I went to hudiburg to buy a truck and I had a trade-in. My sales person knew nothing about the truck I wanted to purchase and he didn't know how to drive a standard to get my vehicle appraised. They dealership made a disrespectful offer for my trade-in which was no where near a reasonable price. Their offer wasn't even close to current blue book trade-in value. I walked out of the dealership because of my disgust with their offer and the salesman tried to get me to come back with an increase of 500$ for my trade-in. Also I was told by the sales person they were going to call me after researching the vehicle and prices to make a better offer and they never did. They are not a dealership that holds to their word. I do not recommend this dealership to anyone.

Was told they would take a certain price so we spent 45 minutes driving here just to find out we only get that price if I finance through them. Bad for business the salesman was awesome but the manager was a POS. Be honest and it will earn you alot more buisness

Cole Emmons in service was very professional and always going the extra mile. The mechanic who worked on my vehicle was very knowledgeable on my transmission job and did great. I got the car I wanted. It is full of new things to learn (still working on that). My salesman was nice. I have a vehicle that fits my family's lifestyle. We have big dogs and they have yet to get in the vehicle I guess I am waiting for the new car smell to go away

The best of the best! When buying a GMC ask for Natalie, her service is above and beyond! I spent over a week working with her to get the perfect deal worked out! Her communication and knowledge of the vehicles is top notched! I was really impressed! She worked hard to get me the best value for my GMC and got me a Brand New GMC Sierra for a steal! The service department did a great job accommodating me for a wheel swap, thank you Natalie for arranging all that! Hudiburg used car salesmen " Mike PAPA Griggs " was extremely unprofessional at my recent visit. No introduction what so ever. First word's out of his mouth. " whatcha lookin' for?" No, hello, how are you my name is... and you are?" That was strike one. As I pointed to the car that I advised him I saw via internet on a site called CarGuru ( similar to that spelling ) This gentleman then states, "Whatever we have priced is the price, my manager doesn't abide by third party price listings "... oddly I said well that's false advertisement... he then walks away. I look over and saw another vehicle that I was extremely interested in. He goes, I can't give you the key, our key system is down... I found that quite odd when I saw two couples with their salesmen looking at cars with KEYS. I politely asked him, can we go inside to discuss a deal I would like to finance the first car as well as the second (I had another individual with me looking as well and she wanted the first vehicle we drove down to see) He simply told me to come back sister, my manager may go for it. Mr.Griggs judged was extremely bias from my point of view. I will return only if its necessary but will not be doing business with this con.
Best buying experience ever...drove 200 miles to buy from Ricky Schulz at Hudiburg Chevy Buick GMC, and his management team (Justin, Mike and Alan). Ever buy a luxury SUV in under an hour? Just did. Incredible customer service, delivery experience and a no-pressure environment. You can feel the difference when you walk in the place...family owned and really professional. Yolanda made the warranty options very clear (again ,no pressure) and GMC finance was very aggressive on a 2016 model, got 0% for the term of my choice. Thanks Ricky!
I’ve gotten much better deals here on my vehicle and services compared to the GMC dealerships in the area....especially compared to the sales manager at Bob Howard Buick GMC in Edmond. Always do your homework folks!
Let's start from the beginning. First I drive 2 hours to look at a vehicle that I had screenshots of the price posted just an hour before I got to the dealership to find out that it was listed wrong which I believe is false advertising.Then the finance manager had a bad attitude after I decided to not buy any extended warranty on my purchase. Then I asked for the odometer statement on my trade in before I left the dealership and a few days later I pulled out my paperwork and guess what? No odometer statement. So I contact the salesman twice over a week period to have a picture of it emailed to me and it never happened. Called the dealership and went in circles for 2 hours on the phone trying to contact David jones for this statement, until finally a woman named Kendra answered and she was the only person I talked to that was eager to help me and had the statement for me in 10 minutes. Not to mention during the deal making we negotiated for me to have the trailer brakes removed on my trade in and I would pick them up Monday. So I drive 2 hours and leave work early to drive to the dealership to be told that I was going to be charged by the dealership to have the trailerbrake removed. Let's just say I was very upset. Long story short this was by far the worst experience I have ever had with buying anything from a dealership. The fact that I still bought the vehicle has nothing to do with customer service and honestly I should have taken my business elsewhere. I will never recommend this dealership and I will never be back.
Rick Schulz always goes beyond what I would consider a normal car salesman would do. He goes beyond the sale and makes sure that you understand everything about your new vehicle and The process of the purchase of that vehicle. This is my eight vehicle that I purchased from Rick and I always go back to him because of his caring and taking the time to understand what I am wanting. He is truly as salesman above all.
Sales person was nice. Clean office areas, good lighting in showroom overall had good atmosphere. Deal went south when came back with what was offer on trade. Once we got to close to what might work, it was tonight only, offer only good till closing time. So not going to be pressured, if today only going somewhere else.

