Every vehicle I've bought in OK has been at Bob Moore. Have had good salespeople, good service people and now that the vehicles are old enough to drink and vote the parts dept.
People in the service department or kind of rude must have been an off day for them loaner car I got had some damage on the car and the inside was nasty just being honest here guys
I have had nothing but great detailed help here. All faces are consistent & friendly in service. First of all, I was referred here by another dealerships service team due to that dealerships lack of due diligence to help me after purchasing from them. That alone speaks volume about both places! I choose to drive my vehicle over 300 miles to be serviced/repaired here so it ensures me it's done correctly.

Disappointing. We waited for Rob had him called twice and he never showed to help us purchase a suv so s left and will take our business where we are appreciated. I think it as cause we dont look like the type of people they wanted to serve.

We had to find another car for my son due to his current car needing extensive repairs. My son loves VW GTI's. We researched GTI'S in our area with Car Guru's and found one at Bob Moore Audi. Our salesman, John, immediately went and got the keys and the Carfax for the VW GTI. We took the car for a test drive and decided to buy the car based on the milage and the Carfax not to mention it was a great car. They worked with us a little more on the final price until we we're satisfied. Eric, our financial manager, was fantastic in helping us with our financing, Gap insurance and warranty. He was very knowledgeable and quick with the paperwork. It was the quickest and least painful time we have had buying a car.

I called Bob Moore and I was at prehensive about going in because my credit is so bad. I went on the internet and found the car that I wanted and I sent a request for more information. After I sent the request for more information I got an email from a lady telling me to call and so I did. She convinced me to come in telling me that they have over 30 lenders that they work with and I should come in. So I came in was greeted when I first walked in the door.when I was given the name to ask for Michael Gibson. He came directly to me greeted me and directing me to my salesmen which was Blane. Long story short salesman got me in car that I wanted for the price I wanted. They never even mentioned how bad my credit was.
I had a horrible experience at Bob Moore Land Rover and I would NOT recommend it to anyone. Not only did they treat my husband and I disrespectfully, when we gave them a second chance at the used car we were looking at they never called back a second time. I am convinced it had everything to do with the amount of money that I was going to spend or should I say NOT SPEND!!!! Words can not explain how humiliated they have made us feel.

UPDATE OF PREVIOUS REVIEW My husband was contacted by James from Bob Moore and they discussed our concerns and the problems with our vehicle. Bob Moore agreed to inspect the car and address any issues found. Upon identifying the problems James agreed to repair/replace the problems at our convenience. Special thanks to Kyle in the service department who was very helpful and accommodating. Bob Moore has redeemed themselves in my opinion and I would not hesitate to purchase a vehicle with them again.

Dealer was to move my radar detector from old vehicle to the new one. Salesman (Isaiah) lost hardware and manager (Ricky) thought it would be ok to deliver the car with radar detector attached with a tie wrap. Speaks volumes to what they consider quality. Go elsewhere.

Buyer Beware! They obviously didn’t “inspect “ the car I bought from them. Needs 2 THOUSAND DOLLARS worth of work after less than 1 thousand miles. Manager Anthony admitted the rear brakes were “marginal”. Won’t stand behind the product they sell.
Best customer service, while I’ve been a service customer for over 2 years and love Matt and Zack back in service at Bob Moore Mazda, I just bought a Ford Explorer there yesterday and was extremely impressed with the process! Now I’m still gonna bring my ford to Mazda for service but way to go Bob Moore you stole a customer from CarMax and earned a customer for life! Also want to give kudos to Tom, Brandon and the finance guy! Y’all are awesome and if you want quality and service and the best customer service go to bob Moore Mazda they can get you any car on any bob Moore lot!
Great experience with Dave Dougrey and the staff at Porsche of Oklahoma City. They worked hard to put together a great deal for me. My disappointment is in a couple items that were supposed to be taken care of due to the fact that the car was "Certified" with a big long inspection that was supposed to take place. There was a bubble in the sidewall of one of the front tires that I noticed on the lot but didn't think much of as I realize it's not a new car. I took it to the tire shop to get tires rotated and balanced and came to learn that this is a major safety issue and they would not touch the car with that tire on it. Tires had to be replaced at an expense of 1300.00. Also, the day after I purchased the car I noticed that the steering wheel shakes like crazy when putting the brakes on at highway speeds. Called POKC to discuss but no reply as of yet. Brake rotors are warped and will have to be replaced along with brake pads at an expense of 1500.00. So a week into my purchase of a "certified" car and I'm already into it another 2800.00. There's no way this car was inspected how they say a certified car is supposed to be inspected. After I posted this review on POKC's google review they said to call a phone number that was given and they wanted to make it right. Called the number and it goes to an internet lead dept that has no idea what's going on. Still nothing has been done...This is really ridiculous. Do we really have to drive to DFW area to get customer service?
I always deal with Reggie. He is very knowledgeable and always takes time to answer any questions I have. He is trustworthy and always seems to be concerned with any issue I present He gets 5 stars in our book.

