I bought a 2019 Subaru WRX Series.Gray Edition from here. It was an excellent experience overall. No one was pushy for me to get a car that was more expensive or different from what I wanted. They had very competitive prices and even had some extras on the car that they threw in at cost with no extra markup. I drove down from Tulsa to get this exact car and it was in perfect condition with no rattles or scratches, unlike a few others that I had previously looked driven at other dealerships. I got a great percentage rate on the financing side, where they approved me for a tier waver, saving me almost $3,500 over the life of the loan. Overall I feel like I got a great deal, with extra additions to the car plus a full extended warranty for about the same price as other dealerships for just the car by itself. I would make the drive down from Tulsa again to buy a car from this dealership in a heartbeat. Almost forgot to add, it comes with 2 years of service. So free oil changes and scheduled maintenance.

I have always been a Honda person, actually my last three cars was a CRV. But I have gotten to this point were I am focused more on preventing wrecks. Honda has protected me well in the wrecks that have occurred, but I need more help. I am a lemon. I began investigating by reading and test driving the Honda CRV, the Toyota RAV4, and the Subaru Forester. Subaru won hands down in offering more safety features, reactive driving, and safety features properly reacting. The people at Bob Moore were so helpful when we started investigating two years ago, and were again so helpful and informative when we came back this time. Victor was our salesman. He was extremely patient and answered my millions of questions. He took us out to his 'driving course' and you can tell he really believes in and backs the product he is selling. He did not rush us, but was present and available. It was a great experience. I am happy we went with Subaru even after these five months.

As a person who hates the whole process of buying cars, this dealership made it painless. Namaan Gore was very helpful and didn't push us to buy anything. The also didn't push us to buy more a more expensive vehicle. We went in with a specific used vehicle in mind and he worked with us on that vehicle. Very friendly and very patient. We showed up with 30 minutes before closing and they still didn't rush us to buy. When we were ready to purchase, Samuel Bolt did a fantastic job of explaining our options for credit. We had gone in with a credit option in place, but he worked with us to secure the best rate for us and our family. When he presented add-on options to us, it was done in an informational layout and did not try to force us into purchasing any. We walked out with a great vehicle, a great experience, and rekindled hope that not all dealerships are there just to swindle you!

Both the service employees and their manager actually listen to any issues one may have and are very helpful and will give you explanations of said issues, if you ask or are technically inclined. Overall, amazing service above and beyond there, compared to other dealerships that I have been to in the past. Also, make sure that there are no open recalls on your vehicle. I had Three that were fixed there and a few other minor unrelated issues that were repaired at this dealership as well - I couldn’t be happier with my experience.

Bought a used car from David there and the entire process was flawless. We came in paying cash up front for the car we wanted and the only hitch I had was in the finance manager's office doing the paperwork. He said he "had" to tell us about the extended warranties and I felt that was misleading. Other than that, we had a great experience and that's saying a lot in today's world where no one likes going car shopping. We will definitely go back to Bob Moore Subaru in the future.

Due to weather haven't driven the car enough to notice whether the car works better or as it was. Would like to comment on the method of making appointments - would MUCH prefer talking directly with Mark then trying to explain to the lady on the other end of the phone that I need to talk with Mark to figure out what needs to be done. Never did get through to make an appointment that way. Fortunately found a way to make an appointment anyway. Just like the Federal Government - too many hands in the pot!!

After months of looking online at different vehicles, I randomly decided to test drive a Subaru Forester one evening and we were introduced to Landon! He was awesome and super knowledge about every detail of the Forester inside and out! I immediately fell in love with this vehicle and the process was super smooth and easy. I bought a used vehicle from Bob Moore Subaru in July 2019. I first want to say that the sales guy Isaiah was really good. He was low pressure and informative yet prompt and courteous. I would highly recommend him. The vehicle that I bought had been through the 100 point check-up but still had a few minor issues that I found out later.such as the windshield washer motor not working. All in all, that is not too unexpected in a used vehicle. Definitely not 5 star, but average. Things really broke down in the finance area. Everything went along pretty well until they finally realized that I was not going to purchase the used car warranty even though they had managed to drop it from $5,600 to $2,600. When I finally (very courteously) made them understand I was not purchasing it, they immediately finished up my paperwork and sent me out of the office with red faces and not so much as a thank you. I would recommend that they move away from commission-based products in this area, especially if they are not prepared for the occasional "no." All in all, I think the dealership was ok. I would say 5 stars to Sales, 3 stars to the vehicle condition, and no stars to the finance guys.

I wanted to wait 30 days after the purchase of my F-150 from Bob Moore Subaru on N. Kelley to see how they would handle any issues should something arise on my truck. Let me tell you these guys go ABOVE AND BEYOND to take care of their customers! About 3 weeks after I purchased my truck from Bryton I went in to have larger tires put on it and the mechanic noticed that there was a tear in the rubber boot that goes over the CV joint in the front so when I engaged my 4 wheel drive then it would sling grease out and water could potentially get in the CV joint and do damage. When I took it to Bob Moore the next day the Sales Manager and Service manager were quick to assure me that they would be more than happy to take care of it with no cost associated and put me into a very nice loaner Subaru in the meanwhile. They called the very next day to let me know that it was ready and I found out that they not only replaced the rubber boot on the CV joint but the ENTIRE FRONT AXLE for no charge! I know that a new front axle is a costly repair but they didnt want to take the chance that the CV joint could have gotten water in it and been contaminated. I could never have dreamed up a better experience and I'll gladly recommend Bob Moore Subaru to all of my friends!

