I bought a used SUV from Bob Howard Nissan 3 days ago. I found it online and they called me pretty quick after that to set up an appointment. The salesman was polite and friendly, but he did not know much and was unable to answer my questions about that SUV, it was just "I dont know" and the car was checked by their safety department. Currently, car is running well and haven't found any problems, except engine coolant is a lot below the min level and almost out, this costs me extra $30 to order online. They fill up your gas tank before letting you go. Also, the finance guy would offer and promise you many guarantee options, but remember to ask them the basic cover first before buying any options, they try to tell you about that last to make those options more useful.

I think one of the best places in the OKC area to buy a car. If Don Nelson still works there I would ask for him as my car salesman. But anyone else I am sure would be just as good. The service department is top of the line as well. I highly recommend the entire organization.

I purchased my tires from this place with a 50k warranty in January 2017. Since then, I've had to bring in my car FOUR times for a nail in the tire or a slow leak. The nail, of course, were not their doing but to patch the same tire so many times is extreme. Especially with a full coverage warranty. Since Wednesday, August 15th, my front right tire kept going flat once or twice a day. I finally got time to take my car in on August 17th (after airing the tire up first at 7-eleven) and told them what was going on with it. They took it back. 90 minutes later, they told me the back left tire had a nail in it. Then asked me how I wanted to pay for it. I said with my warranty? Apparently, they thought I didn't know I had one. That tire was replaced. I asked them what about the front right tire that keeps deflating every day. They told me that there was nothing they could do for that tire because they couldn't see any physical damage done to it. As it they didn't notice the white ring/crease around the ENTIRE tire. He told me to drop it off when I had time to sit and wait on the tire to show signs of damage. The whole thing was a darn joke! And to think I was going to sell my car to this place. I'm VERY unhappy!

Bob Howard Jeep service department is a real joke. I went there to talk to a service consultant about a problem with a 11 patriot & I was on the service drive about 20 mins a so without a consultant asking me if I needed help or not. The only one asked me if I need help was the service porter even ask if I needed a bottle of water. So I left & went to new car sales & told Sami Nael I wanted to file a complaint which he apologized for them & offer to help me with the problem I'm having....but I guess I wasn't driving a jeep cause before I left a customer pulled in with a jeep & someone helped him & that's the reason I left!!!!! So I will be sharing my experience i had today with all i can because its nonsense!!!!

Bought a car not even 2 weeks after purchase car having major issues. The dealership took the car back and quote, said that they drove it after fixing the problem. Said the car was fine. Got the car back and same issues. Setting on the side of the road. Dealership came and got car. Over heard mechanics saying we should have blew the motor cause it would be out of our pocket. FOWLER AND JIM NORTON DOCUMENTS FEES ARE 200$ CHEAPER. You can write a review on here and they will respond on good or bad reviews. If it's good then they thank you for your experience but if it's a bad review they will apologize and say they would love to make it right. When you go talk to a manager they tell you want you want to hear but actually do nothing to make anything right. If anything they try to talk you into spending more money to make things for you right because money to them is more important than customer satisfaction. It's very sad but what can you really do but to go somewhere else next time.

Never go to anyone from bob howard. They were rude the second I was there. Lied about how much damage was done to my car. Lied about thousands of dollars of work. Tried to use fear tactics and having a child to get me to leave my vehicle with them. I don’t need names they were all rude, condescending and hateful. Appraiser looked like he wanted to spit in My face when I told him I’m not leaving my vehicle TODAY and I have people to help me And support making the best decision with my car if it was so damaged. Too bad. It was a stereotypical situation where they thought they were gonna take advantage of a female who came alone. Any contact after my visit or review here will be seen as harassment. Don’t even respond. I’ve notified Whose appropriate. And not the news channels you funnel money into. Disgusting. Liars. Manipulators.

Bob Howard has been the place where I found the last three cars I've bought used. On all three of them I have gotten really great deals. The last two were a 2015 Chevy spark with 64000 miles and a 2013 Nissan Sentra with 68,000 miles for 15000. The Nissan Sentra had a backup camera and the GPS in it. The Chevy spark got four new tires and a spare the Nissan Sentra got two new tires and a new brake job front and back.

