It’s a terrible dealership, I came to do oil change and there’s a emergency brake temporary disable warning issue keep happening so need them to take a look, what they told me is they won’t send a technician with me to witness when it’s happening, also the warning will come on and off so when I come to the dealership it’s not on then they won’t do anything with it, the only way for them to do something is to leave the car at the dealership but they won’t provide you a vehicle also they won’t tell you how long will they keep your car, the best part is they said they are Kia dealership but they don’t work for Kia so the issue like this the only way to communicate with Kia is email, everyone should be aware of this if you are considering a Kia. by the way this is quote from the agent "I know car can be frustrating, no one gets a perfect car". Do not go to this dealership, also do not buy a Kia, I spent extra money to buy the top model with this safety feature, but the safety feature is always temporary disabled, and the dealership won’t help to fix the problem, isn’t it great?

Finance dept tried to tack on a $500 processing fee that other dealers did not charge (on a lease payoff). Beware of any such fees and compare with other Kia dealers. While I was happy with the salesperson, the sales manager wouldn't negotiate over the phone nor email which made me go elsewhere as I didn't want to waste time in a dealer not knowing we're close on price, etc. I went somewhere that we pre-arranged price and just went in to sign paperwork...too bad as this would have been my closest dealer

Be prepared to stay in here all day their process literally takes all day but you will know if you can get a car or not after the first hour or two so you're not wasting your time. When you go make sure you have everything you need cuz it will delay the process. I'm sure you will need proof of income driver's license although you don't need one, a down payment for your car and car insurance. Their options are okay they have good cars I've never had a problem with them.

The back office staff were great, the salesmen the least slimy or pushy I've ever dealt with, but overall the process of financing my buyout at the end of my lease took WAAAAAAAAYYYYYYYYYYY too long. Were talking a full hour and change on the first day just to get information, and then a FOUR HOUR day sitting at a desk just waiting for it to be my turn to have my information processed. If it weren't for the great, intentional, and personable attitude of the staff there, this would be a 2-star review. But, like I said, the people were great, they got my payments down lower than my lease payments, overall I'm a happy customer.

When I purchase my car from here. They were oddly nicer than other sales man. I was even offered refreshments. Customer service is impeccable. Wife has been trying to contact the finance guy for weeks. We just try to get basic information from him and we can never get it. when he gives her a call back he acts as if he never spoke to us before and gives us attitude and is extremely mean and is a complete moron. Says extremely rude things about his employees also complaining that her salesperson was to slow and does not know how to do his job as well as saying very rude and offensive things. I remember when Kia of Coatesville was structured in customer service back in the day. Now every time we go in it’s a whole new round of sales people now I know why that’s the case. Leaving this review as a occasion that happened in the past recently just to get the bad taste out of my mouth.

But I must say when I sat down to speak with Charlie things were different. I told him upfront what I wanted and he tried his best to get what I asked. He was honest and answered every question I had. Charlie answered completely with professional knowledge and pride in his vehicles. This place is not horrible but there is one thing that bothered me. When I first pulled in everything was great! A gentleman directed me on where to park (since the lot was so full) there was no parking at all. I had planned on going in to start an application just to see what my options were. Another gentleman greeted me and started to assist me. He was very nice until we got to the part about my income. I felt a little insulted when he asked me how much rent I paid and when I told him he asked me how could I afford such an amount with the money I make at my job. I understand that they need as much information as possible to help me, but I feel that the question was asked. How I pay my rent has nothing to do with me buying a car. Who knows. Let's just say maybe my HUSBAND helps me pay it! I felt insulted by that question. It sucks because I was really thinking of going back to look around but that completely turned me off. I personally wouldn't go here again and I am sure everyone is super nice but like I said before that comment was a little insulting. Sorry Kia but I can only give you two stars my visit today.

I drove an extra 20 miles to this Kia dealer rather than go to one closer to me as a friend I trust got their car here and it was definitely worth the extra effort as I had some unexpected issues with my credit scoring and the staff took their time to consider various options, presented me with several, and I am leaving with a car I like more than the first one I looked at that my credit score barred me from leasing and they did their math so monthly payments/etc are equal to or less than what I came in for. They continually kept in contact with me during the car search process. They ended up getting my business after six years dealing with Roberts Honda down the road. Highly recommended and very professional.