We showed up knowing pretty much what we wanted, how much we wanted to spend, trade in value, how much we wanted to borrow...etc. Fully expecting the typical car buying "battle", I felt "ready". We worked with two salesmen (Landon and Jason) due to Landon moving departments. Landon did a great job giving us a tour of the vehicle and of Subaru in general since we're new to the brand. Jason was a genuine guy that worked hard for us. 5 stars to both of these guys. We really appreciate being treated well. Once everything was agreed on, we headed back to the finance department where I expected to have to decline their help and go with my own bank. They beat the number I was looking for through Tinker, but then had Subaru match that rate. Mark Lee really took care of us back there. Went to Bob Moore Subaru to test drive the ascent the other day and didn't have a very good experience with the sales person. He didn't take me seriously and didn't treat me with respect. He also talk to me like I was dumb. At first I told him I was in the market for a 3 row crossover. I've looked at the Atlas, Pilot, and the new Palisade so I thought I check out the Ascent also. I let him know I would like to see not the top of the line but a trim line close to the top. Next thing you know he pulls up a pretty bottom of the line Ascent with cloth seats. So my thoughts are he must not think I can afford a higher trim or something. Then I ask what sets the Ascent apart from the competition. He said Ascent is the best according to some report. Which didn't really tell me why it's the best. We went on the test drive and I thought it drives ok. Didn't blow me away with the acceleration or handling. I then ask him how big are the discounts on the Ascent. He won't answer. Instead he said Ascent is the best so you get what you paid for. After the test drive I asked again about the discount, he answered with if you want big discount you should go buy a Nissan or a Kia. Wow what an unprofessional respond. I then ask him if I can look at a higher trim Ascent. He said ok then disappeared for awhile. After waited for awhile I went inside the showroom and look for him. Instead of finding and pulling up a higher trim Ascent he just handed me a consumer report flyer showing how the Ascent compare to the competition. I guess I wasnt going to get to see a higher trim Ascent and he act as if he is done helping me and I should just go buy a different vehicle. Because of this experience I would never buy a vehicle from this dealership.

Aaron was great! Seriously one of the best sales people I’ve dealt with. However, the guy in the business office, John... was pushy, and even more sales-y than Aaron was. He kept trying to push me into a purchasing options with packages and all the bells and whistles, when that’s not what I came in for. I came in to know lease options. I even stated that to Aaron. I don’t know where the miscommunication came from, or why John didn’t ask me what I was looking for... but it felt like pulling teeth for them to quote me a price for a lease. Thank god I kept threatening to walk and that they wanted to get me into that car tonight, because if not, I probably wouldn’t have gotten a lease quote and taken a car home with me.

We had a really positive experience purchasing our 2019 Outback last month. Our sales rep, Blake, met us on the lot and was very pleasant and not pushy in any way. He was patient and when we told him we were from out of state and had no intention of buying a car, he was not put off and told us he was happy to have us learn about the car and even take us for test drives in several cars. He was such a great guy and the dealership was so helpful and accommodating, my wife and I really WANTED to buy a car from them. I have never been so disrespected by a vehicle service department before. I had scheduled a maintenance appointment on their website, and when I went in for my appointment they got really upset at me saying they wouldn't service my vehicle. I showed them I had an appointment scheduled with the email acknowledging the date and then the service staff grudgingly said they might be able to do it, but severely increased the agreed upon price. Could not believe the unprofessionalism of their maintenance staff and will never return to a Bob Moore dealership after this experience. Unacceptable. The ratings they have on Yelp echo the same issues that I experienced.

Also, I received an excessive amount of calls and texts from multiple reps (sometimes simultaneously) about scheduling and confirmation. I was surprised how this visit unfolded this time! After checking in with my Service Representative, I went to the waiting room. Time passed, I noticed customers going in and out and I was still there. My Service Representative, walked past a couple of times, but I was still there. Finally noticing that I had been there for a considerable amount of time, I walked up to him and happened to see my Outback ready to go. I asked what had happened and came to find out that my name had been called and when I did not respond the paper work was shelved. Now, would it have not been good customer service to walk up to me (when I was the only one in the waiting room) and politely ask: "Excuse me sir, are you Mr. XXX? I believed we called you, your car is ready sir! Then to top it all off when I finally got to my Outback and noticed it had not received the complimentary car wash, I asked my Representative what had happened this time, since the last time it had not been washed either and he replied: "We only do that when the vehicle is dropped off". Well, I found that odd since I have always been a "waiter" and it had been washed in previous occasions. To tell you the truth, these last two times I have felt that weird unwelcome feeling!

