I recently reviewed Orr Nissan East as a 5 star. The reason for this was that the sales staff was the best that I have ever done business with. However, now we are on the last day of our paper tag being good and I have asked numerous tiles so far as to where our tag title and tax paperwork is so we can get that taken care of and not have any penaltys. Noone seems to be anle to give me a straight answer or the person or persons are out that can take care of this. Come on Orr Nissan East, take care of your business!! Again, great sales staff, but so far not so good otherwise. EDITING MY REVIEW EVEN LOWER!!!! THERE WAS A 2011 ROGUE ADVERTISED AND WE WERE GONNA COME LOOK AT IT TONIGHT. WERE MOST LIKELY GONNA PURCHASE IT. HOWEVER THE GM HAS DECIDED NOT TO SELL IN ORDER TO SUPPOSEDLY SELL TO FAMILY EVEN THOUGH IT IS ADVERTIZED FOR SALE. WE WILL PROBABLY NOT BE REPEAT CUSTOMERS AND WILL RECOMMEND TO EVERYONE WE KNOW NOT TO PURCHASE HERE EITHER. OUR SALESMAN WE DEAL WITH IS AWESOME BUT THE DEALERSHIP AS A WHOLE NEEDS TO RETHINK THINGS A LITTLE.

Definitely disappointed. After talking to them and explaining I didn't want to come back due to them keeping my keys after they had evaluated my car and would not return them until "I gave them a price" for a car I did not want but was being pressured into. I was being, talked over, to the point I started yelling, got tired of it hung up. I had this same problem with the car a year and a half ago and and brought it in to Finton Nissan I purchased the car from them. I was not satisfied with their assessment of the problem. They did the service that they said it needed and I have driven it not feeling I could trust it on the highway since then. Saturday 09/07/2019 I had the same problem it failed me again. I brought it in Monday 09 //09 and talked to your Service Advisor Cody S. They checked it out he told me what they found and what was needed. I agreed with them and Cody took care of having the repair done. I have my car back now and I believe I now have a reliable vehicle I can trust on the highway again. I really appreciate the way Cody dealt with me and all of his help in getting this problem taken care of. I hope to be able to work with him again on my future service needs. Thank You Ed Harder

**** BEWARE**** This was the worst customer service that I have ever had in my entire life. My car was having issues with starting and had went into limp mode when I had it towed to this dealership. Limp Mode defined- “When the engine or transmission control unit has recognized a serious faulty value from the engine or transmission, the car will go into limp mode. The limp mode does often reduce the power and limit the RPM of the engine so you can drive your car to a workshop without damaging the engine”. So instead of fixing my starting issue they focused on an acceleration issue. The reason my car was not accelerating was due to limp mode. They told me if I got a valve body assembly and an external cooler for $2,656 that it was fix my issue and my car would be operational and not have the issue of not starting. I was very hesitant, but was pressured into getting the work because I was told my car would still not accelerate. Which was a lie, because by this point my car was out of limp mode, but they inspect or drive the car. During this time I was never provided printed out diagnostic results showing what my problem was. So while I was paying for the $2,656 I was told because I got the external cooler for the transmission(in addition to the Valve Body Assembly) that if I had issues with my car I would be able to come in and they would take care of it. However, 3 days after I left the dealership my car would not start. I called the Service Manager and he was instantly rude and not helpful. He stated, “ I guess you could bring it here and we could look at it. I had my car towed there again at 6:55 a.m in the morning and did not leave until after 12:30 p.m. After I waited all that time I was told that there was nothing they could do, and that it might be my battery. However, I took my battery to the auto car part store where I brought it from while my car was at this dealership and after I left. The battery tested good both times. So it is not my battery. All I wanted was for them to make it right and do a complete diagnostic check and to figure out why my car would not start. They refused and told me, “ you seem intelligent and should be understanding what I’m telling you”. I was treated rudely and patronized. I wonder why I was being treated like this when I saw them treating their other customers with respect and dignity. I was not belligerent and did not have an attitude, and even reached out to the Sale Manager and he was not very helpful either. My issue is still not resolved and now I have to go to another service center to get my car fixed even though I’m out of $2,656. Don’t let their nice smile and kind words at first trick you into letting them misdiagnose your car and not rectifying that issue when you inform them it’s still continuing.

My experience was amazing! When we pulled up we were able to just look around for a while without anyone running up to us. Our salesman’s Brandon was so sweet and we never felt pressured by him. Brandon and the manager David got us where we wanted to be in price and in the car we wanted. They were very FAST and there was never any back and forth. Austin our finance guy was amazing he went above and beyond staying late getting our paperwork done. The next day I had to run in and sign a couple more papers and to my surprise they had come off the price a little more. I forgot to mention that we went in at 7:30 that evening so everyone stayed late to help us. The team work that I saw there was amazing there was another salesman’s that jumped in and help with getting my car cleaned up and showing me how to work somethings on my car. They really made us feel like they cared about us and they were not just trying to make money. I will definitely go back here for my next car.

