We searched online and found a used traverse that we were interested in, Kayson immediately reached out to us and was very helpful. Peyton then called us and informed us that they had a brand new 2019 traverse which was more of what we were looking for and wanting! Im still waiting on the sale's manager to call me and let me know does my 24,000 or 3 year bumper to bumper warranty cover my key fob that does not work full time? Other then that Keith got me done and was helpful. Finance was very quick and helpful. Would like a answer about the key fob though. I only got one so it would be nice to have a fully functional one, was told it needed a battery but change it twice and still wont work correctly .

Had a great experience helping my friend get a new Tahoe on 5/24/2019. After a short bit of haggling she got a great financing deal @ 1.5% with GMAC even though she didn't have great credit. Even though we had to give up rebates, the total payments to pay off the loan saved her around $9,000 vs. keeping the rebates and paying much higher interest. Also got 5yr/100k bumper to bumper for free with the finance deal, and the finance guy didn't try to pressure her to buy things she didn't need. Thank you Drake, Paul and others for staying late and making my friends' first brand new car purchase a great one!

Kristian, Jason, and the other staff at Bob Howard Chevy’s Maintenance are great to deal with. They are always professional, timely, and willing to work with the customer. Dealerships today have a bad reputation (labeled as “stealerships” on the internet due to high costs of parts, labor, and other horror stories about joy rides and damaged vehicles), but these folks are the opposite. I trust them with my car, and they have consistently treated me and my car right. This is a big compliment coming from a guy who grew up in a car/hot rod family. Would recommend highly.

5/7/19 Called with a check engine light and code. I’m in the next day (with an appointment), and sit and wait. When it’s finally done (the first time), I didn’t make it off the property before the check engine light came back on WITH THE SAME CODE!! I realize warranty work doesn’t pay like flag hours, but do you think you could put a little bit more toward getting me out of here inside 4 HOURS!?!? 9/16/19 Had recall work needed on my Silverado. This time was awesome and excellent customer service from Coop. I was in and out within 45 minutes!! Big thanks to the Tech that took my vehicle in right away. I would share his name, but he was still in “street clothes” when he came in and said he would take my truck right away. Great job!!

Took my car in, was told I could not get a car to drive to fix the problem, spent all night there. Got the car back yesterday, it was supposed to be cleaned, as well as have the problems fixed. Car was not clean when I got there to get it. Took off driving and the problem was not fixed and they had closed the gates when I had A chance to turn around to take it back. Had a repair done on my car under warranty one year and three months ago. The part is defective and needs to be replaced again. Dealership won’t cover said that because it was covered under my bummer to bummer the part only had 700 mile warranty because that was how much was left on my warranty. However if someone else “ paid” for the repair they get a two year warranty. I first and foremost was never given this option and second why would it matter?! So what you did was put a part in you knew I would have to come back and spend money to have repair done is what it appears. Taylor the service guy helping is rude we have spoke to service manager Chris who didn’t care about our concerns, kept cutting off when trying to talk to him. When tried to explain previous issues and that it is something every time we have to bring a car in he makes excuses, stating they are human and mistakes are made. They called someone who was not me to pick my car up the last time. We have a call into GM currently regarding the part. I have purchased four vehicles from Bob Howard and after all my issues with Bob Howard Chevrolet I will never purchase another vehicle from Bob Howard. This is NOT how a customer should be treated! I stopped communicating with the service tech because of his condescending rude attitude towards me. Update: the service manager now called and said if this post was not adjusted to tell the truth, apparently to a version that doesn’t reflect their poor customer service I need to return my loaner car. So they also threaten their customers. And yes bringing the loaner car back and will not be allowing them to do any work on my vehicle. And after speaking to GM they said the part should be covered under the power train warranty which what I had tried to tell the tech originally who was so rude and would not listen to me.

