I had Tanner as my salesperson and I already knew what car I had my heart set on. I test drove it with no pressure from him to try to get me to purchase the vehicle. It took us a while to get everything taken care of, but Kurtis, the manager, helped keep everything running smoothly. This was my first time financing a vehicle and starting to build my credit. David Stanley will leave you in a bind and a mess once you've selected vehicle and signed paperwork to close the deal . I WILL NEVER buy from David Stanley again and I'll tell my story to anyone interested in buying a vehicle from them just so they know what type of business they run . If your looking for a good car with good follow up customer service I suggest you buy from anyone other than David Stanley . Had to give 1 star so I could even post this review , if possible I would take stars away and give thumbs down emoji !

I highly suggest never stepping foot inside any of this crooks dealerships. We bought a vehicle from them, the key fob was not working at the time of purchase, and they will not do anything about it. Went to financing and was told that we could not purchase the vehicle with out the extended warranty, they did not provide any information on the warranty and every time I request information, there is always an excuse as to why they cant get it to me. The window was also not working when we purchased the car, they repaired it incorrectly and now I have to pay 100 bucks to use the warranty that was never explained to me to fix there mistake, also have to pay a 95 dollar diagnostic fee just because they can't fix the fob. NEVER BUY YOUR CAR HERE!!!! PLEASE TAKE THE TIME AND GO ELSEWHERE. this place doesn't even deserve the one star im required to give.

I purchased a 2019 Chevrolet Camaro from David Stanley Chevrolet following my divorce. It was only the second time in my life I'd purchased a vehicle on my own. My salesman, Leroy, was fantastic! He treated me with respect and dignity and listened to me. Because of my divorce my finances were in a tough situation but management and the finance team worked with me to get me not only great financing but an interest rate that was better than I expected! Finally - when you go in and purchase your next vehicle here make sure you meet Vincent! He took me on a tour thru the dealership - showing me everything from where to find the restrooms to where to bring my vehicle for service work. Everyone at David Stanley worked to make me feel comfortable and that this was "my" dealership!

Wouldn’t waste my time there ever again. Tried telling me my truck was an XL and only wanted to give me 14k on trade in. The next day I went to another dealership and they gave me 23k on trade in. If I could give them a negative 10 I would. We came to this place looking for a starter car for our son. Explained MULTIPLE times our price range. They conveniently didn't know any prices of the used cars. The ones in our price range had something supposedly wrong with each one of them yet they were still on the lot. Then they brought around a 2017 they KNEW we didn't want to make payments on. Wasted almost 2 hours of our time. Poor customer service. They do not listen to your needs whatsoever.

Update: within 1 month, after signed paperwork for $0 down and $550 for 60 months for a $8000 car, they told her she needed to pay $2000 which was nowhere in the agreement. Worst dealership I have ever been to! I called this morning about a used truck and spoke to a salesperson named Jessica. I gave her the stock number off of their website and she told me “we definitely still have that truck” so I said alright I would like to look at it tonight she said that would be fine. So I took off work early and drove an hour and half to the dealership. About 5 minutes before I got there the sales manager called to make sure I was still coming. When I got there Jessica was off work so I spoke to another guy and gave him my name. When he looked up my name Jessica had noted the truck I was looking for and he said let me go get the keys and pull it up front. About 10 minutes later he came back in the office and told me today was the 70th day we’ve had this truck so we sent it to auction this morning but we can have it tomorrow night. After knowing I was coming to look at the truck they sent it to auction and didn’t even have it when I got there. Waste of an evening driving there and I will NEVER go back. All they are is a bunch of worthless liars.

Usually don’t leave reviews but David Stanley Chevrolet is so great to work with I have to leave a review. I encountered unforeseen issues with the funds for the down payment and they were very patient and understanding when they didn’t have to be. My salesperson, David Shepherd is probably the best salesperson I have ever dealt with. This transaction was conducted with me being in Texas. If I could give zero stars I would. My mother attempted to purchase a vehicle from this dealership for over a week. 4 different vehicles that were listed on their website had issues and were unable to sell her. Magically, each vehicle came up with issues so she was presented with more expensive vehicles each time. Finally, she had enough and was going to spend $20k on a vehicle that she was told was good to go. She lives across country and had told them from the beginning that she was buying a vehicle for when she visited home in Kansas. After everything was finally smoothed out they told her she would need to fly back and purchase in person. She has bought vehicles in the past sight unseen and done all paperwork through email several times. During the week long fiasco she was told by Aaron and Kory that they would call her right back and would go hours without hearing from them and have to reach back out to them. Complete disaster of a business and as unorganized as it could possibly be.