Beware of their service department!! I have the millennium extended warranty and it covers everything minus the $200 deductible. My service adviser tacked on extra fees and billed me for it. Check your invoices before leaving because once you leave you can not get a hold of the service manager Chad. Until they make things right, they have lost a customer for life, on top of the 50K plus I spent on this vehicle from them.
It was awesome. Bob Lott is the best salesman you have. At least my husband & I think so. We always use Bob. He showed us the car we were interested in. Let me drive it, answered all our questions. Gave us the tour while we waited for finance of the maintenance area even though I've used it before. Then Cayce was our finance person, he worked hard to get the payment as close to want we wanted. They were great.
Maquiel was a great salesman. He made the process of buying a car less stressful and easy going. Randy with financing was also really great and answered all of my questions and concerns. Both men eased my anxiety through the process and were patient with my indecisiveness. I would recommend Hudiburg to my friends.

My daughter and I Went to Hudiberg to buy a new GMC Arcadia, that is one place you dont have to worry about sales stalkers we waited 15 minutes just to talk to someone, there was a young guy sitting at a desk as we entered looked at us and went back to his computer screen. We sat around for an hour waiting for them to find the car. Finally found the car brought it up to the front then the man waiting on us had to go. I called once they didnt call back until 3 days later. Needless to say we went to Ferguson in Norman found an Arcadia sales people were great and we love our new 2019 Arcadia!

