The people in the service department are kind & respectful. The supervisor went above & beyond to make me happy. However, as service departments typically do, suggestions were made that my vehicle is in dire need of. I realize as a former dealership employee that the employees goals are to up sell. Unfortunately for them, I am a member of a group of people that are very helpful & knowledgeable with Jeeps. After inquiring about the suggestions made, I learned that 2 of the 3 suggestions made were absolutely unnecessary. The 1 that would be useful is a $10 part & a 5 minute job (air filter). Yet they want me to spend over $300. I do appreciate their kindness, but would appreciate honestly 10x more.

You took 120 dollars from me and did not solve my problem. Your people told me I needed wires and rotors and they are doing if you dont know. Change parts. My van runs great and I did not change any parts you reccomend. I will tell everyone I know forever how you took my money and then tried to talk me into $359 additional fee for parts I did not need and tell me you cant solve the pinging noise in my engine. The previously Dodge dealer also said. The wires and rotor was fine 2 days ago. I have solved my problem myself, engine runs good. No longer pinged. In 2 days I spent $360 for 3 Dodge dealers to diagnose my problem. Send me a credit on my card for the money you stole from me and I'll tell you what was the cure .not to mention 4 hours of my time. That's my review.

I bought an awesome truck from Fowler in March, everyone was all about getting me the truck I wanted. Sales person, Steve, and sales manager, Mike were awesome. There were 3 things that needed some attention and on 8 April, I had an appt to bring in the truck. The 3 areas that needed attention were: 1. The inside drivers door panel needed to be replaced (scratched). 2. The floor cover plate by the driver seat needed to be replaced (scratched). 3. We discussed at purchase to add the step up for the box (bed) of truck. The service department called to say all parts were here. I arrived @ 8:17am and was still there over 4 hours. Why!. The ordered door panel was damaged, a tear in the leather, the original bad door panel was removed and the panel with the tear was put on the truck. Why! The parts person should have inspected the part, ( door panel) let the service manager know it was bad and I would not have wasted my entire day waiting 4 a bad part to be removed and another bad part to be put on . I wanted to get it all done at one time. The floor cover plate was a simple replacement, and should have taken 5 minutes max according to the service manager. He also said the step should have taken no more than 30 minutes to replace, but I was still there 4 hrs later. Another issue was the cost of the step. I expected to pay $195 and was originally billed $460. The dealership did correct that mistake. The service manager, Tate, did everything he could do to help me. I still am not sure why the parts person did not identify the bad part, why the installer removed a bad part and installed another bad part which looks much worse than the original bad panel. Why! I wasted a day and I still need to go back. This was a terrible first impression dealing with your service department and would make any sane person question whether to return a second time.

Very friendly staff. Probably the best car buying experience I've had. I do have 2 complaints though. It takes them way too long to process paperwork, even though I went in with a pre-approved loan from my bank. They didn't forward paperwork to bank for over 2 weeks, I didn't get title paperwork for over 3 weeks and my lender on my previous car has still not received payoff after 24 days. This has cost me extra money ($1.65 per day & a late fee.) The other issue I have is they advertise free oil changes for 2 years. They are not free. They add $399 to your purchase price. Very misleading. You can take your car by for a free car wash as often as you like, which is very handy.