Last April I purchased a car from David Stanley on 240. I was told the car was in pristine condition pretty much like new and the price reflected as such. I noticed after I got it home that one of the headlights was cracked on the reflector. I took it back and ask for it to be repaired, since I was told it was in great condition. They kept the car for days and eventually called to tell me that's what I get for buying a used car and they won't fix a thing. I came home from work to find my car parked about 2 feet from the curb facing the wrong direction and the keys were tossed in the mail box a few feet away. Eventually the broken light went out. When I pulled it out to replace the bulb I find that the entire back of the housing is smashed up and being held in place by sheetrock screws! Parts of the bumper were being held together in the same way. On top of that I find that you can't replace the bulbs on it. The lights are meant to last for a really long time (hiswhich it headlightwould have if it were not broken) so it's a $900 part! Plus the cost of repairing the bumper and broken screwed in brackets it will cost thousands. All because David Stanley thinks it's ok to sell cars with severe hidden damage and there is no accountability because there's a no lawsuits clause in all car purchases. For anyone still willing to buy cars from here know that you can mark out that clause. So if they try to screw you, you can retain your right to sue. I didn't know that until after I got my car.

We had an appointment set up with a sales representative for 11 am and after driving 2 and a half hours he didn't even show up. They sat us in a room and said he won't be there until 12:30 so they put someone else on it and they showed us trucks that were all dented up and outrageous price. They then wanted a bigger down payment and higher payment prices. We had already been pre-approved. We ended up walking out and I would not go back there.

This dealer took advantage of this disabled Veteran on a fixed income. They sold me a 2017 Hyundai accent at $12k. This piece of junk had no spare tire, no radio antenna and no cruise control. Then they tried to charge me $1500 for oil changes. After 4 weeks and a dozen trips from Moore they did come up with a tire and jack. But no way to operate the jack nor did they furnish a lug wrench. Once you sign on the dotted line you're on your own. They treated us like royalty in the beginning. After I signed the contract. They treated us like peasants. I will never ever deal with them again. They just want your $$$$$$. They didn't tell us the car was involved in an accident or it was a rental until we asked for a carfax. They didn't offer the carfax. We had to ask for one. After the deal was done. Of course. BEWARE of this dealer.

Do not buy the used 2014 GOLD HIGHLANDER with 86k miles!! It's unsafe to drive. I bought it and took it to a Toyota dealership. The PCS and cruise control do not work. To get it fixed is over a grand. In order to fix the PCS ($1,100) you have to get the framed fix. Cruise control won't work unless the PCS works. This car has been wrecked. The frame is bent. Look under black plastic under hood. Doesn't looked wrecked on the outside but it has been. The Toyota body shop guy said it is unsafe to drive. I even got a second opinion and he said the same thing. I fought David Stanley for a month to either fix the car or take it back. It was lies after lies. I don't trust this dealership at all. Aaron is the worst!! He told us all kinds of lies. He wanted me to keep it, I told him I had kids and wasn't going to drive it since it is unsafe. They will not fix it!!

Made an offer on a vehicle, was told it was accepted, 7 hours later after the deal was originally "made" and my family load up for the 3 hour drive we drive for 2 hours and they call and tell us our offer wasn't accepted, was called on speaker phone to hear people cussing me in the background then they hang up on me. After talking back and forth for over an hour they tell me they aren't coming off the price at all and want to add an extra $499. Doc fee needles to say we didn't buy and will never send anyone their way. Worst experience ever!!!!!!

This has been one of the worst dealerships I have ever worked with. The frontward appearance is very nice and they seemingly have great vehicles. They were thrilled at the idea of taking my money for a truck I wanted to buy. I drove 3.5 hour only to discover the truck was NOT in the condition they described and a check engine light was on, in addition to several cosmetic defect, even though the truck was described to me as being "perfect". In fact, one of the running boards is so rusted out, it nearly snapped off when I we t to climb inside. After dealing with a condescending salesman named Eric (who isn't even the salesman i started working with, but man does he love to interrupt and act like a know it all), and having to argue semantics, they finally agreed to deliver the truck on a trailer after fixing the check engine light. They would do nothing about the remaining issues, but we did the deal because I like the truck, and partially because I'm an idiot and trusted them to make things right. The next day, nobody would call me. I had to call 3 different times that day, only to find out they didn't even work on it. The following day, I was "promised" I would be updated.. . That's a joke. By 1pm, still no phone call. I called in was promised I'd get a call back in 1 hour. Again... joke. I've been bounced around with several people and my after sale experience has been horrendous. It's now 4 days later, they supposedly fixed the truck and everything was good to go at 10am. Now, its 5pm, I'm waiting on delivery today. They finally tell me the delivery man will pick it up by 9pm to deliver. EXCUSE ME! That means he will not arrive here until nearly 1am. This dealership is garbage and I don't completely believe everything is fixed. Do yourself a favor and find a dealership that won't treat you like garbage once they have your money. I've never been treated so poorly after a sale and it is clear that dealing with me is an inconvenience to this dealership. Terribly disappointing.
