We’ve bought several new cars there and they really don’t respect their customers’ time. The salesperson named Pam definitely would disappear during the sales process to try and wear us down by just being absent for long amounts of time. We also have waited for hours in their lobby waiting on service. Just to find out that their service people “looked for us” when our service was done and that our car had been done for a long time at that point. Bob Howard Honda also has a children’s area and has yet to not notify me when my service is done.

Well I took my car for an oil change & tire rotation, also bcause like 2 mths ago honda in McAllen said my car was missing a bolt on the right side the front tire &' had problems with the rear suspention. When my car was done here in OK they said everything was good so now I'm all confuse cause either casper put the bolt to my front tire or it never was missing and dealership in McAllen just wanted to make money, or this dealership in OKC didn't actually did their job and my car will be down some where on the road at any given day. Which one is it? I'll find out when I take my car to a different shop to be check. Thank you Honda

Great dealership! I went to see Scott Derrick because my brother and sister-n-law highly recommend him. He was wonderful to work with! He was very helpful and patient as I tried to make a decision on a car to replace the CR-V I had been driving for 17 years! He gave me the information and time I needed with no pressure. I like that Eskridge have moved to "No Haggle" pricing on their cars. I knew what the price of each car was and, therefore, felt no pressure to try to make an offer, a counter offer and so on! What a relief!

Sales team is excellent. Finance team is garbage. Cory insessantly tried to pressure me into buying an extended warranty all the while being extremely arrogant and condescending. Tactics included telling me that Hondas electronics are unreliable, and that he had several Hondas with major electrical issues, and went so far as calling me a fool for not getting a warranty because I decided any issues I could handle out of pocket. If they send you to Cory, ask for someone else. Was an awesome buying experience up until then, and it's unfortunate that the end of your buying experience from the dealer is with that. I would have much rather been told "Congrats on your purchase. It will be a great car." And not that I would be screwed when the bad Honda electronics started creeping up. Not only was that a total let down, but the same employee dropped the ball when I needed help getting a correct odometer reading for the tag agency, because there was an error with my title. He blamed another employee for the mistake and told me that what I needed was someone else's job and I needed to come in another day to get it sorted.

By far the best car buying experience I have ever had. We were pretty specific about what we wanted, only a few dealers in the metro had it. Eskridge had the best price and gave us more for our trade than what KBB said it was worth. The first time we went they let us test drive the vehicle we were interested in, which was expected. What wasn’t expected; after the test drive there was absolutely zero pressure to make a deal that day and no feeling of being trapped and forced into a sale. I was also a fan of their “Worry Free Driving” that comes with every car sold at no additional charge. Our salesman, Keaton, and our finance manager, I believe his name was Kory, were more than helpful through out the whole experience. Everyone there made spending that amount of money as painless as possible. I look forward to buying another car from Eskridge in the future.

Buying a car - to me - is an inherently stressful experience. From the financial obligation to the fact that salesmen often look you in the face and smile while they stab you in the back so they can bleed a few extra dollars out of you. This is the mindset I was in when I reached out to Larry at Eskridge about a used vehicle that caught my eye off their website. Larry was responsive, and when I met him in person, proved to be one of the best car salesmen I've ever encountered. I felt like he told it straight and was honest, which immediately put me at ease. When the vehicle I was interested in wouldn't start because of a low battery, he had the service department put a new battery in on the spot - I was impressed because it was the right thing to do, and it got done. Seems like a simple thing, but it meant a lot to me. Like with any car-buying experience, there's the sales/test drive piece, and the financing piece. The finance associate did try to upsell a number of things, but was receptive to my wishes when I wanted to decline most of what he offered. The APR haggling wasn't too painful, and he dropped a point off the interest which lowered our monthly payment. I didn't push it as long as I possibly could have, but I ended up with a payment I could live with, and my dignity intact. Visiting a car dealership often feels like swimming with sharks, but Eskridge was a good place, and I'm sure I will do business with them again in the future.

We went to this dealership after a bait-and-switch ad from a competitor left us annoyed with the car buying process. Eskridge had exactly what was advertised, no gimmicks, and treated us with respect. Heath treated us well when we were looking at vehicles and through the buying process. The service department is friendly and extremely professional, and they provide regular maintenance like oil changes for a good value. Would recommend this dealer!

