I'm from Connecticut and recently purchased a 1988 Porsche 928 S4 at Mannheim Auctions. My car was damaged by the transporter while he was putting it on the trailer. The transporter then brought the damaged car to Autohaus. I never had any prior experience with Autohaus or any of its employees. I'd like to state that the Body Shop Manager, Glenn Keller, did a fantastic job of helping me through a difficult process. Glenn is a very respectful and honest man. A true professional. When I received my car in Connecticut yesterday the extensive work done by Glenn and his team at Autohaus exceeded my expectations. Hats off to Glenn and his team at Autohaus. I give them my highest recommendation.

I had not bought a new car in a long time. So when I first walked into Autohaus, I did not necessarily know what I wanted in a car besides knowing I no longer needed my SUV. There was no pressure, no heavy-handed sales pitches. I drove a lot of different models. I came back twice and then on the third time I bought a 2016 Jetta. Everything was flawless. From prepping the vehicle, teaching me all about the subtle nuances of a triptronic transmission and navigation capabilities. And the financing was a breeze. The only thing better than the pros at Autohaus are the cars themselves.

We recently bought an Audi Q7 from Autohaus. We have had the car for over two weeks now and love it. We had an excellent experience. Chris Chapman and Angie Dietrich were wonderful to work with. They are both very skilled at their job. Chris even brought the Q7 to our house (over an hour away) to make sure it fit in our garage. Autohaus will have our family's business for a long time! Earl was a nice representative of the pre-owned end of Autohaus. Unfortunately, there seems to be no negotiating at this dealership. Please be aware that they push their profits to the limits and do not budge on price. Don't expect to walk in an get a better price than listed. Besides the lack of haggling, they seem generally friendly but have no eagerness to get a sale made.

This dealership and our salesman Andrew Harris who was very knowledgeable about the car we wished to purchase. We felt like we were taking a first class flight from the time we first called him and requested a specific color and options. He located the exact car and color we wanted and he secured it for us. Andrew took my friend on a tour of the dealership and introduced him to all of the departments and he introduced us to a manager in case he wasn't t available. When we met Andrew for the first time he welcomed us at the door let us to his desk and served us refreshments! He then took my friend on a test drive on a same car but different color! Andrew fought for us to get the most for our trades and when we were satisfied he scheduled the car to be transferred to his dealership. Andrew had the car detailed so when we came to take delivery it was in the showroom! Wow that was the first time that I took delivery of a new car that was put inside of the showroom to keep it out of the weather. Andrew took his time and explained every accessory and how it worked! I highly recommend Andrew Harris and the dealership where he works if you want a pleasant no pressure purchase, call Andrew and let him guide you on an a amazing experience!

Excellent buying experience for my new Audi SQ5. I walked in to Autohaus Lancaster and was immediately greeted by Hernan. He listened to what I was looking for and brought out a car to test drive. I loved the way it looked and handled and decided to buy it. Not only did he work with me on price, but Autohaus Lancaster offered me a finance loan at a cheaper rate than the pre-approved loan I had gotten from my bank. While my new car was being prepared, Hernan suggested I take a loaner and go get lunch with my family. After a relaxing lunch, I came back to a new car that was completely set up and ready to go. H spent more time going over the extra details of my new Audi SQ5, we finished the paperwork and shook hands. The buying experience was amazing at Autohaus. When I brought my Audi in this week for an air bag recall, Ryan Devine went above and beyond the norm for great customer service. I had added two last-minute service requests: diagnose and fix the check engine light and have my car ready for pickup by noon. Not only did Ryan accommodate both of those requests, when he discovered that there wasn’t a driver available to pick me up over the lunch hour, he offered to pick me up himself! And despite my willingness to call Uber, he picked me up at my office in downtown Lancaster and drove me back to Autohaus. I can’t tell you how impressed I was with his service commitment. I also appreciated his responsiveness and friendliness throughout. Thank you again, Ryan! I will be back.

