**UPDATE** I previously gave a 3-Star rating. I am currently updating my prior review based on the additional care and concern extended by Tom Pitts. There were additional issues that transpired after my previous review that were quickly resolved with a quick resolution. Butler Kia is truly concerned about taking care of their customers. If you are unhappy they will make it right! This would have been 5 star, but I am deeply disappointed with my last visit for an oil change and minor repair. Service seemed to go fine and I jumped in my car and left. This morning as I was getting in, I noticed a big greasy footprint on the passenger side carpet and on the threshold. I had just cleaned all of the carpets the day before and had no passengers. This was very unprofessional. They have always laid paper mats in the past. I'm not sure this thick, black grease will even come off. I will be calling on Monday when service department opens back up.

My very first visit here was to the Parts dept. I had recently bought a used Kia Forte that needed a new fender liner. I went in to ask for a price and a part number. My request was very clear and specific. I know the parts person heard me very clearly. After he asked all the questions about year, model, etc., he quoted me a price. I then asked for the part number and he refused to give it to me, saying it was against policy to give out part numbers, to prevent me from buying the part somewhere else. My reason for wanting the part number was to compare it to the part number on the liner I had just removed that morning. There is a difference between the left side and right side rear liners. I could not find a schematic from Kia showing the right side liner; only the left. So, I wanted to make sure I would be ordering the correct part. Unfortunately, it never got that far. He never bothered to ask me why I needed the part number. He just acted like a jerk the whole time. Since the employee refused to give me a part number, I walked out never to return. He could have saved me time by telling me up front that he wasn't going to give me the part number. Instead he wasted my time and in so doing, he lost a customer forever. This is my first Kia and I love it so much that I plan on buying another in the future. But, it will not be at Butler Kia. I will travel to another town instead. Because of the way I was treated by this employee, I will never set foot in their establishment again. If he was telling the truth about policy, then that policy needs to change. Since this was my first visit there, he should have been more concerned with cultivating a loyal customer. Instead he forced me to do exactly what he was supposedly trying to prevent. I bought the part somewhere else. One last thing: this review system forces you to give at least one star whether the business deserves it or not. If I could have, I would've given zero stars to reflect the level of customer service I received; absolute ZERO!!! Follow-up 5/15/19 - It's a shame to see that the ownership isn't interested in responding to me. You respond to those that have left a good review but completely ignores this one. That shows me your true colors. You (the owner) could have tried to reach out to me and I would have deleted this review. But instead you chose to ignore me. Bad move...

My husband, son and myself went to Butler Kia to find a new car for my husband to use as a commuter and also for trips to Oakland California for football games. We needed a car with great gas mileage and Bob Miller was the sales associate that helped us pick out our brand new Kia Niro. Bob also helped us with our figure out what we wanted for a monthly payment as I kept changing my mind on which car I wanted. Bob was very patient with us as he seemed to have had other appointments set up but took the time to make sure we got what we wanted. I am going back hopefully in about 6 months to buy the Kia stinger. I recommend that anyone going to Butler Kia, ask for Bob to assist you. We had a great time.

Best and easiest experience I've ever had purchasing a new vehicle. I had already researched their inventory, found exactly what I wanted, and Chris Soles was great to work with. I had a very good experience with Bob Miller. Although I have previously purchased 3 vehicles from Butler Kia, my last experience was very very sour. Bob made it easy as I was choosing between two vehicles. We drove one and he let me take the other one back to work for the afternoon. I made my decision and returned to the dealership. Bob made it happen quite quickly and I was off with my new Soul. The finance guys were great too. Can't remember their names, but big red beard and the new guy from Klamath. Very pleasant experience. I will be back.

