Lounge/waiting area is roomy, inviting, has big screen TV, free WiFi, free charging station, and free popcorn! Just came in for routine oil change - they checked all fluid levels and checked my breaks too. I love bringing my car to Kiefer Kia for service and repairs. They even throw in a free car wash!

Absolutely best car buying experience ive had. They were completely understanding when it came to every worry we had. We went in looking at a 2016 and left in a 2019 optima, Ray our salesman was really nice and did whatever he could to get us in that car for having poor credit and no good credit history. They got us a great car at a reasonable price and decent payments. I highly recommend them!

This is the second time I have had my vehicle serviced at Kiefer Kia and each occasion was problem free and timely. They are also less expensive than other places I have used. I do love the free car wash even if it’s a rainy day!
It was an unexpected vehicle purchase. I was unprepared. Went in with my 2 and 4 year old. I was stressed to the max. Mr. Jackson was amazing. The finance dept were on top of it. It was a very pleasant and smooth process. I went in with low expectations due to my not so stellar credit, but kiefer Kia exceeded the highest expectations I could have had. In no time at all, my kids and I drove off the lot in our brand new Kia Soul!!!

Sells man threatened me saying if I didn't buy the car from him I was not going to be able to buy a car anywhere else. He also told me that in my credit situation they have 2 specific banks that work with to help people well turns out they run my credit with 10 different banks! Ruining my credit even more! They take advantage of your needs and push on cars they haven't being able to sell.
I’ve been going to Kia Dealers in Washington, Nevada, and now here in Eugene over the last four years. I have always been impressed by the service that Kia has delivered, until NOW! My experience was absolutely disappointing: Not greeted upon arrival, service tech more concerned about what was on his cell phone that serving customers; tech was insulting when addressing the “repair” to my car; quality tech who was supposed to be cleaning my car was too busy looking at his cell phone. I expressed my frustration to an individual who looked like he could have been the manager and he was of no help either. Very disappointing to say the least.

Have owned a Kia since 2008 and am on my second one, Soul. Since moving to Oregon in 2011, I have had all my service work done at Kiefer Kia. And I live an hour away from Eugene! But the experience is worth the drive! Excellent customer service, quality work, knowledgeable people, and friendly staff. I really do not see me ever buying a car anywhere else or having it serviced at any other shop.
My experience was wonderful! The friendliest of staff I have ever encounter while shopping for a car. Mark really listened as to what I was looking for in terms of style and respected my budget. This was my first experience buying from Kiefer Kia and right off the bat, this was THE BEST car buying experience I've ever had. Jordan was my sales rep, advocating for me, no pressure, no stress, and listening to learn what my needs were in purchasing a new vehicle. Without getting into any detail, I ask that you trust me when I say I am looking forward to a long and fruitful relationship with Kiefer Kia, Jordon and the rest of the crew. Who knows, you might run into a former high school classmate like I did today!
This trip in I was really disappointed. I’ve always loved the service department, (Josh and Gage are great!) but TWICE now I have cleared my schedule, to leave my car all day, to get a recall taken care of and both times the part was not ordered. I now have to take my car in a 3rd time for something that have been taken care of months ago. The person I spoke with (neither of the above listed) didn’t even put my recall into the computer when asked and confirmed with him multiple times when I scheduled.