Go see Bob Lott. Buying a car is always a process and can be stressful. Bob kept the stress to a minimum and I felt like he really cared about my experience. I have purchased 3 trucks from Hudiburg Buick GMC. My first purchase was back in 2012. The salesman Ricky Schulz was one of a kind. He has this spark with his customers that does not burn out. When I walked in the door he acted like he had know me for years. I was not the normal customer and gave him a run for the sale. Being a first time truck buyer, there were many loop holes I had to go through. But MR. RICKY SCHULZ waved his magic and I drove away in a new truck. If ever I had questions or issues I knew I could call Ricky Schulz and somehow someway he would help work the issues out. If there's a will there's a way with Ricky Schulz. Like I mentioned in the beginning I have purchased 3 trucks from him and when i decide to be in the market for a new truck, I know all I have to do is call, tell him what I'm looking for (not that I need to) because he already knows what he will need to find. When I decided to try out a used vehicle instead, he was even able to assist with that and ultimately sold me the used vehicle I found. Brian took care of my vehicle, and was very thorough. He informed me on what to expect and what was going to be completed on my car. Afterwards, Brian provided me information on upcoming maintenance to consider as I approach 100K mile mark. There was no pressure to have it done immediately. I was very pleased with the overall experience.
I would strongly recommend against buying a car from Hudiburg Chevrolet. I purchased a used car from them an had several problems. First, the evening I was buying the car, their system went down in the middle of the paperwork, which had already taken a very long time, and I was unable to complete the paperwork that evening. However, right before I left, the finance person asked me to sign yet another paper, which showed the price of the car to be several thousand more than what we agreed upon. I caught it and asked her about it. She said she didn’t know what had happened but would check on it and would have it corrected when I came in to finish signing the paperwork the next day. I drove the car home that night and noticed that a blind spot monitoring malfunction was showing up on the car. So the next day, prior to completing the paperwork, I asked the car salesman about it. He told me that he could have the service department look at it, but said the service department doesn’t know much about fixing those kinds of electronic issues and I would be better off to take the car to a Mazda dealership and have it fixed under the warranty. I waited an hour before being seen by the financial person again to finish my paperwork. Unfortunately, a few hours later, I was rear-ended in my new car. When I took the car in to have it fixed at a local body shop, they informed me that the car had been in a previous accident, which is why the blind spot monitoring was malfunctioning. I had been told at the dealership that the CARFAX report showed no accidents or damage. The guy at the body shop told me that he had a similar experience with a car he bought from Hudiburg Chevrolet, wherein he took his newly purchased car in to have a minor repair done only to find out his car had been in a previous accident, too, which he was not informed of at the time of purchase. He surmised that Hudiburg Chevrolet buys damaged cars at auction, slaps a quick “band-aid” repair on it to hide the damage, and sells the cars. We called and talked to the car salesman about the issue and later the general manager. They said they didn’t know the car had been in an accident and are only aware of what the CARFAX shows. I don’t know whether or not that’s true, but I told them about the issue before I finished the paperwork and was told that I should take it to a Mazda dealership to have it fixed under warranty. If they had looked at it for me, they would have discovered the damage and I may not have purchased the car…or I would have at least had that information. Further, I find it hard to believe that no one had noticed the blind spot monitoring malfunction before. Granted, the warning goes on and off, but I noticed it right after I drove it off the lot that first night, so I have to believe that someone would have noticed it prior to my purchasing the car. It’s very obvious when it comes on. Eventually, the general manager said that Hudiburg would pay for half of the repairs in their service center – the same service center that I was previously told couldn’t fix those types of issues. The car salesman was supposed to call me to set up an appointment to bring my car in. That hasn’t happened and it’s been over a week. To add to this, part of the deal we made when purchasing the car was that they would pay to have an additional key made to my car. They gave me a “We Owe” paper and told me to call the lock company. I did so and the lock guy came out twice to try to make a new key and was unable to do so. He took the paper and said he would call me this week to come out and try again. It’s been a week and I haven’t heard from him.

I hate buying new cars but Mr Bazan really made my experience enjoyable, i really only spent about 20 minutes with him the rest of the time was paperwork. I came in knowing exactly what i needed gave him the list. Pulled out the trucks that met my requirements, i choose the one i wanted and deal was done. There was no need to negotiate since i researched the vehicles prior to my visit and with the factory rebates along w/ dealer rebates they were cheapest around. Will buy from this dealership again if Mr Bazan is there.
We went in at 7 to look at a suv, they were closing at 8. We talked to Ken in the used car sales part. He was amazing. It was the best car buying experience we have ever had. He gave us the best price, stayed late to help us get our car that night. The whole process from start to finish took about an hour n 15 mins.