Wish I could zero stars!!!!! While dealing with my son being in OU Children's hospital I hit a pothole and damaged a tire I figured my best bet would be the dealership for fast reliable service to get me back to my son. Wrong decision..... I arrived at 910 am and was told they didn't have the tire there but was getting one brought over and it would be about 45 minutes so I'd be ready to go in 1 hour. At 1130 I asked about my car because nobody had let me know anything and then I was told they forgot to get my tire and it would be another 45 minutes on top of the over 2 hours I'd already been waiting. I made arrangements for a ride back to the hospital because I couldn't wait any long and was told they would bring my car to me in about an hour and a half. But I'd have to pay upfront which I did with not type of adjustments or anything to try to make there screw up right. They just brought my car to me at 315 PM!!! 6 hours after our first time of car would be ready in a hour and I have scratches above the rear driver side tire and a dent and paint chip on the rear driver side door. Very disappointed and definitely will not be purchasing anymore vehicles OR using the service department from any of the BOB HOWARD auto group dealers and would advise anyone else considering doing business with them to heed all these complaints about there service department and stay far away. And I actually bought our previous 2016 Ford fusion from Bob HOWARD of Edmonds which was also a nightmare to get anything from the service department as well. When call and ask to speak to the dealership manager they sent you to Chris a service manager when you ask to speak to his boss he will get a attitude with you and tell you the only ones higher than him is the stock holders and good luck.

Upon arriving for my appointment at the service department, I was greeted by Stormi, the Service Advisor. He went over everything that I was scheduled for and showed me where the Customer Service waiting area was. Once the oil services was completed, Stormi kept me posted on the key remote situation. My visit on April 8 was the first time I’ve been to Bob Howard Chevrolet for a repair. My car is still under warranty, but was leaking oil. I was helped immediately and walked through the process by service advisor Kristian Ludington and was then given a ride home by a very nice gentleman. The dealership called me when my car was ready and sent the driver to pick me up. Once there, Kristian explained what had been repaired and got me on my way quickly and at no cost. I’m very satisfied with the courteous service I received and couldn’t recommend Bob Howard more highly.

They tried to charge me for warranty work and I had to call General Motors Corporate. Wow they do bare minimum on oil changes. They don't air tires or check anything else. I told them about valve clatter in my new truck and they said they couldnt get it to clatter. I got 2 miles away and the valve clatter started again. I am used to good customer service at Kansas City dealerships, Bob Howard is so far behind in what other dealerships do for their customers. Will find a better honest dealership for future maintenance and purchases. I wonder how many people they have ripped off by making them pay for repairs covered by warranty.

Everyone was very nice, but the place felt disorganized. After I dropped my vehicle off to determine why the engine light was on, no one contacted me to let me know what was actually wrong with my car and get my permission to fix things. Instead, I had to call and check on the call around 2pm. The person went to check on the status and told me that it was covered by warranty and it was done. I was happy to have the work finished and covered but I worry that work could have been done that I would be charged for that I did not want done at that time. When I went to pick up the car, they told me there was a problem with the warranty and I had to wait to get that sorted out, which made me very nervous. Once it was sorted out, I was FINALLY asked to sign the paperwork to authorize the repairs. sigh. Finally when i went out to retrieve my car, they tried to give me someone else's vehicle, and I had to wait while they went to find my car. Otherwise, things went smoothly :)

Great sales people. Fair below book deal, found through car gurus website. Car was at Bob Howard. Watch the bottom line on the deal. I wanted my car or I may have walked out the door. Final cleaning was not kosher. No detail just a wash job. Surprise fee showed up at the end of the deal $599. Be wary is all. Glad I got this car , and I would go back there. I am More wise to their ways. Service Manager saw one review I left and wanted me to bring car back for a reclean and gas fill. Nice guy, wife had cleaned car already. Turned him down. .

I shouldn't EVEN post publicly, especially as I sit in the freezing waiting area again because my car died at the end of the street I drove out on after a simple oil change. I don't generally post anything negative, but, here goes . . . They said a tire couldn't be rotated because a thread was stripped, it would be $82. I said I would take it to where I just bought tires because they should fix it, declining that service. When I came to pick up my car long after they said it would be ready, I was told my thread was being fixed for me, a service I didn't authorise because I didn't have time, and it would be 5-10 more minutes. 20 minutes later I drove off and my car died. Now I can't make my appointment or tend to critical tasks.

