I didn't actually end up purchasing my car here, but I almost did (I just ended up finding more what I was looking for elsewhere at the last minute), but I want to praise the sales lady, My My Tu, for being so friendly and helpful the whole time! She really went above and beyond from beginning to end and never made me feel pressured or uncomfortable like a lot of sales people tend to do. She was even understanding and still very friendly after I informed her at the very last minute that I would not be purchasing the vehicle I planned on purchasing after all (I felt so bad!)! That is EXCELLENT service in my book; she is a keeper!

bad experience with battison Honda people weren't very friendly there as I was waiting for the loan officer the general manager Artie walked right by me didn't say hello or even smile when I finally got to see the loan officer he kept shoving papers left and right at me and never explain anyting when I got home I saw that the loan officer had added to insurances to my bill he never asked if I wanted the insurances or even explain them to me then when I got home I found that there were things missing that were in my old car part of this is my fault for not taking them out before I took my car to be appraised I guess I just trusted them which was a big mistake

Kevin Johnson, a service advisor, was absolutely awesome!!! The day before taking my Honda to Battison for a 2nd opinion, I had it serviced at another business. Turns out, the other place had not provided the service I paid for, and they gave me a wrong diagnosis. Kevin not only explained this in detail to me, he showed me. So, he went way beyond, did what needed to be done, and on top of everything, he did not charge me anything!!! That just does not happen! He just said, "Bring me your car next time". Needless to say, I will do that!! He was very gracious and so very helpful!!

Recently took my Honda in for service. After a terrible experience at Bob Howard a couple of weeks before, I was pleasantly surprised by my experience at Battison. They had me in and out quickly, and washed my car. It’s also the first experience I’ve ever had a dealership where I wasn’t hounded by salesmen as I browsed the lot just to kill time.

Bought a '17 honda civic from them. Had consistent issues with tire sensors. Found out the car was sold with nitrogen in the tires. Was exited about it. Means less issues with temp flux. When taking it back to them to look at the tire issues, found out they were refilling them with regular air. Kind of a deceptive this g to do. When I asked their lead csr on it. He dismissed the issue as if it was fine. Makes you wonder what other sketchy stuff they do. Just an fyi to others that are thinking of getting a car from them.

I work for Honda from 1986 to 1991 as far as Honda dealers that I've been into this is not one of my favorite the first time I went in there for an estimate they thought I was stupid not knowing that I'm a Honda mechanic and being a Honda mechanic I know that the factory set certain amount of time for certain procedures beware when you go in there specifically wanted something done and I did because I am old and don't have the ability to work on a car in that aspect know that Honda sets rules for how much time they can charge and if they're not following Honda guidelines then there a dealership that isn't worth going to 2nd visit there was to get a key made for my car it was very reasonable the man was very nice but seemed a little lost like he was new as far as making keys for an older model Honda the original chip keys I got my key made in about 25 minutes the price was reasonable the young man that helped me was nice and polite I'm new to Oklahoma as I said and I will let you know further about this particular Honda dealer Honda dealers hold a special place in my heart because I work for a dealership for many many years I would have to say for this dealership know what kind of work you want done and shop around to know if there lacing their work orders with time they don't really need

Kevin Johnson Battison Honda Service Advisor has taken care of my Honda Ridgeline since I bought it new 3 years ago at Battison. He has always been respectful, courteous, always goes above and beyond his job description to take care of all my needs and make sure I always understand everything. His product knowledge is impeccable I'm not easy to please and I'm hard to deal with. Kevin Johnson knows how to handle me. When I'm being difficult and stubborn, he puts me in check in a very respectful way and with out offending me. HORRIBLE. Went ready to buy a car with a client and we were completely disrespected from the moment we set foot in the building. The sales person wouldn’t let me speak after my client had declined something multiple times, and then told me to “be quiet you’re disrespecting me while I’m trying to speak to a customer” in reference to my client when I was simply saying it was an option she didn’t want. He had the audacity to write numbers on a piece of paper and slide it across the table and say “figure out how your budget works with that because it doesn’t” in attempt to confuse her into buying a more expensive vehicle. I have many clients I assist in purchasing vehicles and have never been treated so terribly. When I spoke to a “manager” about how poorly we were treated he said nothing and let his employee continue to argue loudly at me in front of other employees. My advice: it’s a further drive from Edmond, but take your experience to Fowler Honda in Norman. Much lest sexist and much more professional.