He worked with our budget and felt we were on a team rather than with a salesman. Great vehicle but terrible customer service!!! Took five hours to purchase a vehicle after already filling out credit ap the day before and knew exactly what I wanted to purchase. Should have walked out but didn’t want to start all over again somewhere else. Salesperson left me sitting several times while waiting on others who came in after me. Was about an hour before they looked at my trade in...another hour before was able to drive vehicle I wanted to purchase, and another hour before talked payments... then got to sit another hour and a half waiting on the finance group to get paperwork ready. Love my new vehicle but save yourself some trouble and find the same vehicle at another dealer!!!
Hands down the best experience I've ever had at a dealership. I had an issue with a previous vehicle I had purchased and contacted the General Manager. He promised via email to right the wrong and take care of me. True to his word they went above and beyond to accommodate me. Didn't like the major sales push at the end of the deal with the gap insurance, etc. by the finance manager. I even told the finance mgr not to send his boss in to try and convince me, but he came anyways. This was extremely annoying. Other than this, it was a great experience.
So I haven't purchased a vehicle just yet but I would like to brag a little on the customer service that was provided to me! If you buy a car ask for Natalie!! She is amazing!! She even quoted the internet price on a Buick I was looking at, not many would do that! Plus, she test drive 3 different vehicles with me, and I'm not the most decisive person on what I want. She also new all the technology and engine specs on the Terrian I was looking at, and if there was information I needed on a car, she was more than happy to go find it for me if she didnt know it. Upon arrival to the Hudiburg Used Car lot in Midwest City, we were greeted by a gentleman who asked if we were there to see someone in particular. He went and had Zach Wilson come out to meet us. He was very courteous as he directed us to come inside to begin the process. Short story, Zach was very professional, compassionate, and has a very high level of integrity. We could not have asked for a better experience. He guided us through the process, ensuring our needs were met, questions answered, and that we were comfortable. I would definitely recommend Zach to anyone needing a vehicle! The rest of the team was very professional and the experience with them was good.

Extremely willing to walk me through options, talk out finer details and was very honest with me. Wanted to see me get a good deal. Scheduled oil change an tire rotation. Turned in for service and was out in about an hour. Customer service lounge is comfortable and very relaxing.
They low-balled my trade-in by over $4,000 from the other dealers and what the NADA is on it. They never even put a deal on paper just told me we were to far apart .They never tried to turn the deal over to a manager nothing the salesperson was gutless couldn't look me in the eyes worst experience I've had in trying to purchase a vehicle. Update they offered me $8,000 for my trade in. I sold it on Craigslist for $13,500

Have a brand new 2018 GMC Savanna van signal light was not working took in for work $147 later a fuse was changed that could not be located by the manuals diagrams or anything provided from GM or online I feel duped and tricked not happy how can one single mini fuse cost me $147 plus tax will not be back unless this is made right. So look at the response they did not say nothing just that I'm wrong and this does not reflect on them what a load obviously they put no effort to try and resolve my issues the van has bumper to bumper warranty but obviously I'm wrong for being upset they charged so disappointing So here's an update still not even tried to make it right 5-14-19

My wife and I stopped by Hudiburg to check out some cars they had online. We were assigned to a salesman who goes my "Rio". Rio was great to work with, he was relatively new but eager to help us. My wife was being a little difficult and having him get cars left and right for us to test drive and Rio kept on smiling long after I had stopped lol. After we found the car we wanted Rio hooked us up with Ron Lopez in the finance department. Ron was an awesome and friendly guy who was great to work with. He made sure we got the lowest interest rate possible. Overall we are very happy with Hudiburg, they did a great job and we appreciate their patience. I actually bought a Toyota from Gavin back in March. He was very knowledgeable and easy to contact. He made my first car buying experience awesome. I got just what I wanted for good price. I was able to keep the Avalon over night which sealed the deal for me. The next day the whole process took a little under 3 hours and I was out the door with my car. Best deal on the truck I've been wanting! had to drive 4.5 hours and when we got there we were treated with respect and they didn't do the whole "salesperson" push. He knew what we wanted, and we got it done in a good amount of time. The GMC dealership that is, no idea about the Chevrolet part. But if you buy GMC i definitely recommend it!

