Good afternoon! I would like to take a moment to share a heartwarming experience we just had at your dealership. Our son Spencer has developed an interest in cars, and like the average 10 year old little boy, he is drawn to exotic cars. We have been promising Spencer that we would take the hour drive to Algar one day soon. This afternoon, Spencer conveniently had a minor surgical procedure at Bryn Mawr hospital. He was a bit apprehensive about the procedure, so we promised him if he was brave throughout the process, we would drive by your business. When we left the hospital, we took a chance and actually stopped in at Algar. We were hoping to grab a quick picture of Spencer standing beside one of your vehicles, but instead, we were told to come in and look around! Your salesman, Tony Palmer, was incredibly gracious. I am sure Tony had other business to attend to, but he was very patient and allowed Spencer to take his time looking at the vehicles. We were nervous allowing Spencer to even get near the cars, but Tony repeatedly said he was fine. Then, Tony went above and beyond by asking Spencer if he would like to sit in one of the cars. Spence had a tough time picking his favorite car to sit in, so sitting in his favorite car quickly turned into sitting in his two favorite cars.
We are living in a world right now where kindness seems to be an exception rather than a rule. Your salesman was exceptionally kind to our son this afternoon, and it was important to us that you were made aware of this. Tony took a day full of anxiety, and turned it into the coolest day ever for our son! Thank you!
