Very pleased with the service. Everyone in the department, including the shuttle driver were friendly and helpful. Gione was quick to respond when I emailed him I found 2 screws and a screwdriver in my cup holder He offered to do an inspection of the airbag installation at no charge. But talked with the technician who said he put in new screws and forgot to pick up the old ones. So I feel safe and thanked them for getting my question answered so quickly. Very good and timely service.

I very much enjoyed my buying experience with Bob Moore Honda. They worked with me on a price that made sense for me. Sales was not pushy, they listened to my needs, and only shared options that I wanted. Finance was a great experience as well. This was my first car buying experience and they only shared services that fit my needs. They didn’t try and shove warrantees down my throat or other items to run up my bill. The ladies in the Title department are outstanding. They helped me work through a title issue and we’re very pleasant. I highly recommend this dealership!

Kyle Adcock has sold me three vehicles over the last 10 years. Easy to deal with. All details handled by text or email. Maybe one phone call. Fair price and minimal haggling. They matched my best offer from another dealer. Kyle kept his word on the price once I got up there from Ada. Was out the door in a couple of hours. Declined the extras (leather protection, extended warranty, etc) offered by the finance guy. Only hitch was finance guy had wrong interest rate on loan documents. He had to adjust the paperwork from 5% to 1.9% as was agreed to when I walked in. Left without a trace of a headache. Highly recommend Kyle and Bob Howard Honda.

The service was exceptional. I had to have my windshield replaced due to a rock and seeing as my car is not even 6 months old I was very upset about the damage. I felt good knowing it would be replaced by Honda, and since I have sensing technology, knowing it was calibrated by Honda. It looked great, was fixed on time and I was very well taken care of by Angie! Also, the price was in line with the same work done with aftermarket brand at a glass repair company- so glad I went with Honda, though. I would recommend this dealership for service 100%!

Bought a car from BH that didn't come with basic things like spare or tire key set (which, I'd find out the hard way is necessary to change tire / safety). Re: spare was told to get it when I come in for service. Went in today for spare, found out they didn't have it. Grateful that today's rep at least acknowledged it was weird / unsafe to have purchased a car with so few miles on it in that condition. Had called service station soon after purchasing car only to be told I'm SOL and that there's nothing to be done, so this was an improvement. Also beat being blown off when I sent email / left vm (these incidents occurred soon after discovering a key kit was even needed / hadn't been told I needed to get one). Was told key kit would be about sixty. Turned out to be closer to eighty. Said for inconvenience I delt with I'd get a (whopping) fifteen bucks discount. When I pointed out the key kit was about twenty higher than quoted (as were other things), he said that's where the discount came in. So.. Was the discount for being told and sold wrong and put in a safety hazard when I bought the car, or was it because they overcharged me twenty bucks? Otherwise, not bad. Good air conditioning. Wifi and chargers. Just will be better at confirming prices before I go. August '19.

It was easy to make the appointment for oil change and tire rotation. I did have a recall and had to make a separate apt. For that. Said they didn’t have the part but they had some when I dropped off my car. Communication with that could have been better.

Received an email with a $29.95 sale for oil change and tires rotated. Some how the visit cost me $75. No idea why. After leaving the dealership, my “low tire pressure” light came on. When I checked the tires, they were all between 25 and 28. Tires should be at 32. Also two of the tires were were missing the caps where air goes In. Checking tire pressure was on my bill. Not a great visit.

We made what we felt was a fair offer. It was accepted. We were in and out with our new vehicle within 3 hours (including our test driving time). Disappointed. We have had great success w Bob Howard Toyota but the Honda side took us for a ride, mostly financial. Spent WAY too long, finally they asked us if o sign everything and they would take care of it car needed to be serviced so that was ok. Called next day and car was not ready. Told them to cancel financing and I would pay full price as we had gotten a much better rate after their financial would not negotiate. We went to pick up car and they said note was at bank already and could not be canceled and would not tell us the bank. I checked later and they hit my credit same day so they ignored my request to cancel financing. Called back the next day and left msg w financial manger, he has yet to return my call and I still don’t know who the note is with. VERY displeased with this run around and untruths. After the general manager posted that I should call I did and left a msg. Been over a week and no callback yet.