So I started on the website for first contact Chris Soles called me back quick. They were the only dealer that responded quickly. I told him what I wanted he described what they had and we made plans to meet. My wife and I went the next day and purchased a certified Pre Owned Kia. Chris was friendly,knowledgeable about his product. We laughed and visited as finance did it's thing. When it was our turn to go into finance. Manager John Stanford helped us get a great rate. Shopped our deal until he was satisfied we had the best deal possible. He was also very friendly, knowledgeable. They whole experience was easy. John had us in and out finance in under 30 minutes. Best care buying experience you could possible have! I bought my 2nd used vehicle from Butler Kia and their staff was amazing. My sales person Christopher Soles was spectacular. There was no BS. I knew what I wanted and he never tried to change my mind or push toward another car. He got our deal done and approved within the first hour of us being there. After Chris we were sent to Sonya to do all the paperwork. At times I forgot about the stress of buying a car as they made it almost fun. I don't think I have laughed before when buying a car. Last month I walked onto the Butler Kia lot and told Darren Waites that I was there to "kick tires" and gather information. I had been researching the Kia Soul for a while now, and was impressed by the price, safety rating and warranty. Darren was very nice and showed me several Kia models. After sitting in the Soul, I knew I didn't want a car, I was sold on the Soul! We took a little test drive, and I really liked how it handled. Darren thanked me for coming in, and I left with a lot of information. Two days later, I went back for another test drive. Wow - I really liked that little black Soul! Darren and I sat down, crunched some numbers, and came to an agreement. Next stop, John Stafford's office to sign the papers. Buying a car at Butler Kia was a stress free, pleasant experience. I've had my Soul for a month now and I LOVE it! It is roomy, comfortable, nicely equipped, fun to drive, and it gets 30 mpg!

Excellent solutions to a bad experience. Car battery wouldn't start, so I had it towed after hours. I called when the Service Department opened at 7:30, and let them know the car was there. The service technician stated he would call me back within 2 hours, and 45min later, he called to say the battery needed replacing. Part in stock, and fixed, and I picked up my car good-as-new on my lunch break. Prices were the standard 15% higher than DIY, but it was worth the convenience.

I was really impressed with the attention to detail Tom the service manager and Kat the receptionist had. They made me feel right at home and extremely confident with my new purchase . I love my new KIA Optima! And was helped tremendously by Jeania Silva, my Sales person. She helped me decide on exactly what I wanted (EX, Premium Package), and then researched a dealer trade to get me the right color (Sangria). Then Jeania explained to me all of the features I would need to drive off the lot and explore my car. I am almost 60, and have never been helped at a dealership or mechanics' shop by a woman, and it was a great experience. It would be nice to see more of the ladies in such positions!

Chris Soles was our salesman...the knowledge this guy has of the products he selks is tremendous. We bought our 2018 KIA Niro a month ago. When we took it on a test drive we just drove it around the block. Fell i live and purchased it. After taking it on the freeway a couple of times we realuzed there was some shaking or vibrating going on between 65 and 75 miles an hour. Chris made sure that the service department rebalanced the wheels instead of just rotating the wheels like they wanted to. He was correct in that the balancing was off and now our car just glides down the freeway! He took such great care of us, I would recommend him to all.

Drove 2 hours to this Kia because my dealer doesn't work with the Eugene location. Was getting a key programmed, and asked to have my alignment checked while they had it in there because it wobbled since i bought it not even a month before. They did not check it, and when i asked if it was ok, they said it was fine. If they had actually checked it, they would have found that my wheel is full on BENT, which the Eugene Kia DID find. Please do not lie to your customers, it's rude, and in my case could have ended dangerously.

TERRIBLE! I bought a Sonata back in October from Butler Kia and after washing the car several times and the sun hitting just right I noticed a circular yellow tinge on the rear passenger side and continued to inspect the car more closely. The car was definitely in a wreck or fender bender, I can see overspray on the inside rear door and on the lights. The hood and front light are all jacked up as well. I was told the car had been inspected before I bought it. Apparently it was not and I was lied to. I reached out to my salesman who told me to have it inspected from their collision center in Ashland. I did so and haven't heard a single word back from anyone including the owner! This is terrible business! I have even left several messages and still no response back. If this is how they are going to treat me they will do it to other people. I am a single mom and I trusted them. I have lost a lot of respect and I do not recommend them to anyone. All I wanted was for someone to return my call and make it right, to be honest with me. I will not buy from them again!
I went in looking for a new 2019 Kia Niro on Saturday about 4 pm. I test drove one, (it lacked some features I wanted) and then Bradley Oliver, showed me a 2017 Kia Niro touring edition, that I fell in love with. It’s such a great car w/so many features, I had to go back another day to have him show me how to use some of them. One of the most impressive things about this team was everybody stayed until my purchase was complete making me feel like I was part of this family, also exhibiting excellent customer service. Brought in a 2011 Forte. We had a safety recall Called set up an appointment was very simple. I was in and out in an hour I was told that was the amount of time it would take roughly. The restroom is very clean and the place seems to be very tighty. if I needed service again I would come back to this Kia dealership.

