Super professional, honest people. I was incredibly nervous - I've never had to buy a car before by myself - and I knew I didn't have the best credit. They made it easy (and quick)without any pressure, explaining everything in terms I understood. They even helped re-configure my APR (I didn't ask, they just did) - after I had already agreed to buy...couldn't ask for better service. He has been a pleasure to work with on a purchase.He is very knowledgeable and doesn't rush you along. He wants to be sure you understand all the features and how they operate. More than willing to make himself available long after the purchase, if you have a question. I went through the online quote department and made my decision as soon as I received the offer which I felt was extremely fair. In both the last two transactions I had a trade and felt I received fair value. It seems like a win -win when you get the car you want and a fair trade in value. I felt that Dave was the reason it went smoothly for me, but everyone I encountered at the dealership was friendly and helpful. He is the reason I'll go back when I look at my next car. The service department has always been easy for my routine maintenance.

After signing paperwork to buy the vehicle i was waiting to complete the purchase for 8 plus hours...My first few days in the car the clutch stuck and i was in a near accident. after a week (and no compensation for the car), it was returned to me, out of gas and with sensor lights flashing. (i returned their loaner car full of gas, but when i mentioned this they never mentioned that my car would be empty). since then there have been noises, lights flashing, all of which there have been a series of me going in and them telling me 'its just how it is'. and no, your warranty you purchased will not cover anything. first time buying a car from a dealer. may also be my last.

I found the car I was looking for at lower than comp prices, and was able to test drive a couple before making a decision. I had a lot of questions, and our sales rep (Naomi) was more than helpful. Beware of this place. I tried to buy a car here yesterday and took the car for inspection at my mechanic. He identified that parts had been damaged and poorly repainted. In addition, despite the “Lithia 150 point inspection”... the car had almost no brakes in the front. Not only was I misled, they discussed a price with me and made me sign that I would buy it for that price, but then a manager came over and rejected the price on two separate occasions!?? Wasted an entire day with unethical and shady people. Avoid avoid. !!!

Good customer service but I feel they don't sell quality cars. Was ready to make a purchase and found several details. Was told they can fix it but cost money or sell it to me as is and they will lower the price. Made me question the quality of cars they sell.
I am writing this review in hopes that upper management takes action and so that possible clients save their money and most importantly their time.. We brought in our car here since we had the warranty, which was NOT WORTH IT, to get our AC compressor replaced. We were given an estimate of a week since they had to order the part. After exactly two weeks of patiently waiting, I called and it turns out that the AC Compressor was sitting somewhere in a corner, and I was told more than TWICE that I would get a call back but never did. After the third week, I kept calling and was told I could go pick up the car, but an hour later, I was told that the part was non functioning and that they had to order a new part., I was totally understanding and patient, ‘till this day have been. Another week and a half passed and my husband called, and was told that the car will be left with sales group but that we can pick up after business hours no problem. When we went to pick up the car, nobody was aware that we were going to pick It up so they couldn’t give it to us. So we finally picked up two days later and as soon as I drove the car, it felt very shaky and it was making really weird hissing noises. I called sales person since they were open to let them know about this so that they didn’t think it was me. (I WANT TO EMPATHIZE that when we dropped off the car, it did NOT make any weird noise, we only took it to get the ac compressor fixed). I expressed my concerns to several service members, but their response was “We are not Nissan experts.” So we had to make an appointment with a Nissan dealership, but I don’t understand why they didn’t take it there the first place. Anywho, we now have to pay for two different issues that the car DID NOT have broken before taking it to the Lithia Subaru in Oregon City. Now we just received a call from Nissan and we were told that they have to completely replace the AC compressor, again, because it is making loud noises and apparently not put in correctly. Not to mention that when we first took the car home from Lithia Subaru, two blue caps were not even put on the ac compressor, the service members just left it out there by the engine, which could have caused even fatal damage if something would’ve exploded. One star is too much for the service we were given. Once they have your money, they don’t care about your concerns nor your car.
Call for parts, was told they have what I needed. Told them I'd be right in for them. Get to parts shop and they didnt set them aside, no big deal. The lady helping me wasnt sure on what parts I needed. The lady that talked to me wasnt any help to her co worker. To find out they didnt have 2 of the studs I asked for. Every time I've come in it's a hit or miss with them , I get not having a part in stock but to tell me you have what I need and to find out you dont . Thank.. Update 3rd trip in and still sold wrong parts. Then to find out they dont sell what I need. Be careful getting parts from here, you will just have to drive back and forth till you get lucky or decide to go to another shop

