I bought a Pontiac g6 V6 about 5 months ago. At first my car was fine I test drove it and it was good. One of the owners told me that my car may overheat but they would fix it and I get a 6 month warranty. 2 weeks later my car starts overheating more and my car started falling apart. I took it to their mechanic Paul and he fixed it 3 times. He “fixed” my fuses, heat, radiator (twice) thermostat, temp sensor, and a few other things I can’t remember because so much work was done on it I paid him $325 to fix it and it came back still not fixed. Also when my car broke down on the side of the road I called carsource and they told me Paul and a tow truck was coming. Well when Paul showed up he said the tow truck was $75. I became aggressive because i paid my car in full $3400. He walked to his car and left me stranded with my child in the car and I had to walk home. Also Paul the mechanic is a creep he texted me asking for sexy pictures I highly do not recommend buying a car from these unprofessional old pervert men. See you guys in court!!!

Sold fiance a lemon and took them a month to fix. She bought a vehicle with a warranty but they wouldn't ever set it up, so we never got a rental or loaner car from them, just out the money we paid and a car. Make sure you bring a mechanic with you, some of the cars look like they could be good deals but we have learned If you know nothing about cars they are going to play you like a sucker. So please go with someone who is experienced or a mechanic

Cars are extremely over priced and no where near what they charge for it.. I purchased an car that began to break down the second I left the lot.. even with a 3 month warranty they informed me the would not be able to help. Some one was always going to "get back to me when the manager of owner was available" all this while never asking for contact information. Eventually they were screening my calls and just stopped answering from my phone number. This was during normal business hours. Once I began calling blocked or from another phone I got an answer. They're idea of good sales is to sale at any cost.. lies and all.

Wow! So many cars under $3000 all in one place, It has been so hard to find a car in my price range and I went to 6 or 7 dealers and only found two cars under $3000. Here, I found car after car under $3000 and I bought a Nissan Maxima that is great. I'll be sending my brother back here.

I purchased a car in Oct along with a warranty, shortly afterwards the transmission started hesitating, when I contacted the warranty company they showed no proof or history of my car purchase, advised me to contact Car Source. I called them the same day and explained the situation, received a call back from them 4 days later advising me that they had straightened the situation and that I would be receiving paperwork and instructions from the warranty company, still no paperwork received nor is the car warrantied. I am in the process of taking Car Source to court to have my transmission repaired since they failed to provide me with warranty coverage that I paid for.

This guy CJ is a liar dont fall for his sweetness is just to sell you a car I bought this SUV he gave me 2 options one with 3 month warranty and one with 6 of course I'm going for the warranty was supposed to be bumper to bumper after I purchased he told me it was only drive train my transmission went bad at 5 and half months I call him he said call me tomorrow I'll take care of it, call him for 2 week he was never there supposedly, now I'm stuck with a $5200 SUV that is worthless and the transmission and labor is about $4000 thank you Car Source for stealing my money and leaving me and 3 kids without a car

this week i wen shopping for my sons first car for school and i need it something reliable under $3000 dollars i l went to about 20 car lot n i only found about 10 car for that price and all the cars i seen were junks. There sales man were horrible but thank god on my way back home i seen car source the first thing i like is that they had there prices on the windows there sale man Thomas i think is his name he was so nice they had at lest 20 or 30 cars on my price range so if you are looking for a cheap car i would first go to this car lot

I bought a 2004 Mercedes and it runs perfectly. I have had no problems with it. the management and staff are very nice and helpful. I had no problems through the whole process. I got my title with no problem and got to test drive a couple of cars without the staff getting frustrated with my indecision. overall a very hassle free and as enjoyable process as possible.

I saw a car I liked on line, emailed about it to no reply. So I drove there to take a look for myself. There was no where but the shoulder of NW 39th to park on. After looking over the very packed lit 3 times back and forth for the car. Not only is it not there, not a single person came to help, a good 75% of the cars had visible damage from collisions from dents to sagging bumpers or ripped out door handles. We left very disappointed.

