I returned my previous car to Volvo today and got a new S60 Cross Country with Matt Hill. Honestly speaking, working with Matt is one of the reasons that I made the purchase so quickly. Matt is patient, warm, and understanding. Trust me, you should always ask for him!

Able to fix misfiring cylinders and voltage regulator on two separate service trips and have had no further problems, car works great. I docked points because they took my dipstick out of my car and put a broken one in (the handle was broken and it fits incorrectly). I called and left messages along the lines of "I noticed my dipstick was exchanged and I was just calling to ask about why this was and if I can get my old one back." Left two messages and they never called me back.

Overall, the service I received for my S60 was fine. I would have appreciated some detail about whether or not the replacement was actually necessary and what type of battery I was getting. Regarding my 1995 Volvo 850 Turbo, which had been at Volvo for over a week when I brought in the S60, I was able to subsequently sell this vehicle on February 13, 2019, yet the same problem is still occurring where the Check Engine light continues to illuminate, despite thousands of dollars worth of work being performed over the past few months. So, naturally this has me very upset.

Opaque pricing. Overpriced labor. Rude service stuff hanged up my call. And a lot of tricks and traps waiting for their customers. Would give negative star if possible.