I am finding myself very disappointed every time I choose to bring my car to Bob Howard Honda. I have had my car only 1 year. The 2 times I brought it in for an oil change and today for low tire pressure, has resulted in over an hour today and over 2 hours for oil changes. It's just poor service. Items that should be quick are not. I never had these problems over at the Bob Howard dodge service. I have things I need to go over with my car now, and dont want to even come to you, because of the lack of respect for my time. I dont know how to handle. Just really sucks. I wanted to like the service dept and how we are treated. I dont even know who my advisor is. No consistancy.

The service advisor Gino was really great! He made my visit very easy and simple. I actually called on Saturday night and he stayed late to make sure I got my car in, unfortunately the tow truck took a lot longer than expected. He made an appointment for me the following Monday and was able to get me right in and answer any questions I had regarding my warranty and other extras I had as well.

Let me first say... I absolutely love the car I got and the service provided to me at that point was couldn’t of been done better. Jacque did a fantastic job explaining all the features. Now I ran into some bad luck (could of very well been leaving the parking lot) but I got a nail in my tire the first day I was driving. My car had a $900+ Package on it that included nitrous in my tires. So, I took it back to see if they could fix it, but they told me it “wasn’t in range” to patch it. I took it to Discount Tires and of course they say they can fix it. It just disappointed me that I just bought a brand new 2019 Civic hatchback from their lot and they can’t even patch a simple nail in the tire bc it “wasn’t in range”. Just disappointed I spent the extra money for nothing. Update: I’d like to give praise to the front office, they called me today and are getting me a new tire. After dealing with a bunch of dealerships this place is definitely the move if you are on the market for a new car! They know how to take car of their customers!

Very disappointed. I waited almost 3 hrs with no updates When I first set up the recall , I was told 2 hrs. As I am handicapped, I can only set for 2 hrs before I have to lie down. This extra hour was very painful. I was told that I lived .4 miles past the pickup & delivery accommodations. I will not be going back to Bob Howard Honda again based on these negative experiences

Some employee should be given training from management not all the employees. The employee should have a smile on your face when customer meets you. I had a problem with my Odyssey's sliding door. Called in and got an appointment same day. When I drove in the bay I immediately got service car-side. After getting some info and noticed I had three little ones asleep in the back he brought over a tech to see if it was a quick fix. I really appreciate the consideration of my situation. Unfortunately the quick simple fixes weren't working I agreed to return when I could actually drop it off for a few hours. He was very accommodating. Had an excellent experience working with Caleb and his team on our 2006 Honda Civic. He took care of our needs in regards to our B 1 3 service indicator. Visiting from TX our service indicator come on and not knowing exactly what it means (car belonged to my dad who has passed away and mom and I not knowing anything about this car) Caleb explained to us what it means and how those would effect the performance of the car. He also went over the process of the work done. Also, we asked about a noise mom hears when driving if he could check that out too and he did with no hesitation. Do NOT buy a car here!!!!! Bought a used 2016 Honda Civic, with low mileage in December. I thought I was getting a great deal, the salesman texted me and I told him I would be coming that Saturday to get it, he proceeded to tell me that morning that “you’re lucky I talked my other buyer out of this car”. I almost told him to forget it, and I should’ve. When I got to finance I was informed that my payment would be much higher than we talked about and then when I got home I was looking over my paperwork and noticed that they added an extra 2,000 fee on top of the 500 admin fee they tell you about to my loan. A week later the same finance guy has the audacity to call me and say the payoff on my trade was 100 more than we thought so I had to pay that as well. Then when it started getting hot my ac quit on me.. started blowing hot air. I took it to service which was 6 mos after buying the car and the service manager says he will talk to used cars about maybe an evac and recharge but if it needs a part he doesn’t know. Nobody communicates with you, when they do they are smug and condescending and they sneak in hidden fees and then take responsibility for NOTHING. Buyer beware.

I had just pulled in and wanted to look as I drove. Talk about aggressive and making me feel like a dollar sign. Very unprofessional in my opinion. I had my car worked on a week ago. I didn’t realize it at the time, but there was grease on the console by the gear shift. The grease got on my slacks and my dry cleaner couldn’t get it out so I had to thrown them away. On top of that my console wasn’t put back together correctly, so now I’m having to take my car back up there to have that fixed. This whole experience has been very frustrating.