I have been to the Hudiburg auto group multiple times for service and purchasing a vehicle. A friend recommended that I go and see Jared Jackson if I was looking for a new truck. I gave Jared a call and decided to purchase a GMC. Jared and the sales manager Steve Potter were very easy to work with. They gave me more for my trade in than other dealers had quoted me and got me a truck at the price that I wanted. That part of the process was excellent and both Jared and Steve went above and beyond to make the deal happen. The only negative was the financing office, I feel that the process has some bottlenecks that need to be corrected. I informed the finance office that I wanted to go through my bank, however they tried to bait me into signing up for financing through another option (I believe it was Chrysler) with an unacceptable interest rate for the credit score that I have. Once I told them to go to my bank the interest rate was cut in HALF! After that was taken care of I was given a rediculous sales pitch about buying an extended warranty. At first it was going to add over $90 to my monthly payment, but after denying the service THREE times I was told that I could get the warranty for under $10 a month. After it was all said in done I would definitely purchase another vehicle from Hudiburg but I would already have the financing completed from the bank of my choice. If you are in need of a vehicle go see Jared, he will get you a good deal.

Called 3 days before a sale was going to end to be a rough appraisal on my trade. Submitted information to the site and even to the sales kayla slavens, I didn't hear anything back so I called the next day to touch as and was assured I would get an answer, Sent a email that next evening after no reply, sent another email with no reply. Then the sale ends and I give up because prices are several thousand higher, she has thr never to send me a email stating she hasn't heard from me and would like to know if I needed any additional help, i replied stating that yes i am upset with the level of customer service, no reply, several days later another email asking what I needed help with?! I called the customer service number and to my surprise was hung up on 2 times asking for a manager. Dont do business with this company!

On September 1st I drove 4 hours, one way to purchase a vehicle I had been looking at online. When we arrived we were greeted by an older gentleman, the salesman. He was friendly—by not much help. We told him which vehicle we were wanting to look at and after about 20 minutes he found it. Unfortunately, the vehicle wouldn’t start. Mind you, this was a brand new car. After looking again- we found a black terrain online we would look at. He told us he would have to find it bc it was not out on the lot. An hour later, he finds the black terrain. BUT, it had a service sticker in the window for a recall and he was unable to sell it. So 2 vehicles we wanted weren’t available. We should have gone home then. He tried to talk us into a red terrain that was used as a loaner/rental. It had 3,000 miles on it and a few door dings. We refused his offer and told him we would continue to make a deal if he could find us an SLT (loaded) for X amount of dollars. After several hours of negotiation we settled on a deal for a specific terrain. When he went to show us the terrain we would purchase it ALSO had a recall so we couldn’t have that one either. After spending 8 hours 1pm - 9pm at this dealership we finally drove off in a new vehicle. (Yes, I know...we should have left after the 1st vehicle wouldn’t start) we signed paperwork at the dealership and thought everything was done. I ended up having to make September’s car payment on the trade in, which I expected. On September 10th we get a phone call that financing didn’t go through, but had another bank for the loan and would overnight the paperwork to resign. We recieved the new paperwork, only to find it was all dated 2017. We call the finance man and he apologized and said he would send more papers out. On September 17th we recieved the new papers with the correct date. We immediately signed and mailed back overnight. Here it is, October 5th and my trade in has yet to be paid off and the October payment is due. The new vehicle I purchased payment is also coming due. When we asked the finance department last week when it would be paid off, they said by Oct. 3rd. Called again today and spoke to accounting and they claim the payoff will be overnighted and we should see that the trade in has been paid off by Tuesday. We will see. Not only will I never purchase another vehicle here, I will never refer anyone to them. I have gotten the “run around “ since day 1. Just because they are a huge dealership, definitely does not mean they have good customer service. AVOID THIS PLACE!

I bought a vehicle here in 2015 and have attempted to return for another purchase in 2017 and just recently. Everyone was awesome until I encountered “DJ”. He was very condescending and makes it clear he thinks he is better than you and doesn’t care about your budget, concerns, or interests. He will con you into adding multiple other people to the application process, or try to get you to come up with an additional down payment to “get you around your budget”. After being told he can get you to the payment you are wanting IF you do those things, he then makes you wait 1 1/2 to 3 hours to come talk to you again. Once he finally decides to make contact again, he offers some ridiculously high monthly payment nowhere near your budget, and then tries to get MORE money out of you AND/OR is completely rude and uniformed if you call him out. Please avoid this place at all costs.