I finally got someone and told how they do not check messages themselves and shrugged it off saying it was not their fault. And later found out that a truck I was interested in was sold to an employee. Which then made sense why no one would get back to me. This dealership, you don't matter. Worst car dealer out there!!! Had a horrible experience when we bought our 2014 chevy Silverado. From salesman to upper management. Service department is just as bad. Set appointment for Tuesday, dropped off at 7:00am Tuesday. Got a call the next day saying they haven't got word from there mechanics. Called next day and was put on hold for over 10 minutes with no response on progress. No reply the next day, had to call again. Extended warranty guy wasent gonna be there till Monday the next week. We was going outta town for the weekend. So had to pick up the truck not looked at, after being there all week. Wouldn't give a loaner. So have to turn around and bring back into service shop next week hoping they look at it and hoping the expensive extended warranty pays off... not to mention we have to drive an hour 1 way just to get to this dealership. Bought a Toyota from the howard dealership then a Camaro now a Silverado and this will be my last EVER from Bob Howard.

At 66 years of age, I can tell you this was the worse experience I have ever had with automotive repairs. I spent $799.90 to to lied to about scheduling an appointment and repair time required leading to my spending approximately six hours total (for two days) in the waiting. Since this is what you allow in terms of customer service, you don't have to worry about me patronizing you business any more. You would have been my first choice in purchasing a new vehicle, but that has definitely changed.

I was without my car for two days trying to get to work. The second car was driven for 1k miles—purchased at 11k and they are now offering 9k for trade in. Document fees are $599 per car! Their used cars are junk and no staff consistency!

They sold my sister a vehicle at the end of February and since she has had it they have had it more then she has had it. She just got to go pick it up again on Thursday June 13th and had to take it right back to them Friday June 14th. This is the 6th time in 3months she has had to take it to them. And they still haven’t fixed the main issues with it. Also one of my close friends( who by the way is a single mom just like my sister just bought a car through them less then a month ago and she is having they same issues with them. She has only had the car she signed a loan on with them less then 3 days since the last week of May. BOB HOWARD preys on single moms. Puts them in cars they wouldn’t dream of putting their own mama’s in but so they can pad their pockets have no remorse when putting a single mom who raise their kids and supports their kids all by themselves in these cars.*************