Michelle Powers was awesome to work with, I never felt uncomfortable or pressured by her during the entire process of buying my car. She went above and beyond to help me as a first time car buyer and even brought me my house keys I had forgot to take off the keys for my trade in. The manager on the other hand was pushy and rude, but Michelle still made the overall experience a great one.
I went into this dealership a while ago and I wouldn’t say I had the best of experiences...First of all parking is really confusing and ended up parking infront of a possible entrance to the actual lots but the salesmen inside give the shrug and “you’ll be fine” anyways...I completely forgot the salesman’s name but it kind of seemed like he didn’t actually want to sell anything. When I asked him “hey what’s the difference between these two cars that have a 5000$ price difference” his answer would be “theyre basically the same” then why is one more expensive. When I asked this salesman what options and packages can be had on this forester he replayed with “all different kinds of option” well ok then...I don’t know if he just didn’t want to do his job or didn’t want to explain or just couldn’t be bothered to tell me what I was asking. Another thing that I told the man is “for us safety is a very high priority and safety features are extremely important” he would reply “well the base ones are safe” So you guys don’t sell any extra safety options you could tell me about? It honestly kinda frustrates me how unwilling this guy was to being someone with the ability to explain and sell a product. I see this place gets great reviews, I’m not sure if there are fake reviews or if I was just unlucky and got a bad egg or it had something to do with me, who knows? The thing I know is that I most likely won’t be coming back. I guess moral of the story is that you should hope to get a good and knowledgeable salesman that treats you like a valued customer when coming into this dealership and if you’re lucky you will, Mabey?
Having lived in Portland for a while, I have experienced various Subaru dealerships, some good and some bad. That said, the good experiences I have have had in the past pale in comparison with the kind, attentive, and overall excellent service I received from Sam in the service department at Lithia Subaru. Earlier in the day I had taken my car to another Subaru dealership for a routine service, and they found a oil leak 'somewhere' but told me I had to come back later to get it diagnosed and fixed. I had a big roadtrip coming up and getting that resolved had to happen relatively quickly. I called all of the Subaru dealerships in the area asking if they could fit me asap, and got turn away every time until I called Lithia Subaru and spoke to Sam. After asking a couple questions about my situation he told me to stop by later in the day so that he could look at the car, and get me some more actionable information on the leak. After looking at it and establishing it was a relatively easy repair, we agreed to leave the car overnight so that it could be worked on the next day. I now have my car back, fixed and ready to go on our roadtrip. Although Lithia Subaru isn't the closest Subaru dealership for me, it is now where I will bring my car for service going forward. If anyone from Lithia's leadership is reading this, Sam is an exceptional employee and you are lucky to have him!

I called to talk to someone about my lease expiration and Chris helped me from start to finish. He was informative and immediately lead me towards the good deals. I told him what I was interested in, how much I wanted to spend and put down. He honored that and helped me get what I wanted for the $ I had. He was really communicative and patient answering all the questions I had as this was my first lease trade in. I told him I didn't want to spend a ton of time at the dealership so we were able to take care of a lot of the process over the phone. When I went in to finalize the deal I brought my 8 year old son. He accommodated both of us. He was honest with his feedback and we were in and out under 2 hours. That to me was impressive. He was very down to earth and personable, which I do not usually find in this industry which is why I wanted to write a review. Lastly, I accidently left my great-grandmothers childhood rosary hanging on the mirror. He reached out right away to let me know and mailed it to me. The rosary is over 110 years old. He is the best.
I would not recommend this location for auto repair, I had my alternator replaced at Lithia Motors in Medford Or. They get a 5STAR!! Super job, saved our vacation. As sometimes happens the part failed , we live in Vancouver WA, called Lithia Motors in Medford, they directed us to Lithia Subaru in Oregon for repair. Ok, we could do that. Brought our car in on a Saturday near closing time, nice young man said no problem with your warranty repair. Called Monday afternoon , no one knew anything re my car, Called three more times during the week and was told the part was on order ( Hold time when I called was 15/20 min. I suggested to manager they get a note pad to take messages and leave it by the phone.) Friday when I called, again I was told, ill check to see if the part came in and call you back. No Call Back. Following Monday I call in and was told we left you a message this morning, we need you to get the part number from Medford. WHAT?? So the part was never ordered or they kept ordering the wrong part? I called Medford and the Manager at that location sent everything over to the Oregon City location immediately. ( why didn't Oregon City Lithia communicant with Lithia Medford in the beginning??) Medfor Lithia replaced our part and had us on the road within 3 hrs, OregonCity Lithia Subaru took over a week. Location is understaffed, does not communicate with each other, or the customer, no one seems to be in charge ( I was handed off to at least 3 different employees) Oh and once they had the part number, things moved ahead quickly. I feel because it was a warranty repair they blew me off. Had I not called so often my car could still be sitting somewhere in the back lot.