My review is two part. 1 - I worked with Colin D. looking at a CPO Audi A3 a few years ago. He went above and beyond what I expected and was a great guy to work with. The car was exactly what I was looking for and the price (even for a 2 year old CPO Audi) was right. Unfortunately, I kept second guessing myself and didn't pull the trigger fast enough and the car sold the day before I was going to look at it. I was pretty picky in what I wanted and they didn't have a second one so I kept looking. I give Colin and the Audi branch 5 out of 5 stars. 2 - More recently I was looking at AWD/4x4 vehicles and found a Jeep Grand Cherokee in their used car section. I worked with Earl C. and I found him to be a professional and very polite. He had a great personality and wasn't your stereotypical used car guy at all. He even let me test out the 4x4 on the Jeep on a stone roadway, which was very much appreciated. The Jeep was...OK at best... and I did think about it for a while. The price seemed high for 60k miles but it was an Overland edition. I shopped around and I got a much better trade in offer at a different dealer and went with them. No fault of Earl, he did his job and did it well. I give Earl 5/5 stars and the Uber-used car branch 4/5.

The staff is always so helpful and graciously willing to accommodate you in anyway possible, especially Matthew Drybred, who I have been lucky enough to work with repeatedly. Its very nice to work with the same persons consistently, makes you feel even more welcomed. I get both my husband and my Audi serviced here and always wait for the service to be completed. The waiting area is clean, comfortable and makes it easy to relax while waiting. The projected time in which your service will be completed is always accurate. This is very helpful when trying to plan your day. I especially enjoy watching the services being completed through the large window and it is apparent how meticulous they are with your vehicle with how clean the garage is. Will always be a customer and part of the Audi family!

Service has been subpar for the luxury reputation they are suppose to withhold. Service was ALWAYS an inconvenience. I was told they offer front door pick up and delivery when service is required;never happened. Then they attempted to charge me for a loaner because I worked in MD; that made no sense to me. Last, the things that were to be covered by AudiCare were never covered. I love my Q5, I just don’t care for Autohaus and will not purchase again from them.

I’ve waited a solid two months after making my purchase with Hernan Diaz-Egg (henceforth referred to as H. as he introduces himself) to write this review. I am just as happy with the service I received and the beautiful Audi S4 today as I was the day Hernan walked me out to the lot for a test drive. I’ve haven’t been let down at all and I expect that Audi will continue to make my ownership experience just as stellar. H. threw everything I expected on its head. I went in defensive ready to fight for a good deal. Instead, H. came at me with completely reasonable terms. Every detail was meticulously arranged and taken care of down to pointing out even the littlest flaws of the car (a small rock nick on the hood). I never feel like I was being handled, I felt like a good friend was showing me a car they knew I wanted but held honesty above their own benefit. (Which is ultimately the mark of a great salesman) H. and Autohaus outdid themselves to beat the already phenomenal financing I had secured and made me feel like family. That’s a big statement to be made of any car dealership; although Audi as a whole goes above and beyond, H. went to the next level. My greatest compliment is that I wasn’t talked down to about the car. I went in knowing everything about it, and H. didn’t try to force feed me sales statistics. He knew I was interested and let the car speak for itself. I found out, as I was falling in love with the car, that after I had put a reserve deposit down, other potential buyers had offered to outbid my reservation, but H. remained true to his commitment and held my reservation. All of that is to say nothing of the fact that H didn’t try to upsell me on the aftermarket clear bra (A++) that the previous owner had installed. That alone would have been a reason to justify a higher price. Ultimately, I came out with a great deal on the car and locked into many other add-ons that I would not have purchased had they pressured me (10-year warranty through Audi, sure why not!). This experience has very likely made me a lifelong Audi owner, and I’d even drive the two hours back to Autoaus to purchase my next car from H. If you have the chance to work with Hernan…Do it. Also if you get a chance the car museum alone is worth a visit.

