I went to purchase extended warranty for my car-Eric from finance “wrote up” the contract and signed it, after calling all state to ensure that they received our extended warranty paperwork we were told that they never received anything. I called Eric to see what was the hold up and he blamed it on all state, I went back and fourth and Eric still hasn’t done his part after a year. We went to a different dealership to purchase the extended warranty. And Erick charged our debit card for the extended warranty that we never got. We’ve called and called and Eric seems like he’s in hiding. I do NOT recommend this dealership. Eric works in the perfect department of finance, because he takes peoples money.

Was not at all impressed. First they sent out a youngster that was no hell at all. Then they sent out another youngster that knew more but did not seem to have the authority to sell anything. He kept going back to get instruction from the guys behind the desk. When asked about Costco they said yes but did not verify my membership. When we asked about cost again he went back inside and said the manager was coming out . I got the feeling the hard sell guy was on. We told them we were feeling uncomfortable and started to leave. All of a sudden THEN they found the price. It was the sticker price +500. Not at all what Costco promises. Does not seem like an honest, straightforward dealer.

Herman S. reached out to me based on online searching. We discussed a vehicle that was in high demand and he told me all that I needed to do was text him if I wanted it. Since we had never met and the car would not be in for a month, I was a little nervous about the arrangement. 9/2/19: CCS working again 8/31/19: CCS level 3 charger is not operational. Kia is aware and has called in the issue. Power Kia is one of the few dealers in Oregon getting a few of the Niro EVs. Test drove and bought a Kia Niro EV from Jose. Jose is very easy going and let me direct the conversation and sale of the vehicle. I didn't get pressure nor a feeling of a car salesmen. He didn't ask pointed questions. Jose is very quick to communicate over text. He works quickly behind the scenes to get what I wanted done. He was very good about finding answers to questions he doesn't know. He gave me his full attention when I had questions. He made car buying a very easy and stress free process. I was very happy doing business with him. I would work with him again. Taylor was the finance guy who I signed paperwork with. He is good about getting the paperwork signed quickly. He has a difficult time answering questions regarding the process of why things get done a certain way. It sounds like most people don't want him to explain the process. He is not aware of gentle suggestions when there are concerns the process might be different than what he is use to. He took the time to answer my questions about pricing, warranty, and the process of his paperwork. His sales pitch for the extended warranty had good reasons for purchasing it. His strength is being good with numbers and understanding financial issues. Taylor's paperwork was fast and easy.
