I had a terrible experience here. My salesman Cory n his manager made me feel completely unwelcome almost like I was irritating them. I had asked the salesman specifically what all needed to be repaired or any issues that came up when they inspected the vehicle. Said absolutely nothing....Never mentioned that the car was in a wreck w the entire fender needs replaced. I felt like I was being rushed and when i brought up valid points such as the car was priced above market or take off for the cost of repair I was blown off n put under more pressure to spend more money. I would not go back. If the sales experience wasnt bad enough they sold me a car and never gave me the title.

They gave me an oil change and rotated my tires. The rotation resulted in a much quieter smoother ride for us. They were kind and did an amazing job. I just had my GMC Sierra serviced at Bob Moore Chrysler Jeep Ram, where Aaron was my service advisor. I had a bad oil leak on my truck and Aaron and team was excellent on finding the problem. We had to put my daughters jeep renegade into the shop on Monday and we took it Bob Moore jeep on NW expressway. Aaron was our service advisor and did an awesome job getting my daughter's jeep fixed. I think I dodged a bullet by not getting the car from here now after reading the reviews, but I contacted this dealership to get a vehicle and made arrangements to come look at and purchase a car. (I had been pre approved for financing and had a trade in as a down payment which the sales person knew.) After taking off early and making a 40 min drive up to dealership I get a text 10 minutes before I get there saying, "I'm sorry but the car you were coming to see has just been sold 15 min ago." of course they give me the but we can see about another vehicle bla bla bla..... simple and plain answer is that they just wanted to get me in the door and didn't care how they got it done. When I called the first time to express my dismay the person that I talked to seemed to know exactly what car I was referring to with just the model of the car oddly enough. He told me that the sales person that I was talking to earlier that day was finishing up the paper work on the sale so I was transferred to the manager, however; he didn't answer and I haven't been called back. I call back again a little later and I got the salesperson that had gotten me to come up to the dealership for the car and he was quick to give me all sorts of reasons why the car was sold before I got there except the real reason of course. He even put it another salesperson saying they had sold it not knowing the the other salesperson I just spoke with before told me it was him that was finishing up with the sale. The real reason that car was sold is that they really just don't care what they told me, the goal was to just get me in the door. If this is any indication on how they handle other business matters then I would strongly recommend staying away from Bob Moore. I will never do business with this company no matter what deal or vehicle they get. Oh and please don't patronize me by sending me that sorry to here that bla bla the manger really wants me to contact him message, because judging from other reviews it doesn't get you much farther then the voicemail I already left him.

We have bought our Jeeps from this dealership since 1995. Yesterday we picked up our Cherokee from the service department after paying almost a thousand dollars and the car started to make the same noise that it made when I took it in for repairs. No one wants to drive out of a service department, leave a thousand dollars behind and leave with the same problem you drove in with 3 days ago. (Part of the thousand was our new key fob which run a little over 200). I drove it back and spoke with the parts department manager who assured me a call in the morning as the service manager is out in meetings. No call this morning. I am sad that this has happened. We were already talking about trading this Jeep in for a new one. 25 years.

I’ve been doing business with Bob MooreChrysler Jeep since 2004, I have yet to be disappointed with either sales or service. Since then I have had my vehicle serviced there and still have that very same car. David has bent over backwards to take care of us. I am unfortunately I am in a wheelchair but my wife enjoys this car. David is not only good gentleman, he is extremely courteous and very very knowledgeable on all Chrysler jeep vehicles. Right off of the top of his head he can tell you when your service is needed for transmissions, differentials, etc. stick with Bob Moore and you will get more. The family that owns all of these Bob Moore stores are very kind and courteous individuals. Our company used to work for the Bob Moore auto group. Great people to do business with on both sides of business. God bless each and everyone of you. Mr. Moore and my father did business Wayback when my dad owned a company called terrapin leasing. He bought many Cadillacs from him. Mr. Moore was a great man leaving a wonderful legacy for his family. Thank you for all you do.