Drove 30 miles and test drove an 09 Accord that was a "Special Deal". When we agreed to purchase the car, we were told that it had been accidentally marked for $2000 less than the actual cost. Oops. No Thanks. Never again. * I do not think a 200 dollar discount is significant.

They provide good service. I did not like the fact that I repeatedly stated that I have Honda care and the person providing the service did not look further into it. I had to put out of pocket for an oil change when this should all be covered under the car's warranty. Secondly, I waited over 1.5 hour for an oil change that was scheduled. Lastly, only one person was asked if they wanted water/drink in a room filled with other customers. I would suggest providing a courtesy car wash like other dealerships.

I am not one to do a review but tonight on my way home I had my tire pressure light come on and I went over to there and even though their service center was closed, a sales consultant (no even in service) Carson Howard was SO kind and helpful and put air in my tires. They get the job done, but they're also a typical grossly overcharging dealership. There's a $120 diagnostic fee they'll wave of no trouble is found, but I'd bet $120 they'll absolutely find something to call a problem or even make one, unless perhaps you come in monthly to give them your money and keep your vehicle topped out. Donuts and Galaga aren't worth $120.

We arrived at Eskridge Honda after visiting all of the other Honda dealerships in and around OKC looking for an HRV Touring. Eskridge was the only one to have one. Michael Fister is AMAZING! I have purchased a few cars over the years and I must say, Michael is NOT a sales guy-Michael is a customer experience expert! From the moment I met Michael he was gracious, polite, and extremely helpful! When Eskridge didn’t immediately have the car I was looking for, Michael called me once he discovered the car would arrive in a few days. As soon as I arrived, the car was fueled and ready for the drive. The particular vehicle I was driving, Michael was unfamiliar with but not once did he B.S. his way through. I knew immediately that not only was Michael gracious, polite, and helpful but HONEST as well! I never once felt as if I was being SOLD to. Michael’s main mission was my experience and my experience was SUPERB! After the test drive, I went back to work while finance worked on the deal. Later that evening, I arrived at the dealership, signed my paperwork and left within an hour with my new car! Why did I rate only 4 stars? The facilities, service area, and customer waiting area could use a face lift and offer better amenities. On account of the level of service I received by Michael, Kim, Travis, and the other professionals, I plan on visiting Eskridge Honda again! Oh...one more thing, Eskridge Lexus could take a page out Eskridge Honda’s book. Eskridge Honda knows how to treat a customer!

Just an overall great experience. Scott Derrick was very knowledgeable and pleasant to do business with. After I had purchased the car he helped me set up bluetooth etc. I live quite a distance from the dealership and it was pouring down rain when I left. 2019 car 2000 miles, tire blown, road hazzard. Honda wont cover a problem with their tire. Have to pay $200+ to replace. Dont trust them, will never buy another car from Eskridge Honda again. The dealer said they dont cover it. I told them NO Honda doesnt cover it but the mfg of the tire does. I contacted the tire mfg and they are going to give my money back. They said the dealer should have taken care of that like the other Honda dealers do and let the tire mfg know. They said lack of knowledge on the dealers part.

I traded my BMW 428i for a 2019 Honda Civic! Best decision I ever made. My new civic had so many standard options that my BMW did not ( cruise control assist, lane departure, brake assist). I love my new civic, best decision I ever made. They even tinted my windows for me. Pam was my sales person, she was very knowledgeable about the different cars, she made the process so easy. Hi people be aware to buy new cars at this place, I got a 2019 Honda Civic in November 2018, they put everything so easy, but what a big surprise after a week driving my new 2019 car a light check engine went off, I took the car over the dealer, by the way, for that time everyone there was so rude. the “supervisor from the shop service told me it wasn’t major” I left the car there, few days later they call me telling me it was a malfunction in the gas tank. They told me that the part that needed to be replaced was on back order and I wouldn’t get my car for a month. I felt like they just wanted the problem to go away, they didn’t treat me with customer service. They treated me like a case. Awful customer service. Stay away!

