What can I say.. AC summer time and the AC goes out. Close to the five year/60K mile marker and Bob Moore service dept. Took care of us. Dropped the car off without an appointment along with passing on a loaner car over the 4th July week. Within three days the car was returned. 100% would recommend with my current experiences. Walked in looking to buy a Stinger GT2 with AWD. Shane was the salesman who confronted me and began helping me. I told him exactly what I was looking for all the way down to interior and exterior color. Neither him, his manager Dante, or the GM John tried selling me on something they had on the lot, they began searching for what I wanted. After negotiations we pinned down a number we all agreed upon. The next 3 days Dante searched to find the exact car I wanted, he was in contact with me every day letting me know how it was progressing. I have been told it will arrive on Tuesday the 18th. I got the call that it had arrived a day earlier, Shane made sure the car was prepped for pickup and even stayed late that night so my wife and I could get it that day. 10/10 for Shane, Dante, and John, they will have a return customer.

Excellent customer service in the service department!!! Chris Myers provided excellent service! I made an appointment to have my oil changed. They also rotated my tires and washed my car!! I expected to pay a lot more but it was all affordable and the service was outstanding! I was there an hour at most. The sitting area was comfortable and Chris made sure I knew where everything was located and what they offered. I'll continue bringing my vehicle here!!

I went in to get help about an issue with my hybrid. Hands down the worst experience I’ve ever had with any car dealership. So bad that I had to go to another bob Moore dealership just to get Kia to deal with my car, since regardless I would have to go through Kia since I have a Kia. Not helpful, condescending and extremely rude. And when I went in to try and get the employees name, he begins to practically yell and follows me to my vehicle in a way that I couldn’t confuse it for anything else other than him acting like he wanted to fight me. I didn't realize it would be that difficult to purchase a car. Our sales lady was great with helping us get the car we wanted, however when we went into financing everything went south. After we left the dealership that night with the car our sales rep, Rob was going to get in contact with the bank to sort our payment arrangements. I get a call 2 weeks later that something went wrong and i needed to get a new paper tag. Fine. a month passed and i still had not received my title. I called multiple times when our finance rep would not answer the phone or return calls when we went up there to speak with him. i FINALLY got my title went to get my tag and had $50 worth of Penalties. It has been days trying to get reimbursement for the penalties. The finance rep never returns calls. I certainly will not be purchasing another car from Bob Moore.

Service here is professional and your treated with outstanding customer service. Chris has always been there to greet us and take care off our vehicle as if it was his own. His very knowledgeable and will explain or answer any questions you might have. At times he has worked in to schedule us in last minute, even on a busy day for them. It's been a couple years since we started bringing our cars here and will continue to do so. In out and worry free. Also bought 2 vehicles from here and Kyle has been very helpful and patient. He helped us get into a vehicle and he has gone above and beyond his expectations as a sale guy. This guy will work hard to help.

I recommend buying and replacing small items like filters for your car your self as they are upcharged for them to put them into your car. The new facility is great. Very clean and welcoming. After receiving unprofessional service from Boomer Kia from general manager James E. Wade on Monday, 18 February 2019, I decided to take my business to Bob Moore Kia. Once I got out of my car and walked to the front door that for some reason couldn't figure how to get in, Mr. William Baylock popped his head out and said, "come in this way". He then preceded to ask me how could he help me. I told him due to me already test driving the GT2 last year when they first came out and didn't like it due to the Shift by Wire, I was interested in purchasing a 2019 Kia Stinger GT1 in red, but first wanted to test drive one if they had one on the lot. He told me that there wasn't a red one on the lot but there was one to test drive. After test driving the vehicle, I asked if the dealership would be able to find one for me in red. He stated there shouldn't be a problem. That's when he went to Mr. Dante Williamson and posed the question. While Dante was doing his research, William got some personal information from me and sent via email the pre-qualification form because he knew that I was a SERIOUS buyer and that my word was my bond which is rare these days. Dante was able to find a car of my liking and then that's when we agreed on a purchase price and shook on it (like people did back in the day). I told Dante I wouldn't sign any paperwork unless my husband was present. So I told both gentleman that we'd be back the following Saturday to sign the paperwork to get everything rolling. On Saturday, 23 Feb 19, we arrived to find out that the car I wanted, the dealership he went through was not willing to give it up; therefore making me very disappointed and my husband a bit turned off. Dante immediately searched for the car with another dealership. The car that he found for me didn't have a few accessory options that I wanted...but he was able to get them added to the car for the exception of one item because it would have had to be done when a car is ordered, which I was fine with. Because of his due diligence, the dealership he went through was willing to work with Bob Moore Kia and I was able to complete the transaction with finance. William Baylock kept me updated on the processes of the car once it had arrived. Due to the car coming from a two tag state, I requested that the front plate be removed and to have the body shop make the bumper look as if there was never any nail holes. William came through for me on that. WOO-HOO! The car was ready as promised for me to pick up. On Friday, 1 Mar 19, I was greeted by William and Dante and was thanked by both for trusting them to provide customer care. Because William had a client to assist, they brought to the team Josiah Veteto to go over the car with me (syncing phone, UVO, etc) who was very professional and patient. After Josiah was done, William was able to come to see me off and stated to me to not hesitate to contact him in the future if I ever needed anything. I want to give a SHOUT OUT to Bob Moore Kia's team, William, Dante, and Josiah. Due to their 100% stellar service and LISTENING to my wants and not trying to sell me something I did not want, made the process run smoothly from start to finish. That's how I like it!