My experience was good. Mike, my sales guy, was awesome. One thing though. You may want to double check the actual mileage on the vehicles your selling. Mine actually had 62400 (approximate) not 58999 as was on the odometer declaration. Thank you. I’m enjoying my new to me car.
Had an appointment scheduled to look at an older pickup. Showed up for my appointment on time...no pickup there for me to look at. Did paperwork anyways just to see if I would be able to get out from underneath negative equity and a vehicle that isn't doing well. Was told that YES, surprisingly we might be able to make this happen. Was also told that the salesman didn't like his time wasted and so would not be wasting mine. told me to send over my husbands info or call. I did both. My email was not acknowledged and call was not returned. Its been over a week and I have not heard a word from the salesman. On top of that...the vehicle I was so interested in was offered to a coworker. Not once, but twice. even after he explained that his friend was very interested and was doing paperwork to see if she could get it. Im horribly disappointed that yet another well known business in our area is shady and unable to just be straight up with folks. I guess that's par for the course though.
First I want to say, it is my own fault for signing a contract without having or not having exactly what I wanted on it. And I know never to believe Salesmen in what they say. But after being told that if I emailed finance that night and followed up with a call the next day it could be adjusted. Again, my fault. The few times that I did get to talk to the finance person, I was talking to the wrong one or the paper work has been filed or I was in a BIG sale down in Roseburg or he is not here today is not my problem. I was a customer as well. Sales or General manager not worth your call. If they had taken care of my issues when I first relaid them to them then this would not be an issue. I purchased a used car, which by the way I love and is my 3rd Kia. I even had to clean it when I received it, and I am by no means a clean freak. I'm sorry but once you sign that contract their respect for you is done. Customer Service begins after the sale people. That is what brings them back. By the way Russell, I have emails and voice mails and texts, so you don't have to get into a she said he said match.
Unbelievably bad experience. I called to make an appointment almost 24 hours ahead of time to view a car that was listed on their website. I had a specific appointment at a specific time with a specific person for this specific car. Clayton set it up, but was mysteriously “unavailable” when I asked to talk to him about it. When I arrived nobody knew where the car was. Took them 15 minutes to find it and the first salesman kept telling me “oh this is a great car everybody wants it, these are in high demand”. Finally someone located the car. By now four people were working on it. They drove up and told me it had just been sent to detailing. Nothing had been done on it whatsoever, it was not in detailing at all. It was filthy. pet hair everywhere, mud on the seats smelled horrendous. A complete disaster. The check engine light was on. It had not even been serviced.. No oil change, no checking a single thing. I cannot believe they seriously wanted me to look at a car in that condition. I wouldn’t have paid a dime for it. Yet they wanted $8000 for this junker. Why was it even on the website if it was not ready to show? Appointment or not anybody could’ve seen it on the website and walked in wanting to view it. And that was the condition they were going to show it in? Appallingly bad service. Don’t bother. They won’t even put lipstick on the pig for you.

We went today to pick-up a lease offer from Kia and were told after two hours and two documents that Eugene Kiefer Kia would not honor the Kia national ad. I told them that I spoke to their 'internet manager' the day before, and we had a deal for lease at $239. They smiled and said $268.47. I said no. This was a case of stall and switch. Lesson learned. I would give three stars except that I pre-qualified the deal one day earlier by phone with their 'internet MANAGER'. Kiefer even advertises the "deal" on THEIR OWN website! Hello?

I took my car in for a oil change and a couple of warranty items. The service man didn't seem to care nor did he listen to me or offer further assistance. I went to tell a manager my problem and he was able to resolve my problem quickly and with explanation. I was very unhappy with the service department.

We had a really good experience working with Mark and Marie to purchase a car. We were thankful to not be at a high pressure dealer. They were super helpful and kind throughout the whole purchasing process.
Beware of this company. They employ underhanded and deceptive practices to get people though the door. Kiefer Kia sent out "sweepstakes" scratcher flyers to advertise their dealer fair in Roseburg. When scratched, the flyers imply that you've won a pretty big cash prize in attempt to lure you to their fair. However, when you get there, they have sleazy, pushy salesmen try to talk you into buying. The "winning" flyers are not real winners. Rather, they have the supposed winning codes on-site. The "jackpot" scratch-offs are of no relevance. A total waste of time. I would not deal with a company that uses such deceptive practices to bring people in. Here's a novel idea -- how about being honest instead? Maybe draw people in with food and entertainment...Or maybe that's too much cost and effort? Is false pretenses easier? If they have such practices, one can only wonder what other underhanded tactics they use in their car sales. **UPDATED TO RESPOND TO KIA** Note: I never said that the promo was a scam, as Mr Benson, GM of Kia, tried to defend against. That said, the mailer was extremely deceptive. When scratched, the mailer was designed to imply that I'd won a prize bigger than the cheap watch that they were giving everyone (in my case, it implied that I'd won $1000 cash). In the fine print, the mailer does say that the printed number on the card must match the number on the board posted at the event. HOWEVER, the fine print is written in a convoluted manner. I believe that it was written as such on purpose, otherwise, they would either (1) NOT have added the scratch portion or at least (2) stated clearly that the scratch portion in no way determines the prize won. Again, they could simply have said in their mailer that the printed promo code could be a big winner, and that the winning codes are posted in the tent at the event. But, I can only assume from their mailer that it was always their intent to trick people into coming to the event. Question is, what other underhanded or deceptive practices do they employ to sell their cars?
Buying my Kia Forte was the best decision I've made in a long time. As good as the sales people are, the folks in the Service Department are even better. Very professional. Explain everything they've done and why. Have recommended this Kia dealership to many friends and neighbors. A few of them have peven purchased their own Kia and are as happy with Kiefer Kia as I am. I wouldn’t buy from them no way no how. Went to there tent sale in Roseburg and they tried to screw me . I wasn’t having it .. there a joke from the word go. I bought my truck from Corvallis toyota and I think I’m going back there . I will never refer anyone to this dealership
My car had a recall on an engine part. Kiefer Kia replaced it quickly, within the expected amount of time. I would give a higher rating, but the service department was not friendly and the customer lounge was uncomfortable.
The sales team at Eugene Kiefer Kia was AWESOME!!! From Maria who met me at the front door like I was an old friend, to Rob the sales manager and the finance manager who loves to fish. They all made me feel so comfortable and the experience was Great. I would definitely recommend Kiefer Kia Eugene to anyone who is in the market for a new car and I LOVE MY NEW KIA OPTIMA!!!