My wife and I went in this morning to purchase our Honda Odyssey we had leased for the past 3 years. It was a great experience, TJ in financing made it a quick smooth transition and explained everything in detail. We also wanted to look at a new car for my wife. Hal, in sales, showed her the Accord and Insight Hybrids that she wanted to look at and was very helpful answering any questions we had. The best thing about Hal was that we never felt any pressure and everytime we wanted to talk amongst ourselves about the cars he took a step back and let us have our privacy. The negotiations went smoothly and there were even a few unexpected perks thrown at us with the van and the insight, which is always nice. TJ helped us again in the financing department and it couldn’t have been easier. We left feeling informed about our purchases and satisfied with the prices we obtained the vehicles at. We have been dealing with Eskridge Honda for 3 years now and can’t see any other dealership involved in future vehicle purchases. I believe Honda vehicles sell themselves but it’s nice to know that there is a dealership that has the people in place to make it an even more “no brainer” decision. The service department is also very efficient and professional, as wr have been taking our Odyssey there for the last 3 years for oil changes. Easy in, easy out everytime. The oil change went fine, but they for some reason couldn't do the warranty work that day. I'm not an expert, but I know taking off a door panel to see what is rattling isn't that hard. So I have to bring it back at a later date. Not the biggest problem. What I didn't appreciate is that that they wanted to charge me $250 dollars for warranty work. Umm, I'm pretty sure that would defeat the purpose of having a warranty. After some haggling, I got them to not charge me.

All, read the 1 star reviews before shopping here for a vehicle, they are consistent with the experience I had. I have no idea how they have such a high rating. Go to a larger leadership, you will be better off. I went in to the dealership on the word that my payments were close to where I needed. I went in and found it to be $185 more than what I was paying at the time and over $100 more than what I was needing the payment to be. Took my 8 months pregnant wife and sick daughter to buy the vehicle, only to leave 2 hours later with nothing but the regret of going. I asked them to price 2 trims, they priced one and said they will do the other one once they saw my reaction to the first. They acted as if it was a huge undertaking to price another trim level. Great customer service would be to price both as a courtesy to the customer. I will not recommend, but will caution against anyone who asks about this dealership.

I recently purchased a 2019 Elite Passport. I started my inquiry online and was immediately texted information about the vehicle. I exchanged information via text and email and then Hal Elliott followed up with me to set an appointment to test drive the vehicle. Hal was very friendly and courteous throughout the process. He never pressured me and answered all of my questions. Chris the sales manager introduced himself and he was very friendly and courteous. The negotiation process was straight forward and seamless. I was give a very fair deal for my 2011 Honda Pilot trade. The finance manager Tarek was great to deal with and very friendly. The financing was quick and easy. My Passport was cleaned and prepared while I was with Tarek. Hal escorted me to the Passport when the financing was complete and thoroughly trained me on all the new tech in the Passport and reviewed all of the features. Hal communicated very well and answered all of my questions. Hal also assisted in tweaking several settings to my liking. Hal also informed me a Honda Genius was available anytime I have questions regarding any of the features and tech within the Passport. This was my 3rd Honda purchase from Eskridge and I have purchased 2 other vehicles from Eskridge Lexus. The Eskridge experience is always exceptional and I would highly recommend them. I have been extremely happy with my passport and was very happy with my 2011 Pilot. I keep cars at least 8-9 years and my previous Honda’s have been very reliable and maintenance free. Honda’s will run forever as long as you maintain the regular scheduled maintenance. The new Passport is awesome and the Elite model is fully loaded and by far the best combination of performance and features in its class. I highly recommend the Passport.

I had my sunvsior on my 2010 Honda repaired in August 2016 after the clip cracked and it would not stay up - making it a driving hazard. Less than two years after the repair - the same exact issue has occurred. When I called the dealership this afternoon to inquire about it, I was met with less than helpful customer service @ the Service Department and dealt with an employee who acted as if she had no time/could care less to assist me. A few weeks ago I had my oil changed! To Saturday, September 14th I am stranded, to check my car, because of the symbols on the dash. It said to check the oil, I did, it is bone dry of oil. Gave Eskridge Honda a call to let them know what happened. I didn’t want anything to do with them fixing it, but after all they did have it towed to their garage on S. 74th. On Monday September 16, they call to say they fixed it and to pick it up. We pick it up, to park in garage because of the oil all over the back hatchback of the car, covered in oil. To take it to a car wash when we have time. To yesterday September 19th took it to the car wash to find a big scratch on the back passenger door! And it wouldn’t be so bad, if a couple years back, I had taken it in to Eskridge to flush my transmission to them blowing up my car, because the oil plug had been unscrewed and not put back on properly! So unprofessional! Don’t be so vindictive because of your screw ups!!! Just a tip!!! Have a wonderful evening!!!