They were friendly but ended up being a typical dealer. My husband and I were very transparent about our situation. We explained to them we were upside down on our vehicle and just wanted to see what could be done with rebates to eat up the negative equity. They then proceeded to say it would be easier to do without the trade(this is illegal), which I clearly told them I wasn't comfortable with. Then even after they attempted to do the deal without the trade, they wanted money down on top of expecting me to allow the car I have now to default. Needless to say, we decided not to do business there.

I took my 2018 Kia Sportage in, because the front end does not feel or react as has in the past. Vehicle has 22500 miles. They told me there was nothing wrong with it. They stated they drive a similar vehicle and had the same result. I have driven the car 15 months and I can tell the feel of the vehicle has changed. But I am not a mechanic and will take it firestone for a second opinion. So I apprecIte them looking at it. But very disappointed that it is still reacting oddly.

Writing this review three months late, but I feel compiled to share my experience nonetheless. I visited the bob Moore Kia website since I was in the market to buy a new car. The car I was looking at had a online price listed at $15,800 and their website has a chat box to corresponded with the a bob Moore Kia respondent. we set an a appointment, the representative gave me a name to ask for. I visited my bank to get pre-approved because I knew I wanted that car, at the price listed online. I live in Lawton so it was a hour and half commute with my father to get to to the dealership. I get there just to arrive at the dealership for the saleswomen to insult my intelligence about the online price listed on their website. I remember one of the quotes she said “the lady who operates the website, doesn’t even work here. I’ve only seen her once.” Classic bait and switch. I had no gain with arguing with those people o So me and my dad left, and started back on our way home. We got maybe 5 min from the dealership and a new salesman called my phone and left me a voicemail, much friendly this time. He reassured us if we turned around they would honor the online price they listed. Fuzzy on the name, i believe is name was chad, younger white male, tie clip. He got us all ironed out. End of the day this dealership got my business. But it made me not wanna buy a car for another 20 years.

I really enjoyed coming to you getting my car serviced, but on the 1st of February i had an appointment about my headlight that keep flickering on and off and prior to that visit i was here a week ago for the same reason and at that time they tell me my connector was not connecting and it was going to cost me 234.00 to get fixed but you fail to tell me about the 15 year extinction and unlimited miles that Kia manufacturer added due to the headlight. But the mechanic said it wasnt under the warranty i called the manufacturers myself and told her what happened with my lights and she told me to take back to dealership and you will change it out for free. I came to you Friday February 1st to get service and then the mechanic tell me that oh the problem is in my signal light and is going to cost over 500 dollars now but my signal light is just fine so now i have and appointment to go to Kia consumer so they can fixed the problem by changing out the part that Bob Moore mechanics suppose to have done i am really disappointed on this issue. So now i can't trust that you mechanics at Bob Moore will be honest with me.

I have been a regular at Bob Moore Kia for a long time . I typically do my service bookings online and they are fast and efficient. I never had to wait too long . Even while you wait , they have a good waiting area with Wifi and some refreshments etc. The last time I was there, Chris the service advisor noticed that the car was in need of a wash and got that done along with the oil change. Good job team for going the extra mile and you have a loyal customer here .