We just bought a used CR-V with cash. The sales girl, Nicole, was friendly. The problem for us is not only did they hardly come down on price, asking above blue book value, but didn't say the car had body damage (minor) on CarGurus prior to us traveling there. Then we were told the car would be detail cleaned. It was filthy with dirt and leaves. When we got home I checked the hood for a clean engine area and found no sign of it being cleaned. I text Nicole and she tells me on used cars they only wash the outside and vacuum! Really?? Very disappointed with Bob Howard! My parents always bought from them. I expected better attention on this car. Used or not, where's customer service???

I got a hit from car gurus on a search I've been following for awhile, messaged immediately and got a confirmation message back Saturday morning. So we drove from Ponca straight down there and one of the managers had taken the car. Really, so much for customers being our top priority. Being a bit miffed about my 100 mile one way trip for nothing, I messaged the girl that sent us the yeah we have that and emailed somebody else. So they apologized and then we got messages Sunday saying, hey that's still available, would you like for me to send you some more pics. Yes I would. Monday morning a girl messages and says should I email or text your pics, so I'm thinking well maybe I can still get it. So I do the autocheck thing for twenty bucks to be sure. Then the girl gets back to us again saying well I guess it's not still available, that manager purchased it this morning. Seriously? I have bought several cars from Bob Howard, new and used, pretty sure that's all over with and I will be sure to tell anyone that asks me about cars.

I test drove a car and agreed to buy it. I was at the dealer from 10 til 2. While paperwork was being finalized I was allowed to take the car to go eat. 2 hours later, the sales manager, meng lim called and demanded I bring the truck stating he didn't want to sell to me even though I had my own preapproved financing. It was a $20,000 hummer h2 that he wanted for himself. I went to carmax and purchased a $40,000 range rover. Thank u lim.

I called and made a service appointment for my 2017 Nissan Armada on Saturday at 9 a.m. The entire family got up early so they could follow me up to the service department to drop the vehicle off. The service manager was nice enough, which is the only reason this isn’t a one star review. I was asked if I would be dropping it off, because there is only one tech and they probably can’t look at it until Monday. No offer for a loaner, but did mention a “shuttle service “. A shuttle service isn’t at all practical for a family with two working parents. I’m disappointed because I did my due diligence by making an appointment, showing up on time, making arrangements for my own transportation after drop off, only to be informed that no one is available on their end. What’s the point of making an appointment then? I would have been in the exact same spot had I just showed up. I had to call the family who was on their way to let them know to head back home because the vehicle can’t be looked at today. Even the kids were upset since they had to get up early just for this chore. I’m just hoping now that the vehicle doesn’t break down while I make arrangements elsewhere. Totally disappointed.

This review is actually 0 stars. Dealership is full of thieves and liars throughout all departments. Been waiting nearly a year on a refund that should've taken a month. Dozens of phone calls made to the dealership with no answer or returned calls from all departments. The only way I got ahold of someone was to act like a new customers interested in buying a new car. I have had to visit the dealership and refill out the same paperwork on several occasions. Will follow up with legal action against the dealership.

They are professional and very helpful. One of the best car dealers in oklahoma city in my opinion. They have a huge number of cars, new and used. We came there a few weeks ago for my husband's new vehicle. Our agent was Jacob and he did a great job. He was really patient with us, explained everything clearly (since this is my husband's first suv, he doesn't have much experience). I like the way he helped us to get the right car that fits our need and budget. I highly recommend this dealer to anyone that is looking for getting a new/used car for an affordable price. I definitely go back there for my next one!