Only giving 1 star because 0 was not an option. Took my jeep in for a Mopar Oil change and tire rotation on a Saturday and had a pleasant experience. Drove the jeep home about 1.5 miles thought it felt odd checked for leaks but nothing to the blind eye looked out of the ordinary. Fast forward to Monday morning, I leave for work and a violent shake starts to happen. I pull off to the side of the road to realize not one Lug nut had been tightened on my front driver side wheel. Each one could be easily turned by hand. Not sure how the tire had not fallen off, lucky I guess to not have injured myself or anyone else. I called to voice my displeasure with the service department to which the individual responded by asking if I had tightened the lug nuts. a less than sincere apology was mentioned however the individual did not seem surprised this kind of service had been rendered. I can only think this must be an occurrence that might frequent this service department. They did offer to take a look at the jeep but I won't be making that mistake again. Poor Poor service and the customer service response was the icing on the cake. Will not be using this department or dealership again.

Do not buy from here! I was put in a brand new vehicle over Memorial Day weekend and 30 days later found out I had to return it due to lack of financing. Not to mention they ran my credit 6 different times posting as hard inquiries on my credit report. I then reached back out to see if they could help me and kept giving me the go around and finally blew me off. I was given the cold shoulder and made to feel awkward during all this.

Only giving a one star because 0 is not an option. I have had nothing but a headache dealing with this dealership and whenever I was purchasing my vehicle I had a gut feeling not to but I still did because they promised that it would be a good deal and it would be stress-free but really we had our first problem about a week and three days with the car, and then they told us that the bank did not approve it even though we’ve already had the car and so we had to re-sign a new contract which was inconvenient because both me and my boyfriend work jobs where we do have to be there on the weekend and they were trying to get him to stop working and asking if he could sign the papers while he is at work. Eventually we got over it and we did sign all the paperwork to get our new deal in place. Then after about a week of having the paperwork,the new paperwork? keep in mind filled out we haven’t heard anything back so I contacted once again because that’s the only time I was able to get a hold of them contacted them asking about the registration to the vehicle along with the check that we were supposed be receiving for the tags and they were telling me that I needed to provide them with information that they didn’t get from the initial paperwork that we filled out for the car such as paystub’s etc. now it is been over one month of us having the car it is been a few weeks of me arguing with the supervisor head along with the Financial supervisor that I was originally dealing with and also leaving a message with the GM of the dealership and him not getting back to me,this is super inconvenient and it’s a waste of money and if you want to headache and if you want to be constantly arguing with someone and having to prove that you did call them even though they’re stating that you didn’t call them then I highly recommend this place because that is the only thing that has come from this dealership so far .

I was not happy with this dealership. Bought my car in mid October. Never received any type of paperwork showing who/where/when my payment was due. Never received my title so I could get my tag. Called and found out first payment was 1st November, which had already passed. Then I had to drive back up there (90 miles one way) to get a new temporary tag. BUT, to get that had to completely sign new paperwork. But they never changed the paperwork for tag so ended up paying a penalty of over $300!!! Was told to bring receipts from tag purchase and they would reimburse me for penalties. However, they still have not reimbursed me. Kevin Bennett has lied! Will not buy anything from this dealership again!!

Service advisor was very rude and annoyed that I wouldn’t approve the work without him talking to my husband first. Cashier was rude and acted as if she was being bothered by having to deal with us when paying afterwards. Paid for a diagnostics which diagnosed the wheel bearing as being bad, was quoted nearly $500 for the repair which is ridiculous, took it elsewhere and had it correctly diagnosed as the cv axle needing replaced and the vehicle is good now. Stay away from these people as they are rude and will quote you something you don’t need at a high price that won’t even fix the problem. I’m sure they would’ve been happy had we approved the work that ended up not being and then charged an arm and a leg for what actually needed to be done. Interesting way of running a service shop I guess, just throw parts at it and waste the customers money until it’s fixed and treat them like dirt through the whole process. If I could’ve given them negative stars I would’ve.

