We happened to be in California at the time when I started the looking process with Jamie Reed with Porsche Bend in Bend, OR. He did a fabulous job with everything she wanted on her new Cayenne. They did a trade in on her 2012 Lexus GX sight unseen. Since it only had 21,883 miles on it - we called it a "cream puff". I didn’t ask for a trade but Jamie proactively followed up on it. I had 2 other dealerships prior promising a trade but never followed through. Picked up my car last week after a long anticipated wait :) all ready in a private delivery room when I arrived at dealership. Incredible communication and transparency. I went to Porsche of Bend for a minor lubrication service, by appointment. In spite of new construction of facilities challenges, I was greeted quickly, my car's information inputed and offered a nice lounge with refreshments to wait in. The service was performed quickly, the tech and service advisor both made positive comments to me as related to my Targa roof track operation, and I was on my way. I can easily recommend if Porsche of Bend is convenient to you and your car, go in and see them for your service work.

I wish I could give zero stars. I brought my 911 into the service department for the first time excited about my new to me dealership (I just moved to Bend full time). Not only was I treated with extreme disrespect and flat out rudeness but I was laughed at, to my face, by their "customer experience representative" for asking a question. I've never had such a rude dealership experience and can't believe they will have much of a future in Bend now that Kendall has taken over. I'll be buying my next Porsche ANYWHERE else. UPDATE: Unhappy with my review, Kendall's Service manager actually contacted my company to try and make me look bad! No one from my office will go there, that's for sure. Multiple calls and emails. These people are sick!

I had a great experience. I stopped to make an appointment to get my 2012 911S serviced. Steve, met me in front of the office, he asked if he could help me. I said I need oil service. He said we can take care of that now. He offered to have me driven home, but I declined, I had called my wife to pick me up. Steve called the next day, told me that my car was done. The oil service and Porsche service requirements we done. My car was clean and ready to go. Great job, I was very happy and satisfied.

Yikes. Similar to other posters. I bought a car out of state, the negotiation process and getting information on the vehicle in question was okay, but not great. The sales team wanted to be helpful with some unusual aspects of the car (aftermarket parts, service history, warranty) - but it took me wrangling them to get useful information. We agreed on a price and I booked a plane ticket. The real disaster started when I flew in to buy the car, first things first - I required 3 sets of paperwork due to typos. I was in a timeline crunch - and I provided _all_ information ahead of time to the dealer. One set of paperwork had my name incorrect (I caught this), the second had the odometer correct (they caught this). What a waste of time unnecessarily - annoying, but whatever, it happens. I took delivery of the car and drove home. Turns out the 3rd set of paperwork also had the wrong odometer reading. The ensuing 8 weeks have involved me trying to get a straight answer from the dealer and guidance in how to get the car licensed in my home state. This resulted in 3 sets of new odometer paperwork, several calls of escalation to Porsche Cars North America, the Better Business Bureau, and to the General Manager of the dealership in attempting to get the car licensed. This has been an ordeal not worth the price of entry. For a transaction of this amount, I would expect professionalism, follow up, and attention to detail in dealing with these bureaucratic matters, of which the dealer should be an expert, not me. None of these basic necessities were provided by Kendall Automotive or Porsche Bend staff. I am out time (lots), money (a bit), and frustration (in spades) in purchasing my Porsche from Porsche Bend. Kendall Auto is now on my "never again" list. I wish I would of seen the other reviews of similar issues before purchasing my car from them. Let this serve as your warning. Take your money elsewhere when considering your next Porsche purchase, I know I will.

This 2016 Porsche Cayenne 2016 (4,200 miles) should have never been sold as a certified vehicle, but gone straight to auction. The front leather seats were so stained that a detail and dying by a professional company could not remove them. Poor communication from the get go resulted in two delays: 4 weeks after paying for the vehicle it was not ready for pickup and a different transport company had to be hired. I had to go to the DMV twice, because the odometer was not correct on the title, even though I had clearly pointed out the mistake during the purchase process. Unfortunately an overall underwhelming experience.