Bob Moore is pretty solid at the Edmond location. I haven't had too many issues with these guys they're pretty up front most of the times. I would suggest doing your research on any repairs that you need so you will know what's going on when you get there and they won't give you a bunch of items or service you do not need.
At the time of our purchase the sales team seemed very helpful and honest. We went to look at a used Kia Sedona. We checked the carfax and did have a few questions as to why a 2012 with only 63K miles had 4 owners. They didn't have an answer, or at least didn't want to give us an answer. The carfax showed NO issues. Which now I have questions for carfax. Before heading out for the test drive my husband heard a grinding noise when the van was started. Shut off the vehicle to restart and didn't hear it again. So we went on the test drive. We did notice one of the power doors didn't open when we pushed the button but we could open them manually. We also saw that the remote start didn't work 100% of the time but I didn't care about that either. So into the wheeling and dealing. We asked about about how much to fix the door. They told us the car was AS IS and they wouldn't fix anything. They were an Audi dealer and didn't normally have Kia's on their lot. They picked it up at an auction. We made the decision that learning the door could be fixed for around $300 we would buy. We were heading to TX and live in KS and they weren't offer enough for a trade in. So we signed a paper about leaving our vehicle there saying they weren't liable for any damages. It was a week what could happen. So we loaded up in the new van and headed to TX. The very next day and every day since, when we start the van the grinding noise is there and black smoke pours out of the tail pipe. ( we didn't see the smoke until after returning to KS. I happen to be behind the vehicle when it was being started and saw the smoke. When back in KS when I saw the smoke I thought it was coming from the engine) After a week in TX we went to pick up our Rendezvous and it had a scratch down the drivers door. We just shook our heads. It was a Sunday and no one around, or we would have chatted about the noise. My complaint is There is NO way they didn't hear or see the smoke. They didn't disclose this information when we asked about the car. It's only been 3weeks. Our Kia has been in our local Auto shop for 5days for them to figure out what is going on. Going back to the dealership isn't an option as we live 5hours away. I can't say all the Bob Moore dealerships are shady, but this one I won't look twice at again.

I will always love Bob Moore I think it's the best place to purchase any automobile that will be my next purchase in 3 more months I will go back and get the car I wanted yes David Stanley got my money for 6 months but I will get my car back will be loaned at any place I want because I will have 6 months proof of payment is a ridiculous mix up that David Stanley got me into but Bob Moore was just as bad David Stanley actually rescued me from Bob Moore after they gave me a car for 3 weeks and said I was all approved I had got my insurance and everything had to pay high dollar being an Uber driver so it just was ridiculous how they took my car after 3 weeks and said that their financing did not go through so I ended up getting so many offers and I hit David Stanley and they are the ones that got it so quick and wrapped it up so quick before I could get to the Dodge place that they actually kind of finagled me into some things but it will not happen again these things happen and you must watch make sure your loans are all the way through before you count the bird in the hand as we know one in the hand is worth two in the bush this is how this ended up but I still came out on top I have a brand new 2018 car an Uber job payments made on it for 3 months now and I will be purchasing wherever I want I don't know about Bob Moore I'm a give him a second chance may not

Just be aware that you are dealing with 3 different sales people...the first contact is the guy/gal that helps you pick out the car and test drive, second is the finance officer he is the shark he is the best salesperson they have (he will kill you on interest rates, ever point counts and lastly the upgrade sales person...do you want clear coat paint warranty, mats etc...never go in there and give them a monthly amount you can pay...only negotiate the interest and the cost of the car with all the rebates or discount...

Bob Moore Subaru Service is very easy to use. I had an oil change done and dropped off my car before work. The staff are always friendly and helpful. When I picked my car up after work the service had been completed and my car had been washed.

Bad service and bad experience. People works doesn't have much knowledge about the things how it works especially in finance field... their finance employess are way third class don't know what the heck they are doing... says onething do other. Says gets approved in minutes we will call in seconds this and that etc; but they don't even though they have caller ids they say we had ur number wrong asks you give me your number one more time and other non-sense. They don't know how to deal with other business owners and they ask employee paystubs to a owner who writes checks instead of income or the bank statements... that's a real joke and you can see their finance people knowledge... they will say will get you within few moments and they completely disappears. Thank god we didn't deal anybusiness with these non sense people and we went down the road to get the business done in few hours... just beware of these people. If you planning to come from out of town forget it you will be 100% upset once you get there... they waste your time and very non-responsive people and such a shame for a big showroom they are dealing with. Enough of this. I would highly not recommend this dealership to anyone. No manners, no knowledge and no professionalism at all in dealings.

Not a good rating because Infiniti is supposed to be a luxury brand and I have a simple uneven headlight issue that THEY caused when my headlight was replaced. All I want is for them to be even and they say it's a "known issue". What??? A luxury car company has a "known issue" that is a safety concern and the answer to it is ... Sorry miss consumer, there's nothing we can do about it. I'm pretty sure Infiniti consumer affairs would have a field day with that. Not every dealer does this to people only dealers that haven't quite nailed what it means to have superior customer service. I have to drive to Dallas if I want that. Going out of state to get my next Infiniti we'll be an inconvenience but one I'm willing to deal with to get what I pay for....which is not the car but the service package.
They asked for 4 days to find the car I wanted. Since they didn't have any I- That 4 days ended yesterday on Saturday. They found me a absolutely, beautiful 2013 Toyota Avalon. Dark grey. Leather ,sunroof, POWER, ALL electric....... you want a good used car GO. To. a high end dealership used card department you will be glad you Sikh?