The service department is absolutely terrible. I got my Jeep that was supposed to be fixed and less than 24 hours later the check engine light was back on. When I called the dealership I was transferred to 3 different people and the last person was apparently the “service manager” I left a voicemail and waited 5 hours before I called back again. I asked to speak to an office manager and Joseph is who I spoke to. He truly went above and beyond to make sure that I was taken care of. Living almost 2 hours away he made sure that I had a loner car available for me and made sure my sales person kept me updated throughout the process. This was my first stop in to Fowler Dodge to get my 2016 Dodge Durango Citadel in for service at this location. I had been taking the Citadel to a Dodge dealership in Norman, Oklahoma. I drove in, and was greeted at my drivers door, and from there the service was nothing but superb.We had been having a oil leak under the Citadel in the driveway for some time, and after being curious I decided to take a picture and show it to the service department at the other dealership which was servicing my Citadel. We were told to make an appointment to have it looked over, and it could be this and that, sure no problem I said. I then called my neighbor who is the parts Manager at Fowler, and he said to bring in, and have us look at it. Well long story short, As I was speaking to my neighbor immediately the service guy said, we found your leak. The problem was, your drain plug was leaking, because you didn't have a sealing washer on your drain plug. Instead there some gasket maker material put there by whoever has been changing your oil. Right away, my neighbor added a drain plug to my order, and the service guy told me about the gasket material (rtv). The Dodge dealer in Norman Oklahoma is the "ONLY" dealership which has changed my oil. It would seem, I almost fell for the oldest trick in the book, non the less, it was my laziness to go to this dealership because they are close to my home, and Fowler is an additional 18 miles more from me. At the moment, I am really torn over the treatment from the Norman Oklahoma Dodge dealership. Being a 100% disabled veteran, LIVING OFF PEANUTS. I will be sure to share my story with other veterans at the VA, and VFW. I have all of my oil change service records/w mileage to show the Norman Dodge dealership has always changed my oil since new.

Came in late in the afternoon with the intent of buying a used truck. Juan met us out in the lot even with the weather being cold, and talked to us about our options. He was able to show us a new truck and get us the price we wanted on a 2019! He was very patient with our wants and needs and very polite! This is the single best new car buying experience I have ever had! Fowler had great pricing on the exact Ram 1500 Limited I wanted. There was no one within 200 miles who could match their price! I traveled 320 miles round trip and was a bit skeptical the price agreed to over text would be honored. However, I was greeted by my salesman, Tate as soon as I arrived. He was courteous and very friendly. Once completing some paperwork I was greeted by the sales floor manager. I have never felt so welcome and appreciated by a dealership. The finance department was also very good. I worked with Joshua and he was not high pressure on making any additional sales. He truly just explained what was available and let me decide! From start to finish the process of buying my Ram 1500 Limited could not have been any better! Excellent service! Landers in Norman had my Jeep for over a month to replace my transmission and I had nothing but problems with them. They broke my axle and tried to say it was just the suspension needing lube from sitting so long along with a million other problems. sent my vehicle in for a recall and they kept it for 4 days. never worked or fixed it, its running even worse. i was charged $150 extra for a diagnostics that i didnt approve them for. the service guy named Scott told us if we had pay no matter what, or we werent going to receive our vehicle back, we told him we need to talk to his supervisor and he replied that no matter what we said it was our word against his and his paper work. people never take your vehicles to get work on at this location, they will charge you for work the wont do plus whatever they want to charge you with out your consent. worst service ever

Every thing went great. They had just sold the truck I went into to look at. I was heading to a competitor's location to purchase a different truck and decided to look at a ram truck first. Patrick took me out back to look at a similar truck to the one that just sold. On the way there I spotted a different truck that I liked the color better. To make a long story short, we switched keys and drove the one I liked better and now it sits in my garage. Sales staff was easy to deal with and I didn't have to play all those stupid games most dealerships put you through. The manager came out and negotiated with me personally, not the normal back and forth sales person.

I am not a huge fan of dealerships. This was my 5th Chrysler dealership to visit in the last 2 months. One of the 5 was extremely horrible, one was extremely annoying, and the other two just didn’t really impress. Least to say I had low expectations for Fowler and had really taken the approach that I wouldn’t be purchasing soon. It really started out the same as usual, all dealerships are friendly at first, and when they arrived with the first figures I was ready to walk as they were higher than the internet price (as is usual for dealerships) this is where Fowler shocked me! Unlike other dealerships I’ve been to instead of telling me “well you don’t qualify for this or that discount so we can’t give you the internet price”, they agreed to HONOR the internet price. I didn’t think I would buy that day, but after some discussions (non pushy, matter of fact shoot you straight discussions, I walk if it gets pushy!) with a couple of sales managers we came to an agreement, and I am sold on Fowler now. The very helpful sales lady Kaylen and the Sales Managers (and finance guy) made it one of the easiest car buying experiences I’ve had, and this is my 10th car purchase. Never thought I would give a dealership 5 stars. A big thank you to Fowler, love my new Ram!