Kiefer Kia made our car buying experience as stress free and easy as possible. We bought used from a trade in day and they set a day for us to come up and they did a full point inspection to take care of our car and generously provided us with a week long rental! They have earned lifelong customers!
As soon as I arrived, I was greeted by some employees who asked me if I was there just looking or had an appointment. I’d conversed with Kiefer Kia a head of time to tell them which car I was looking at, and they had it all ready and out for me to test drive when I got there. The staff worked with me to make sure that my monthly payments where in the price range I could afford, and also talked me through the things I didn’t understand. I’m so happy with my 2019 Kia Soul, and how easy Kiefer Kia made it for me to get this car.

I was hoping Kiefer Kia in Eugene Oregon had improved since I last visited them three years ago. I was wrong, it is still the same outdated, smelling place (food odor as you walk in is terribly unpleasant). Salesmen are poorly informed about their product and at times misleading. Kia really needs to bring this dealer to this century. I visited the Subaru dealer before I went to Kia and the contrast is remarkable, Subaru's salesmen have a thorough understanding of their vehicles, the showroom is open, new and bright, making it the perfect showcase for their cars.

I spoke to Marie Thayer at Kiefer Kia, in April about getting a new car because my current one was in and out of the shop. At the time, I wasn't on the job long enough yet. When it was time, I called her up and she went to work and created a miracle and got me into a 2020 Kia Soul with little down, because of my credit score, otherwise it would have been zero down, and payments I could handle. I can't thank her enough. I love my new car.
I am happy with the work they did, however I'm am less than satisfied with their communication. I was never called and updated during the two weeks my car was in their shop. The only updates I received was when I called them. I don't expect alot but when someone tells me they are going to call, I expect to hear from them. I hope if I have another reason again to use their services they are better at communicating.

My wife and I drove 2 1/2hrs to Eugene to purchase an RV at Kiefer Kia / RV. The entire staff we delt with were warm and cordial, and not high pressured at all! Marie, who we talked on the phone to start the whole process was so sweet and helpful! She really made us feel welcome and excited about the drive north! When we arrived we were met by Brady, a very calm and knowledgeable sales representative who showed us the RV. We met Mike Luke who checked out and went over everything about the RV with us to make sure we understood the workings of it all. (Mike and Brady even stayed after hours to help us get the RV hooked up so we could make the trip home that night!!) Next we went back to meet the finance manager Jeff. Jeff made the paperwork part of the transaction so easy without the hassle and fast double talk you would normally get when purchasing! We also met and visited with Russ the sales manager. Russ is everything you would want in a boss! Russ is kind, down to earth, and genuinely polite!! Our whole experience dealing with Kiefer Kia was amazing!! I originally purchased my Kia Soul back about 6 months ago; the service was excellent, so I went back again to trade in my soul for an SUV, they went above and beyond to help me out trading in my new vehicle for a bigger vehicle for our growing family. I usually go to Gladstone Ron Tonkin Kia however because I live closer to Eugene, I’ve chosen to go to Kiefer Kia Today for service. In this day and age we are all rushing and many people do not take the time we could, or should with regard others in our personal life and jobs. It is a very unique experience to find someone in the service industry who is genuine all around. I found that one employee (among many others) here at Keifer Kia. His name is Josh. I can safely say out of all the service appointments I have had, Josh has made the experience a positive one. He smiles, he is caring, knowledgeable, friendly and expedient. These are now rarities, to find nice people who take the time to look you in the eye and smile, tell you you will be will take care of. These little nuances are what make a good experience and they are the very things that help me to choose where I want to bring my car for service. They were very pushy with me and made me feel like I was dumb for not making a deal for an over priced car. Will never be coming here again. Spent 4 hrs waiting for them to see if they could get my payments lowered and nothing.
I recently had an engine failure and thought it was a recall issue. I called my local dealership, talked to Gage and was met with incredible rudeness. I then called Kia customer support for my issue (they were very kind and helpful) and they had me bring my car into that same dealership. When I met staff in person I was warmly welcomed but my interactions on the phone have been (every time with Gage) unhelpful and he even laughed at me when I asked questions. Though this ended up not being a recall issue, as a Kia customer I feel that the service department should treat their customers with more respect, even on the phone. I gave more than 1 star because I was happy with customer interactions in person and Kias customer service.
Although I purchased my Sorento in California, I've always taken her to Kiefer for servicing. The servicing staff are super friendly, witty, recognize me by name, and have always checked with me before performing additional services that weren't anticipated. I purchased my 2012 in 2011 and will continue to take her in here until my youngest graduates high school and I upgrade to something fancy.

