when they do not return phone calls ... Never doing business there again , bunch of crooks, take your money then you don't mean anything to them .

We were already had determined we wanted a Corolla for my daughter prior to the visit, this would be my 5th Toyota purchased. I have had great experiences with all of them driving and little to no mechanical failures. The sales person was very friendly Rich Costa, not pushy in any way and totally gave us all the answers to everything we asked of him. We ended up with a top of the line Corolla even though we had not wanted to spend that kind of money. Everyone at Tar Box was very helpful. The only negative issue was having to wait around 3.5 hours to close the deal from the financial department once we had agreed with the sales department head on a sale price.

I have never had a terrible experience while waiting for service at Toyota, but today, Thursday September 10, 2015 my service technician went above and beyond and I wanted to recognize that here. I stopped into the service area this morning on a tight schedule. I was told that an oil change takes about an hour by Jonathan Prickett, which would make me late for my 10am appointment. I asked if there was any chance they could get it done more quickly, so I wouldn't be late. Jonathan said he would do his best, but I should call my appointment anyhow just in case I was a little late. Much to my delight, at 9:47 he came over to tell me they had gotten everything taken care of! I know they hurried in order to accommodate my restricted time frame. Great customer service Jonathan and Tarbox Toyota!

He was really nice, knowledgable, straightforward and to the point. You could tell that he was a man of integrity and I felt that he was really trying to get me the best deal possible that would work for me. A terrible experience. My husband & I went to the dealership and showed an interest in a highlander. The highlander we initally looked at was out of our price range. We were told the sales department could put some numbers together and help us find a lease in our price range. Since it was late at night we agreed they could put the numbers together and give us a call. Because I have a newborn I had a family member work on the deal with the sales manager, who he had a previous experience with. We were all set to purchase a 2019 highlander. We packed the baby up and my husband rushed after work only to have the bait and switch pulled on us. We drove an hour in Friday night traffic to find out they were selling us a 2018. We ended up having to walk away. The only nice part of this experience was the kind finance manager.

I was promised a spare key, after 6 months of running around through other dealers, I still have not received the key. 2. They took a longer than usual time to have the car registered . 3. This dealership has poor customer service and in my opinion is dishonest. I contacted the dealership about a truck. I specifically contacted about purchasing a vehicle, that I was putting a deposit on. After two days of requesting information. The sales person specifically told me that they are able to set the vehicle aside for me with a deposit, which I provided per their Sales Manager. I purchased airfare to fly out and pick up the vehicle, and today I received an email saying that the sales manager “had taken a deposit” prior to me leaving my deposit on the truck and the vehicle sold over the weekend. I won’t speculate but one can assume that they just didn’t care about being honest and sold it to some off the street. Great costumer service Josh Hebert, way to look out for a fellow VET.

VERY pushy salesmen, a lot of the stereotypical sales tactics and just a generally cold atmosphere really turned me off. However, I really like the Tacoma, and I decided to head down to the Tarbox and I couldn't have been happier with my experience. My salesman, John, was great, financing was easy and everyone else was great.

It was a great experience for us to buy a pre-owned car from Tarbox Toyota in 2015 Jan. The salesman was quite nice to introduce the car we were interested in, with some great after sale service they will provide. Everything was perfect, we bought the car the first day we went to Tarbox, the price was totally fair and acceptable after negotiation. We preferred to buy from Tarbox since it is a big dealer and a few friends of us have bought their cars from here as well. The only little imperfection was that we waited for longer time without any notification than expected (they said within two weeks) to get our formal licence plates and registration. And when we tried to call and email them for a few times to find out what was going on with those processes, no response was given. After a few times trying, finally, this problem was solved and we got our documents. If anyone could reach out to us and help us figure out the situation sooner, that would be much much better than now. Hopefully, we will get good service when we go back for maintenance as they promised. In a word, it's a good place to consider when buying cars.

I took my Tundra in for a brake job. They said I needed new power steering lines. They replaced the lines but now there is a huge problem. They leak like it is raining. Now that I think of it, not once in 170,000 miles did I ever need to add power steering fluid. I think my old lines were fine. Further, they never replaced the stone guard under the engine. Other work they did was cosmetically flawed. The owner displays beautifully restored classic cars in his showroom. I know my truck did not get treated the same way.

