We went to buy the new car from this dealership, they are in the process of renovation, the sales agent we met showed us a car and we liked it, after the test drive, we asked the price, agent left and after a while showed up with a paper which has the price detail, I wanted to know if there was a room for negotiation, but agent refused immediately and stood up, in other words he just wanted us to leave. It was very unpleasant/awkward experience. Will not recommend it to anyone.
Very helpful personnel who are professional and not at all pushy. They tell you what you need to know and let you make your own decisions whether it be with purchases or service.
Still not sure why my Check Engine light came on. They said it could be the gas, I have been using On-Cue gas and never had a problem before. I am still waiting for answer.
I recently purchased a 2014 Jaguar XK from Bob Moore. The purchase was a mixed experience. On the positive I really liked are sales associate Logan as well as the finance manger Adran. Both were friendly and helpful in regards to the purchase. What I did not like was the $400 prep fee for the car which is not included in the internet price. In addition the special Jaguar cord that connects a phone, typically an essential part of the car, was not included and required additional out of pocket expense. I made the mistake of buying the car in the rain and missed a significant blemish on the rear bumper that cost another $600 to fix. Because of the rain the car was not detailed. I was given a "rain check" however I live out of state and the chances of coming back for that are slim. I was given no break in the prep fee. One of the home link buttons was broken which I found later but apparently Jaguar no longer makes that part. Finally an annoying dash rattle not picked up on the test drive is also ongoing. All of these issues could have been taken care of relatively easily if recognized because the car was still under factory warranty at the time. One week after purchase the power steering pump went out but fortunately Adran's extended warranty covered that expense. Overall I like the car however the dealerships I deal with in Dallas including Sewell and Park Place I feel would have taken care of these issues before delivering the car. If I purchase another car from Bob Moore I will definitely be more careful in going over the car and possibly get a second mechanical opinion something I haven't had to consider with other dealerships I have dealt with in Dallas.
The service was outstanding. Mike Morris in service is great. He was very nice and informative. We were frustrated that it took several weeks to fix a computer glitch on our f pace. Mike handled our frustrations like a pro. That guy needs a raise.

Had my 2000 s type in there twice for the same thing first was a loss because they replaced what they thought it was, it fixed nothing. Put it in had a dx ( supposedly ) ran on it to fix the problems it had in the first place ( which this time was fixed, with yet another big Bill ) also to check the rough idle. The car came back running worse than before. Was going to take it back and now they wanted to tune it ( why wasn't that in the dx ?) So of course want another 2,000 for that. Then went on to say it could need a valve job. That would be 5,000 +. These clowns have no idea how to work on an older Jaguar. I'm actually thinking of speaking with an attorney as they are frauds. If you want to have a classic and keep it in top shape, stay away from these people.

I had great experience at service center. My service advisor is awesome. He tried to understand the problem carefully and he was very helpful. He called me after service and asked about work performed. Whole jaguar team is friendly and they treat like family. I traded my BMW and found better place.

Update as of 6/22/2016...The dealership really stepped up and fixed all the concerns I had with the car and made things right for my wife and I. So much so that we ended up buying the car and they even had their salesman drive it down and flew him back. Aslan Maleki was the brightest star in the whole situation. He handled the whole situation with the up most professionalism, and was very courteous through the whole process. I spoke the Sales Manager John several times and he was awesome as well. I must say that they went ABOVE AND BEYOND my expectations on repairing the concerns I had and also with facilitating the paper work and delivery of the vehicle. Mind you its about 3-4 hours of a drive. I can not be happier with the people involved who made this experience turn around for the good. It was a true show of professionalism. Thanks again guys for stepping up and beyond my expectations on this deal!!

Dealer performed 20K service including Oil & Filter change. Failed to properly tighten new oil filter! Lost most of oil (if not all) first time we drove the Jag. Dealer service department did pay for towing and replaced filter and oil. They claim there was no engine damage! Time will tell and by then they will have forgotten that they caused it.
The work was done in a timely matter. The service persons were very helpful and friendly.