Went to Bob Moore and met with Jacob who was friendly and informative. They had a truck that had options I didn’t really need, but Jacob tells me his manager says they we make me a deal on it, so I tel him to get me a price. We waited a good little bit and the price came back about $9,000 higher than I wanted to pay, which I kind of expected, so I told Jacob’s boss the price I wanted to stay around. They pull up another truck, looks perfect. I wait what feels like an hour, maybe not that long, maybe only 30 minutes, then bring me their little number sheet which they seem to purposely do in a confusing way, I mean if they need to learn how to make math simple I could give em a few tips. Turns out it confused them, as I pointed out the total didn’t match the numbers, they explained “oh sorry, this is what we meant” and the total was still $8,000 to high. Let’s just say I left just before causing too much of a scene, all they did was take their confusing (for them) equation and switch the MSRP and made me wait 30 minutes at least, so by the time we sorted their math problems they end up wasting almost an hour of my time to go down a $1000. These are the kind of games people hate, I don’t know how car dealers don’t get it. It’s definitely not what I expect to deal with when trying to buy a $50,000+ truck. I will buy me a Ram in the next 30 days, unfortunately for Jacob it won’t be from Bob Moore, I liked Jacob, and I think his sales management cost him a future sale.

Be very careful dealing with this dealer. They use Bait and switch to lure customers into the store. We responded to a ad the first day it came out and the first person we talked to said I sold that a hour ago. So we left despite the "Let me show you something else." Then today we found a second car advertised and called and verified it was there, called again just before we left the house and then surprise. We get to Bob Moore and guess what they could not sell us the car because the frame was bent. Imagine that in the thirty minutes it took to get there they decided they would not sell the car. My 2018 Dodge 1500 truck (4600 miles) was diagnosed with electrical problems. Such that the service department had not seen before. With the help of engineers from Chrysler and excellent technician work from Bob Moore my truck was fixed. Being on warranty there was no charge. It did take time. I should have shown more patience. I usually have no problems with this dealership but I've taken my car in 3 times now and the problem I keep bringing it in for isn't getting fixed. I've been dealing with this issue for at least a month now. They keep fixing other things but the main issue is still there and just keeps getting worse.

Cody, the service advisor was top notch from start to finish. Went out of his way to find a loaner vehicle for me when I had to leave for a presentation I was leading. After the work was done (tire rotation/balance/oil change) I drove the truck home and realized the ride was not smooth and shook uncontrollably. Cody w/o question said to bring it back to take a look. His department rebalanced the tires only to find the drive was still rough. I didn't give 5 stars because the wobbling tires wasn't occurring before I took the vehicle in for scheduled and on time maintenance. I wish there was a solution to correcting this rough ride, however, Cody was legit.

I just moved from out of state and have a Ram that I bought in my previous state. I’ve been here three times now and the service is horrible. Can’t ever get a straight answer, can’t ever get an answer. I went in for an oil change and while I was waiting I was looking at vehicles in their lot. A salesman approached me asking if I needed help. I told him I am interested in a 2500 diesel and he took my info and it’s been over a week and never heard from anyone. Went in today to get a quote to get light bulbs installed and they insisted on getting my information. I said I just want a quote. Ended up leaving. This place lacks leadership all around. Clearly you don’t listen to your customers. Now I have to be the a**hole for leaving this review. There is a guy in the service dept that looks like he wants to fight you. If you read this, I’m more than down to meet you anywhere you want. The parts guy is a know it all. He don’t know jack. This place is a bad example of a good business model. This place has all the potential in the world, but they just can’t grasp it. Sorry guys, you lost my business.

Aaron at the service department really went above and beyond to help me with a factory installed trailer light issue on my Jeep. I spoke to two other dealerships that wouldn't even diagnose my issue for 2 days... I called Aaron... explained my problem and he had me bring it in. I suspected that it was a computer programming issue, he hooked it up to the machine and found out that I was right... less than an hour later the programming was complete and I was able to get a UHaul trailer to move the next day. If I could give Aaron and his service team 10 stars I would!