This is only for the service department only. Do not take your car there for repairs. I took my car there for a valve spring recall. They had to pull my motor twice. When I got it back it made a rattling noise. They told me it wasnt there fault the timing belt streched but it is ok to drive like that. Two weeks later my motor blew up. With less than 100,000miles on it? BS. They wont take any responsabilty. Since last week I habe called 3 times a day and left a voicemail because they wont answer there phone. Bottom line the service department is a joke...

I purchased a used SUV that hadn't been inspected or cleaned yet. Unfortunately I experienced a few too many negatives to warrant a 5 star rating. The good:The staff is friendly, even when there were issues they were polite. The engine and cabin filters were replaced, 4 new tires were put on (I'd mentioned they were bald) and it was mostly cleaned, they did a good job cleaning the engine bay. The bad: The cleaning job was somewhere between a vacuum and wash and an actual detail you'd get from a detail shop. I easily found garbage under the seats and needed to vaccum behind the 3rd row. The seats themselves needed to be cleaned and the wax job attempt left the vehicle covered in swirls. They didn't fix the brake noise; $50 to $250 fix. The center console mat that stops things from falling into the abyss was originally there, but was missing at pick up. $20 to replace. The irritating: The sales guy originally said he could meet us halfway with the car after it was ready, but ended up backing out. We didn't have time in our schedule to pick it up until 1 week past the 1 week it took to be ready (originally was told it would take 3 days.) While irritating, I didn't complain. I picked it up and was handed the only key busted into 2 pieces. They did not put a temporary tag in the window as they said they would which caused more work on my part to ensure I didn't get a ticket for expired tags. All the previous used cars I've purchased came with a full tank of gas, they don't do that here. While friendly, it was a lot of phone calls and time on my part to make up for the lack of time they spent. My advice, if you find something used from them, wait until it's ready to be taken home.

Service is consistently slow. They say 45 minutes. Multiple times has been well over 2 hours. The only perk has been the loaner vehicles if it is a big job, ie recall work.

Lithia Subaru of Oregon City may in fact been a decent dealer and rep for Subaru. But my experience with the dealership was not a good one. I tried to get information about a potential deal via their Internet sales people; they were in contact first, based on some sort of tip service about potential clients. The first person who got in touch, Kami, was very nice and tried to be helpful. Turns out her senior associate, or boss maybe, was snippy, uninformed about previous communications and sarcastic when she learned that while she dawdled, another dealership was doing really good work. The second dealership earned our business; Lithia fumbled it away with delays, miscommunications and then snippy comments directed at us. Very unprofessional at one level, and very juvenile at another.
After shopping several Subaru dealerships in the area, we found our match with Lithia Subaru - or more specifically Naomi Barber. If you're looking to buy a Subaru, then Naomi is the person you want to work with. She was courteous, knowledgeable and readily available - even on her days off. The sales person I worked with was great. However, no matter what time of day it is, I can never reach the service department. Ever. I bought an extended warranty and an oil change plan through the dealership. It’s not going to be of much use if the service department doesn’t answer the phone or bother calling back after I leave messages.