My husband and I are new customers to Autohaus and recently leased a GTI with them. Our initial experience was positive, but since then (only a month in) it has been nothing but a headache. First there was an error on the lease paperwork, some kind of miscalculation, so we had to come back and re-sign a few things, which we understood. Due to their error they couldn't submit the lease on time, we also had to provide our first payment there. They assured us that the check would have everything taken care of. Two weeks later we receive a bill in the mail stating we never made the first payment. We call to clear things up and are told they will work things out and call us back. Days later and no call... we call again. And again. VW calls US and says they will report us since our payment is 10 days late. Call Autohaus and are told this is incorrect and that they will work it out and call us back the next day. STILL NO CALL! I have to call them AGAIN. Our credit should not be impacted by their mistakes. Two stars for everyone we've encountered being polite... -3 stars for no one following through and actually doing something to rectify the situation. To provide context, we have leased numerous cars through Lancaster Hyundai and are confident that we would not be getting the same treatment there.

The girls who work there are kind and know what they're doing, and the young guys who work there are very kind and pleasant to be around. I believe the one young man's name is Jon, he's always so kind and I notice how he is dedicated to his work and gets along well with the others, like they all work together very well.

I always am happy with my Experience I receive at Autohaus I live in Lebanon and H.A. Boyd's is much closer but I find that I have received better service by going the extra few miles to Autohaus. Most of our family has gotten their cars from Autohaus and I can say that none of use has had a bad experience at Autohaus. They got an honest dealership with great service. Plus a pretty awesome collection of old VW's in the basement as well to look at as a bonus!

Why don't you falsify your cars's emission firmware so you can cheat people in the USA? This way you can make more money to compensate for your service department mistakes and reliability issues of your vehicles? This dealership showed it's true colours when my daughter tried to buy a slightly used car at Autohaus. Your 101 salesmanship and thankfully her common sense showed that truth in selling is not ingrained in your sales department. LOST MY BUSINESS! I bought my Audi at Autohaus 7 years ago and have been a regular customer ever since, but this time I was charged $150 more than what I was quoted for a battery, oil and brake fluid change. I was told my total would be $340 but when I picked up my car, I owed $504 (which is almost double the price a normal mechanic would charge for the same services, I regrettably found out after the fact). When I asked for clarification, I was told I "misunderstood the quote." The following day, maybe because Matthew felt bad about screwing me over, I was offered a $20 coupon to Autohaus, as if that's going to help me pay my bills with the $150 they robbed from me. Now I've been waiting for a week to discuss my concern with the general manager. After leaving 2 messages he still hasn't returned my call. HORRIBLE customer service. OVERPRICED vehicle service. I will NEVER go to Autohaus again.

I have been in the market for a used 997 911 for the last year or so. I have been very picky, it had to be just so. About one month ago I noticed that Autohaus had a silver 2011, 911 c2s on the lot with under 6000 miles on it, the car looked perfect. I called down to Lancaster and spoke with Julie Shenk, the next day I was on her lot at 9:00am. She greeted me with a smile and keys in hand. We took a nice drive in the car and to be honest I new I was in trouble the car was perfect. I walked away from the car, but I could not get it out of my mind. The next business day, I found myself in Lancaster once again, Julie and her team worked very hard to get me in that car at a price that I was happy with. I drove it home that night, I could not be happier with the car that I have or with what I experienced at Autohaus. It is simply put a great dealership, it is large enough to compete with any Porsche dealership around. However it still has a feel to it that is warm and inviting. Thanks Julie!!

I was considering the purchase of a CPO Golf and I worked with Barbara Auker. Her enthusiasm for the job was evident from the moment we met, and she was knowledgeable about the car I sought and about the brand and history of VW and the Autohaus dealership. She made sure I was comfortable with the process and assisted me to spend my time productively, including visiting the dealership's museum when I had some downtime. I purchased the car, and was equally satisfied with my purchase and the trade-in experience. I'll definitely consider a trip to Autohaus next time I'm in the market, even though it is a 90-minute drive from my home.