I met with Joe Niewiadomski at Kia of Coatesville to test drive a Telluride. They were the only dealer with one available to test drive. They also had more coming in than the 3 other dealers I contacted. Joe was great! My car took 8 weeks to come in and Joe was great at keeping me in the loop during that time. They gave me more for my trade in than KBB predicted. My car had 37K miles on it when we did the paperwork (3 weeks before the Telluride was delivered). He offered a loaner if my Trade in got close to 40K miles. The reason for this was the trade in value would drop at 40 K miles. My car came in 1 day ahead of schedule, Joe took lots of time to explain all the features and followed up after the sale. He also FedExed me my EZPass which I inadvertently left in my old car. Love the Telluride!!!! Overall a positive buying experience!

We had a great experience buying a car from Dave Koch! His attention to our needs and willingness to go above and beyond was refreshing while buying a car. My wife and I were looking to purchase a new car for our daughter, but she had one unique requirement... The car needed to fit her upright string bass! Not easy when you are looking to buy a small, sporty car and not and SUV. During our initial visit, we let Dave know our requirements and he had a few ideas about cars we could get. Dave was awesome during the whole visit, and took the time to explain all the features and functions of the vehicle and said that we should definitely bring the string bass back, to see if it would fit. My wife brought the bass back in the following Wednesday and it fit perfectly in the Forte5!! I think that sealed the deal for my daughter and the following Saturday we were back to purchase the vehicle. The entire experience was better than any other car buying experience I have had recently. Dave was very attentive to our needs, followed through will ALL of his promises, kept in constant communication, and followed up after the sale to ensure everything was going well. Recommend the dealership, and in particular Dave Koch, 100 percent. Keep up the great work!

Kia of Coatesville is an absolute joke. Wish I could rate them with zero stars. They had my car for almost a month and still can’t seem to get it fixed correctly. Everytime I call or go in it’s a completely different staff along with poor management. I would never buy another car from this dealership. I’ve contacted Kia customer service to file a complaint. I recently purchased a 2019 Kia Sportage here. John Toledo was my salesperson. He was very high energy, but extremely pushy. He was fast talking, and didn't seem to know what he was doing. It made me uncomfortable. He works in the special financing dept. Besides all of that, he was able to quickly have me approved, even with some credit issues due to a recent divorce. Tom, the manager, was very helpful and professional. Mostly due to Tom, my purchase went smoothly. I would recommend this place (but I wouldn't have John help), especially to women who are doing it all in their own and are nervous and scared like I was. Tom will not let you down. ❤ I am in love w my new Sportage and so are my kids! *****update~ John didn't give me my 2nd set of keys and promised to mail them..... this was in December. It is now AUGUST and I've never received the keys!!!!

For starters make sure that your salesperson follows through with what they say they will do as far as returning phone calls etc. That would be a big help. In addition don't lead a person to believe that your dealership is really interested in buying their vehicle and also being able to put the person in a brand new vehicle to. It's a shame because I was really looking forward to doing possible future business with your dealership but now I have my doubts as far as referring your business to anyone let alone doing business with your dealership. I wish that your dealership could make it right by doing what they said but it wouldn't surprise me if nothing came from my previous experience.

Although I find our present Kia Sportage the best car I have ever owned, I was skeptical on maintaining customer loyalty to the brand due to the lack of concern and substandard customer service I received in the past. John provided the professionalism and warmth that was lacking from my past experience. Yes I did for picking up my car from service. I have been back several times for them to figure out why my car acted like it did when I drove it . Now the problem is intermittent and they are the worst to try to diagnose. I had looked up the symptoms on Google and they told me what it could be. So I tell them and they look at me with three heads. They finally found the problem which I told them from the beginning. But, Kia has to have all these data info before they will honor anything under warranty. The problem I have if there is a malfunction with the "THROTTLE BODY" that should be monitored on the computer system and it's not. So if I have a problem with my car ,it should not be dismissed as if I'm crazy. I have grown up working on my cars and the fact that I have to take it to a garage to have fixed now infuriates me enough. All cause we have to hook it up to a computer system just to clear data so it will stop replicating the problem after it's fixed is beyond comprehension. You don't need all these sensors to figure out what's wrong . You take away any possible way of simple mechanics. The mechanics today are replacement artist they do no thinking or learning on what is simple mechanic know how.