8/22/19. This is a first class business, most deserving of a five star rating. After my most recent experience, I'm incentivised and motivated to set time aside and share my story. Due to extraordinary leadership, Bob Howard Chevrolet is ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty, as well as setting the standard in customer service. Those of us who have lived longer than five decades, know that most businesses simply do not, 100%, stand behind what they sell, and are content to expound upon fine points or subtle details which work against the customer and ensure that the business is free from incurring cost while avoiding the extra effort required to address the problem, but the opposite is the case with this high-end dealership. Nearly three years ago, I purchased a very nice "used" vehicle from the "pre-owned" department at Bob Howard Chevrolet, which was a perfect experience, and included a fair price for my trade-in. John Teeters, the salesman who assisted me, treated me like a friend and was among the best that the dealership offered. Today, I learned very saddening news, that Mr. Teeters is no longer among us, so I wouldn't be able to extend a lunch invite and spend a moment with a fellow veteran, who simply performed his job honorably, leaving a good impression upon a patron in search of a great deal. Mr. Teeters was a terrific representation of a fabulous dealership. I started purchasing from this dealership in the early 90s and I've always had an above average experience. The recent diagnosis of a problem with my vehicle cost hundreds of dollars. I was informed by a representative of the service contract company, which I was sold at the time of purchasing this vehicle, that the particular part, isn't covered. I presented my disappointment to the financial department who sold me the premium level warranty. I was treated with genuine concern, courtesy and professionalism. Fortunately, management agreed that I was rightfully disappointed, and rapidly addressed my complaint by providing a loaner vehicle so that I didn't need to continue to endure the 100°+ heat, then in consistent fashion, expeditiously repaired my vehicle's costly problem, and essentially a day later informed me that I can retrieve my repaired vehicle at my convenience. The service department, is among the cleanest and most efficient shops in our state. The staff are very professional and try to patiently understand the problems. The most important aspect of this experience resides in Bob Howard Chevrolet's management, claiming that they were able to get the warranty, service contract, provider to cover the necessary repair, but slight investigation revealed that the dealership actually covered the repair cost, minus the agreement deductable of course and reasonably so, in light of honoring the perceived warranty plan that they agreed ought to cover all such expenses. So irrelevant, whether the service contract company agreed to pay the related repair expense or not, Bob Howard Chevrolet committed to ensuring customer satisfaction, and in an expeditious manner. I believe that a rush order was placed on my repair, and my problem was addressed with priority, despite the common heavy workload in their repair shop. My warranty contract is nearly expired, and I haven't needed to use it until this incident. Gratefully Bob Howard Chevrolet was willing to honor the concept of a high level service contract, even if a significant hitch manifested, which could have cost me a pretty big chunk. I believe that the actions of Bob Howard Chevrolet are extraordinary and exemplary of the high-level dealership reputation which they have established. This dealership obviously cares about their reputation and customer satisfaction. Of course, I highly recommend this dealership. I encourage you to try to purchase through Bob Howard Chevrolet, and if possible definitely try to include a good warranty along with your purchase. The ownership of Bob Howard Chevrolet has good reason to be proud of their establishment. I'm going to add one more star - ⭐

Bob Howard has nice friendly Salespeople. Got fair deal. I Gave what they asked for price, but tried to get a few things fixed on the car like a faulty side light on tje drivers mirror and repair scratched paint on trunk lid and they wanted to charge us a $600 service fee. Final detail job was substandard with dirty glass and dirty carpet. Will not go back. Salesperson was great but what I said on the rest.

The lady at the counter was very polite and professional. When going to their Chevy Service, watch for the very small signs on your right directing you to the Chevy Vehicle Service Center. To find the Service Center requires your absolute attention, the route in the back is very convoluted with the multiple dealerships having their Services Center’s clustered in one area.

The best advice I can give anyone is to secure your own financing before you buy a vehicle. NEVER LET THE DEALERSHIP DO YOUR FINANCING!! This place is a joke, just had my nephew go to purchase a vehicle and they made him think the deal was solid and that he had nothing to worry about and had him sign the papers and take the vehicle only to take 5 DAYS to try and secure the financing and then call him back and say it didn't go through so now he has to return it. THIS IS SO UNPROFESSIONAL!! Don't buy from this place. Plain and simple. If you decide to buy from them, secure your own financing so they don't play you around for almost a week. And this should go without being said, REGARDLESS OF WHAT THE GUY IN FINANCE TELLS YOU, EVERY EXTENDED WARRANTY AND GAP THEY TRY AND SELL CAN BE BOUGHT ELSEWHERE FOR A FRACTION OF THE COST! UNBELIEVABLE!

Took my Silverado in for service without an appointment today. Ryan Hoffman was the Service Advisor. Ryan was professional and friendly. He listen closely to me and gave me excellent advice. He said my vehicle should be completed in an hour or so. My truck was completed in 45 minutes. While waiting for my vehicle I talked to a young man that Ryan and Chris (Service Manager) had assisted. He purchased his vehicle in Texas and had his truck to serveral other dealerships with poor results. He said Ryan and Chis went out of their way to properly repair his vehicle. They say just bring it in, then when you do, if the problem only happens occasionally and they can't duplicate the problem right away, then they say we found nothing wrong. The ball bearings had to be changed, cvs axles, plus it had the wrong size tires that were rubbing the calipers. All the warning lights were on and wouldn’t go off.