If it were possible to give ZERO stars I definitely would!! Battison sold a used Honda Odyssey under false pretenses. It had been in THREE wrecks of which TWO the airbags deployed and they disclosed NONE of this to us prior tom purchase. When we went to trade the van we found this out and told Battison Honda. They emailed saying they would like us to come in so they could "try to make it right." This turned out to be just a ploy to get us to buy another vehicle from them and add the $8k of negative equity on top. The manager said they were doing what they could on their end to make it right by making us soak up the negative equity and told me it wasn't their fault we were lied to. He was incredibly degrading and patronizing towards me and my husband. Awful experience and I left in tears.

In my desperation I bought a $900 alternator from Battison. Had 12000 mile or 12 month warranty on it. 15 months later it went out again. Finally had it replaced by someone else for $240 with a lifetime warranty. This is the second and last time I will ever use them for anything. I will never recommend them to anyone! First time shame on me, second time shame on them!

This car dealer doesn't deserve even one star! They are greedy vulchers that preyed on my daughter and son-in-law. They sold them a Honda Odyssey that they knew had been in THREE wrecks of which two the airbags deployed and they didn't disclose it to them. After my daugher/son-in-law wrote google reviews and reached out via email, Battison reached out saying they wanted to "make it right." This was only to lure them in there to buy another car and add the $8k negative equity on top of another car loan. They offered a measly $500 concession towards the negative equity but ONLY if they bought their new car from Battison. They clearly don't care about honesty nor keeping families safe. This company proved to us that they only care about filling their pockets even if done in crooked ways. This car dealer is appalling and I would discourage any and everyone to STAY AWAY from purchasing a car from them!!

I went for service. Very good hours. Always very helpful people. Lots of room in the service bays to drop off the cars. Lots of Service Advisors to get you checked in. Only downside is that they do a lot of business, so you may be better off leaving your vehicle instead of waiting for work to be completed.

To whom it may concern, I have always had a great experience with the Battison service team, but today's service and respect for me, as a customer, was as good as it gets!! After giving me feed back on an issue that had been incorrectly performed by another company, Kevin Johnson and team, not only called and informed me oft the issue, but had evidence in hand of the error to show me after they performed the completed task at a VERY FAIR price and even backed me up with the other company to show them that their job had been incorrectly done. Plus, they gave me a ride to and from their facility to pick up my vehicle. Kevin even had me give the other company his name and number so if they had any questions, he would gladly point out the mistake that had been made. Talking about going the EXTRA MILE!!!!! I just couldn't ask for any more from Battison service than I got today and no, none of them are relatives!!! lol In today's climate, this kind of courtesy and service is hard to find!!! Thank you very much!!! I'll be back!!!

Having grown weary of car sales and service, I was greatly surprised and delighted with my experience of Battison Honda. Each time I'm there I'm promptly greeted and responded to. The friendliness and courtesy are real rather than a ploy to just make a sale. Battison develops a relationship with their customers. Buying a car last month was the best experience I've had. Zeff, my salesman, is a gem. He gave me the freedom to look and drive as I wanted with no pressure. The price was fair and Zeff, without any possibility of making more commission, still promptly responds to my questions and sends me links to resources that are very helpful. Today I came by to check out a minor problem. As I sat down in the waiting area Kevin, my service technician, was texting me his phone number so I can reach him directly any time. And Michael came to give me a new temporary tag since the out of state title was taking a bit longer than the time allowed with my first tag. I also got to see and visit with Zeff, always a pleasure! My typical anxieties in dealing with car sales and service are gone. Battison is genuinely friendly, responsive, caring and basically invites you to be family.