Got a great deal and the process went great initially and everyone was very nice throughout. After I agreed to buy a car the communication went out the window. I am out of state so the process for registering is different than RI. I asked the GM when I would get the title so I could register the car and get plates. He told me they would overnight it out in 2 days. That never happened and I had to call 3 times and sent an email before I could get on the phone with the finance person and he finally sent it to me over a week after I agreed to buy the car. Then when a got there to pick it up it took an hour just to get the keys because the sales rep who had them was with another customer. The sales manager kept telling me he would be with me shortly but I ended up tracking down the sales rep in the parking lot so I could get out of there.

UPDATE: Mark the service manager reached out directly and resolved the issue. Service Review: I hate to have to write bad reviews on local businesses being a local business owner myself but the service department has continued to let me down. I have a tacoma I purchased new at Tarbox that has had a front end clanking noise since about 10k; I am now at almost 30k. I brought up the issue as soon as it started and have brought it up every service visit the truck as been in including take rides with techs on two separate occasions where they all heard the noise. I have 5 friends with the same exact truck (year, body style) none of which make the noise my truck continues to make. I get the feeling service just wants to push cars through because they are always really busy. It seems they don't really want to take the time to figure out what the cause of the problem is but just to the oil change and the easy stuff and move on. If your just looking to get your routine maintenance done service is fine but heads up for any unique issues because you may need to not work your day job so you can just bring your truck in over and over again.

Tarbox will never see another dollar from me. I've purchased about 7 different cars from various dealerships and this has been the most frustrating and poorly executed sale I've ever experienced. Delivery of the vehicle took over 6 months. Tarbox did not have a clean title when they sold the car and, though many circumstances seemed to prevent them from getting a clean title in a timely manner, they were exceptionally dismissive when asked for a timeline or why there was a holdup. I have all the patience in the world, but for 6months, no clear reason for the delay could be presented and no attempt to clarify was made. Finally got the vehicle back and it was turned over with obviously no inspection from Tarbox. It had a headlight out and sitting in the lot since June has caused the rotors and pads to rust out. They probably jumped the dead battery that morning and shipped it out just to get me out of their hair, since I'd started dialogue with the dealership licensing board.

To start I am from out of state I have a tire care and replacement package that is nationwide ( coverage in all states at all Toyota dealerships ) I arrive here with tire damage and right off told sorry Rhode Island does not do tire coverage ( lied to they do ) had a tire put on because I have kids and don’t want to drive with a spare I talked to a manager and was told we can take the tire off and you can go else where !! How nice . I said I need the tire there has to be something and another lie was told to me ( said they they called the original dealership ) I got the tires from would reimburse me when i brought the receipt so weeks later I take the receipt in and guess what !! They have no knowledge of any of this !! And since they didn’t do the work they can’t credit the work !!! NEXT STEP I was told submit the work to corporate Toyota and i will get credit for it ! AND !! Couple several months later it was denied SO !! just a warning this dealership lied about tire repair This dealership lied about calling the original purchased tire dealership and said it was all ok and they will take care of it VERY BAD when I large Toyota has to lie about $100 tire repair Very upset with this place and over such a small amount If you have to drive 10 miles to Warwick Do it I had a nail in my tire later after this and guess what !! They replaced it in 20 mins no questions !!!

On July 02, 2016 after purchasing nothing but New Fords for over 35 years I purchased my second new Toyota. It was a white 2016 Toyota Tundra SR5 which replaced my white 2009 Ford F150. The sales person was polite, professional and was extremely knowledgeable of the products at the dealership. The sales person was cheerful and upbeat from the test drive to the completion of the paperwork. He also went out of his way and even contacted our auto insurance ensure the paperwork for the transfer of my old vehicle to my new vehicle was completed and correct so that when I drove off with my new truck had coverage. Everyone at Tarbox Toyota went way beyond just selling us a new vehicle they made us feel like family. The selection and quality at Tarbox is fantastic. Everyone during and after the purchasing process went far above and beyond. I would recommend my friends and family purchase their next vehicle at Tarbox Toyota.