My daughter bought her first car on her own from here. This should have been a pleasant and celebratory experience, but really, it wasn't. They treated her rudely when she said she wanted to keep looking to be sure that she was getting the best interest rate on a loan. Then when she came back and bought the car that she wanted, the finance manager said that her trade was fine with a POA and then he hounded both her and I about the trade accusing us of having a lien on the trade. There was most definitely no lien on that car. I do in fact pride myself on my credit and honesty and felt accused of deceit. Then he said that he didn't need the title because the POA was enough. After I destroyed the title, he said he needed it and I had to go get a duplicate title and send it. If a dealership would like to have return customers, they should handle themselves more professionally.

HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE FROM FINANCE, MANAGEMENT AND STAFF! IF YOU ARE CONSIDERING BUYING A VEHICLE FROM THIS DEALERSHIP, THERE ARE THINGS YOU KNOW… On April 27, 2019, I went to Bob Howard Honda and had to WAIT 35 minutes to get acknowledged! The sales representative, TODD, who spoke to me, was VERY RUDE. He did not care to respond to basic questions I had for him regarding the vehicle that I intended to purchase. I researched answers to my questions online during the EIGHT HOURS I was at this dealership. Once sales and management staff knew I was going to purchase a new vehicle, they took me as “another basic sale.” TODD and JEFF (New Car Sales Manager) were so eager to get a sale; they didn’t put my personal information down correctly on the credit report or company’s personal system, EVEN THOUGH THEY HAD MY DRIVER’S LICENSE! I asked JEFF about price of the vehicle and why it was higher than what he originally told me; JEFF told me there is package on the vehicle that is $599.00 but he could not take it off because it is on all vehicles they sale (HIDDEN FEE). I left the dealership for a few hours. Jeff and Todd did not realize that I left the dealership until they were ready to “close” the sale! Jeff called and told me the reason that my credit check didn’t go through is because they put my information wrong in the computer system. It shouldn’t take hours for them to figure out they spelled my name and address wrong with my driver’s license in front of them! They DID NOT apologize for keeping me waiting for several hours. I went back to the dealership and was taken to Finance. DUSTIN handled Finance. HE DID NOT CARE to give insight to me about the warranties. Dustin spoke to my girlfriend a majority of our interaction. Dustin just gave an IPAD to me and told me that I should choose an option. Extended warranty ended up being close to $3000.00; however, he put me on a package of warranties that I did not know about; it came out being $6600.00. TODD THREW a soaked package in the trunk of my new vehicle, got into my new vehicle as he did not care, stated some features of the vehicle very quickly then got out of my vehicle and walked away. When I left the dealership, I noticed SCRATCHES in my 2019 Honda Civic EX that was $29,673.00. The dealership already closed. When I called Dustin on April 29, 2019, he told me that funds were already processed, could not be changed and kept ignoring me when I tried to speak. I went to the dealership with my girlfriend as we concerned about what he told me. My mother also attempted to speak to Dustin on the phone. He was very DISRESPECTFUL! I left messages for the General Manager, BRETT, New Car Sales Manager, JEFF and finance representative, DUSTIN to get my information corrected and have my concerns addressed. I DID NOT get a call back from anyone of them. I called Bob Howard Hyundai in attempt to get Bob Howard’s phone number to let him know about my experience. General Manager, Mike, told me that he would contact Brett. Brett FINALLY called me and told me that I would have to drive to Bob Howard Honda to get resolutions, which I did, but NO issues were resolved! I saw the “MANDATORY PACKAGE” I purchased for $599.00 was cheaper, according to Honda.com and Eskridge Honda. When I brought this issue up to Jeff and told him it was PRICE GOUGING, he responded, “We have to make profit somehow!” May 10, 2019, I received the information regarding my TAG with the WRONG INFORMATION on it! When I brought the information to Brett’s attention, he said, “ITS NOT MY PROBLEM!" TODD ignored me as I attempted to get assistance from him. Brett’s response was “He’s busy. Its sales! Get over it!” When I contacted BRETT on MAY 22, 2019 at 5:10 PM, I asked him about my account and why he hasn’t returned my call. BRETT CURSED AT ME! This shocked me and my girlfriend. Employees of this dealership have acknowledged these unprofessional actions and told me to write about this experience! This experience is one of the WORST EXPERIENCES of my life. THIS DEALERSHIP SHOWS NO CONCERN FOR ITS GUESTS!