Just went here a few days ago for 2 open recalls, an oil change, cabin air filter change, and battery service protection for the terminals. Let me be the first to say, the employees that work here are very nice. They gave me a free loaner car while my car was in the shop for a day and a half. I usually do all services on my car by myself, but didn’t posses the tools and jack at the time to do so. Anyways, I highly recommend them for any type of vehicle services!

Bought a STI from them and had no real issues. With this I have now sold the car and trying to get the prorated amount of my warranty back and no one is wanting to help me. I had to leave 4 messages before on the 5th call back I got someone. They sent me the sheet to get the prorated amount back. I sent it in and asked for a email back to let me know they got it since it take 10 weeks to get my money back. It is not how to treat someone when they are buying that shows the level of service it is how you do after that matters.

The employees are very courteous and friendly, from the front desk to sales to finance to service. I wish I'd been told about the 0% APR loan available from Subaru. It would have saved me a few thousand dollars on interest. I'm wondering if they use that as a carrot to persuade hesitant users to buy. Unfortunately, it took an hour or two to talk to a finance manager when the place was desolate. It was a Monday night at 8 p.m. I was exhausted from having to wait and would have accepted any deal. I ended up choosing a color of car I wasn't happy with. Never buy on the first visit! I've learned that.

Highly impressed with the sales experience here. Cash Sanders went out of his way to ensure it went as easy and pressure-free as possible. Probably the least stressed I've even been at a dealership. While their inventory was large, the wife wanted specific options on her 2019 Impreza. We were told, "we'll find it at the agreed upon price." Nothing was thrown at us to add anything and they didn't try to up sale or change the agreement regardless of the found car(they found one in 30 minutes in their network) having a few added features not in the original agreement. While having it shipped in took about 4 days, they kept us updated of the status. To top it off, when it did come it, it was Cash's day off, and he came in to ensure everything was up to par. Did I mention it was his third day there?? Kind of impressive, honestly. Other dealers easily pass you to different people. He ensured communication was with a single line rather than having to hop back and forth for any info we may have wanted. Will be going back next year for a 2nd car and taking a family member to Bob Moore Subaru to get him a new one later this year. Best compliment I can really make.

My used Forester purchase will be the final dime this auto group will get from my family after 3 car purchases. They made it clear that the sale is all that mattered and that used vehicles are not gone through before sale. Shortly after purchase I was told my belts are bad, but that's normal wear and tear so I'm left to pay for it and the tech said I needed suspension repairs that the warranty (purchased from Bob Moore) declined because I haven't had the car long enough for the part to be bad. When I complain about this the used manager, Sean, then tells me his techs just look for any repairs to put on the ticket and this part doesn't actually need replacing. Are you kidding me?!?! The topper is when I got a flat, go for the spare and it's absolutely flat, I'll take some blame because I should have checked. This company practices poor business and they don't care about you unless it means more money for them. I would give 0 stars if I could for the entire Bob Moore auto group. Sad the slogan should change to "Disrespectfully Bob Moore"

The dealership and sales person was very pleasant and made the shopping experience much better than other dealerships we shopped for a vehicle at. The reason I only gave them a 3 instead of a 5 rating is due to an issue with the car we purchased. The dealership had put new tires on the vehicle and we were excited that the vehicle we picked had new looking tires. The problem is the car is required to have run flats and does not carry a spare. The tires put on the car ARE NOT run flats and there is no place for a spare. The cost to change out the tires for run flat tires is over $1200. We will post more once we have a chance to see if they will do anything to correct the issue. ***** Update:*** After my review I was contacted by the dealership within a couple of days (on a Saturday evening no less). The sales manager (Andy) asked about my complaint an patiently listen. Without hesitation he said he would look into it and call me Monday morning. To my surprise Monday morning he called to say it was taken care of, bring in the car and they would put the proper tires on the car and they did!! No hassles, no problems. I can say enough about how great these guys were to do business with. We have bought from BMW, Mercedes and others, Bob Moore Subaru BY FAR has been the best car buying experience we have every had. Thank you to everyone there that assisted in this purchase.

I took my car in to fix 2 recalls that were on the vehicle, they then gave me a loaner until my car. When I left, as soon as I got on the highway a rock hit the windshield and cracked it, when I got home I immediately called them to report it and they told me that they would look at it when I returned the vehicle. So by the time I returned the car the crack had spread halfway across the windshield. When I returned the car I showed them and the response was “well are you going to file a claim or pay out of pocket?” I then called my insurance and they told me that the windshield will be less than my deductible so they then charged me $1000 out of pocket to fix it without an offer of payments so I had to spend all my rent money before I could get my car back. Once I got my car no one talked to me about how the repairs went or anything else about my car. When I got in my car I quickly realized that all of my items were taken out of my center console and thrown in my back seat! I then emailed the General Manager and he said he would look into it and get back to me, it has been about a month now and no one has gotten back to me! I will never go back to this dealership after this horrible experience!

Landon Bolt took the time to explain the things I wanted and just gave brief information on things that were not of concern. He was very respectful and considerate during the process.