Sept 3. I 've changed some of the things I said in my review ... ## 12 days later I meet with John the General Sale Manager of Butler Ford. He said he talk to the Kia manager so that this would not happen again and said the Ad was confusing . Someone should Redo your ads showing how it all works. So he explain it in a different way on how the discounts and bonuses worked. To help make me happy, ) .Thank you John for your concerns and tried to make it right, it was nice to talk to you face to face. We will meet again someday.

Chris Soles listened and remembered what we wanted in an automobile. He was not pushy and allowed us the time to make the right decision. We took our time and compared a lot of cars and every time we came back, Chris was just as helpful as the first time we walked onto the lot. It was the best car buying experience we have had. I would definitely recommend KIA to everyone. When you go in to KIA, ask for Chris and you will be given the time needed to make the decision that you have to live with for the next several years.

Before even entering the door we were greeted by two people, who both remembered my name from a call early that day on availability. The dealership had not only one but 4 trim models for the car we were interested in. Cars were ready for us to test drive (freshly detailed). Worked on price and interest rate at a quick pace. They had a job to do, sell cars. I can confirm they do their job well but none better than Bradley. He was honest, charismatic, and did his absolute best to bring us an offer that was better than any other we had received. I’m actually saving money driving a new car each day. If you have any questions or concerns on a new or used car, call this man as he is well informed and up to date on all models and trims. We are now a two-Kia family, having purchased a Sorento in 2017 and a 2019 Niro less than a week ago. Butler Kia and product specialist Bob Miller are fantastic to work with. They aim to suit your needs and there is no pressure whatsoever. Bob even suggested a less expensive alternative of the Niro (2018) because he understood the financial pressure I was feeling. Tom and the service department have been flawless as well in taking care of our Sorento. In driving the Niro from Medford, OR, to Cupertino, CA, I actually got 60.2 mpg for the entire 397 miles. That is astounding to me. I couldn't ask for a better experience in purchasing a new car or maintaining one and couldn't ask for a better or more comfortable car to suit my needs. I called a week in advance to make an appointment to get an issue fixed. I specifically asked the associate to make sure the part was available because the dealership is an hour from my house and I am moving. I went to the appointment and waited 45 minutes for them to come tell me they didn't have the part. They said they have to order it! I am really upset. I'm moving tomorrow, my issue isn't fixed, and no one offered any compensation for the time, drive, and hassle. I'm sorry doesnt really cut it. Please, when someone calls and makes an appointment a week out, make sure you're prepared.

It is always such a great experience bringing my car to Butler Kia. I recently had a dead battery and was unable get to work. They gave me a ride to work and later brought my car to me all fixed and ready to go. Tom at the service desk was great to work with. He got my car in quickly and was able to expedite the repair so I could have my car in time to pick up my child from school. I traded in a 2014 Kia Sportage for a 2013 Chevy Silvarado. I told Kia I only had 1k to put down but they wouldn't go lower so I borrowed more money to get the truck. I asked why the paper had berliner listed as a feature but the truck had none. I was told they would look into it. I asked again later and was told to go somewhere.else and pay for one. I went in to tell them that the tailgate trim blew off when I was driving down the road and I was told to go online and buy one. I bought a service contract that includes 4 oil changes per year but I don't think I will be back to get them. I will pay for them somewhere else.