I bought a car here last year and it was the best experience I had buying a car so far. Been bringing both my cars here for service no problems. Well my wife's car started making a squeek over bumps and we have taken it in 3 times for this. First time they "checked" and everything was ok. Second time they replaced a strut. Third time they replaced parts of the steering and I STILL HAVE THE SQUEEK OVER BUMPS and my steering wheel is crooked . I dont know if it's because warrenty work or what but this is frustrating and bringing serious doubt for me and their service department.

We had a window tint issue with a ram truck bought for myself the tint was bubbling and coming loose. they sent it back to their tint guy several times and after the third failed attempt to get it right it still was not fixed. ticket to one shop to get an estimate in the dealership did not want to pay for it because they said it was too much despite being a week past purchasing the vehicle. And the issue still was not fixed they wanted to send it off for a few days to another 10 specialist they had but then I would be out of a vehicle. finally ended up getting the truck to Joe Cooper tint and window on Rockwell in Oklahoma City they took care of it they were done with it in 30 minutes time sent po to the dealership I just hope the dealership actually pays them

At Bob Moore Chrysler Jeep Dodge on Northwest Expressway service department I know I will always be taken care of. There have been a number of times I thought something was wrong with my vehicle (ie I needed new tires or brake pads) and while there have been times these things are needed, they are always very honest and let me know when things aren’t needed. They are always extremely friendly and courteous. Aaron and David are awesome. They also have someone that can take me to my house when I need to leave the vehicle to be checked (Side note: I do live nearby). Don is the person that has been driving customers like me for a few years now and he also is extremely friendly and courteous. I used to have a Chrysler and that is when I started going to these guys. I do not own a Chrysler, Jeep, or Dodge now and I still go to them because they are that good. I beyond highly recommend them. If there were more stars, I would give them.

I went with a friend two years ago to Bob Moore, and I was so impressed with the service and how great the transaction went that it was the first place I went to when I decided to buy a truck, this being my first time to ever step foot on a dealership lot. I go to Bob Moore to view the truck on March 2nd, but it’s “in the back”... But before I can see it or get any info on payments etc I have to sign some paperwork. So I think “ok, they want to check my credit (750) and I can get some numbers from them and go talk it over with my wife..” so I sign some papers allowing them to check my credit history. Everything comes back great, so I say i’m very happy with what I see and I’m going to talk about it with my wife. That’s when I am informed that I’ve already started signing paperwork and I “can’t just simply walk away”. This should have been a giant red flag and I should have ran to my car and sped out of the parking lot. So instead, I get bullied into signing some more paperwork, I figure what the heck, I like the truck and I like the price and I like the payments why not buy it ? So i go ahead and sign away. The price of the truck and the process comes out to $7100. Not too bad. I leave with my new (used low mile beautiful) truck very pleased. Fast forward a week. I get a $10,300 bill in the mail. I figure there's some kind of mistake or it's typo. No. It turns out that the paperwork that the gentleman in financing (mr K) was having me sign was for MAPS and GAP, a OPTIONAL service that costs HALF THE PRICE OF THE TRUCK. I Was never informed that it was optional or the cost was extra, I was never shown any numbers, I wasn't even told what it was. I was literally told "sign here for the Maps...and sign here for the GAP." NO MENTION of it being optional or costing extra..or even what it is! So a week later when I receive the $10,300 bill On what started out as a $6500 truck! I was floored. Absolutely speechless. So I turn to a family member who sold used cars in New York for 20 years. He explained everything to me and he went up there with me to get the gap and maps removed. This is March 7th now. At first they fight it saying "well you signed for it..." When I show the actual picture that I took of the paperwork saying $7100 (thank God I took that photo) they show me the paperwork I signed. I told him “I know, I am aware I signed paperwork. I'm saying I was never told what it was or that it was extra..” After this the gentleman leaves the room. This is where it goes to a whole new level. We are sitting in a cubicle in the financing area and we can literally hear the guys in the next room making fun and talking bad of my brother-in-law who had gone up there with me because he knows the ropes . After all of this, the financing “gentleman” comes back in with a single sheet of paper and tells me to sign in two places, which I do, and he claims the $3000 worth of extra charges have been dropped. Fast forward two weeks and I received a bill in the mail for $10,300 yet again. So I get on Google and leave a bad review last week. The general manager contacts me and tells me to contact him. Which I immediately do, Only for my phone call to go on answered and my messages to go unreturned. Now it’s been a month. Every time I call up there I get transferred to different areas, most of them have absolutely nothing to do with what I am requesting and I get transferred again. Words cannot express how horrible my experience with this dealership has been, I would not send my worst enemy there. I will be voluntarily returning the truck I really didn't even need and ruining my credit over this. Whenever you say "used car lot" and you get all those bad images in your head, The stereotype is based on places like this and the used car salesman stereotype is based on people like this, this whole experience has been absolutely unreal, like a bad dream, which is exactly what I would call it. A nightmare.