I recently bought a used VW Golf from Autohaus. My initial interaction was very positive; the first salesperson was friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable about the model. Overall, I was happy with the car - it was generally (see below) very clean and in good shape - and we came to an agreement on a reasonable price. However, there were some negatives to this experience, hence the three stars. First, I was misinformed on several significant details. After confirming in advance that the car qualified for VW's current certified pre-owned APR offer and that I was approved for the loan, when I finally got to the finance department, I discovered that the car in fact did not qualify and that I would pay 6.49% APR instead of 3.99% APR (a net difference of over $1000 in interest). This was very disappointing. However, I had fortunately already secured a better loan through my bank anyway, and I had had to wait for a long time to get to finance, and at this point I was too tired to contest this. Adding to the negative experience, the finance person, though seemingly friendly, was pushy and made me feel that taking a few seconds to merely look over what I was signing was unreasonable. After buying and signing for the car, I went back to the salesperson and asked about some very reasonable maintenance questions, but getting an answer proved difficult. I asked if they had already performed the car's 30k-mile required maintenance (it was at 27k miles). I was told no (once I finally got the repair order from their work on the car, I discovered they had). I asked to know at least if the oil and filter had been changed to know when it would next be needed; I was made to feel as if asking such questions was a nuisance. I was hastily told it had been done as part of the certification. I asked for some documentation and was told it was in the certification checklist (after scanning through the 100+ point checklist, I could not find it, though I found it in the repair order). I waited while he went away to get something. After being weary of so much waiting, I went to the lobby and found the salesman waiting on another customer. Adding to the negative experience, I sensed that they really wanted to sell me the Golf and as soon I expressed some hesitation and possible interest in a Jetta wagon instead, the salesperson became much less enthusiastic and not very helpful about the car. Lastly, when I got home after the purchase, I discovered that, in the compartment housing the spare tire, a large amount of what appeared to be bird seed was spilled in it; not a huge deal, but it did give me some unease about how thorough the certification inspection actually was. I get that dealers might want to sway you toward particular cars they need to move, and that they can be overly busy. But aside from the APR discrepancy - which was unacceptable negligence or misinformation - my major qualm is that if a dealer believes in their brand, they should be knowledgeable and enthusiastic about their models and, importantly, their proper care and maintenance. Information about care and maintenance should be something they convey to me, not something I have to work to find out. Instead, they seemed mostly just focused on sales and left me feeling that such inquiries about maintenance are a nuisance and that the long-term experience of the car by the buyer is not of much concern.

Very poor customer service. Byron and Keith in sales were horrible. Made a verbal agreement to purchase a car on Thursday and was told they would call back. I tried several times to reach them with no answer and no return call. Finally looked for the ad again and the car was sold to another customer over the weekend. I was never given an opportunity to put a deposit on the car.

Everyone from Hernan Diaz Egg in Sales to Jacob Wanner in Finance to the Manager Wray Beinhauer, these guys are the best in the business! Buying a car can be either a challenge or it can be an enjoyable and pleasant experience. Either of which will be memorable. I had been looking for a specific Audi for months and then I met Hernan who I called with my request. I didn't expect that he could find what I was looking for since I'm very good at research and did my due diligence well before having a conversation with him. This guy delivered in ways that I never expected! He found the car I wanted with the features and equipment I wanted and for the price I wanted. I went in and drove the car with my wife and after a successful test drive and some minor negotiations, we bought the car. This dealership is top notch in every respect. The grounds, offices and showrooms are as clean and professional looking as you should expect. The people are professionals with the kind of integrity you don't just find at any dealer. There were no attempts at schmoozing us with false enthusiasm, redirection, arguing about value or game playing whatsoever. All they cared about was giving us what we wanted and taking care of our needs and it was GENUINE. Everyone was courteous, patient and professional! The sales process was quick and negotiations short and fair. All minor issues were taken care of and I couldn't be a happier customer! One point of particular interest that was surprising to me is that the extended warranty they offer is 'a manufacturer warranty direct from Audi'. This is unusual as most used car sales involve a 3rd party warranty that is usually expensive and fraught with problems when you have a valid claim. I never buy 3rd party warranties but I bought a warranty from Autohaus because it's from the manufacturer. This is a huge benefit and says something of both the manufacturer and the dealer. You have a choice in where you buy a car, lots of choices and there are some great dealerships out there but if you are looking for as pure and honest an experience as you can get, I highly recommend Autohaus. They also carry more than just Audi. While I can't speak for the other brands, I imagine that the culture I experienced at Audi is prevalent throughout all. So at this level of quality customer service and professionalism, you can't go wrong. Whether you are looking to buy new or pre-owned, this is the first place to consider and it will likely be your last. Autohaus is truly EXCEPTIONAL!