Waiting time took over 4 hours for front brakes alone. When I called to make the appointment I was told that there was a recall so they would take care of that also, but when I got there they said the instrument needed to look at the car was not available so I would have to come back another time for the recall. I have also been to this location several times and I feel that if you have to wait over 2 hours they should offer a loaner car but they always say the loaners are out.

My experience was great....I went because I wanted to see a car I seen on their website, great price and knowing my credit wasnt all that great this car was perfect but when I got there that car wasnt available anymore....Kenny helped me find a car and I appreciate him being honest with everything, NO CAR SALES TALK, once I picked my car I was nervous going to the finance dept. because I knew my credit was not good BUT Mat helped get my car he struggled a bit because of my credit but he fought for me to get my dream car (for now) :-)....I cant Thank enough Bob Moore staff especially Kenny and Mat for giving me a chance of having a better car

Bob Moore Kia service department staff is always courteous and helpful. Even though this was not the Kia dealership I purchased my car, they are still quick to help. TOTAL WASTE OF TIME. I called today at 2:45pm and talked Salisha and inquired about a certain car that was on their website. We live almost in Moore and it is a 40 minute drive so I wanted to make sure the car was still available before driving to see it. Salisha stated the she just looked it up and yes it was available. I said that I would be there about 4pm. She texted me that it would be up front cooling off and that I should ask for Product Specialist Reiko. We arrived at 4:02pm and was greeted by a man named "Hot Sauce" and I asked to speak to Reiko. Hot Sauce stated that he was going to help us. I told him I was here to see this car that I thought about buying. He went to the Reiko's office and came back in about 5 minutes and stated that it had been sold this morning. Bob Moore you lost my business and I hope others will beware.

I checked all morning all afternoon left messages and no response. I called next morning my chair wasn't ready until noon. They didn't fix the air. They said it was blowing cold. The program won't let me post two separate reviews; it keeps sending me back to edit my first one when I try to post a separate one. So I'll just list them as #1 and #2. 1. I bought my car there Dec. 30. It had significant scrapes and scratches on the bumper, which as part of the agreement for me to purchase, they repaired, so I didn't drive my car off lot until Jan. 7. I worked with Shayla Ellis and Chris Higgins. Most everything went well; Shayla and Chris were both easy to work with and professional. I was just surprised that the gas tank was so empty. When Shayla and I went on a test drive, I commented to her that the gas gage was on empty. Then awhen I agreed to buy it and pick it up after they fixed the bumper, I thought they'd at least put enough gas in it to get it off the "E" line. But when I picked it up a week later (having forgotten to ask about the gas) and drove away, at first stoplight I noticed the warning light was on that I was about to run out of gas! I'm glad I made it to a gas station in time. I felt sort of like the nice ice cream sundae I'd just been served had a spoiled cherry on top of it. This part of my experience gets 3 stars. 2. Now that I've been driving my new-to-me used car, which is only a year old, for a couple of weeks, I've found out that the driver's door leaks in the rain. I was very unhappy and took it back to the dealership today expecting to have to argue with them. Shane helped me. He went over to the service department and asked one of the well-experienced guys there to look at it. He was able to smooth a warped spot back into place so it lined up again. He did it right there while I waited since he said it was an easy fix! I then drove it through a carwash to test it. No more leaks! I'm a happy customer now! Thank you to Shane, and I'm sorry that I didn't get the service guy's name but Shane knows who he is so I hope he can thank him for me! This part of my experience gets 5 stars.

Then, after I showed up, he walked me to the parts department to get it. They were SO busy that he jumped in and went and got the battery himself and checked me out. My six year old KIA Hybrid just died on me. No power. I had my car towed to Bob Moore Kia. Chris helped me out. As I was leaving I got text from Chris saying he would keep me updated. He kept me update for the day and as it turned out wonderfully nothing was seriously wrong. Until I traded for this KIA Hybrid, I had driven Cadillacs and Saabs all from Bob Moore. I had a big problem with an engine on a 2 year old car and they tested it and are replacing the entire thing no cost and getting us a rental. My sales guy was new but eager to help. I ended up leaving that day cause the car I wanted sold and the second choice I wasn’t approved for they said they had another at a different location that they would try and get me in. Bought a 2016 Kia “certified” soul 2 months ago. Buying the car was the biggest pain. There for 6 hours and they messed up the paper work. Took 2 days to actually get the car and the Emission system and the passenger window was bad. Took it back they said they fixed the emission system but couldn’t fix the window because it wasn’t covered under warranty(but it should have been). Then called me and said I needed to pay and I extra $1000 to keep my car. They then fixed that. Then asked and sent emails for a good review. But today my emissions system is bad AGAIN. I regret ever buying a car from here. Good thing there’s a warranty on it.