I could go into a whole full blown rant on why people should not go here. It takes A LOT to give me a negative experience somewhere. I could honestly probably count on 1 hand how many times I have actually left someone a bad review. I have been in customer service for 10+ years so I understand people have bad days. I understand that people don't always have personalities that get along. I understand that people sometimes just don't want to be at work that day. But I experienced awful customer service THREE TIMES at this place. My overall first experience was the worst. I felt belittled beyond belief and felt like I was just wasting the sales reps time and that I wasn't as worthy of being helped as someone who he could make a sale off of that day. When I even told him that I'd want to bring someone with me to look at the used car first before purchasing it, he got frustrated with me. Last I looked most people want a third parties opinion to make sure the deal is right. Again, I won't go into details. I ended up reporting the experience to the Manager after battling whether or not I should for a few days. To which the manager didn't seem to care. I ended up calling into the dealership to see if they could tell me what they'd give me for my used car as a trade in and the lady I spoke to was an absolute monster. She asked me 4 TIMES in a row if I was patient and could wait for her to call me back. At one point she even said "are you patient. Can you be patient? I need you to be patient". She then asked if she could call me back. 2 weeks later? Haven't heard back from her. Needless to say, I never went back and didn't buy a car from these people. I was ready to when I asked the sales rep why he chose Lithia Subaru and he said "because of their incredible customer service". You should probably figure out how to help them withhold those values. And treat people with respect no matter if they are loaded or have $40 in their bank account. Or if they are a single woman by herself or a single man by himself. A sale is a sale and you just lost one.

I've been to every Subaru dealer in our area, looking for a car for my wife. After letting my initial dismay and anger regarding sales tactics and general attitude at all THE OTHER SUBARU DEALERSHIPS subside (SALES DEPARTMENTS, NOT PARTS & SERVICE), I took one more chance on the only other Subaru Dealership left in the area- Lithia Subaru of Oregon city... ... What a refreshing experience!!! MIKE KERRIGAN earned our business with his patience, honest answers and total lack of pushiness. My wife and I love our Outback, and we decided another Subaru for her daily driver was within our budget. Mike was a pleasure to deal with, took the time to answer our extensive questions, and didn't once push us to hurry up and buy. He took the time to make sure my wife had the right car, with the right amount of visibility, and features we both were looking for- within our budget. We test drove more than one car and were very happy to purchase a Forester. There were a few details we weren't happy about, which Mike was able to have amicably resolved. This is how any Subaru dealership could have earned our business... TWICE in two months! Thanks Mike, you've brought us back to Subaru, and now we are a two Subaru family.

I found a car that interested me there I filled out my credit app online and Alex informed me that they got my app and were working on it. When I finally got a chance to come take a look at the car and the status of my app I was informed that they didn’t have my credit app and I had to complete another one. So I started to work with Bobbi another sales person which by the way she was great at first. I couldn’t test drive the vehicle because the tire was torn during another test drive. Which was ok because the vehicle has an excellent report as far as title and mechanical wise. So we got the paperwork started and completed, but the vehicle isn’t ready to be picked up which would be ok with me except Bobbi didn’t really try to accommodate the inconvenience of us not having a vehicle or even a simple “I do apologize for the inconvenience” she is rude and inconsiderate if you want to buy a vehicle there don’t work with Alex or Bobbi I got a bad experience with them.
I came all the way down here from Bellingham Wa to look at a car. When I arrived and walked on the lot I could see sales people standing by the dealership building but no one going out across the street to the car lot. As I walked around I noticed other people around me hadn't been helped or approached either. I spent about 20 min there after looking at the car I came to see when I realized no one really cared. It was only a 10hr round trip min so at least they didn't waste my time or gas money....Don't go here for customer service. They have the best prices for new subarus in the state. BUT, what they offer in new vehicle prices is offset by the way they treat their customers when doing a trade-in. I appreciated the fact that they apologized for their treatment and eventually stuck to their word by coming within reason of the quote they'd given me, but this was after being "dragged through the mud" for a good 3 hrs with them playing the good cop, bad cop routine. It did little to fix how seriously offended I was by the insulting amount they offered for my vehicle in the first place and the excuses given for why they were low-balling me so badly...not to mention them trying to get me to promise a stellar review or they wouldn't give me a better price (literally based on their quote). Anyway, other than this sour experience, I had a good time working with my salesman to get the vehicle I wanted and am very happy with my purchase. The Lesson? Do not trade with this dealership unless you have received a quote in writing and are willing to hold them to their word or walk away.

