I take my car back here for oil changes and maintenance as part of my service agreement and they always wash it for me. If you're a first time car buyer, do NOT come here. While it was our fault for not triple-checking every line on all the paperwork, we were lied to and feel completely robbed of over $2,000. On top of that, we were told that some minor services were to be fixed before driving off the lot (tire pressure light was on, the gas tank was empty, etc.). We had a hard time even getting gas in the car, and the tire pressure light came back on immediately after leaving the lot. When we called and expressed our dislikes and concerns, nothing was taken seriously and we were just congratulated on our purchase with no attempt to make things right. I advise to not come to Boomer Kia in OKC if you're unsure of the car-buying process because nothing will be explained efficiently or correctly enough to ensure a smart and sound purchase. We so deeply regret not going in more educated and prepared to fact check everything coming out of the employees' mouths and printed on the paperwork. I've always heard of car salesmen being sketchy and trying to take advantage of situations, but it sucks that it happened to us. If you're wanting to buy a car for the first time, don't come in alone and don't be so naive to think that the salesmen are telling you the truth about what you're signing.

I went to Boomer KIA to look at vehicles. Just "LOOK". The sales person asked for my personal vehicle keys. I said, "I don't think so." "I just came to LOOK! "I replied. I sat there for 5 hours waiting, it was a big run a round. Finally, the sale guy came up and said, " Come and look at this one, it just drove up on the lot." I looked at it, looked good. It was not my price. Could not test drive it because it had the owners personal items inside. I felt like I was being conned by the biggest liars. I went to talk to the financial guy about how much. He started drawing up the sales agreement. I never once said," Yes,that would be the one!" I had to call them several time after I agreed to it buying that car to check and see when I can pick it up. It was over three weeks of excuses after excuses! I got the car and it was suppose to have an oil changed ,the inside was suppose to be cleaned and none of that had happened. The front end of this vehicle is wore out uses tires right and left. I took it in for a recall that it had on it, they were suppose to check all of the fluids, I got it back and the mechanic said it was good to go. This was on a Saturday on Tuesday the vehicle felt bad, I personally checked the oil and it was barely read on the dip stick. Not a very happy customer with Boomer KIA!! I will not remand them.

Staff was nice for the most part and the site looked great but overall experience with purchasing a used vehicle was not great. 1. I called ahead to get pre-approved for a payment plan and that changed when I drove 200+ miles to purchase it. 2. Vehicle was filthy still when I arrived, never was cleaned or detailed. They did their best with the limited time they had to rush through it. 3. I understand the risks with used vehicles and as is warranty’s but I was taken on this one. I was not offered an extended warranty. 4. After 300 miles, I needed to get transmission rebuilt due to metal flakes in the pan. 5. After 1 month and around 1,000 miles or less, a catastrophic failure of the engine occurred. A another will be needed. 6. After owning the vehicle for less than a month. I now have payments on a vehicle that I cannot use and was sold from this dealership. Be cautious buying a used vehicle from here. I can’t speak of new car purchase. Only my experience with used.

After looking at the reviews on this place, I might just be the oddball that didn't didn't get a good experience . I didn't go into the dealership because I live an hour and a half away. I sent an email about 3 paragraphs long with exactly what car I was looking for, my trade information, and the type of numbers I wanted to have run. After many emails back and forth (like 10 or 15) between a few different people, I got the most generic quotes that weren't what I asked for. The amount of frustration this caused made it so that I decided against buying a new car altogether. I had my eyes set on a kia stinger but I won't be buying a car any time soon now. I upgraded my review to 2 stars because someone at the dealership reached out after I posted my 1 star review and asked me to contact them to see what they can do to get better. I'd say that's worth an extra star since it seems like they want to improve.

PUBLIC SERVICE ANNOUNCEMENT: I do not normally put things like this on here, but I do not know anything else to do. I purchased a 2015 Hyundai Tucson from Boomer Kia off I-240 in JANUARY 11, 2019. ON March 6, 2019 My Hyundai Tucson's motor locked up!!! I am a single mom trying to make it through school to better myself and my situation. I was pressured to purchase under the ruse of this is "a great car"!! and if I didn't buy, some people were coming from Kansas to purchase it, because it was such a great deal!!! After months of trying to get Hyundai Motor Company and Boomer Kia to help me in making it right BOTH companies have declined to help me or make it right. So now I have a car payment and NO CAR. So lessons here: First: The lemon law DOES NOT apply to used cars!! Who knew (not me). Second: Hyundai DOES NOT stand behind their vehicles, so that whole guarantee for 100,000 miles NOT TRUE (second owner they only guarantee their cars up to a limited 60,000 miles). Third: BOOMER KIA WILL SELL YOU A LEMON, the help they offered me was to sell me a new car and they will only give me KBB value for the LEMON they sold me!!! (also could I have been able to afford a new car I would have bought one in the first place)!!! I would tag the companies but it wont let me. (if you know how please do, also feel free to share the post I would like the word out so this does not happen to anyone else)

I had been car shopping for a while now and everyplace told me they couldn't help so I talked to her the night before I set up an appointment and told her my situation so i wasn't wasting her time and she said not to worry that she would make sure i got what I was looking for, or close to it..first 3, didn't like, 4th, was alright, 5th I LOVED but was WAY out of my price range, which she told me it might have been, but she was still willing to show it to me. I wasn't able to get the one I had my heart set on, but I'm happy with what I got. Thanks again Kris, you really were the best ever!! And the candy was great

Service Department review. I called on Saturday because my turbo oil feed line was leaking (practically no oil left). I was asked to bring it in Tuesday or Wednesday. When I told him I would have to tow it in (about 35 miles) he said go ahead and bring it in on Monday. I expected it would just sit and wait until they could get to it on Tuesday or Wednesday but they took it back and started working on it almost immediately. Truly the BEST automotive service I have ever received.

Had a wonderful experience at Boomer Kia. Kris Taylor in sales was so easy to talk with and very accommodating to me with my busy schedule. She had a vehicle ready for me to test drive when I got there. They didn't have the exact Sportage I wanted so they found it and had it brought to the dealership by the next day. James, the GM worked out a great deal with my trade-in and financing to get the payments within my budget, and Noee, the finance manager was absolutely awesome, he took his time explaining the paperwork and answered all my questions. My new 2019 Sportage had been detailed and had a full tank of gas. Kris and one of the guys even followed me home with the new Kia since I had driven another car to the dealership. When you go there, ask for Kris Taylor in sales and Noee Borjas for your finance manager, they will take good care of you!

BE AWARE!!!!!!!! Worst dealership in okc in my opinion. They are extremely unprofessional and unorganized, we bought our two cars a little over three months ago and in total are cars ended up having 6 liens. And in the meantime of dealing with this our paper tag ran out and the tag agencies refused to tag one of the cars, and the dealerships solution if you get pulled over just tell the police officer to call Boomer Kia. (Like that works!). Lo and behold guess who ended up getting pulled over, with an expired paper tag. Which the dealership ended up giving us a new paper tag that day to make that right but other than that they feel like they have done no wrong and refuse to try and correct the issues or make it right and I have done my fair share of research after this and discovered that this is a very common thing with Boomer Kia I actually had a previous salesman approach me about how poorly they treat their customers and how badly they screw them over. I’d avoid them!

We went to look at a vehicle last month. When we got there, the sales representative did not seem like he was interested in helping us. First, he had no idea where the keys were to the vehicle that we were interested in. Second, he was constantly on his phone and pretty much ignored us when trying to ask questions. Third, the vehicle we looked at was disgusting. They had not cleaned it up at all. Very rude and unprofessional experience. We will never be back.