I tried calling the service department four times on Monday because I wanted to make an appointment to bring my car in. All four times I called, the phone just rang and rang. Never got an answer. So, then I tried the online texting. I was told that they would get my name, phone number, and email address to the service department and they would contact me. Still nothing. I'll happily take my car elsewhere.

I was contacted by at least 4 people from the dealership telling me to ask for different people when I get there. I was lied to constantly by the sales department (typical). They mailed my title to the wrong address. They detailed the vehicle but somehow missed a ton of dog hair on and under the floor mat, dirt/dust in the vents and caked on grime on the steering wheel. There was also a small quarter inch impact crack on the windshield that I was told by 2 GENERAL MANAGERS (John Cosby, i dont remember the other GMs name) they would get fixed. After a month and a half of back and forth, they finally got my car in. I dropped it off with 1 crack and it came back with 2 cracks that John Cosby argued both were already there. Which doesn't matter since i drove all that way to get my windshield repaired and it still has damage! 2 months later and my windshield is still broken. Choose a different dealership!!!

Went with plans to buy a car, had done the research knew what I wanted, had been working with a salesman who actually listened to me. We drove about 3 hours to find the car I was wanting parked out front waiting for me to test drive. Kia advertised a deal on their website for a car. When my father drove to the dealership and asked about the vehicle the sales people were very rude to him. The sales men said that the post was "a mistake" and they would not honor what they had advertised, yet they continue to bother/call my dad about purchasing a vehicle. Nice people. Fairly quick process compared to some I've dealt with. No games. Salesman took his time to answer all our questions. I never felt pressured. We left with my husband's dream truck...bright and shiney red Ford. Only one thing keeps me from giving 5 stars. ..truck was dusty inside and no full tank of gas. His car wash was frozen so I understand it could not be washed but they should have wiped down the inside. The tank was about half full....I guess I'm just spoiled to that. I have always had a full tank driving off the lot. I recommend these folks if you need a new or used vehicle.

- I was told by Josiah (car salesman) that anyone that I sent to him and bought a car. He would pay $500.00... When I sent a good friend of mine and he bought a car he it dropped to 200.00, but that was ok if they would of honored it. It's been months now and when I call him to ask about it (several times) he would say he'll look into and call me back. Never has and now he won't take my calls. I thought this was an honest dealership, but now? If they are dishonest to any point just to close a deal? You can not trust them. If you go here BEWARE! I for one will not be dealing with a business that I cannot trust. If they will lie about this, they will lie about anything to get your business. I'm telling everyone I know not to go here!

Didn't think in my entire life I would be posting a positive review of any service Kia could offer. After many weeks and likely hundreds of hours of internet searches looking for the right car to make my next daily driver, I found the car I was looking for and it was on the lot at Bob Moore Kia. I stopped late one day to look at the car, and was not pressured to leave my information for a call back. The used car I was looking at had been on their lot a while and was likely going to change dealerships soon, maybe even states. A few days passed and I figured I would see if we couldn't make the deal happen. I met with a sales associate, who recognized me as I recognized him, and he showed me the car I ultimately purchased. My credit is slightly spotty, and my trade in was in need of a few things and was pretty high mileage. They paid off my trade-in, added no negative equity to my final deal and took a little more off the price to get my monthly payment where it needed to be. Aside from the down payment it was a fairly painless and honestly was quick for the hoops we had to jump through to get the deal struck. All in all I would buy the 2012 Camaro ZL1 from Bob Moore Kia again. One satisfied Kia customer here.