Early December I stopped by the Porsche dealership to visit the salesman that sold my Macan GTS last year. Sad to hear he did not work there any longer. I met Charlie in the process and would describe her as a very intelligent, svelte professional. On the way into the dealership I had spotted a Cayman S that beckoned for a test drive. Charlie made that happen and during the test drive her love and knowledge of Porsche vehicles became evident. She has a very good way about her and genuinely tries to understand your needs and wants with Porsche vehicles as potential client. I left to go back home and to do some research. When I called Charlie her responses where immediate and well researched and through the month she built on the sale. Her devotion to the dealership and clients was unquestionable. I decided to go back to Bend and in the process she also identified that I would be unhappy with trading in my Macan GTS, a option I had not considered. The result is a very happy Cayman S and Macan GTS owner. Thank you Charlie you are the best, a true MVP to the Kendall Porsche Team!

We discovered we didn't like big dealerships because they were pushy and tried to trap you, but we found a car we were really interested in at Kendall so we went in. Best move ever! I bought a new Cayman S from Jamie Reed in Tysons Corner. I learned that he is now at Porsche Bend. Jamie was always helpful and courteous throughout the purchase process. When I decided to buy the car, I drove to the dealership from North Carolina, about a four or five hour drive. I looked forward to the drive home through the Virginia countryside. Only an hour or so away from the dealership, I stopped for a quick break and when I returned to the car and I had lost all interior electronics, gauge cluster, wipers, etc. I was very disappointed because I had never had any problems with the Cayman I just traded. I called Jamie, my sales professional, and he very calmly discussed the problem with me and after a short while advised me to call Porsche Roadside Assistance. Roadside Assistance was also very helpful. After about an hour of waiting, the car came back to life with an engine code stating that the car was able to be driven but that I should visit the dealership for service. When I returned home, I arranged for service. When they told me the car was fixed, I picked it up for what I thought would be my first great drive in the car, and the same problem resurfaced. I called Jamie once again. We discussed the issue again and I told him which dealership the car would be going to this time. Jamie told me that he would be in touch with Porsche and that Porsche would be assisting with the problem. The thing that really impressed me, is that when I got the car out of the shop the second time, successfully repaired, I saw written on my paperwork that Porsche had already been in touch with their service technicians before they even began working on the car. You hear people say that a problem is not part of their job description. I don't think what Jamie did was part of the normal duties of his job. His help and reassurance throughout the process meant a lot to me. If Jamie had told me that it wasn't his job to assist me when I was stranded on the side of the road, I don't think I could have argued with him. But he did help and I really appreciated having a concerned person on the phone with me. I'm very thankful he helped me with the problem and got Porsche involved. I know my local dealer would have worked on the car anyway, but I believe the fact that Porsche had already been in touch with them before the car even arrived motivated them to do a great job on the car. If you want to get great service during your purchase and have someone in your corner for anything that might come up after the purchase, buy your new Porsche from Jamie and you'll have that kind of guy on your side. I can't express how much it meant to me knowing that Jamie was looking out for me while navigating Roadside Assistance, Porsche and Service. I truly feel like he went above and beyond what he was required to do.

This is the second time we have traveled from Portland, Oregon to Bend, Oregon and purchased a new Porsche from Jim H, Rob W and the staff at Porsche of Bend. Even though we live five (5) miles from a Porsche dealer, Jim and Rob make the four (4) hour one-way drive worth it. Their customer skills are excellent! We always feel "right at home" stopping in to check out the great Porsche's for sale. The last trip, we stopped in to have the Boxster S get it's annual service and detail only to end up driving out with a new Porsche 911 Black Edition! Porsche of Bend service department is top notch, also. We drive over to Porsche of Bend annually to get our Porsche serviced. It is a great time to test drive the "next" Porsche while our current Porsche is being serviced. The Service Advisor (Stephen S) is always on time, has never "lost" an appointment and makes sure we are absolutely pleased with the service. When it comes time to add another Porsche to our garage, we will definitely drive the 360+ miles round trip to the Porsche of Bend dealership! I highly recommend Porsche of Bend!

My review of my purchase is that the folks at Porsche of Bend provided an excellent experience overall. Thorough explanation of the cars many options was explained and the dealership experience was short taking only 2.5 hrs and very pleasant. I did encounter a significant delay receiving the car I ordered but this was a government / import issue which caused a very long delay but that was out of the hands of the dealership. The new car is a technical marvel and I'm very happy.

Nicole at Porsche service was able to schedule my Cayenne for a next day appointment. The issue, the hatch was not working properly, had been difficult to detect. The new part was installed and the vehicle returned washed and cleaned within a couple of hours. The hatch is now working prefectly. The service and professionalism at Kendall Porsche was exceptional.