Once you buy your car from Kia, you will receive numerous calls about warranties! And after a year expect numerous calls and endless junk mail, I call too tell them too stop many times, they had no idea what I was talking about, my car is 6 yrs. Old, and getting more frequent calls for trading it in!!!!!! Will not go back do too this!!!!!

One of the most rude dealerships overall that I have ever experienced. They told me to come in to interview for a job, I am paralyzed and handicapable, was excited the first interview went well, with Beverly Gravina , she told me I had the job and to come meet everyone. After meeting with the team Beverly assured me they were all medicinal marijuana patients and not to worry ( i wasn’t worried) and to not worry about all the details on the written app. She gave me a schedule and I was prepared to work on that coming Monday, when I get an email from the GM, Dominic , saying to come in for a second interview. I mentioned that Beverly told me I had the job and he assured me I needed to fill out hiring paperwork and to be there at 3:30. I was there from 3:330 to 5:30 and the hiring manager Gerard ignored me for much of this two hour time period during which he made rude and crude comments towards the female employees and only talked with me a few minutes. He told me he didn’t know that PA had medical marijuana and that he liked to get high and “be in the clouds”. I told him that is not good (this is fsomeone who sells and operates vehicles) and I prefer only CBD which helps my nerve pain. Gerard was upset by this, and my wheelchair and told me he would call me Monday. I knew this meant bad news.l, as I had previously been told I had the job and to come in to work , but I am thankful not to be mixed up with these rude, decietful potheads. Someone should let Jim Sipala know, unless maybe he is participating in the same behavior. I feel bad for all female employees here

Buyer beware after going there them not having the model the interet said they had, they located one then after haggling my trade that they tried to lowball me on. We agreed on price, length of loan and terms. It then changed we caught it they fixed it but took out some this we wanted we had them add those back into find the price jumped to a extra $50 bucks every payment, we got a sobb story how there making no money. Needles to say I walked out with no new car I'll spend my money somewhere else.

Got a flat tire and was not able to get it changed because the dealership FAILED to put wheel lock key in car. They then agreed to drop off the keys at tire location and failed to do so. We had to call them repeatedly for them to bring the keys that should have been in the car in the first place.

Ony 2 stars cause they made us wait for the truck we wanted to test drive till it got a 140 point test on it , wouldn't talk finances till after the test drive & then asked us ,for poor credit reason, to either come up with $ 500 more then i had or try a different truck. Two months ago I purchased a 2017 Mazda 6 from Jim Sipala Kia. My salesman (Victor) was excellent. I received a good deal on the car and still love it two months later. I'm giving two stars for several reasons. First, the sales manager wrote up the papers wrong, with mistakes, adding to the agreed on price by not including my down payment. I believe it was his first day and I would have paid much more if I hadn't looked closely. It was also the accountants first day. He was very pleasant, but didn't have anything put together and no support from the staff. Finally, although the car was in excellent condition, it was missing a small piece on the rear bumper that covers a towing hook. I was told as part of the sale, that they would order a new piece. After several weeks, I contacted them and was assured that it would be ordered, and I would be contacted when it was in. Honestly, it's only a $20 part, but after contacting them 2 additional times, and still no cover, I'm ordering it myself. Great salesman (Victor), poor sales manager, poor accountant, and poor parts management. Your response tells me to call you. I have contacted you 3 times to no resolve. How about you contact me?