First off, happy with the vehicle I purchased. Ray was amazing. I was also happy with how hard the finance department worked on getting me a lower % for my loan. However, I was advised by the finance department that my car payment would be automatically drawn out of my checking account. Gave them all the info for doing so. Was guaranteed it was taken care of. Now we are past-due on my payment with no auto-draw scheduled. Called Keifer and was told by Brett in finance that it's MY responsibility to set that up, even though I gave them routing and account information and was told by their "Finance Manager" they would handle it? Highly unprofessional to make excuses for something you were paid to take care of and told me you did but you obviously didn't. Extra headaches is not why I shopped with you guy's. UPDATE: I was able to resolve this with one call to the loan bank. Here's the problem: I had to do it. You told me this was taken care of. Not just the first time I signed paper work, but the second time. I had to go out of my way to take care of a task you are paid to do.
It was not a pleasant experience for me but then I don't like buying cars and I especially dread the back and forth game they like to play. This place was no different. Insincere salespeople telling you how honest they are. So once they realized I was not going to budge, they sold me a pretty nice car. I might have given this place 4 stars but right before I signed the papers I asked one of the salespeople what the warranty was. He said, "Twelve months." But at the signing I noticed there was no warranty. I was too rattled to argue, foolish I know. If you know what you're doing, I think this would be an okay place to buy a car.

In 2008, I bought a used car from Kiefer Kia, I drove it 100,000 miles before I sold it. It had the regular issues known for a 2004 Kia Sorrento. Electrical issues that caused the outlets in the vehicle to go out and effected the driver headlight causing it to need a new bulb often, the temperature gage for the water pump never worked right and often had to be changed. Other than that a good vehical! In 2018 I used Kellys Blue Book to sell a 2007 Toyota Tacoma and they treated me fair. In 2019, a cylinder malfunctioned or something along those lines in my 2013 Kia Sportage with 80,100 and needed an engine replacement, I picked my vehicle up from them yesterday (4/25/19). It took 3 and a half weeks for a refurbished engine that they decided to put in the vehicle using the extended warranty with a $50 deductable, rather than the regular warranty for the 10 year 100,000 mile coverage, I was not consulted and told that the warranty company makes the desicions about how they decide to fix the car and with what parts. In my case it is a refurbished engine with only a 12,000 mile warranty on the parts that they installed, I am happy to have my car back, rental car coverage was only for 5 days of that time and I am submitting $750 in towing to the extended warranty company because I live in Coos Bay, OR and the closest dealership is Kiefer Kia in Eugene, OR at 115 miles away. Wish me luck but I have doubts... Overall, I have my vehicle back and running and the rest is to be determined... Thank you for your help Kiefer Kia of Eugene!

Been having my new car repaired at Kiefer Kia this morning and the folks here are so polite. The radio on my new soul isn't working quite right and they took things apart and ordered me a new one. This place is very quiet and relaxing and they have a very good lounge area for those who are waiting for service. A big compliment to the service department I really wasn't expecting them to wash and vacuum my car after they looked at the radio but they did. I'll be back in a week or so when the part comes in and looking forward to it.
We arrived early. Took my Soul right in and was out of there 15 minutes before my actual appointment was. Extremely friendly and helpful. Thank you Kiefer Kia!

