Looked at a car on the internet called and went in to look at it. It had not been cleaned, nor had they taken it through their service department. Car was dirty inside and stunk. Test drove it noticed the tires were BALD. Expressed interest in buying it to the salesperson stating it needed to be detailed and needed tires. He said they would have to run it through their service department. He called us back said the car needed new tires, brakes, rotors and some bulbs. Told us we could buy the car but would have to pay $1200 extra to have these things done, or we could drive it off the lot, but the car would not pass inspection (which wasn't up until 6 months later) wanted to sell us a car that had bald tires and bad brakes. I have never been to a lot that offered to sell a car that was potentially dangerous off the lot.

I recently obtained a 2019 Volvo from this dealership. Can’t say enough wonderful things about the experience. From the sales manager Jason Gaston, The sales representative Jerry Salter, and the finance guy (forgive me for forgetting his name), I was treated like I was royalty. Each exhibited extreme professionalism, courteousness, and knowledgeable about their business. Each encounter, which were few, no pressure tactics were employed, and my vehicle of choice, with everything I wanted in and on it, was quickly located and prepared for pickup. And, the Ray Price Auto Park is a wonderful place to visit. As a long time customer, I’m proud to say that I was again impressed by Ray Price Honda/Volvo/Mazda team and facilities. Thank you all.

Bring a mechanic if buying used

Purchased 3 Volvo’s this year. 2 from brown daub one from ray price. The one I buy from ray price Volvo cost 70k and they are over there head. They confirmed I had a service loaner the morning of first scheduled oil change as well as other service issues and then 2 hours before scheduled service I am told it was given to someone else. I spoke with 3 Volvo reps directly with Volvo recommending they get their Volvo contract pulled because this is not my first bad experience with this dealership on my new vehicle and it was just purchased in August. I cancel and reschedule my appointments which costs me money to accommodate a dealership that cant competently line up service loaners on their only real luxury brand. Brown daub will be getting all my business moving forward and buyer beware. Multiple loose and squeaky parts on my s90 T6 inscription. Unapologetic and not the place to buy a high end vehicle. Period.

My Volvo XC60 was taken in quickly fo my service appointment, everything I had called about was accurately listed, my courtesy car (a beautiful 2017 Volvo sedan!) was ready and waiting for me, my car was ready in the time promised, AND given a beautiful car wash! I LOVE Ray Price Volvo and wouldn't service my Volvo anywhere else!

Very pleased with this business! The newly-opened facility is impressive and pleasant to wait during service and to browse. Staff is attentive and helpful. Costs of service was reasonable and I was happy to find my car was washed when I picked it up after service. I will definitely return here for future car service and inspections.

Very happy with my experience. Built the car I wanted on the Volvo website then emailed these guys the PDF with all details, they came back with a very fair price. Gave my credit card # for deposit on the phone - never having to leave the house. For someone who likes to order things online this was great. When the car was built and delivered from Sweden I came down to pick it up - it was standing all ready to go. Everything was handled quickly and professionally. Would definitely buy another car from these guys.

After shopping online for my first Volvo for weeks and working up the nerve to visit a dealership, I chose Ray Price due to their extensive selection and favorable prices compared to other Volvo dealers in the Lehigh Valley. Car shopping with the wife and 2 toddlers is never an easy affair, and Ray Price couldn't have made it easier or more relaxing. Arthur greeted us on a Friday night excitedly and couldn't be more friendly. After an extentensive demo, rundown, and test drive for the V90 of our choice, Arthur and Greg were extremely patient, kind, and easy to work with to get the price just where we needed. We left knowing not only did we make the right choice in vehicle but also dealership for our family. The facility is top notch, clean, bright, comfortable and downright beautiful. Thank you to the whole sales and service team for staying late to give us more than the best quality of service a family could ask for! Also, the chairs in the lobby deserve their own rating 5/5 Stars!

Well it wasn't actually Volvo, because they have several companies such as Ford and Honda. I didn't have previous personal experience to go by, but I had heard many stories. Gary helped me and help isn't even the right word. He is an Angel on Earth. I didn't even feel like I was talking with a salesman. He was like a friend. He took so much time with me, I wonder if he thought it was too much. I think not though because his start to finish personality never changed. Bottom line extremely thorough and they really go to bat for you. If you need a car new or used go there. Rating of 1 to 10 they are about a 12!!!

This started out as one of the best, most relaxed car purchase. We agreed on a price for my trade in, found a car that we liked with our requested options. When we reviewed the numbers the sales manager lowered my trade in value and tried to explain it as a miss communication, even after 3 people witnessed him tell us the offer. This ended the smooth car buying experience for us. Make sure to get trade in values in writing as a hand shake means nothing there.

Walked into the building at 7:20pm on a Wednesday night. They were open, but no one was in the building. I went back in and tried calling into an employee only area by the restrooms with no reply. When I walked out a guy was walking through. I asked him if anyone worked there, he said, "other building", and kept walking. I asked what other building and he told me they were all in the Mazda building (continuing to walk away). I asked if I'm supposed to sell me my own car to which he sarcastically said, "Or you can go to the other building." I asked him his name and he said Steve. After going to the Mazda building to tell them they lost a sale due to Steve, I was told his real name is Dave and he washes cars in the back. With just a, "Sorry about that", he let my wife and I drive off. Update: I spoke with the manager, Chuck, by phone. He called and apologized for the way our visit went. He did ask for the opportunity to earn our business, unfortunately we were on our way to another dealer and I promised him if she did not find the car she loved there we would go in. She did find a Volvo XC90 6T which we purchased (an amazing car by the way). We will look to give Ray Price another chance when I trade in my Jeep for the new Gladiator. Chuck did convince me that what we experienced was not common practice and would be handled.

I should mention that I am from Michigan and RJ drove the car to Newark airport to bring it to me AND THEN FOUND HIS OWN PUBLIC TRANSPORTATION HOME!!