I told the Sales personnel I wanted a used SUV for around $15,000 or less...they instead tried to sell me a brand new SUV list price $30,000+ ....when I reiterated that I wanted a more affordable used car to them they were no longer interested in helping us...it was very strange service we received no one listened to us it was not a good experience. Purchased two cars from here. Had a great buying experience, sales guy was great. Second car purchased was a used 2012 soul. They slapped on an $2500 extended warranty, which I did not notice till paper signing. After debating it seemed like a good idea. Had some issues on the drive home, brought it back a couple days later, the issues didnt seem to exist. On and off since then I would have a check engine light or starting issue. Even grinding when shifting and accelerating. Magically the dealers could never find the issue, while it was under the balance of the factory. I took it to three different dealers that were closer for convienence. Car suddenly died on me when it was shut off to refuel last thursday, just before the new year. Not even a jump would fix it, had to physically have it pushed to start. Had to repeat this the next day to bring it down. Dealer (new sales person) was more interested in pushing me inot a new car, and wasting my entire day, which I had to close my shop and could not work on the busiest weekend of the year, to do. Had no loaner vehicles,and wouldnt provide a rental because of the extened warranty terms. Still doesnt have any sort of loaner vehicles a week later, for a paying customer, but did mention several employees had ones. Wants to charge me $700++ for a starter (inc labor) and a battery?? that is absurd, and the extended warranty refuses to cover the service. of which, this should be a covered service. Dealer refuses to make right on the faulty car that I was sold, nor provide a full refund (only prorated) on a warranty i never had to make a claim against. Felt like i was treated like abosolute trash by the management staff here, only wants to sell you a car, but not take care of you after! I will never return to this place ever! **Additional detail on the sales: I was given the run around several times on options. Yes my credit was horrible, but they run on "every one gets approved" ads. Well they lied about the loan forgiveness program. They told me i needed a cosigner for a credit rebuild opiton. got the Co-signer, and magically the "co sign or $2500 down" option went away. Tried to con me into having the co buy the car, and then have the insurance in my name, which is ILLEGAL!!

I schedueld an appointment to have my car inspected at 8:45am. I called at noon to check the status of my car and it still hadn't been taken back into the shop. I called back an hour after that and was told my car would be finised soon. But no that wasn't the end of it my car wasnt totally finised and ready for me to pay for the inspection until almost 3pm. What is the point and making an appointment if im left waiting all day for the work to even begin?? Very dissatisfied .

I should have listened to the reviews on Yelp and skipped this place. Total bait and switch operation and they don't honor True Car or Kia specials. General manager Andrew sent two condescending responses to me when I asked for clarification about the price of a new car. I called him and he was even more short with me about the offer. He wants to blame the True Car service instead of just honoring the price. When I asked to leave a voicemail for Jim Sipala I got the runaround and was transferred to what obviously was not the correct extension. Don't waste your time with this dishonest dealership. UPDATE- Never heard back from Jim Sipala or anyone else after they posted the reply below. Bought the Kia from another dealership where we were treated with respect and courtesy, and where they answered all our questions without losing their tempers.

The BEST car buying experience ever!! I had visited many kia dealerships and the sales people and managers were very rude. They would waste our time by sending us there and had us waiting over 6 hrs. At Allentown Kia . Valu Kia in Philadelphia was no better. Went in there after a surgical procedure, we had an appointment with them and there were other customers in there that didn't even have appointments. We were told that they did not have time to help us that evening and did not even really greet us ,so we left. We are a medical family with alot of Dr. Appts. We were upside down in the vehicle we had and were in great need of a dependable vehicle. We came to this dealership over an hour away with not alot of hope and from the time we walked in Marvin our sales guy and Austin the manager were extremely professional and pro actice at helping us. We accompanied our daughter to purchase a new Kia. They have a good, but not perfect, process set up. Out sales rep Brandon was very friendly and helpful. The finance part of the process was, as expected, a bit stressful. The paper signing was also easy and the dealer putting the stressful part in the middle help smooth out one of the most stressful events in a person's life. My advice is don't look at their retail worksheet as it was complex and really drove me bananas. I would recommend you wait to see the certificate of title and sales contract. It makes it more clear on what you actually paid for the car. My only issue is we live so far from the dealership that it would be hard to use them for service. We used the USAA buying service to get my daughter's first car and gave them the opportunity to get her second car. Overall, I think this is a good dealership. Of course the price could be lower but it is what it is. I recommend this dealer, and we will mostly likely use this dealer in the future if purchasing a Kia.

Nick, our salesman was low-key, and helpful. I did buy the car, and I recommend Kia of Coatrsville and Nick (and Joe with whom I had a previous experience). The reason for four stars and not five is because the car's VIN was etched into the glass and I was charged $399 - for something I did not request. That charge was refunded after I complained.