Another fantastic car buying experience at Tarbox... This is the second vehicle we purchased from Tarbox. The first was from their Hyundai dealership, where we had the best car buying experience ever. As expected, Chris Cuoco and Anna Cook made our purchase at Tarbox Toyota, just as amazing. Anna has an amazing ability to make you feel like you're her only customer. She responded to my emails promptly, and completely answered all my questions. With internet reps from other dealers, I get robotic responses, and have to ask the same question multiple times before getting an answer, especially to fee related questions. Anna gave me a great price right from the start, and laid out all the fees without me asking. I knew Chris was a great guy from my last purchase, but this time around I found out how great of a guy he really is. First, he was unbelievably patient and understanding. I had put a deposit on a RAV one day, then called Chris the next day, to let him know I probably would not be going through with the purchase (In the interest of saving time I won't go into details). He said "not a problem, take your time", and offered to refund my deposit. I thought this was awesome because most dealers will not refund your deposit so easily, especially after they've given you an outstanding price on a vehicle. Fast forward a few days later, after doing research on the RAV and finally settling on it, I called Chris to let him know we decided on the RAV and were leaning toward the Ruby Red color, but wanted to see it before making a final decision. He told us to pick whatever color we want, just pay any difference between the RAV I originally was quoted. Again, that was really awesome of Chris to be so flexible. Most dealers will lock you into a specific vehicle when they give you a great price. We left for Tarbox Saturday afternoon, with the goal of arriving before 4:00PM so we would have enough time to possibly pick another color, have the car prepped, and do all the paperwork. Traffic was heavy for most of the way up, so I called Chris to let him know we'd be late and ask if there would be enough time to get everything done. He said "no worries, there's plenty of time, just drive safe." So we finally arrived around 5:15PM and saw the Ruby Red RAV in the lot. It was exactly the color we wanted. When Cory, our salesman, came out to greet us, we told him that's the car. Cory said it was all prepped and ready to go. Apparently, Chris had the car prepped, to save us time, even though he knew there was a chance we would be taking a different color. That was really considerate of him to take a chance on prepping a car for nothing, just to save us time. Cory ran the paperwork around, and had everything done, in less than an hour, a truly impressive feat. I've spent whole days, morning to night, at other dealerships, getting the paperwork done, then had to go back the next day to pick up the vehicle. At Tarbox, the whole process took about 1hr 15min, including Cory's thorough explanation of all the RAV's features. We left Tarbox at around 6:30PM, and headed back to NJ in our new RAV. Totally awesome experience!!! Kudos to Cat for doing a thorough job with our DMV docs. I was able to get everything done, without a hitch. This sounds like a small feat, but even NJ dealers inevitably miss something, and I either have to go back to the dealership or have them fax something to DMV.

I’ve been hunting for a RAV4 in a trim that’s hard to find and in a particular color (it’s my first new car, I’m picky). I called about a slightly different one I saw online and spoke with an “internet specialist” Andrew who did a great job keeping me up to date about when they were getting the car that I wanted. When it came in, he let me know immediately and I was able to drive down from my home in New Hampshire to test drive it. I met with Hass, who was a super helpful and friendly (and not at all pushy) salesman. Igor helped me through the financing, which was a breeze. All of the Tarbox employees I dealt with were professional and friendly and made the purchase process quick and smooth. I just wish they were closer to me :)

My opinion of tarbox Toyota is they are a bunch of liars! I had 3 screen shots on my phone 2 emails of a representative that assured me price I saw online was accurate. Also screen shot picture of truck with a deaer discount of $5000.00 and when I asked them about it I was told it must have been a glitch with the 3rd party service they use to give online quotes. Way to go! When I sent my proof to them in a text to a salesman I never got a answer back after waiting about 30 minutes I had to call back and hear this lie from the GM. I don't care how rare the truck was I said I'm not dealing with them. I'd rather wait for another to come around. Stay clear of these guys.