I was recently involved in a car accident and my VW CC was a total loss. I really liked that car and I knew it would be hard to replace. I was searching for a particular Volkswagen CC. I wanted a manual transmission, one of three colors that I had in mind with a black interior.... not easy to find. I found one while searching the internet. A 2013 CC light brown with a black interior, however it was 550 miles away in Pennsylvania and I live In Michigan. I contacted Autohaus of Lancaster and was put in touch with Barbara Auker. She informed me the car was available. After discussing it I decided I was interested. I was worried the car would be sold before I could get there. Barbara assured me the car was mine. After speaking with her I knew I was dealing with someone I could trust. I filled out a credit application online and everything was approved. They made it very easy! Now, the question... was the car as good as it looked in the pictures? Barbara made certain it was. I drove the 550 miles, and I was not disappointed. It looked better in person! When I arrived I was promptly greeted by the receptionist, and met Barbara for the first time. She is very nice and personable. She even made arrangements with Enterprise to pick up the rental car I was driving. Everything was ready to go when I arrived. I sat down with Rod Wilkes to go over financing. He was friendly, very knowledgeable, and negotiated a great rate with the bank. No high pressure to purchase extended warranties, however they were presented to me as an option. As I was about to leave the dealership, the owner Tom Wanner took the time to come out and meet me. I have purchased many vehicles over the years, and never had a meeting with a owner. I was very Impressed he took the time out of his day to say hello. So I can honestly say I would highly recommend Autohaus! And as for the eight hour drive back to Michigan, the vehicle ran flawless!

Took my vehicle here they were very helpful, when the problem was found it was very costly and I was told to call my insurance company. The insurance adjuster had the machine shop take my car apart. Needless to say the insurance would not cover so I had to have my car repaired someplace else. When I picked my vehicle up it was still in pieces, my windshield wipers were in my back seat, bolts all over the place and my front seat was not secure. I asked if she needed my number she stated "no I have it in the caller ID". I have NEVER heard anything back fr Autohaus about my vehicle, very dissatisfied and disappointed I'm th way I was tested regarliof I got my vehicle repaired there or not , I deseia call.back in reference to my concerns. I was very pleased with the overall experience of purchasing a car here. I emailed H about a car I was interested in and he had the car washed and waiting for me when I arrived. He also asked very little about financing and was not pushy whatsoever which made the experience much easier. I ended up buying a completely different car and we still made it out of there in about 3 hours. So, my car has been there since June 4th. It is now June 29th. It takes forever to get in contact with someone in order to get info. They don't call you and update even though they say they will. I maybe got 2 phone calls this whole process. My friend called yesterday and they told him they need to make room in the garage for my car. I don't get it. I waited to weeks to bring the car in. I didn't bring it in randomly. I waited 4 to 5 days for a diagnosis. Than I had to bring a receipt in for proof of an oil change which fine I get that. That took a few days. When I called again maybe around the 17th, I was told they needed one more piece. Now it is the 29th and they just have no room to work on my car? It has been practically a month that I am without a car. Is this normal?