First and foremost I love the sales department here. I bought a civic hatchback two years ago and my salesman Juan was so incredible that I decided to come back here despite a slightly better deal at another dealership. I spent a huge chunk of change on a brand new off the floor 2019 civic type r. I was very pleased until i started dealing with the service department. The service department here is absolutely atrocious. I bought several honda add ons for my car and almost all of them were installed wrong. The door edge film was full of bubbles that rain water keeps getting trapped in. The cargo liner buttons were installed in the wrong spot in the trunk and instead of fixing it on the spot they just hoped I wouldn’t notice. Which I did, it was quite obvious it was wrong. Additionally the wireless charging plate was installed crooked causing the passenger side of the center console to not snap in all the way. About a month after owning the car I noticed either a small gouge or just some paint chip on my aft wheel. I had bought cosmetic coverage for my wheels so I notified them of the issue and they told me because I had specialty type r wheels they had to call in a wheel specialist to fix it. I set up an appt reminding them several times on multiple phone calls that the wheel specialist would have to be there. They assuring me he would be. My car also had to be dropped of for an entire day for him to work on it so I had to go out of my way to drop the car off early and arrange a ride to work. When I go to pick my car up they cant find it for over 25 minutes which makes me believe they were joy riding my nice new car. And then they try to make me pay for the work that they messed up in the first place. Which I denied because it was their fault. They also said “yeah, we looked at your wheel and we determined we have to set up an appt with the wheel specialist and have you come in while he’s here.” NO DUH THATS WHAT HAS TO BE DONE YOU ALREADY TOLD ME THAT AND I WENT THROUGH THIS HEADACHE TO MAKE SURE THAT WAS DONE! Finally after an HOUR i get my keys and I go out to my car and look at the work to fix the add ons that they tried making me pay for even though they messed it up in the first place HADNT EVEN BEEN DONE! So I go BACK into the office and after looking around they realize the parts were just sitting on the mechanics bench! I was furious! I remained calm, they kept apologizing, and I gave them the benefit of the doubt assuming it was just a fluke day. EXCEPT IT WASNT! There were more parts on order and they DIDNT EVEN notify me when they came in. I ended up calling to get an update after a month of not hearing anything and they said “oh yea those came in a couple days ago”. On TOP OF THAT FOR THE PAST THREE WEEKS IVE BEEN REPEATEDLY CALLING AND CALLING trying to set up an appt on the same day this wheel guy will be there and when I call they say their gonna call me back(which they almost never do!) or they CLAIM that they cant get in touch with the wheel guy yet! THREE WEEKS! I paid A HUGE CHUNK OF CHANGE for this car and the extra warrenties and the DEALERSHIP cant even do proper and timely maintenance on it! Not to mention who knows if theyre taking my car for joy rides. (Why else would you not be “able to locate it”) Buy your car from here and request JUAN! BUT DO NOT GET YOUR CAR SERVICED HERE!

Went for an airbag recall on my 06 civic si. The got the work done quickly. But didn't assemble my dash correctly. So I Sent it back in for them to fix it. Watched the tech rush to fix the issue slamming on my dash trying to get it clicked down. Needless to say. Got it back the second time and sure enough the dash still wasn't assembled correctly and the tabs holding the radio/ac assembly at the bottom were completely misaligned and could clearly see it. I decided to just fix it my self. Rather than let them continue tearing my car up over a simple airbag recall. :/ scratching up my interior panels for no reason just to rush.

Some worker wiped his nose with his hand and didn't wash his hands afterwards, then touched something with the same hand and handed it to someone else. That is how people get sick now-a-days.