It’s been a while coming… But I found a car that I really enjoy! I didn’t realize how affordable the XE line is. Yet it is still incredibly comfortable. Logan gave me a very square deal and so far a couple of weeks after my purchase, I’m very satisfied with the follow up service. This has been one of the best car buying experiences I have ever had!
My God man, what does it take to get through to your service Dept ?? Tried probably 7-10 times today. Had sales people tell me “all they could do was transfer” then I get service dept receptionist. She tried various things. Still no luck. Finally gave up. Oh wait...one time somebody answered then immediately disconnected. Then receptionist tells me “that’s been happening alot lately”. Surely buying a Jaguar should get me better than average service .....
If the brand wasn't enough to meet your expectations, the hospitality will certainly exceed them. I had the pleasure of working with Aslan and he exceeded my expectations in every way. Maybe its just me but I couldn't help but feel out of place when pulling up to the dealership. Beautiful cars, nice furniture, well dressed personnel. You mentally prepare yourself to be ignored and shoo'd off the property. Aslan actually came out to greet me and welcome me inside. You expect to be bombarded by sales people when you're at a low budget car lot. It was re-assuring to have the support when I already felt out of place. I arrived 10 minutes before they were supposed to close and still had my questions answered and a test drive scheduled for the following day. It is absolutely refreshing to have a positive experience with a car dealership and it didn't stop there. When I arrived for my test drive, they had the vehicle with my name on a poster sitting in front of it. It's the little details that go a long way. The test drive was memorable. Aslan is very knowledgeable an won't BS you if he doesn't know the answer to your question but he will surely find the answer for you. He's very good on the follow-up. Every staff member I had the pleasure of meeting were very friendly and hospitable. I didn't feel, at all, out of place. Great job Jaguar Volvo of Oklahoma City! Keep up the good work.
The man that handled the public was nice, but the techs that actually fix the car fumbled around for a month. They also returned the car with black stains all over the passenger seat.

I am very reluctant to write this review, although my car in the the service repair at this moment.My experience was over a year ago, I vowed never come back due to the experience. My car was towed one morning when it wouldn't start. Apparently , it needed a battery, but the technician, who should have been certified in Jaguars could not put the top back in place. When I picked the car up it was damaged, the young man at the service desk was so rude and unprofessional, who still works there, denied the damage. The truck button was broken and a piece from the tail light shield. My car was fled in last Saturday and the new manager called me to let me know he will need to do a diagnostic check, Thrusday . Although, it is still there and it is Friday, and the service center is not open until Tuesday. I am very nervous...

Karl Beatty salesperson and the finacial adviser was great! The service department has been very disappointing. They did give us a loaner car to drive which was nice but they told us my car would be ready on Friday at 4-5, so we decided to wait since it was late and we live 2 hours away until Saturday to pick it up. They never called to let us know it wasn't ready, so I started out while my husband called to check but no one knew if it was ready, no one called us back, we had to call back after an hour then it wasn't going to be ready until Monday afternoon, very frustrating after I drove an hour and turned around to drive another hour to come home. Here it is Monday and we still dont know if its ready or not, Really need to be more informative. Thank you for your time and love my car.
Jaguar service was very quick to help me out. I needed my tire patched and rotated. They were able to service my car the same day that I called them and it took about 1 hours.

I took my XF in for routine service including an oil change. The service crew surveyed my car and found some items that needed replacement or other attention. Also, they addressed my auto head light dimmer, which had been working sporadically. All items were addressed and corrected. The only negative was I took my car in on Wednesday morning at my appointment time, but I did not receive it with service completed until around noon on the following Saturday. The auto dimmer was part of the delay because it had to be checked in the dark on two different nights. The other reason given was that the service crew was a bit overloaded. I appreciated the excellent service in that the issues were dealt with, and that is why I have my car serviced to avoid issues in between service periods and failure on the road somewhere. For that reason, I am willing to deal with the delays, but advance notice of the possibility of delay would have been appreciated so I could plan my schedule accordingly. Thanks for the effort, however.

The service department is terrible. If you own a Jaguar or Rover, you have probably had some experience with the service department and can confirm that they take forever to do the simplest thing, charge far too much for it and then don't communicate with you regarding the repair progress. A simple phone call to their service department to see if my car was ready resulted in being put on hold by 3 different people before getting a answer. A "software update" took 2 days. A new door handle and oil change took 4 days. A oil leak took 3 days and counting. (It is the current 3 days and counting that prompted this review.) At the end of the day, their service department is not on par with the luxury cars that they sell. Be forewarned, if you leave your car for service it may be several days before you see it again and it will cost you your first born child. I am selling my Jaguar and buying a Honda.

Delivered me a car which had a huge 4”x1” hole in the muffler (with a metal object impacted). Also the front axel is wobbely feels like driving a truck rather than a luxury car. Now I realize why they pushed this particular car on me! Attempted to contact sales manager (Gary Kryzinksi )as well as agent who sold the car (Karl Beatty) with no call back. Attempting to go through Jaguar NA but that’s like pulling teeth. Absolutely horrid experience. Save yourself the headache go somewhere else it’s not worth it.