Leased a new car from Lithia Subuaru. Didn't know anything about leasing a car, found out later when my lease was up that I was completely taken advantage of by the sales person. There's a reason I have leased 1 more Subaru and then just purchased another one from a different dealership. I would never go back to Lithia, they obviously are not worried about repeat customers.
We had a great car buying experience with Danny at Lithia Subaru. Even though they were busy, he didn't rush us and answered my many questions. We were comfortable and didn't feel any pressure. I'll be back the next time I need to buy a car.
Their service is terrible. 1st we had to bring our Forester in for air-bag recall replacement. That was to take several hours and we were told a loaner car would be provided. We were not told that the loaner car was 20 minutes away and was through Enterprise car rental. That process took us an extra 3 hours. When we picked our Forester up with the new air bag we saw that the cables to the knobs for turning air on were broken. Had to make another appointment a month later to have those fixed. I took it to Lithia Oregon City yesterday for the scheduled fix but after an hour sitting in the waiting room I learned there was no one available to do the fix. Came here at 8am and sat in the waiting room for 1 -1/2 hours. I was told the cables were fixed and my car ready to go. As I started out of the garage I was blasted by hot air coming from the air conditioning system. Now it is back somewhere in the bowels of Lithia Oregon City and I am back sitting in the waiting area. We've been customers here since 1991 but never again.
It was such a great experience as a first time buyer. Bergen was amazing! My dad and I had called ahead and when we got there she had a few cars already picked out for me. I arrived a little late due to traffic and she stayed past the time she was off so I could test drive the one I liked the best. The process was simple and the staff were so nice and helpful. No messing around and trying to get me to finance through them. I am very impressed by this dealership!

Pulling apart a motor they apparently worked on. Over tighten bolts and hand tight bolts. Now I need to stick about 8 Heli coils in this motor
I worked with Brian Manning at this dealership. An absolute pleasure to work with. Didn't give me the run around and made sure my needs were attended to the whole time. In addition to being great to work with pre-sale, he personally dropped off my used 2009 Subaru forester (driving 20 mins out of his way to do so on his day off). I Texted him later that afternoon about a small washer fluid leak I noticed and Brian and the sales team took care of it for me without giving me the business.
Barry Nessly, our sales guy, was awesome. He made the experience much less painful, and even kind of fun! He was also honest, helpful, and kind. We did have some issues with getting a loan... we ended up there for 4+ hours, giving them proof of residency, proof of income, etc etc etc, and we weren't able to go home with our call. We went to the bank next day and were told we had already been preapproved for a loan through them, and that lithia could have been yanking our chain to get us to do a loan through them (supposedly they make more money that way). Anyway, hard to say whether the bank or the dealership was telling the truth but we got our car and are very happy with it and the price.
My wife’s car got hit on the driver side during the towing installation service, and they didn’t say anything trying to be slick about it. We called them and they said that they were aware of the damage on the car but they didn’t know how that information was not related to us when we pick up the car. Very disappointed about this place now.
We take all our cars here regardless of make because they do awesome work. Honest and trustworthy are how I describe them and dependable to correctly diagnose and repair our vehicles. They are friendly and fast to assist me when ever I go there. Their prices are reasonable and they don’t do ‘extra’ work for unexpected costs.
My husband and I purchased a new car today with Michael Kerrigan’s help. He was beyond helpful and did a great job. We even had a 14 month old baby during the whole process and they got us in and out in no time. All the staff was great and would definitely recommend Lithia Subaru to anyone.

My husband and I recently purchased a car, we traveled an hour and a half to this dealer as we did our research. Barry was standing outside and approached us in a very nice manner. He introduced himself and offer assistance. We had spoken with some else before hand so we asked for him, Barry did not hesitate to locate him. He walked us inside, showed us to the lobby and offer refreshments and snacks, which our kids loved! Barry ended up helping us with our purchase as the other guy was working with someone else. Was able to negotiate an acceptable price for a used Subaru, so that was fine. The annoying part is that they refused to accept my personal check for payment. There was more than sufficient funds in my account, and they verified that my credit rating is excellent. But they still made me have to come back the next day with a cashier's check.