Nissan East has been servicing my vehicle for a while now for routine oil changes, so I was surprised when I received my car to know that it had been driven about 9 miles without my permission. I spoke to the service manager and I was disappointed that he could not verify how this happened. The explanation I was giving was the outside camera's were not working so he could not verify if my car had been driven off the lot. I know it was because the mileage was higher after my car was returned to me. To say the least, I am not happy with this oil change experience, but the manager offered to comp the next oil change and to personally take care of my car the next time I bring it in.

ATTN: EDIT: Star Tint did a fabulous job correcting the mistakes Orr was unwilling to fix. If you need any tinting jobs done, Star Tint is where it’s at! I purchased a new vehicle at Orr Nissan east and the tint was messed up. No big deal they said they would fix it. I brought it back and they tried an additional 3 times to fix it for a total of 4 times. The tint was still messed up. Star Tint (private company I researched and found to be the best) said they would fix the mistakes (that Orr made). Orr had told me they would pay since I was unhappy.. fast forward to yesterday evening when I couldn’t get anyone to guarantee they would pay, which would make me responsible for the $220, which wasn’t my fault. This morning after dropping off my car to be done, my mother and I decided to stop by the dealership to make sure it would get taken care of and my car wouldn’t be held. The service manager had a salesman deal with me and wouldn’t even come out from his office. Once I provided the number for the tint place he called and said he paid for it, then shouted loud from his office “she can leave now, and never come back!”

All NEW BUYERS STAY AWAY!!!!! This place has a bunch of crooks working crooks working here. They locked me into a car deal that I was not ready for. They signed all the paperwork for me and tried to tell me that the insurance papers where the papers i had to sign to buy the car. The salesman Bernie Hernandez was my sales person. He knew I was young and new, I told him what i needed for a monthly price and still went through with completing the paperwork for me after I told him i had a problem with the payments. Then we change the monthly cost and add my mother to co-sign so i can make the payments. So we have a new monthly cost for the car and do not have to make a payment until Jan 8, 2019. But come to find out on Dec 20, 2018 they take the old monthly payment out of my account because they never stopped the old payment!!!!!! So I had to go and contact smartpayment and cancel it myself but since Christmas is right around the corner I will not get that money back until AFTER Christmas. I place this here as a warning. Do not let them rush you out the door until you know everything. These people do not know what they are doing, they are money hungry, and they are not trying to help you. This was my first buying experience and it will definitely will be my last time at Orr Nissan East. If I had no one to help me i would be stuck with no car because I could not make the payments. Always go with a parent or guardian or just someones that has dealt with these type of people before because they will try their best to approve you for anything just to get paid.

The lied about the flyer the sent me in the mail. They were suppose to do 2500 down payment assistance on a brand new Nissan, but when I came in they said that’s the rebate (I filled bankruptcy and they offered to help get me into a new car) rebates are offered on all new cars, so FALSE ADVERTISING!! Mary Keen however was wonderful, she was the only positive thing about this place. That’s the only reason they get even a star (plus you know, gotta have one to give a review) won’t be going back, really sad because I heard when they were Fenton Nissan they were amazing but not anymore!

I came here for brakes and rotors for my 2011 Nissan Xterra. I was only looking for parts and not service. The girl at the front desk was friendly and she provided good service in terms of looking at the parts and prices for me. The problem I have is that they do not actually carry OEM Nissan parts which I was looking for. They carry a value advantage brand which is an aftermarket part. there's really no point in me going to the dealership to get aftermarket parts when I can get them for literally 1/3 of the cost at AutoZone or O'Reilly's. They lose two points for not having OEM parts even though they are dealership.

Everything was great when we bought our brand new 2018 nissan we were guaranteed oil changes tire rotation and tire warrenty well we went to get the oil changed and they told us only the first oil change was free then our tire blew out at 15k miles and was told we dont have a warranty beware of these people they will act friendly and lie to your face to sell a car i will never go here agian nor will I recommend anyone to buy a car here

I purchased my 2014 Nissan Murano from this dealership in December 2018 . At that time I was informed that the radio had a short in it and I was to bring The car into the service center within the next week so that they can order the radio from the manufacture ...., they were just gonna replace it completely. It is now approaching March and I have yet to be contacted in to be informed to bring my vehicle in to have that serviced not to mention Michael my “salesman” isn’t returning any of my calls nor has the service center!!! not very pleased.

Terrible service after the sale. Purchased my vehicle 4 April 2019. It never has run right and they refuse to help. they supposedly fixed it before I bought it, but apparently not. I am already $500 out of my own pocket trying to get it fixed and it still doesn't run well. Avoid this place.