It took almost a month to get my tire replaced. Took it in and the leak was not repairable and I was given a quote of almost $400 for one tire. I quickly found the tire much cheaper online, and they will price match, but was told the tire I found was a different speed rating than what I needed and that would throw everything. I said ok, and they would have the tire in a day or two because it wasn’t local and they needed it delivered. After a week, of not hearing back from them I called to check the status. It’s a miracle, the tire just happened to show up that morning and they were about to call me back. Unfortunately for them, when I was adding air to my tire that morning I noticed the speed rating I originally thought was correct for the tire was in fact correct, so the tire I waited a week for was now the wrong tire and they needed to order the other one now. This time it took two and a half weeks for a single tire to arrive and not once was I called with an update. The only reason this isn’t a one star is because they price matched the tire and then didn’t charge me for mounting or balancing or anything else, just the tire and taxes. I appreciated the effort on the back end, but this is two straight unfavorable visits to Fowler Dodge. Will probably drive the extra miles in the future to another dodge dealer for work.

I was contacted by Fowler Dodge in response to a KBB cash offer. I informed Erin I was not interested in the number which I received which was well below KBB value. She informed me that the number generated was often low and they could definitely offer a higher price for my vehicle. I then was contacted by a 2nd person stating they wanted to add my vehicle to their inventory and really wanted a diesel. So I scheduled an appointment to come in. I get to the dealership and wait for the appraisal and they offer the same amount that the KBB cash offer did. Don't bother wasting your time with them as they just want to bait you to get you in to the dealership.

Honestly went it, picked a vehicle tried to work a deal, that didn’t work out, not a big deal. Sales man was nice and worked with us but we did not reach a deal. I said in the beginning I was pre approved with financing and I didn’t need to run credit because if we reached a deal, I would purchase vehicle . He had us start filling out a credit form and I said again we didn’t need a credit check because that was all done, and he assured me they jsut needed it on file and no credit checks were going to be run. Our salesman Chauncey Lee for whatever reason ran a credit check anyways! Even though we never even reached a deal to run credit in the first place!! This was mentioned in the very beginning and then I was reassured no credit was going to be ran when he asked to fill out the sheet! I don’t know how many times it needs to be said! And then we never reach a deal so why run credit anyways except to drop our credit score and throw an inquiry on there for the next 2 years! Definetly not the way to earn business and have no desire to return there. Do not fill out a credit sheet here unless you ARE buying a vehicle because chances are there going to ding your score regardless

Curtis (General Sales Manager) also did a great job working with my on finding the exact vehicle I wanted at a great price point. He was honest, up front, and easy to negotiate with. Mitch (Sales Director) stepped in after the Dallas Dodge Dealer backed out of their deal to deliver my Jeep to Fowler I was supposed to buy. Mitch was able to take a very confusing situation, find another vehicle in Fowler's inventory with the same features (actually had few more features) and was very transparent during the entire process! I was shocked at how open and honest Fowler was during the entire experience. Fowler is the most honest dealer I have done business with in my 24 years of car buying. I will buy any and all future Dodge/Jeep vehicles from Fowler from here on out. It is hard to find a dealer who is honest and works hard to get you the car you want at a price you can actually afford. All the other dealers I have dealt with will say anything to get you in the door, and when you get there, they say "sorry, but..." Ive never bought a car alone before but had been searching for weeks, and this was the first dealership that I felt welcomed, and was treated fairly. Rivers helped me find the right vehicle for me, a used jeep, assisted with bringing it for a test drive, and was very patient answering all my many questions. I love the fact their service hours on weekdays go to 10 pm. This is extremely convenient for me. I have never heard of a service department staying open this late. The service advisor was very friendly and explained the service I requested in great detail. The service was completed much sooner than I was told it would take which I already felt was reasonable. When I was told by car was ready, the service advisor took the time to go over all the work that was done which included a Dodge recall. He explained that my tire tread was getting below the normal tread depth which I already knew and had planned to replace my tires where I have always gone for several years to replace the original tires with the only tire make I always use. He showed me a special they were running, but the price still did not beat where I always go. At least he notified me of my excessive tire wear. No pressure and very friendly. I plan on taking my wife's Jeep Cherokee over to them to have the oil and filter changed. Oh, he gave me a free tire rotation since it was the first time they had serviced my car. It will be interesting if they offer the same when i take my wife's Jeep over to get her oil and filter changed. I recommend Fowler for service in your Dodge or Jeep. I'm hoping they maintain this level of service when i take my charger to get the 30K service.