Purchased a Chevy silverado form Bob Moore was happy the the sell and the vehicle but found out real fast they are only concerned with the sale. Went back 2 weeks late because defrost wouldn't blow and they said there was nothing they could do. Would cost us $280 to get it fixed. I was planning on trading my 2011 F250 in for a new truck but since I found out all y'all care about is the sale and not the people that purchase a vehicle from you. Will never be back.

So I bought a 2019 Jeep Cherokee Latitude on 2/28/19. While driving back, on the night of, I starting hearing noises emanating from the windshield, like sleet was hitting it, but only from the inside! The scary thing was that this weird noise increased with speed and it came on once the speed reached 16mph. So I called my sales person Mr. Brent and took the car in. Mr. Aaaron met me at the service desk. He was gracious, cared for my time, (unlike sales), offered me a ride home because it would have taken some time for them to resolve the issue. 15 minutes later, Mr. Aaron requested me and Mr. Brent to take the car for a drive. Lo and behold the noise was gone! Turns out Mr. Aaron cleaned up the copious amounts of dead leaves that had stuck between the windshield and the dash. Evidently, the car had not cleaned the night before. Mr. Brent offered to wash the car and 4 hours later I was driving a neat and cleaned up car. Thank you Mr. Aaron. You are a genius, if not for anything else then because I did not think about "your" solution to my issue!

My wife and I bought Jeep Wrangler, love the Jeep however we were promised a $500 rebate for buying over Memorial Day weekend. The sales manager Scott Rigney said he would take care of it. It has never been taken care of, he responded to one email of mine saying he would look into and then has never gotten back with me. We bought the Jeep back on 5/22, it shouldn’t take 2 months to get a check cut and sent out. Looks like maybe this dealerships promises can’t be trusted.

Honestly this experience has been the worst I’ve ever Dealt with. I bought a vehicle and didn’t make it home before the check engine light came on. Took truck to dealership and it was there for 3 weeks. While it was there I wanted an alignment done witch they never did. Made it home with the truck. Next day check engine light came back on called dealership and they told me it needed a egr clean done witch cost $800 and the code it’s giving isn’t related to the egr system. And to top it all off it has now been 33 days an I still haven’t received my title and the dealer tag is expired. Talked to a manager 4 days ago about it and he said he would see if they could over night me a new dealer tag and that he would call me back. I have yet to get a phone call. I will not ever be doing any business with bob Moore for future vehicle purchases nor will I recommend anyone to.

They told me that’s how it’s supposed to work and they were supposed to be calling me back with how they are supposed to work according to what the engineer says. I’m giving a two star because our salesman was great. The men above him...be careful. I was there 4 hours trying to buy a car. Decided on a price of $25000. I put $2000 down. My financed price should have been around $23000. Signing the papers and noticed my fiancé price was $25000. They had marked car back to original price of $27000 then applied my $2000. I should have walked away. After 4 hours of beating you down my daughter was in love with the car. We were exhausted and migraine had kicked in. My mistake. I will be buying a Grand Cherokee first of the year. Will not buy from them. Trust is a huge factor when buying a car. They definitely were sneaky.

I spoke with David, who told me it was first come first serve and to be there at least an hour before closing time. Sure enough, I made it in time, David remembering speaking to me that morning. They got me in, out, and on the road very quickly - they took into consideration that I was traveling with my cat! Were very welcoming, very friendly, and very efficient.