This company is a scam. I scheduled an oil change on their website which stated it was $34.95, drove 90 minutes to get there and was told it was $54.95. I told the service guy what the price was when I scheduled online and was told the price had gone up in the 5 days since I scheduled the service. They did the recall work that was needed and when the service guy came to get me, I showed him on their website where the price remained the same as when scheduled. He ignored me and said sign this for the recall work. Never again will I go to keifer kia very dishonest company. This was my first and last visit there. I will be turning them into BBB for their illegal business practices

They allowed a co signer because we didn't have a score and let me take our new car to get my kids and husband then come back to finish everything! They no longer wash the car when you have your car serviced. They also forgot to put the sticker in the window after doing the oil change.
Gabriel was very helpful with the servicing of my vehicle regarding the car accident issues. Some disorder with sales though- trouble finding keys for the used Nissan vehicle I wanted to test drive... great Kia Soul for test drive- love my current Kia Soul looking to replace has been fun. Mark in sales is great- very polite and courteous!

The first time I bought a car at Kiefer was a very good experience and I gave it 5 stars. When that car was stolen and totaled I went to find out how the Gap insurance worked and was instead put in a new car again with payments being another $100 a month and now I pay for all my oil changes. That may not seem like a big deal to anyone, but for me it is since I understood that with Gap insurance it would be a replacement like what I had. Someone like me that went in to find out what I do for replacement of my totaled car assumed that I would still be getting my oil changes. I pay $100 more a month, pay for oil changes and of course upside down in car by $3,500 I just wish I could have bought another 2017 Kia like my totaled one instead of all this other expense and to upside down to even refinance.
My engine completely broke and I’ve never used my warranty before. I took the car to the Kia auto shop, and Josh helped with everything. He organized my rental car, did all the back and forth with the warranty company. And when it finally came time to take away my rental because I had used it all up, he got my car done faster than expected by almost a week. Which left me car-less for way less time. I was skeptical about the whole thing but they made the experience easy and stress free and I couldn’t be happier with my brand new engine!!!
If it wasn’t for Porter G we wouldn’t have got what we got. I was very glad we had someone as helpful as him to get us our perfect car. Porter is a great and funny salesman. He makes the process less stressful. The whole process didn’t take forever like I was assuming it would. I was really impressed. Everyone at that dealership is extremely caring and friendly. I’ll be going back to Porter for all my future car/trucking buying.

I had repair work on my Kia Optima. They were quick with the estimate and even though I was disappointed in how expensive the repair estimate was, they stuck to the estimate and gave me back a practically rebuilt engine that is running great. I feel safer and confident the repair will give another 2 to 3 years of reliable transportation. No hard sale on extra work. I'd say that they are trustworthy and professional.
Kiefer Kia was an amazing help off West 7th it was my first time buying a vehicle and I let them know that I had been to another place and they were trying to shove a car down my throat that was not what I wanted I let them know that I had a big family and I needed the room and they looked for exactly what I wanted and helped me understand since I don't know much about cars all I know is it drives and gets me from A to B my car that I had was an older car and I was looking for something that would get me to point C and I travel for my daughter to Portland to the doctors and I let them understand that too and they helped me get the perfect vehicle for my family a lot more room and a newer update from what i had I very much recommend them they were so sweet and so patient I was a wrecking ball I was so nervous not knowing anything about a car walking in and asking for a vehicle most places that I have experienced just want to sell the car and didn't care of what I wanted they just wanted money but here they didn't and to them I want to say thank you for the ones that helped they're into what I did and that I'm a very family-oriented person that it has to be what's best for my children so again thank you Kiefer Kia first time buying a car you made it amazing!!!!!!!

