I’ve been here twice. Once with a friend who was leading a vehicle and the second was as a purchaser. Both time we worked with Kelsey. If he’s there, I would definitely as for him! He’s a knowledgeable guy who really works to make sure your vehicle is meeting your needs. I’ve been to several dealerships in the OKC/Edmond area, and this was the best experience I’ve ever had. First bad review - called and verified for an air bag recall on my 2017 Audi TT. The first time I called the service operator stated the parts have not yet shipped. I called a little over a month later and the service operator put me on hold and verified the part was in stock and made an appointment. I arrived at my appointment and as always treated great, service team checked the appointment, received a loner, and was on my way. Received a call and hour and a half later stating the part wasn’t available and my car was ready. This is unacceptable, I have to drive over an hour to this dealership and take time of work to complete services. This is ok if parts and service can be completed when scheduled but not when I have to come back and waist time to do it again. Your answering service failed miserably. I won’t purchase from Bob Moore Auto Group again if this continues. On a positive note the service team is awesome, professional and understanding as they are always.

During my initial visit(s), Audi of OKC was exceptional. The salesman (Tanner) and Sales Manager were both extremely friendly, patient and accommodating. Neither of them were pushy or abrasive, unlike other BM salesmen I've encountered recently. Other salesmen also didn't seem like they were trying to "steal" the sell, which was greatly appreciated. Ultimately, I bought the car from them and got to experience the finance and the back office operation. This is where the wheels fell off a bit. I received the paperwork for title transfer only to discover that they were not notarized. When I phoned, blame was placed on the back office. They resolved the notary exception within 2 days, but candidly, this issue should not occur with a "volume" used dealership. As a result, I had to make 2 unplanned drives to Edmond (to drop off and collect paperwork). Though I'm disappointed and frustrated, I'd still do business with BM Audi again.

I had a bad experience purchasing a used 2010 Mercedes E350 from Audi Oklahoma City. I told them I was driving a long way from another state and don’t want to be low balled on my trade in. When I got there they offered me $1,500 on my 07 C280 4matic that was worth 6-7k all day long. They told me over the phone there was no maintenance or repair messages from the on board computer. When I got there there was a message for an auxiliary battery failure. They disclosed over the phone a small door ding and scratch on bumper. When I left I found an additional dent next to grill. They also failed to tell me of an unresolved recall with the Takata air bag. They also listed the car as blue when in actuality it is grey. I was so insulted by their trade in offer I was ready to walk. But it was a car with the options I wanted and trim, seat colors I wanted, plus I drove so far. After the sale there was extremely high pressure to purchase their maintenance warranty so much so that several financiers and manager took turns trying to sell it to me. At that point I just wanted the keys and to run away. They were incompetent, did not care, greedy, shiesty and shady as hell. I expected a lot more from a new Audi dealer.

Scheduled an oil change on my 2017 Q5. 4 hrs after my appointment, car still not ready. Oh and I have Audi care which guarantees a loaner car, but not ONE was available today. Also while you’re waiting, it’s like everyone knows a secret except you. The feeling is that this place schedules service favors for their friends, or maybe my car isn’t new enough to be pushed to the top of the list (even though I had an appointment.) Here I am left wondering while most of the employees are turning the lights off to go home. Oh and it’s about to storm. Could not be more disappointed and dumbfounded than I am today. Good job Audi, good job. 1 whole star.

Prompt, easy experience for someone out of town. Just wanted to post a "Thank You" for Trey Smith and the folks at Bob Moore Audi in Oklahoma. I flew in from San Antonio early one rainy morning and was picked up by my salesman, Trey, at the airport. He braved the torrential rainstorm and made sure we made it safely to the dealership where he presented a pre-owned vehicle for my approval. The vehicle surpassed my expectations and the photos provided prior by his sales manager, James, really helped my wife and I in the decision for booking the flight. Trey was personable, knew his product, and was excellent to work with. I would not hesitate to be a repeat customer, thanks to Trey, James, and the staff at Bob Moore Audi/ Audi Oklahoma City.

So we bought a car from them and they ended up selling it to someone else. During this time before we knew about it we were waiting what we thought was the whole shipping process. We called and emailed them during this time which was a week. No response until Saturday we received a phone call informing us of what happened. The "solution" was to offer us a car that is a year older with more miles on it and for the same price.