The service for my wife’s CRV was the most horrible customer service we have ever experienced - the car was not complete when it was supposed to be twice, we were not contacted to let us know what the status of our car was instead we had to call each day, our phone calls were not returned, and I had to scramble to find transportation to work for 3 days. After picking up my car on Friday I had to call back because the steering wheel is shaking - I have still not been called back to let me know when I can bring it in again to get that issue fixed! After having paid over $1,600 we are completely frustrated and annoyed especially since we have been getting our CRV serviced here since 2010!

Thought we had a decent visit until I found out my trade in, which according to bob howard wasn’t worth the $5200 blue book value, was actually worth $9900 now when they try to sell it. I would think giving the customer another $800 to meet blue book value would be beneficial to the company to keep the customer happy but apparently they need to try and make more than double off of them instead. All I was asking for was the blue book value. Bad move as I’ll never recommend or revisit this dealership.

I’ve always gotten great service, but in the past few months there was a lingering issue. Once the service director found out about the issue, he personally handled it and quickly resolved the problem. Received a letter about a recall on my vehicle, it says loaner car is available, not true! Call Bob Howard direct made an appointment and verified that a loaner car would be a available since I was told the recall repair would take at least 4 hours, showed up for my appointment at 6:30am and was told they don't have loaner vehicles for recall service. Then was told the repair would only take at the most 1 hour. Very poor communications!

I needed my tires rotated and they told me over the phone that it would be $25. Well they did the job reasonably quickly, but I was billed $29. The extra $4 was for “shop supplies”. I asked about it and the service rep said it was required by law. Funny but when I had the same job done at Battison Honda there was no such added fee. I don’t like surprises on the final bill like that. When they say it will be xx dollars, I expect it to be xx dollars. Also, Battison reset my TPMS for me, which needs to be done after a tire rotation. Bob Howard didn’t.

I was told you all could service my car on the day I drove up and I didn't even have an appointment. It was my first time there and I explained what I was told I needed to gave done. However, you guys explained why and told me one if the things I really didn't have to do right now; PLUS, I didn't mention what the quoted price was from the other dealership and you guys beat their price. Customer Appreciation Day Service Review I was not greeted when I came for my scheduled appointment even though there were 3 service men with in 5 feet with me. I had to stop a Technician to get someone to help me. Then just did the oil change when the specific appointment was made marking that air filters needed to be changed plus oil change. This was also told to the service agent that “was made” to help me. My car was returned by only the oil change had been done. My car had to be returned to the technician to get the air filter checked and changed. I have brought my car in on Customer Appreciate Day and had excellent service. Maybe the service agents today need to be taken off the next Customer Appreciation Day because their service SUCKED.

I bought my 2018 Honda Civic in March of 2018. Since then, I have had nothing but problems with the radio/Bluetooth functionality. The radio will reset every night. EVERY NIGHT. The Bluetooth is unusable and will freeze anytime you have an incoming call and you have to turn the car off and back on to unfreeze it, so i can’t even have my phone connected to my car. While it’s frozen, the controls are locked and you can’t end the call, or hear the person who called, or hang up or turn off the radio. I have repeatedly voiced my concerns to the dealership and directly to Honda Motor Co itself. After months of no one being able to fix the glitch in the head unit/infotainment system of my car, I finally receive a letter back from Honda, from the mediation department directly that tells me the radio is a comfort/convenience feature and they will do NOTHING to fix it, but they recommend I take the car to the dealership periodically to see if any updates have been put out! Mind you, this has been an ongoing issue with Honda Civic and Accord models since 2017! Google it, there’s tons of forums discussing the issue! I should have done my research before buying the car, I’ll admit that. But save yourself some time, and DONT BUY HONDA. As soon as possible, I will be trading my car in and I will never spend money with Honda again! Bob Howard’s part in this? I scheduled 5 different appointments with the dealership to fix these issues and they only recorded two of them. The tech that “helped” me the first 3 times was unavailable, (shocker!) and the staff not recording the appointments accurately caused me to have no leverage with Oklahoma lemon laws and now I’m stuck with this car that has no radio/bluetooth as advertised and no solutions! Enjoy my money, Honda. I’ll honor my end of the contract until I can get out of this deal.