I found a specific older car I wanted to test drive, the Fowler team sent me the VIN, coordinated a meeting in 30 minutes, and even said my sales guy would 'grab the keys and meet me' at that specific time. I drove to OKC to test drive it only to find out that car was not really on the lot. My Sales guy, Steven Yinger, tried his best to find an alternate but couldn't. The 'alternate' car was NOT similar. The Sales Manager, Curt/Curtis, listened politely & explained that their dealership was big and they couldn't keep track of every vehicle on the lot so they schedule test drives for comparable cars. I explained that most grocery stores have a point of sale system they use to track every item and immediately take sold items off the inventory and maybe they could use that. I left my 2 cents with him and dropped the issue. However, today i got a call from Fowler Dodge customer service wanting to know how my experience was. When I asked her if the info would be shared with management or if it was just a courtesy call that wouldn't go beyond her desk she said it was just a courtesy call! I politely shared that I had already shared by grievance with Curt/Curtis and wouldn't waste her time having to rehash it. BUT, I'm leaving the review in hopes that someone in Management will eventually read it and change policy to schedule test drives on older model cars with those cars...(otherwise don't provide me the VIN # because it's irrelevant) or at least say "or similar" car when scheduling so I don't waste all our time by driving up there, taking up your staff's time, and the time it took you to read this. Also give Steven Yinger a raise for having to deal with me. He did the best he could working in the system.

Not to mention they also know the cars that they're selling so when they took me to look at the first car it turned out to be a perfect fit from the start. Had our vehicle in for recall repairs and noticed a vehicle me and my wife were interested. Came in to look at vehicle and could not make deal with a repeat customer. Me and my wife asked multiple times what the prices were on the vehicle we were purchasing and our trade in on our Jeep and kept getting the run around. We told them what our payment we wanted and would not budge. They would not make a repeat customer happy and lose a little money on the vehicle being sold. They just handed my keys and said sorry bye. Also have the urge to call me while I was leaving to still negotiate. I believe this was very in professional. Will not recommend anyone to this dealership and will not go back again.

We took my wife's new vehicle here due to an issue discovered with her car just a week after we bought it from a dealership a couple of hours away which required the entire headliner of the car to be replaced. The work took 3 weeks to get a new part in and to coordinate with the originally selling dealership (2 weeks to coordinate due to insufficient communication) and then a week for the part. Once the headliner was installed we got the vehicle home we found that her garage door remote on the driver's visor didn't work, and didn't even have power. Upon taking the vehicle back the next day they said they accidentally ordered the wrong one which didn't have an electrical connection for that part of the visor. According to my brother in law who is also a Dodge mechanic the dealerships have to put in the vehicle VIN when ordering parts which means somebody had to know they had the wrong part to begin with. Regardless, when the part came in my wife talked to the dealership who advised the part was in that morning and the work should take an hour to swap it out. She set a noon appointment to take a long lunch to drive there and get this done. After 2 1/2 hours of waiting she asked for an update on the work and was advised they usually schedule 7 hours to do this kind of a replacement!! At no time when she showed up to drop the car off and wait, or once this revelation was revealed, did they offer her a loaner so she could return to work. After 5 1/2 hours sitting at the dealership she was on her way home, but had lost an entire afternoon for something she was told over the phone would take 1 hour to complete. The wrong part, excessive wait time, lack of proper communication, and lack of willingness to provide a loaner to accommodate her schedule for work which "we normally schedule 7 hours" to complete after they installed the wrong part to begin with screams to me that they had an extreme disregard for customer service toward us, and this leaves us with a very bitter taste. We do not plan to return to this location after this experience, nor will we council anybody to use it who is looking for a dealership to either purchase a vehicle or have one serviced. Please be very careful when using the service department at this dealership, and be sure to ask a lot of questions about any work at this location. Nobody should have to treated this way when you go there in good faith.