Brought the car in for some recall work. Everyone was very nice and prompt. But oh, did you know your brakes are really worn, at a two? Hmm. Okay. Luckily the husband is a mechanic so he will take a look. Brakes not even halfway worn. Do your due diligence.

Sales team (My My) was great but here are a few pointers that the dealership can improve on. 1. Even thought the carfax report didn't show, the vehicle had a rear accident that was never disclosed to us. 2. The vehicle was very dirty inside under the chairs and inside the glove box. Will have to have it detailed due to very noticeable stains on the carpet and around the chairs. 3. I understand it's a used vehicle but overall looks like the vehicle was traded in, washed and wiped in hurry and then put on the lot for sale. The HDD is full of prior owner's music :( I expected better from Battison Honda :(

Me and my wife came here in our search for a small-mid SUV. We worked with Jason, who was our favorite salesperson at any dealership we went to. Very knowledgeable about Honda models and listened to our list of must-haves. He really sold the superiority of the CR-V over competing models but refrained from the extreme high pressure tactics. For us that was the thing that made us return. The dealership in general was very clean and staff seemed well organized. Sales staff were understanding and friendly with our toddler.

If you buy here and make a deal that isn't standard, you'd better make sure the details are there. They care more about dollars than customers. Not much better than your average greasy used car guy.

Did not give me the protective finish for the paint although I paid for it got their warranty had to pay for that too. Got a 2 thousand dollar discount off sticker price. Big deal...Sorry but I’m searching for something done right here. Promised 3 free oil changes charged me 42 for the third one. Wife took the car in and they Charged over 500 dollars for the first transmission oil change. I could go on and on however. I’m going to go to another dealer unless they make good on all their promises and what I have paid extra for till then one star. I recommend you all shop elsewhere unless in fact you know someone there and they won’t lie to you.

BUYER BEWARE. I've never dealt with such shady, dishonest, and crooked people. I drove down from Wichita to trade in my Tahoe on an agreed amount (both verbal and written agreement). Upon my arrival, they refused to honor the deal because the AC on my 1999 Tahoe (with 206000) miles was not blowing as cold as they thought it should (the pump and compressor work just fine, it only needs a charge). They tried to squeeze another $1500 out of me because of the AC. I told them about everything wrong with the Tahoe, and I answered all their questions honestly. However, they went back on their word and then accused me of being deceitful. They had two salesmen try and talk me into just paying the extra $1500... This is an immoral and crooked tactic to take. UPDATE: Battison reached out and asked what they could do to make it right (as you can see in their reply to the above review). Turns out they had another buyer lined up for the car that I was going to purchase (which is probably why they jacked up the price upon my arrival). The rep' then told me she was going to get back to me the next day.... its been a week and nothing. I've called twice and left a message and still no response. Again, it's not hard to do the right thing. It looks to me like Battison Honda could care less about doing the right thing as long as they are making money.

Hard to find employees and the ones you do find act like they are doing you a favor. Held my purchased used vehicle to "clean it and get it ready" for over a day and upon going to get the vehicle they literally didn't clean up anything and this vehicle was a disaster, spilled coke all over, trash, even a Razer blade left in the backseat! Good thing I checked it before one of my toddlers found it.

We bought my cousin's 1993 Honda Accord for our son (for his first car). Battison Honda has been the ONLY service the Accord has ever used. The car STILL drives smooth and quiet. I appreciate the ease of making an appointment online (or phone); and when I pull into the Service Bay, I'm greeted immediately. Kevin has taken the Honda under his wing, and I appreciate that. There isn't any pressure to pay for extra service if your car doesn't need it. Our son is driving a 25 year old car that keeps on going because Battison Honda has taken incredible care of her.