Ok, let's see how I can put this all into a review. I received an email from this company referring to the national recall of the passenger side airbag and new service hours on the weekend. I made the appointment for 10:15 and also ASKED for an oil change and tire rotation upon dropping my vehicle off. Upon checking the progress about 3:30-4, I was sent a text with a link to the service findings. Not unusual and expected. Long story short, I rejected the approx 2k worth of steering front in work (keep in mind it's a 04 crv probably worth only 2k) and the inspection showed tires, washer fluid Topped off and blades good. When I departed the dealership, I noticed a rubbing noise from the steering column when I turned the wheel. My windshield was dirty and I turned on the washer/wipers and no water came out. I knew prior to the service it was out of washer fluid, but also knew I was getting a oil change and figured I would let them handle it. I attempted to respond to the email the SA sent me with my concerns about the wrong airbag getting the attention as asked prior to submitting a review. My email and phone calls went unreturned. The CSR told me after being placed on hold twice that every one was busy and I might just have to go in person after no responses. I took his advice. This is where it gets interesting! I met a gentleman named Geno and asked him to pull up my service from the weekend. He had trouble finding the service until I gave him my phone number. I expressed my concern about the inspection report and the green light on tires, tire rotation and washer fluid Topped off as well as the chief concern of the steering wheel noise and the plastic cap that accesses the driver airbag being not put back in place causing the rubbing noise. He confirmed the the recall was for the passenger side airbag and the driver airbag was not to be involved. I asked about proof that the passenger side airbag was actually replaced and why the drivers side airbag was disturbed. He couldn't offer proof of the repair and no other explanation of the other lack of attention to the tire rotation and washer fluid/wiper blade despite the green light on the inspection (the left rear tire was replaced a while back with a name written on it, so I had no problem identifying the placement and it had not been rotated). The conversation then turned into the question of "what is you want us to do?" If we gave you a %100 pass on the inspection , you haven't been in to see us except for the free stuff! After being shocked at what I understood as asking for free work, I informed Mr. Geno that he was incorrect and to look again. He then found my previous paid services and asked where had I been taking my vehicle for repairs? I informed him that other than oil change and tires, I hadn't. He then asked again about what I wanted them to do, change the blades and rotate the tires? I told him that I wanted after the sale customer service and questions answered about items checked off good but evidence showing otherwise. His response was pretty much I can't prove the tires weren't rotated and he had no way of proving the replacement of the recalled airbag. I then informed him of how he insulted me by the statement that I was there for the free stuff and basically since I wasn't a repeat customer since 2014/2016, they weren't really going to loose any business. I informed him that he had answered my questions and my feedback would be accordingly. He did confirm that I was issued a discount on the oil change (Military discount for veterans) as to infer again that all I wanted was free stuff. All I wanted was to ensure my family's safety by complying with the recall notice and I Informed him that even though the manufacturer was reimbursing them for the repairs, I had to sign off on it, paid for a oil change and tire rotation and just expected what they were paid for! I got in my car and left hopefully to never return. My other vehicle is an Acura, but they won't get my business since they are both Bob Howard!

I went to Bob Howard Honda recently to get my airbag recall repaired. I got there 15 mins before they opened at 6:45AM, my appointment was at 7AM. They came out and took my car immediately and said they would start working on my car even though they were not open yet. This airbag recall took a little over 4 and a half hours! Honda's website says it should take an hour. I understand that they cannot fix it in 1 hour due to taking care of other customers, but it should have not taken 4 times as long. I went to this location one other time and it also took way too long. They also didn't explain the inspection done and what they recommend fixing. They really just gave me my keys and said it's done and walked away. I did not like these experiences one bit. To make it better, my friend who had the same recall on their car told me their repair took 40 mins. I'm definitely getting that dealer's info and going to them from here on out. Waste of time.