I literally got my car back with MORE problems than it had in the first place which leads me to believe Autohaus Lancaster is not a competent dealership. HORRIBLE diagnosis abilities, VERY ROUGH customer communication, VERY overpriced work for the quality of service. First of all, your vehicle is NEVER done when they say it will be done. I scheduled each of my appointments and every time my car was left to sit on the day of my scheduled appointment, not even touched or looked at until the next day. I brought my car in for a recall on the airbag and had them try to diagnose a coolant leak I have been experiencing for about a year now. I also asked for an estimate on a water pump and timing belt service as I had no idea when it was done by the previous owner and wanted to get the service done in the future. I told the service consultant to let the technician know that the coolant leak would not be replicated if the engine was warm at all because it only ever leaks when it is cold. They proceeded to tell me that the water pump was the culprit of my leak which did not line up with the symptoms I was experiencing based on my own research. I told them this, but they said that they were confident that it would fix my problem if I got the water pump service done, so I trusted them (WRONGFULLY SO). I got my car back 4 days later with a new water pump, timing belt, and airbag. When I first got into my car, the fog lights were not working. I figured a bulb was out and I would fix that on my own; however, I later learned that both fog lights had been disconnected still from the service. Furthermore, when I was halfway home (20 minutes away from the dealership), my coolant light came on. I pulled over to check it and there was no coolant in my reservoir. I called the dealership to explain this, and they suggested I drive back to the dealership with little to no coolant in my car for them to refill it. What kind of dealership suggests you drive with no coolant?!?! I ended up having my own coolant that I had been buying since my leak begun and filled it with that. The next two mornings, there were puddles of coolant under my car, the exact same leak I had been experiencing prior to service. It most definitely seems that these people saw an opportunity to take advantage of a consumer by telling me that they were confident in the water pump fixing my leak just to get an easy $1000+ job out of me. I was not taken seriously when I told them how to replicate the leak because they said they were confident they would find my leak whether the engine was warm or not. BUT WAIT…. THERE IS MORE! After service conducted by Autohaus Lancaster, my front windshield defroster did not work. This discovery angered me to no end as I drive very often, especially for my job. When I was trying to figure out the cause of this, I also found out that my A/C was inoperable. Each of which were in perfect working order PRIOR to my Autohaus service. I had to wait a month for another appointment to get these things looked at. When Autohaus looked into it, they could not find my coolant leak (yet again) and they refused to take responsibility for my A/C and defroster being broke after their service to my vehicle and I am still left with all of these problems. The diagnostic abilities of this dealership are absolutely horrible, the communication between staff and consumer is rough and spotty at times, they do not take responsibility for their work, and the quality of service I received was NOT worth the amount of money ($130/hour in labor) I spent with them. This dealership is NOT a smart choice when trying to get your vehicle serviced. I highly recommend any fellow Audi owners or car enthusiasts to find another dealership or specialty shop to perform work on your vehicle. I can almost guarantee that another shop would be more honest, helpful, and punctual than Autohaus Lancaster, as it seems this is the lowest quality of service in the central PA area.

This was my second purchase through Autohaus and it was just as awesome as the first time. Just a few of the headaches you will experience: service center never answers the phone, never get a call/email back, charge you extra for meaningless things, lose bolts, hold your car for much much longer than originally quoted, and worst of all you will never get a loaner car. NOT up to the standards of every other Audi/VW dealership in the tri-state area.

On Wednesday April 17th we were departing from vacation in the Lancaster area. Our 2015 Passat developed a metal on metal grinding noise in the front end. I called Autohaus service department and explained that we live in upstate NY and were broke down in New Holland. They informed us they could not look at it until April 29th. It is interesting that a dealer of this size cannot take in an emergency repair. If you live locally and are looking to buy a car here you should be cognizant of a dealer that is lacking in the service department.