I honestly have no clue as to how this place has gotten a 5 from anyone! This place is in the top 5 of car lots to stay away from. Their sales pitch of a "3 month warranty" is a joke. We purchased the car in January, after that they had it more than we did, and still didnt fix it. This is because they sold me a car with a terrible engine, engine leak, and crapy transmission! The car wont go over 40mph, overheats minutes after it is turned on, and the engine shakes the entire car!!! After the first week we took the car back due to the engine light. I am in no way a mechanic but as soon as i looked under the hood i could see all the gunk and oil build up all over the front and bottom of the engine. Although i could clearly see this, the "MECHANIC" from On The Spot Mechanic Shop, around the corner from car source, says there was no leak, and that it was a small problem that he had fixed. I take the car back, 2 days later, engine light on, and car wont start. We take it to a different mechanic who quickly spotted the engine leak fixed it and cleaned the engine, then told us to look out for any other spots it may be leaking from. After a week and a few days we decide to take it back to Car Source, telling the Owner of Car Source of ALL our problems, and how we need honest work for our honest money. He very nonchalantly tells us they will do what they can but its tax time and they're busy. When they could finally find time to assist us, they said that they would fix the car so we would not have anymore problems. They clearly only wanted to run out the time on our "warranty" seeing as though they had the car for a month, we drove it home and popped the hood STILL A MAJOR OIL LEAK!!! STILL STRUGGLING TO SHIFT GEARS!! STILL WONT GO OVER 40! STILL OVER HEATING!!! I was also told that they kept it so long due to replacing the transmission. THEY LIED!!! I STILL HAVE THE SAME TRANSMISSION!!!! These guys wouldnt know honest business if it bit them in the ass! Which is probably why they only take cash so people dont get home and see they bought a lemon and stop the darn check! They have been absolutely no help whatsoever. The owner couldn't care less and the mechanics work with the dealership to trick people because that same mechanic, who for the life of him cant seem to fix my car, was the same guy standing next to the owner selling me and my grandfather a dream! They also wont give u any records of "work" done on your car, and dont have the warranty in writting on the paper work so there is no paper trail. Luckily one of the guys slipped up and gave us a warranty in writing with false info written by them! With that, recorded phone calls, and video of our interactions, i am taking them to court! We tried to give them a chance to fix the issue themselves but they have yet to do anything, even though the car is under 3000 miles from the time of purchase. Stay away, YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED!

I would not recommend the car source to anyone ever!!!! I just bought a 2005 Pontiac grand am today! As soon as I left the car lot the car immediately broke down when I test drove the car i was rushed like they didn't want me to drive any longer because they new of problems with the vehicle the owner was very rude when I called telling him my car just gave out that I JUST bought from him and he was very rude hung up in my face I called back some other women answered the phone and stated she couldn't find the manager although I could hear them in the background she took down my name and number said she'll have him call me back today! I have yet to receive a call please whatever you do don't waste your money here by the way they are very rude and will try and rush the process so you can't get your money back as soon as you sign the dotted line oh well...

Purchased a car here less than one year ago. Their mechanic told me the car just needed the motor mount fixed, not knowing other mechanics, I took it back to them to fix. I'm honestly not sure what the biggest mistake was, getting the car here, or having it fixed by his mechanic. Mechanic said he "fixed" my car, two months later, it's on the side of the road, and I'm out of a car, for a problem the mechanic "fixed". Bottom line, unless you have money to waste, don't buy your car here.

Buyer beware! Got a car from them was sold to me in very bad shape! Was told will find out if anything was wrong with it within 5000 miles. Only drove it for 1100 miles and the damn thing is falling apart! Took it in for the so called free warranty it's not worth the paper it's printed on! It covers nothing wrong with the car and they refuse to honor that so called warranty. And have now had my car for 3 weeks and no one ever calls back. Then when I call them they always in a meeting go figure! NEVER GET A CAR FROM THEM! YOU'VE BEEN WARNED!

UNTRUSTWORTHY AND DISHONEST! I wanted a Honda Insight, which I found here. This car is known to have battery pack issues and I told the salesman I would need to take it to a mechanic. He stated there just so happened to be one around the corner (I now know there is some business relationship) and he had no problem with me taking it for a check. The mechanic stated there were lights on and there were diagnostic issues which he would fix (and car source would pay for any problems). You know where this is going; I bought the car and sure enough the battery pack was bad. After months of dealing with the mechanic (Charles who I actually caught hiding in a closet one day after standing me up on an appointment) I approached EJ the owner and he stated he had no obligation to fix the car. Please do not do business with these people as they HAVE NO HONOR AND ARE UNTRUSTWORTHY; if you do-be sure to use "your mechanic" and don't buy anything until all items are repaired. As another reviewer stated, do not trust the insurance they sell . When I tried to get help for the problem(s), they had a way out of paying. And this car had been wrecked too. And be sure to have them clean the car before picking it up because they sold this one to me in a filthy condition. . . Just Say'n

I purchased a vehicle from this car lot and immediately had issues. They did not release the vehicle to me until it was closing time and no one had time to speak with me so I went back the next day with a written list of issues with vehicle. They have yet to fix any of my issues and it is now been almost a month and this is the worst customer service I have ever dealt with in my life. Because of the faulty vehicle they sold me my children and myself have been stranded on the side of the road on more than one occasion and my vehicle has caused severe safety concerns every time it is broke down as it has been during busy traffic times end in busy traffic areas. I will do everything in my power to deter people from purchasing anything from this car lot because they are nothing but con artist amen after your money. Buyer beware! P. S. The free warranty that they advertise with all of their vehicles is not a warranty at all and it is not free you are actually paying for it, so there's your false advertising right there

This is the worst place ever to buy a car!! They are shaddy car sellmen. I bought a car from these people 3 weeks later the check engine light came back. I brought the car back because I was on a "3 month" warranty they told me they won't fix it. They even tried to called to police on me because I wanted my car fixed. The cars are trash. The cars are all messed up and the people will give you the "run around" instead of fixing the problem. Please please don't buy from here you will be upset.