Not every employee, but I had one absolutely disrespectful “manager” to deal with. We wanted to see what their Labor Day weekend sale offered and it was actually no sale at all according to who was “helping” us. We were asking about the sale and cars and we had our children with us. One sales person was expecting we had $2,000 down today as well as making $300 MINIMUM payments monthly for the cheapest car they had. I was interested in seeing the deals on kias. However for those prices I’d be visiting BMW and a much nicer car. Mind you, they were disrespecting us and assuming my car was terrible. It’s paid off and in great condition actually. The manager then asked if we just came in there to just change the babies diapers. Apparently we didn’t seem serious. We aren’t going to throw out $2,000 on a down payment on a Kia of all cars. What “sale” and trashy manager!

When I called earlier this week to inquire about a vehicle I'd just seen online, and told the young lady that I would arrive in a couple of hours from Duncan, she told me to ask for Phillip, their used car sales manager. She informed me that Phillip wanted to meet all new potential customers. Unusual. I've been purchasing vehicles for more than 50 years, and Phillip was a breath of fresh air. Such a nice person. Turned out that we knew of each other indirectly, and I used to purchase cars from his grandfather at the Cadillac dealership he owned here in Duncan. Phillip assigned me to Corbin Morris to handle the sale. Corbin was honest, transparent, and set about providing me the information I needed than trying to 'sell' me. Such a good guy. Then I sat down with Bob Trumbley, their Finance Manager, who made the process a breeze. Such a down to earth individual. Though it was later, we spent as much time talking about growing up on our farms as the 'deal'. My experience with those I worked with at Bob Moore to purchase the vehicle I chose, could not have been more pleasant, and I have no hesitation in recommending them.

I have used Bob Moore Kia for service on my vehicle in the past and always had a good experience, however, this time was different. Once I finally got an appointment, the service was great and efficient, but getting an appointment was the problem. I called them four times in a two-week period, and each time the person in the service department who answered my call said they would pass on my request to a scheduling manager who would call me back to schedule my appointment. Obviously, said manager never called. The fifth time I called, I finally got someone who was able to schedule me over the phone. But other than that, all went well and my car is running great. I will continue to use Bob Moore Kia in the future despite this hiccup.

Dalon Thomas is the person who scheduled my appointment, and he is the one who took a personal interest in making sure that the service on the car (Kia Soul) went well. So the service was excellent and they worked with me on the price. So here’s why I’m giving a one star, I bought the vehicle in March, last week I received a letter saying my warranty that I had purchased was denied. I was frustrated because I’ve gone almost 6 months with no warranty. I called the warranty company and they said they don’t warranty commercial vehicles. I’m like ok, then why and I just finding out. She said they have been trying to contact the dealer ship a few days after I had bought the car and they have had no answer so the letter that I received went to me and the dealership. So if I hadn’t got the letter I would still think I was covered and they would still have my money. Went and talked to the dealership and they said it will be up to 6 weeks for a refund even though I paid cash for it. We will see. I now do not trust the dealership and will never buy a car from Bob Moore again.

I bought my Sportage from here and since then the experience has always been outstanding. Friendly service when you drive up all the way until you pay for work. This last time I had a blowout and the tire wasn't available for a few days and they gave me a loaner to still make my Mother's Day plans out of town. I didn't even have to ask about a loaner, they said it'll be a few days and we have a loaner. I would think most places would just let me ride around on my donut tire until the part was in. Had my car for 12 days no call til day 11 to be told diagnostic would be more since they needed to do more extensive diagnostic. Day 12 told engine spun a rod. 12 days to come up with that. Bright car 4 weeks ago due to grinding at front passenger wheel, sound occur occasionally n was hard to recreate was told nothing was wrong but may need alternator soon , nothing about engine. Car shut off m restarted but itself while driving (safety issue) n I’m told replace engine. I took to Firestone for 2nd opinion and nothing with engine also told no check engine light on so hard to say what’s wrong (I already knew that) BUT the grinding noise was my front half shaft, which they fixed but Kia said nothing was wrong

After talking to a sales person to confirm their advertised internet price and driving 25 miles I was told the price was a mistake and they wouldn’t honor the price so I walked out. I was never allowed to talk to the sales person I first talked to. Even after I walked out I had 3 different salesmen call me to ask when I would come in. The last person was a Manager who said he would look into the matter and call back but he never did. Very dishonest dealership. Have a complaint pending with KIA. Thinking of filing complaints with the FTC and Oklahoma State Attorney General. In my opinion it was a bait and switch scheme.Never heard from KIA regarding my complaint and it’s been over 2 months glad I ended up buying a Honda.