NEVER GO HERE EVER.... I have bought 3 VWs from another dealer in the last 6 months because there great cars but these people suck. I was having trouble with my 06 VW Passat shutting of while driving had a mechanic friend diagnosis it as the fuel pump control module. Called a few places to find out this is a VW direct part and cheaper to get from Volkswagen paid $155 dollars for this part. About a week later I get a letter in the mail there’s a recall on my car for this part and the Takata air bag inflator. Why the heck didn’t they tell me this when I bought the part it was covered under an open recall and save me the $155. I stopped in with the letter and They scheduled my service Friday the following week and I dropped my car off the night before and got a call about 2:30 it was done. Went to pick up the car about an hour later and the battery was dead they had to jump start my car. Which I knew would be the case I have a HUM from Verizon and it emails you vehicle diagnostics when somethings is wrong and it emailed me at 2:25 that my battery was at a low level so they get it started and I drive 30 minuets home and wanted to check the battery had charged so I shut the car off and started up it started fine shut it off and tested with a voltage meter just to make sure it showed 11.6 volts and my HUM confirmed this went inside my house to get my backpack and wallet came out and the car wouldn’t start battery was at 10.6 volts in a matter of 5 minuets the battery went dead. I called the dealership no answer called 4 more times no answer called the secretary 3 times and was transfer 3 times no answer called the parts department who told me he could she the service people at their desks transfer me no answer called the secretary again she said she would walk back and have someone call they never did finally got the extension for the service manager Justin and left a message and about 20 minuets later got a call back from Justin told him what had happened and expressed that I think there may be a power draw on the battery from the fuel pump control module was told it wasn’t possible and I had a dead battery and I should take the battery back to where I bought it and get it replaced when I told him I felt it was there fault he told me to drop it off and someone would look at it when they could I explained I had taken the day off work to do this work and didn’t have another day of till mid September and needed my car and he said well drop it off Sunday and we’ll look at it Monday seriously did you not just hear a word a said but he kept swearing the whole time that they didn’t touch any of the electrical system and my battery was bad. I’m sorry but I’m not an idiot the fuel pump control module provides power to the fuel pump that means you touched the electrical system and further more you have to disconnect the battery to work on an air bag to avoid accidentally setting it off. So his excuse of we didn’t touch the electrical in any was is BS. So I got a jump let it run for 20 minuets and then the half hour drive back to VW and dropped it off that same night and they they told me someone would look at it Saturday and call me and that never happened called and surprise you guessed it no one answered so now they have my car and I’ll end up missing almost 4 days of work by the time they get done on Monday and that’s assuming they get to it Monday these people are conmen and don’t care about their quality of service

I know I’m not paying for the part because it’s a recall but don’t understand why I am supposed to call them in a couple of weeks and see if part is in. I have worked at a store before and I’ve called our clients/customers that their glass or item is ready to be picked up or be shipping out to them in a day or so, never said for them to call back. I’m not sure if I want to get it done here. But it’s close to me and I trust Autohaus to fix it professionally and correctly. I’ll be looking forward them to call me back.

Excellent service: During a recent tune up I was told I needed to have my fuel filter replaced. I agreed to replace it. Later I got an email explaining that they didn't replace the filter after realizing that it had a lifetime warranty and didn't need to be replaced. Nice to know they are looking out for me.

VW service dept lacks. They barely anwser the phone and to get anything under warranty is a big hassle. They act like they doing you a big favor to service the car. Nobody smiles and things fall through the cracks and when you call to inquire they make you feel like your annoying them.

I been to autohaus 3 times in the past 2 years. I was looking to purchase used volkswagon and the finance dept. Couldn't work with me. The 3 times where for different reasons but the last one they didn't even try to make it work .I was being told to purchase a new vehicle due to to my loan on the trade in. I found another vehicle at a different dealer and they work it out with the loan. I would not recommend autohaus finance dept. To anyone. You know the saying 3 times and your out. There loss not mine. I purchase many cars and never had a dealer try to force a new car on me before......