I currently reside in two States, Washington and California. I was looking to lease a 2019 Subaru Outback 2.5i Limited and have it licensed in Washington State. I originally checked with Subaru dealers in the Spokane area, but none would offer a lease option on the Limited, only the base model. And frankly they weren't very helpful. As we already had a 2014 Outback limited that we bought cash from Lithia Subaru in Fresno California (We were very happy with Lithia and had a great experience when we bought the 2014) I contacted them. However the Lithia in Fresno couldn't license the car in Washington State. Still wanting to deal with a Lithia dealer I contacted the Lithia Subaru dealer in Oregon City hoping for a better outcome. When I called I was at my home in California and hoping to handle the whole lease long distance. All the planets must have been aligned perfectly because Mark Turanski answered my call. First he assured me that this was all possible long distance, and that if I leased through them that the car could be licensed in Washington State. I explained I wanted the Outback 2.5i Limited in Ice Silver with a black interior, beyond that I was open to what they had. Mark instantly located the perfect car in their inventory and went about making this lease the most enjoyable and easy buying experience I have ever had when making a major purchase. i went to oregon city lithia from salem to take a look at a specific used car for my grandson and after taking a quick look i told kiki i would let her know after i talked with my grandson if he was interested in it. so he was interested in the car so i told kiki we would be there when they opened the next day ,well she texted me back to say she would not be there to ask for brian , so the next morning we were there and ask for brian and they said he would not be in . the lady at the desk got humberto luis (burt) to help us, i really dont think you can find a better salesperson ,he showed us the car had my grandson drive it and was very professional ,very polite and helpful though the whole transaction and not pushy at all and if i decide to get a car in the future from lithia then i will be asking for burt
Horrible service, Wednesday I had made the mistake of backing into our brick wall at home and pulling my bumper half off. Went to the Oregon city asked if they could help fix it and such, a few hours go by finally get a call saying "this is to much for us to fix, you'll need to take it to a body shop" Got home my dad and I looked all that happened was I broke a clip, went in the next morning bought the clip and fixed it in five minutes. I am confused as to why this was so hard to fix and for me this is my first car and I still managed to fix it. So sad, don't use them for service your better off taking care of things at home

So I was extremely upset that I wasn’t able to drive out with the 2013 brz but salesman’s were some of the best people I’ve ever been involved with in getting a loan.. I did feel like they shot me a crazy low ball offer for my car. But still did what I believe was there best to help me out. Working with Naomi was a really great experience. We had started the search for our new car in spring 2018, before a new baby arrived. Naomi was patient and listened to the must-have features. She also took the time to thoroughly explain the safety features and benefits of the different Subaru models and trims. When the baby arrived and the car search was put on the back burner, she would touch base periodically, particularly if she had a model that met our needs. She made me feel valued as a person, not just a potential client, and her dedication to helping find the perfect car for our needs is why we happily leased our new Outback - our first Subaru ever - and will return to her when we're ready for our next vehicle. From the salesman to the finance manager this dealership is high quality! Very friendly and knowledgeable. I was already fairly set on my vehicle but the sales rep Humberto Ruiz helped me really get comfortable with my decision and I never felt pressured. The process was actually fairly quick and I never had to wait more than 5 minutes between steps when purchasing and filling out paperwork. Their finance manager Geoff Eades is fabulous! Highly knowledgeable in his field and gave me clear interpretations as to what certain things meant while also standing on my side and finding me a better rate than my credit union offered me!! Overall a wonderful experience and I definitely plan on returning here for my next vehicle purchase.

It says a lot that they kept working for “us” even after we were gone

This was my first time buying a new car and I was nervous. I had always heard of car salesman being pushy and not listening to what the customer actually wants. This was not the case at all. Naomi helped us and she did great! Not once did I feel pressured! My brand new car showed up at the dealer with a scratch on it, no one noticed until I had it home, and lithia took care of it no questions asked!