Paul in the service department at Keifer Kia was amazing! Super helpful and kept me informed throughout the process. He made sure that all of my questions were answered and that I got all the help I needed.
They did a pretty good job getting the car my daughter wanted, however, they tacked on a $350 maintance fee for a 12 month contract for oil changes and did not meantion anything about it and sold us a car with broken AC.
Josh does an excellent job of offering service at Kiefer Kia in Eugene, Oregon. He is friendly, courteous and made sure my experience was excellent. Specifically, I made my appointment for service on Monday of this week. I scheduled the 8 to 9a appointment with a Kiefer representative. When I arrived to drop my car off at 8 AM, there was no record of the appointment. Josh recognized the challenge and stepped up to take care of me. My car was serviced in just over one hour, clean and ready.
Honestly I rated 2 stars because 1 wouldnt be fair since I am slightly to blame for not really understanding or paying enough attention, but we got ripped off by a sly sales tactic that I didnt even realize when it was happening. Needless to say they "ran numbers" on the wrong vehicle and came back with a higher number and a "warranty" and I was confused and clearly over paid for our car and missed a few small details I'm not entirely sure they made clear. I do like my car but overall we are going to be paying a pretty good chunk above a fair value. I'm a new car buyer so it was a rookie mistake and I think they knew it but you live and learn. I'm sure they've done it many times.
Had a great experience at Kiefer Kia James the maintenance done on my car they were incredibly organized and had the rental and everything ready for me to go and they surpassed my expectations by finishing with my vehicle in a few hours instead of a whole day would highly recommend

We came in for service, as our Kia is strictly serviced at a dealership. Our service advisor was nice. I would’ve like to have seen more seating outside for the nice weather. The only bench was occupied by two sales people for the majority of our time there, a little over an hour. We had asked the salesmen about the new Telluride, stating we were in the market for an SUV. In short, they didn’t have one on the lot. They told us they sell as fast as they get them and that was that. They didn’t ask questions, didn’t offer information on the vehicle and it made us feel like we had bothered them. It was a very poor exchange. Suffice to say, we won’t be returning to this dealership. Fortunately we’re only here until summer and will have many dealers to choose from, after our move.
Tried selling me a car that had engine issues, Told me that it needs to go through their shop and it would be fine!!! Went in for the "No hassle and zero down days" yeah right kept asking me how much I had down if I could make more a bigger payments then what I was saying I could. No hassle of my a$$
There aren't enough positive words to describe my experience with Kiefer Kia. Marie was absolutely amazing, kind, and supportive throughout the whole process. She heard what I was looking for and presented me with a car that's perfect for me. Everyone who helped with this process was genuinely excited when I got the keys and got to drive away a car that I look forward to road tripping in often.

Your receptionist was extremely rude and had no information about anything..kept transfering me to different answering machines and with a attitude the whole time .(like it's not your job) ..now I'm here in the store and she is telling me everyone is on lunch an no one can help me ...while she is on craigslist looking for a new house ..meanwhile I'm waiting with my 2 kids until someone is back in the store to assist customers..our salesman's mark is the only one that ever seems to be trying

Zero stars should be an option! - purchased a Kia Niro from Kiefer 08/2017. Had already done the research and knew what car we wanted so didn't experience annoying sales people. First frustration was with the finance dept. We were paying for the car not financing. It took over 3 hours to finalize the deal! Second frustration was with service - made an appointment for warranty work and oil change. Took it in at designated time and overheard someone say that appointment was deleted. Service advisor assisting me didn't seem concerned so I left the car expecting it back by 2 pm. Called after 2 and was told the tech was having issues with the relay. Told them I would come get it the next day. Called in the morning - tech still having issues with the relay - they will call when it is ready. They called about 12 - car is ready. I arrive about 1:15 and they are just about done with tire rotation - 15 min. wait. Recommended air filter and cabin air filter - both very dirty. I informed them that those were both (supposedly) replaced by this dealership 3000 miles ago. They also mentioned odd tire wear - "too dangerous to rotate possibly due to lack of rotation - oh wait I guess we did rotate them" - again informed them tire rotation was supposed to have been done at previous visit. As it stands I have no idea if my air filters were ever replaced or if they are actually dirty now. Are my tires "dangerous"? I love my Niro but would never purchase another car from this dealership and will avoid servicing there in the future. I have absolutely no faith or trust in their ability to repair or communicate concerns regarding my car.

Great customer service, reps will work with you and get you the deal that you want. As a new car buyer, I was impressed. I knew what I wanted going in, had a bit of a communication issue at first as I had set up the sale with one person on the phone (pre approval) then when I got there I ended up dealing with several people who were very helpful in helping me make a decision. I came away with a deal that I wasn’t expecting and now have a safe and dependable new vehicle. I recommend Kiefer Kia to anyone looking for a great deal on their next car.
Was rushed out of the service dept before i could communicate what i was there for. The sevice was 3 hours, for a firmware update and oil change and the hood was left unlatched. Service was explained to me in in a rush and only when i pressed for information. Poor interaction. I also work in a service department and such hurried behavior always gets negative reviews.