I shopped for a new car for three months. I did lots of online research on different makes and models and did lots of test-driving. I stopped into Autohaus on a whim to check out Audi (I hadn't been considering Audi) and was immediately greeted by Hernan, who is about as professional and sincere a person you'll meet in the auto industry. Hernan, Wray, and the rest of the sales staff worked hard to earn my business. They sold me and I'm not an easy sell, as I'm certain the rest of the salespeople from the other dealerships who had been dealing with me would attest to. That said, they are selling a great product. My experiences with Sales and Service over the years at Autohaus has been overwhelmingly negative. This is such a huge disappointment, as they are the local dealership covering three vehicle manufacturers whose cars we currently own: Volkswagen, Audi, and Porsche. Scheduling service at this dealership is a nightmare if you need to connect with someone with questions ahead of time but can't show up in person. I can only speak to VW and Audi Service experiences here. If you call on the phone, most of the time no one in Service is available to pick up. There's no approximate waiting time, the phone just rings and rings. Eventually you end up back to the main receptionist, who will try to patch you back in to Service. I've waited on the phone for over 25 minutes before I can even leave a message. Most recently, I've tried contacting VW Service for questions regarding warranty-covered repairs for my wife's Tiguan. I left a phone message on Monday and a web inquiry on Wednesday. It's Friday afternoon, and I still have not heard back from anyone. I called the next closest VW dealer who picked up right away and helped with my questions. I have had warranty service completed on another VW here many years ago. The work done was completely fine. Sales experiences at Autohaus has been bad. For VW, we had a salesperson that was either too lazy or uninterested to provide us with timely updates on a new vehicle locate we asked him to do for us. We completed our purchase at another VW dealer. For Audi, I had one good salesperson (no longer there) that helped me look at used car (not CPO). He even got the car up on a lift in Service so I could do a quick inspection. That ended with the sales manager not being willing to offer a fair price on the car given its condition and additional repairs needed. A year or two later, I had another salesperson that wrote down my information and what I was looking for in a CPO car and never contacted me after. I know from browsing the web over time that Autohaus had many cars fitting what I was looking for. I completed my purchase at another Audi dealer. For Porsche, I've never worked with a salesperson here because a salesperson has never taken the effort to approach me when I've walked in this section of the dealership. There's lots of room for improvement here. I know from experiences at other dealers in the area (i.e Mercedes-Benz and Volvo) that the problem isn't us.

We live in Columbus Ohio and were in search of a mint certified preowned 2016 Porsche 958 (Cayenne) TDi with low miles. This is the last year of the awesome diesels. We own an Audi A8L TDi and love it, so same engine in a smaller Porsche? Bring it on! We checked the Porsche national website and found several. The one that checked all our boxes was at AutoHaus Lancaster. Just a few minutes after requesting more info on the website I was contacted by Dean Fry, the sales rep. He answered all our questions and emailed additional info. During the holiday, Ray Forster, the Sales VP reached out to me as he was covering for Dean. Ray and I worked out a close plan. Ray and Dean took care of their items, I wired the money, and 2 days later an immaculate 2016 Cayenne TDi with just over 13k miles was delivered to our doorstep. I could not have asked for a better experience. Everyone we dealt with at AutoHaus were professional and attentive. Other than email pics, we bought this car unseen. I trusted Ray and Dean and they came through. Also, and this was big for me, the moment I mentioned it would be nice to speak with the previous owner, Ray had Dean get me the contact info. Wow! What a great experience!!

I stopped by last week and test drove a 2016 Beetle convertible. The salesperson was very knowledgeable and courteous. The restored 1961 VW Bus that sits in the showroom was worth the trip over here. The museum downstairs was a sight to see too. I hated the in-store music in this place. It was cheap and tacky, loud and obnoxious. It's even in the men's room over your head like Sheetz! It ruined my experience at the museum because the music is louder because of the low ceiling there. I told the general manager about it. He gave me the impression that I was a bug that was annoying him. I can't see dropping 30K in a place while talking over "Sweet Home Alabama". I don't need to be entertained by a car dealer. I know where to buy my next Volkswagen and it's not here.