Had an absolutely fantastic experience at Battison Honda, and it was thanks to Robert Wallace and Tim Samejo. Robert was absolutely phenomenal, he worked with us to get exactly what we wanted. We had spoken to several dealerships, and they tried to push cars that we did not want, but Robert let us know the moment a vehicle touched the lot that he thought we would be interested in. From start to finish it took 1.5 hours from test driving the car until we drove off the lot with our new car. Tim in the finance department was great, he is very personable, and works to get you the best rate possible. Tim was efficient and was a great people-person. I highly recommend Battison Honda! I would strongly recommend if you are a woman, do not work with this dealership. Full disclosure, I'm writing a review from 2014. But I feel like if a bad experience stays with you this long, its worth writing. I went to Battison to get new tires, the service team tried to sell me continentals. I said no, I want Michelins. So I'm sitting around for an hour and I pop into the workshop and I see the mechanics putting continentals on my car. I pull over my sales/service guy and I point, "hey, I said Michelins." He said, Oh I thought we sold you on continentals. I said, no, no you didn't. So he retorts, we don't have the tires you want in stock. Okay, so then tell me that upfront and don't try to pull a fast one. I tell him to take the continentals off, call me when you have the tires in stock. Fast forward, finally get my tires, I'm coming off of work, get there around closing. Walk into the service department and there are 3 or 4 service guys sitting around chatting. Nobody else is around. I get my car and my service guy makes some sort of an off hand remark about me being from California and wanting Michelins. The guys laugh in unison. I walk over with my service guy, at this point someone that's giving me the creeps, and while I'm paying I hear the other 3 service guys muttering under their breath, laughing, staring at me, laughing. Look, I have never been back there. I have gone to other dealerships, and never been treated disrespectfully. Nothing like this. I say this ladies, I wish I was a little bit older and wiser and spoke up for myself at the time. Treating female customers as if they're clueless is a sure fire way to lose them for life. I don't know if any of those guys continue to work there. But the fact that they were hired in the first place gives me pause -- work culture in companies rarely change. Drive the extra miles to go to a serious dealership, where you'll be treated well and listened to.

Went in for first service on new civic which was a free oil change and a car wash. I also had the tires rotated Upon driving away after the service was done noticed a warning signal. Had to go back to dealer Luckily I hadn’t gone too far since I live inGuthrie They had failed to reset the oil life or make sure the tire locations were relearned or set I’ve had this same problem at Walmart but would expect better service at a dealer where I purchased the car Also the free car wash left numerous soap spots on windows and side view mirrors that I had to clean A lot of aggravation

I was shopping for a car for my mom amd she has trouble getting up and down out of vehicles. After going to other dealerships we arrived at Battison. Unlike prior dealers we were greeted immediately by a salesman named Zeff. I explained to Zeff that my mom needs to get in and out of vehicles first to understand which vehicles would be an option for her. He was extremely understanding and immediately asked which vehicles we would like to try out. I pointed out 7 to 8 different vehicles which he immediately went and got the keys for all of them to try! When i asked for pricing on the vehicles there were no games he simply told me the prices. I got his business card and told him I would like to work out details on the vehicle my mom wanted via text. This was not an issue with Zeff. The next day zeff and I communicated the details over text and he was up front with the prices and told me the very lowest price he could do. After talking with my mother she agreed to the price Zeff and i discussed via text. That night I took my mom back to the dealership and there were no "surprises" on the prices or conditions of our deal. He treated my mother with respect and honesty and we purchased the vehicle that night. The day after the sale my mom told me that Zeff had sent her online videos on the vehicle she purchased to assist her in learning the features of the vehicle. This was above and beyond. This dealership was honest and personable and Zeff went above and beyond. Probably the best experience I've had purchasing a vehicl!