Very positive buying experience at this dealership. I found them to be patient and relaxed, willing to take the time to answer your questions and make sure you got the vehicle you wanted. Never felt like I was being pushed to make a quick buy decision and I kept them past closing for an hour and a half to complete the deal. They never complained. I would recommend asking for Maquiel Mathews, he did a great job!

I was really left disappointed after my experience at this dealership. The car I originally came to look at was out of my price range (no big deal) but I was told by the salesman that he would speak with his finance manager the next morning and run some numbers. Never heard back. The next day, I found the same vehicle at a lower price point and called the salesman to ask if he could look into it for me. He said he would and again, never heard back. Even after sending a follow-up e-mail. I was never even suggested any other vehicles that might work for me. I've never had an experience like this at a dealership and definitely will not be going back. Very unprofessional.

Dropped car off for broken thermostat and AC not working - picked up on Thursday and drove off w/ air blowing like 7th layer of Hell. Returned immediately to Hudiburg and worked w/ Chris Debolt. He immediately took ownership of the issue, apologized for the inconvenience, put a priority status on the repair, got me into a loaner, and kept me posted on the progress every step of the way. Thanks Chris for turning what could have been a negative experience until an extremely positive one! If it wasn't for Chris, I'm wouldn't be writing this 5 star review. He restored my faith in Hudiburg, made me feel appreciated as a customer, and went above and behind and never reacted to my anger negatively. I feel that we were screwed over at Hudiburg GMC in Midwest City on my new car
I dropped by to inquire about replacing part of the front air dam which had been pulled off by a parking chock. I really expected to have to make an appointment for the body shop. The part that came off really didn't appear to be damaged, so I brought it along with me. When the service rep looked everything over, he called a technician over to see if it could be replaced. The technician thought maybe it could be and they wanted to do it right then. To my surprise, it was fixed in less than an hour, no parts were needed, and the cost was just for labor. I bought my car at Hudiburg and had it serviced here for a couple of years, before deciding to take it to a closer dealer for routine maintenance (oil changes and rotations, etc.) Whenever I took it to this closer dealer, I kept getting told I needed to have things done which were not yet due according to the factory maintenance schedule. When I questioned the recommendation, I was always told "it's a good idea to change it more often". Finally, one day I wanted my spark plugs changed due to their age and asked the service department how much it would cost. They said $500 or so. It struck me as an odd amount for 6 spark plugs. So they explained on my engine the intake manifold had to be removed to change the plugs on the rear half of the engine, and the plug wires would need to be replaced. Upon questioning why ordinary wires used for the spark plug harness, which were not high voltage cables like used to be used on older engines, had to be replaced, the answer was "they get old and need to be replaced". I'd had enough and returned to Hudiburg for that service, and the cost was a little over $200. That episode was the final straw. Hudiburg is my choice now for all my service needs! The staff is honest and courteous at all times. My wait time for performance of maintenance is always acceptable. I'm a customer for life!
BAIT AND SWITCH - BUYER BEWARE - I was looking for a 2019 Sierra SLT and found a great price on Hudiburg GMC’s website. I reached out to get more information. It was not until later that I was told the price was incorrect on the website and that I’d need to pay several thousand more if I wanted the truck. The salesman, Jeffrey, didn’t even apologize, he simply referred me to a disclaimer in fine print on the website, saying a consumer can’t rely on the prices listed there. I asked him to honor their price but he said they wouldn’t. Please be careful when conducting business with this dealer. If you see a price that’s too good to be true, it probably is. Save yourself some time and hassle and look elsewhere
I made plans on 10-16-18 to come to OKC to test drive a 2017 Hyundai Elantra on 10-17-18 and which I did and I got there around 11am from Lawton. Jesus chooses then to tell me they have already sold the car. No call or text but was to eager in trying to push another car on me that was not within my budget. I am very unsatisfied with his for not listening to what I was saying or what I am willing to do. I will not be back!