The used car dealer ship is a joke! Bought a used Chevrolet 1500 extended Cab. The radio was gone, said it got stolen on the car lot here. They would replace it. I said I wanted the Sirius radio put back in. Lie number one from Travis the salesman was it didn't have Sirius in it. It has Moto Metals and the tools for the lugs were in the truck. It had to be detailed so we left it with them. When we picked it up it had a Pioneer radio in it and the tools for the Moto Metal rims were gone. They said they would get them for us with another detail of the truck and a full tank of gas. In the mean time a tire broke and we had no way to get the tire off. Had it towed to Bob Howard and it went to the Chevrolet dealership. It has been at Bob Howard for two weeks. I can't get Wade the general manager to answer any calls. I talk to Peggy in service and they tried to find a wheel. It has been discontinued. I ask if the spare tire was on, the radio changed out and the truck detailed and fueled? No we are looking for the wheel. So today it will be ready at 5:00 PM. Parking assist doesn't work with out the proper radio. They said the previous owner changed the rear bumper and it wasn't wired for parking assist. I looked under the truck when the parking assist wasn't working. The wiring is there and it goes to the front of the truck. Hmmm ..... don't buy from Bob Howard. On one of my phone calls to Bob Howard I was put on hold. A man answers the.phone and starts asking about a vehicle he has been trying to buy. I told him I was a customer also. We talked about the run around we were both getting. I told him I was hanging up and calling Bob Howard back. Nobody cares or has customer service on there mind. I am warning you how it has gone for me. It is 5:24 and still no truck...... Update They pulled the truck up 5:50 on empty, no socket or Allen wrench for tires and expected me to go away. They are putting fuel in it now...... The used car manager is not talking to me. He has Jacob a salesman as a go between. Barrett came out and talked to me. They changed all the lug nuts and it takes a regular tire tool now. Wow still need the socket that will fit in the lug hole. And their is no locking lug, who needs security on expensive rims. Never had the parking assist. Pictures of sensors and wiring. Barrett also said the lie about the Sirius radio wasn't a lie, the radio was stolen and didn't have anything. Called back up there to ask about the standard socket and ask for Jacob. He was on a test drive. I ask for Barrett and he was with a customer. Jerry ask if he could help ? I said you haven't helped me out so far, and he said what do you want now, a new motor? It would be nice if people would do what they said they would do. Jerry was suppose to get me the socket for the wheels, 8-21-2018 have not heard a thing from Jerry......

I have been in retail for 50 years in Stillwater, I have never in my life been so grossly ripped off in my life. I called the service department today and ask how much to replace the climate control in the front of the dash. They told me it would be a 3 to 31/2 hour job at 150. 00 per hour. Guess what it takes less than 5 minutes to put a screw driver on each side and pop it out just like that and unplug it and install the new one. I dont know they stay in business treating people like that.

The only issue I have with the buying process is the upsell of the Resitall. My complaint: I'm not convinced in the time it took me to finish FI that the vechicle was fueled washed and this "product" properly applied to the interior, trunk, exterior and wheels. Not in 20 minutes.

Massive place and great selection, but didn't work out for me and didn't provide or keep their word knowing I was going to drive 60 miles and I was there 20 mins ahead of time and did as I was suggest to bring and the car I wanted advertised &promised to hold till I came , just happened to just got sold and took them 1 1/2 hrs to tell me that and trying to flip me on more than I wanted & wanted to spend !!!! Non-pushy sales staff, Anastasia is amazing. They negotiate fairly. We bought a certified pre-owned vehicle from them, drive it if the lot and within 2 minutes the passenger side view mirror broke. ***************If your a woman and in the market for a car steer clear of Bob Howard auto group . If it’s got Bob Howard in the name turn around and go anywhere else for your vehicle purchase. They sold my sister a vehicle at the end of February and since she has had it they have had it more then she has had it. She just got to go pick it up again on Thursday June 13th and had to take it right back to them Friday June 14th. This is the 6th time in 3months she has had to take it to them. And they still haven’t fixed the main issues with it. Also one of my close friends( who by the way is a single mom just like my sister just bought a car through them less then a month ago and she is having they same issues with them. She has only had the car she signed a loan on with them less then 3 days since the last week of May. BOB HOWARD preys on single moms. Puts them in cars they wouldn’t dream of putting their own mama’s in but so they can pad their pockets have no remorse when putting a single mom who raise their kids and supports their kids all by themselves in these cars.*************

Very rude. Employees were sitting outside on their phone. Waited over 5 minutes to get service. Finally when someone came to help we were told the used cars weren't worth buying. Did not allow us to look inside the used car we drove 30 minutes to see. They kept trying to get us over to the new car section that was not in our budget. Once we told them we were set on a used car the man simply walked back to the bench to sit down. We left and went elsewhere.

On the north side of town doing some errands and needed an oil change I thought.. but then realized it was just a tire rotation. Bob Howard Toyota was in the right place at the right time. (Never been here before) I made an appointment the night before and arrived @ 845 am to a smiling and cheerful Amy- service advisor. She got me taken care of and let me know the expected wait time. I went and toured the lot and also had a yummy complimentary donut from the waiting area that also had complimentary bottles of water. The TV was plenty large and spacious. I sat out in the front commons area and struck up great conversation with Tony Tran (I think his name was) We chatted about my car situation and he really informed me of several options I will ponder on... Realistically he made feel pretty comfortable if I decide to do business soon. I truly appreciate Amy informing me on the process during the service and Tony for his conversation. This dealership is blessed to have these two on staff! (My perspective) They accepted my coupon intended for another Toyota dealership with no issues....bonus points!!!!