I wish I didn't have to give this car dealer even 1 star as they don't deserve it. This car dealer took terrible advantage of my poor friends. My friend's Steven and Tiffany went in there to buy a van when they were pregnant with their 4th baby. They had no idea that the honda odyssey Battison was selling them had been in THREE wrecks and two of those the air bags had deployed. This devalued the car greatly and they would have never bought it if knowing this beforehand. This sweet couple has 4 small children, they need an affordable and SAFE vehicle. After they reached out to battison via email and social media, Battison reached back saying they would like to try to make it right. This turned out to be another dishonest tactic to get my sweet friends in there to buy another car and add the $8,000 of negative equity on top of another loan. After a google review they reached out saying they would give them $500 concession toward their trade value but ONLY if they bought their car from Battison. This was Battison Honda's slimy way of trying to trap them into giving even more money to BH and once again make dishonest gain off of a family in need. THIS IS DISGUSTING BEHAVIOR!! I will NEVER buy a car from this dealer and I hope you won't either! This is heartbreaking to watch this sweet family go through such a hard time when they already deal with so much. Battison, you should care about the safety of the 4 precious little girls riding in that van day after day but clearly you're too busy trying to hold onto every dishonest dollar you get. This is no better than grand theft in my opinion, you basically stole from this family and that's just DISGUSTING!

Sadly I am writing a negitive review. First, let's start with the Sale. I arrived and Paul Myers was my salesman. He was great, however a second "salesman" arrived and was extremely rude. I almost walked out until "Mo" General Sale Manager and I spoke. He promised that Battison stood behind great customer service. So, I stayed and finished the deal on a 2018 Chrysler 300. Well, after I bought the car and was driving home, I noticed while breaking the brakes had a noise and it felt like the brake pads were not catching. So, I informed Paul and Ryan (service guy) about the issue the next day. Techs looked over the vehicle and stated it was two tires that apparently were worn unevenly and they rotated the tires. Hoping this would stop the issue. IT did not however, I requested two new tires to see if the issue would stop and I was told that they would not honor the 30 day warranty, nor would they do anymore for the vehicle. Flash forward now, I took my car back Friday last week and they have had it for a week. I have attempted to speak with Jim (sale manager or lack of) and he hung up on me over the phone. Kevin (service manager) tried to handle the situation and I was told today that they were NOT going to do anything about the situation, nor replace the two tires. They do not stand by their "Great Customer Service" I was promised in the beginning. They will say anything to do a deal, then leave you out to dry. Sad really. You have one job, so you would rather lose a valuable customer who buys cars every two years, and have family members currently looking for vehicles, for the cost of two tires? Wow is all I have to say. I have also tried to speak with the General Manager, however he refuses to speak to me.

I was trying to buy my 16 year old son his first car from Battison Honda. I scheduled an appointment for 10:30 am, and was told the car would be detailed and pulled up front for us. I dragged my wife and 8 month old baby to the dealership, and was told they already sold it the night before to a wholesaler! I never received any notice or update! This was a complete waste of my family's time and horrible customer service!

We were traveling on I-40 from Southern California to northern Indiana and just inside the Oklahoma border a tire fell off of the back of a vehicle ahead of us. Of course it headed straight for our Odyssey and my husband could not avoid running over it due to the vehicle beside us. As we continued toward Oklahoma City, where we planned to spend the night, we stopped to check for damage and then decided to head for the nearest Honda dealership to have them check it out. Battison Honda ... WOW, amazing service and caring!!! We were driving home on a Sunday to Texas from Nebraska and our Honda broke down on the Interstate. We called Honda Road Side Assistances number and found a hotel. Our vehicle was really broke!!! It took 10 hours to fix it, but the folks at Battison were determined to not have us stay in a hotel one more night. Kevin, the service advisor worked his tail off on our behalf but all of the Battison folks were top flight. When our day started we felt we would get the run around at every corner ... what we got was caring, even the state's Governor might not get. If you are within driving distance to Battison and don't do business with them, you are making a mistake.