So.... I had a recall on my 2016 Jeep Wrangler. I called and made an appointment to have repairs. While making appointment, she put me on hold to verify the dealership had the parts before scheduling appointment. I brought my car in an hour early and took the day off for this appointment. It’s 6pm in the evening, haven’t heard from Fowler so I called to check on repairs. I sat on hold for 13 minutes to see if my Jeep was ready, only to find out they didn’t have the parts, ( or so Fabian said ) told me to come get it and they would call when parts came in. I asked then why was I told parts where there. I get there to pick up the Jeep and a very rude, not concerned service advisor looks up on the computer telling me the parts were there the car was not fixed and he had no explanation he was so concerned he got on his cell phone and did not speak to me after that. I do realize a recall is no money for Fowler Dodge but it is very rude and unprofessional to make an appointment and tell me you have parts and then you don’t then I find out you do have the parts!!! I am very disappointed with what you consider customer service. I own my own business, so I am well aware of how people should be treated. Worst part is the parts were there and he had no explanation he was so unconcerned he got on his cell phone and did not speak to me after that. I do realize a recall is no money for Fowler Dodge but it is very rude and unprofessional to make an appointment and tell me you have parts and then you don’t or do you??? They called me back and told me to bring it in to be fixed, I have and Appointment on Thursday 1/17/19 in there service department. I applauded the management, my trust has been re-established in the dealer ship! as long as they follow through, and I believe they will, I will continue to buy my new cars here. I would like to change my rating to 4 stars We purchase the vehicle believing it was in excellent condition, the interior was just like new. 4 weeks later we went to vacuum out the vehicle and removed the rear floor mat. To our surprise we found a vary large area that had been chemically burned. When we called our salesman about this issue he said that he would talk to his manager and call us back. Well I had to call him, he said that the only thing he could do was charge their cost for repairing this!! Really He said they did not do the detailing of the vehicle so they are not responsible. As it was hidden from them, and then they went on to say that we might have did it!! I have called Tony the used car manager, only to leave message after message but they do not return phone calls. This is sad as I am a repeat customer to their new car department for many years.

Took my Renegade in for recall replacement of cooling fan and the tech damaged my air condition system. The svc tech wanted to charge me 3000 to fix their mistake . Service manager was unaware of service manual guidelines on repairs. Finally replaced damaged compressor and hoses but took argument to get things done. No charges to me. I will have my Jeep serviced elsewhere in the future.

Requested a transmission service along with filters replaced , alignment and rear differential fluid change , the only thing done rite was the rear differential fluid , after waiting almost over 6hrs went back to the dealership to see if services had been performed , I was given a total 500$ above what I was initially quoted , upon asking for a breakdown I learned the filters on the transmission still hadn't been changed as requested in the original work order , had to wait another 2 hrs almost for that to be fixed .... , While I asked the service advisor of the breakdown I demanded to see the alignment results which I was charged for but failed to be informed earlier that one of my struts is bent and my vehicle can't be alligned , about 1500 so miles later I notice higher temps on the transmission n it starts slipping on climbs , go in to another dealer to have it checked out n the transmission fluid is a quart low .... I.e transmission damaged on a work truck that's my bread n butter , this place is a no go for service !

Wish I could rate them lower. They replaced my flywheel, but left the starter alone. I asked, but they said it was fine. Two weeks later, starter goes out. They initially charged me just shy of $1,400, but reduced it to "their cost" of $850. Actual cost is less than $200 - I checked with another Dealer. You make up your own mind, but I won't be back.