TRASH! I was informed, after the fact, that I had a part replaced and that it would be an additional $190. When I brought this matter up with the Service Manager, he proceeded to argue with me and tell me that the part needed to be replaced. I repeatedly explained to him that I understood that the part needed to be replaced, but the fact that there was a lack of notification prior to the part being replaced was my issue. I don't think I have ever written a review, but felt this one deserves my input. Car buying can be stressful along with irratating at the same time. I have bought a lot of vehicles in my life and never had the service or experience I received at Tarbox Toyota. From the beginning, the salesman (Mike Benjamin) did not make us walk around the parking lot looking at cars, he brought the car of intertest to me. He then was patient as I walked around the vehicle and tested each knob and thoroughly checked the vehicle over, he followed patiently without wasting words or trying to persuade me one way or the other. After the test drive, he kindly asked for information and allowed the finance team to do their magic. I received a better interest rate than any other bank could offer and also a 5 yr 75000 powertrain warranty for pennies on the dollar. My experience cannot be expressed in words, the team at Tarbox needs to bottle whatever they are doing and sell the recipe to the rest of the car sellers out there. Even Tarbox's service department is phenomenal. We were greeted as the customer should be. Do yourself a favor and let Toyota Tarbox take the stress out of car buying. Their whole team are magicians and the real illusion is how they make a stressful situation disappear and make car buying enjoyable.

Leased a new 2016 Corolla in October of 2015. Joe was extremely helpful in finding the model I wanted, as well as the entire test drive process. I’ve never gotten a new car before and he was amazing. He went over mileage and pricing etc., and helped me pick the years and mileage that worked for me. He was even patient while I waited for the person who was buying my car to get there to pick up the title, etc and pay the cash which I was using as a down payment. My only downsides came in the room where you hash out the details and sign with someone else. Suddenly the price was much higher because of fees, etc which was a bit frustrating. It felt like a pure offsell room where everything is pushed onto you after you’ve already got the adrenaline of getting a new car. Thankfully the gentleman was able to work whatever magic he worked and get me down to a price that was more along in my limits (still more than I thought it would be after leaving the sales floor). This included a full dent and scratch protection which is my only other downside. It sounded amazing and I was told if anything happens, they take care of it. If I buy my car after the lease I can have it fixed up brand new before I take it for myself. 2 years in and I got a decent dent and scratch from someone on the rear passenger door. I bring it only to find out the scratch was too big. I’m sure it’s in the fine print but it sucks being told anything happens it’s all set only to find out it’s not all set. I never filed a police report assuming protection and had to go through insurance to take it to a body shop in Cranston costing me a decent deductible out of pocket. However, in a separate, I got a nail in my tire and the protection took care of that which was nice! So I guess it works both ways. Overall, amazing experience, selection, and I still love the ease of their service facility. I just wish that protection was a bit more clear and that little office where you sign didn’t have as much thrown onto you at once. Keep up the great work!

Tarbox Toyota goes above and beyond with customer service and efficiency in every department. Andrew Potter, from the internet department was very informative, reassuring and eased the transition to the sales department, as well as making himself available as a trusted resource for multiple inquiries for the car buying process. Has, the sales consultant worked with provided excellent customer service and was accommodating and personable. Howard, the floor manager is always hands on, and efficiently meets the customers needs while also directing the transition between sales and finance departments. Having just purchased a car last weekend, and also having to service it a few days later (even though it was for something minor) was frustrating until I actually experienced it, which took a total of 20 minutes, free of charge, and included the same positive personable customer service experience from Nick, a free manicure, and a chai tea. I genuinely wish my oil needed changing more often than it does. Great experience!

Would give a 0 if I could. They messed up my oil change and gave me conventional instead of synthetic and their only thing to do was to give me my synthetic and wait even longer. When I asked for a PARTIAL refund they gave me an attitude and expected me to come in for the synthetic and pay the difference which they said was double the price even though I have an amail saying that it would only be 49 but now they tell me it's 76!This has been a huge let down and to my disappointment I will not be going back for ANYTHING. I was planning in the future when my current car is done in going there for a newer yaris but nope, not now. All I wanted was a $20 refund for my time and frustration. This was a mistake by them and they gave me attitude when I asked what they could do besides have me waste more of my time when it could have been done right the first time. Very disappointing and I don't recommend.