The prices on the cars online vs the dealer ship are off by $1000 - $2000 and the inventory is a mixed bag. As someone who has bought from them in the past , I don't think I will in the future.
We purchased a 2019 Outback from Lithia Subaru and could not have had a better buying experience. We had made multiple visits to the dealership and were taken on multiple test drives by Braden Robidoux who always answered all our questions, while never pressuring us to purchase now. When we finally made the decision to buy, we showed up on a Sunday, on the last day of the month, about one hour before closing. The showroom was very busy and Braden was busy selling a car to another couple but still took time to greet us and explain he would be tied up for awhile. Braden introduced us to Barry Nessly who helped us complete the sale. Barrry was very helpful in again answering our questions and showing us our car. Although we were they there long after closing ( the dealership was very busy and the the company was very busy delivering cars), Barry always seemed happy to help us. One other person involved in the transaction that should be mentioned was the financial manager, Amanda Meyer. Even though we were paying cash you still have to talk to the financial person at all dealerships and this has always been my least favorite time in car purchases, until today. Amanda presented all options for extended warranties and service options but never pressured us to make the purchases. She completed all the paperwork as quickly as she could and it was very pleasant dealing with her. Overall it is a great buying experience and I would recommend this dealership.

He is diligent, calm, easy to talk to, and very knowledgeable about vehicles in general. I am amazed with how above and beyond the staff goes about their business. I recently was in a major car accident in the same make and model, and geese, these Subaru's from Oregon City are so well taken care of, safe, and secure that I am doing well today. I contacted Brian after the accident and he immediately responded to check to see how I was doing. I let him know I wanted the same make, model, and trim as soon as I could. He continued to follow up every few days as well, checking in on my health and ensuring that all the details for the new car (like my extended warranty I bought for the last one being able to be used as a down payment for the new) were given. It’s been over a month since the accident and throughout this experience with another Subaru, Brian has continued to stay in contact with me making sure I’m healthy in life and happy with my vehicle. Much respect to his commitment! I researched what the best car was for months, looked at various dealerships, and Lithia Subaru of Oregon City offered the best price. Thank you also to Nick for finding the best deals and being able to cut the price on the extended warranty. To all, please get the gap insurance. You never know when you are going to need it, like what happened to me. This time, I got the higher extended warranty, oil for life, gap insurance, and perma plate (Preservation Package). I feel safe now. Especially knowing that this staff does their due diligence to take care of their customers, by having a previous car from them, walking away safely, and knowing that the protections I bought will keep my Subaru on the road continuously for many years to come. Thank you all!!! Oh yes, and special thank you to Brian for buying me the Subaru beanie and getting me the Subaru swag bag. I can't wait to wear it hiking once it gets cold again!
I would never buy or sell a car to this dealership. They are very dishonest. They called and made a offer on my car. We agreed on a price and I was ok with that. After arriving I was passed around to 3 different people while they said one of their mechanics would check out my car. They came back saying my car had a oil leak and needed aligned so offered less. I knew that was a lie as I had my car in to Toyota just a few days earlier. I should have left but finally said yes. I had come a long way. So beware, they are dishonest, rude, etc.
Braden was fantastic. He was courteous, patient, honest and easy to work with. I had probably one of the best if not the best car buying experiences of my life with him. When we get our next Subaru, I’m 100% coming back here to see him. Would give more stars if that were possible.

Leased a Subaru in 2016 and purchased the maintenance package. After 2 oil changes they told us we had to pay for any other oil changes and that it wasn’t included. Found out today (new lease) that they lied to us! On top of horrible customer service when we went to the Oregon City location originally (we didn’t lease our Subaru from them) I find out that they are liars. Don’t go here. To say that I am angry is an understatement.

Lithia Subaru fixed up my 2009 Legacy this week, after needing a new head gasket, O2 sensor, Cat, as well as a handful of other things. I was told a date and time when it would be done and total pricing up front (Kelsey helped me basically from start to finish, she is AWESOME!). Got a call 1 hour before I was told it would be done, that I could come pick it up! Pricing at a dealership might be a little (not much) higher than other mechanics, but you know that you are getting genuine parts and the people working with them are surrounded by subarus constantly. I highly recommend Lithia in Oregon City.