From someone that's purchased 5 (this being the 6th) vehicles in the past 8 years, this has hands down been the ABSOLUTE WORST car buying experience I've ever endured. For various reasons but I'll write this review solely on Audi OKC. Storytime. I've studied and priced shopped for an 18 A5 Sportback Prestige for weeks before coming across the one at this dealership. I travel for work and as luck would have it, I'd be in OK for a few months so I decided to fly out early to check out the car. Salesman John sent me pictures beforehand as there weren't any online. Awesome. I get there drive it and decide to buy. And the bad. I left the dealership after closing the deal and they were to complete with my credit union and my plan was to return to pick up the car (I'm out of state and bought in July to come back to OKC in September for a few months stay). The financial team were disgustingly unprofessional. From walking out of the room mid conversation, rude and upset when I chose to use my own Credit Union for financing, or literally hanging up or not returning my phone calls over the course of a week after leaving the dealership. Obvious communication issues with this location. After finally having paid for the car, was told it would be cleaned before I get back (had decals from previous owner, dirt throughout, and what I assume we're dead pine tree leaves in the trunk). I call and text ahead, let them know my itinerary, update with flight delays the morning of (5 September), arrive and guess... decals still on on car and its still dirty! Not just that, my sales rep wasn't in and told me to ask for someone else specifically. Said individual gets to the front counter and is visibly and audibly (your customer service reps can attest to this one) upset with having to assist me as if it were my fault my rep wasn't in. Sat around for the car to get done and asked about a second key but no one could give an answer on if it existed or not. The group that manned the front desk were dope. John was ok but I swear by this, everyone else I've had to deal with at this establishment sucks. For an establishment selling luxury cars, communication and customer service skills should be extremely important. My entire experience, I've felt as though your team just could not wrap your mind around me walking in and wanting to buy a car. All of my insurance friends in the OKC area that give dealership recommendations out, all of my military brothers and sisters, anyone else reading this review..I urge you to reconsider. The blatant disrespect I've felt from this location was apparent and appalling. I guarantee I won't be the only one to have felt this way.

Service was good, did a detailed inspection of my car as well, finding a broken water pump. Fixed that before it would’ve turned drastic. The service crew did forgot to reclose my car’s noise insulator under the car, resulting in it being damaged and me having to tow to the dealership the same day as original pickup. They quickly resolved the issue, and Lucas was very helpful. Would’ve been 5/5 stars, but the little hiccup resulted in 4/5. Would recommend service here.

First of all, if I could give 5 stars just to my salesman Safak, I would. I had dealt with a ton of salesmen over the previous few weeks looking for my next vehicle, and nearly all of them were the stereotype you would never want to deal with. Safak was completely different. He simply answered my questions, let me check it over and drive it, and even take it to my own mechanic for inspection at my convenience. Never any pressure, just completely laid back and exactly how you would want whoever you're dealing with at any car dealership to be. I would go back to Safak for all of my next vehicle purchases if I could, and I'll recommend him to everyone. The Audi dealership as a whole loses a star because of the finance department. I'm in sales for a living, and I understand the finance managers work partly on commission for selling extended warranties. I told them right away I didn't want or need it, but that didn't stop them from trying to hard sell me on it over and over again for the next 20 minutes. And once whoever I was dealing with (forget his name) finally realized I wasn't going to buy, you could tell his attitude and demeanor toward me changed. That was disappointing, and that experience would keep me from going back to this dealership again, especially if Safak isn't there the next time I'm looking to buy. So definitely go buy a car from Safak, he's awesome. Just be ready to say no a dozen times to what the finance department tries to sell you.

I had a great experience dealing with the staff at Bob Moore Audi in Okc. I purchased a Honda Ridgeline that was a trade-in. Kelsey was the Salesman and he did a great job without pressuring me. The only problem I had, the battery was bad, I discovered it once I got home. I contacted James one of the Managers and he took pride in his lot by reimbursing me for a new battery. Even if you are not looking for an Audi, don’t skip over Bob Moore Broadway Extension and give them a try.

That day the whether was horrible and I needed to be picked from home to Audi service to get my car. An Uber was sent to pick me up by Audi. The salesman who helped me was TJ and he was extremely kind and flexible. The man was quick, efficient, and did not hassle me to buy something or do something I did not want to do. They fixed my AC last year and it stopped blowing cold air again within just a few months. Two valves were replaced, a shrader valve and I don't remember the other one. I took it in Thursday or Friday of this week to have it fixed again. I told Lucas my ac was blowing hot air and there's and open recall. That's ALL I told him. He called to let me know what needed to be fixed, the ac pressure sensor, both engine mounts were leaking, and my ac needed to be recharged because it was low. He said my warranty company would cover the sensor and mounts but not the ac recharge, so I told him to skip that as I can do it myself for 40$ instead of $600. When I went to pick up the car, the paperwork said I told him about the ac and told him about the engine leak, which was not the case. There was an oil leak but it was from a recent oil change where the shop (not the dealership) didn't replace a piece that needs to be replaced every time theres an oil change. It was also already fixed by that auto shop. The paperwork from the dealership also said there was a leak in my ac, which Lucas didn't tell me. He only said it needed to be recharged. The warranty should have covered to have a leak fixed. He also noted he recommended not to overtighten it as that can damage the shrader valve, causing a leak....the most likely scenario is THEY over tightened when they replaced the shrader valve, which caused the leak he DIDN'T tell me about. No one else had messed with the AC since that first repair. Also, the first time around, they said I needed new breaks and an alignment, which was an outright lie. I'm disappointed with the service and dishonesty. There's no reason for it. 3 stars is because I assume they did the work correctly, even though I believe the leak they saw was the leftover oil from that leak. The AC still didn't blow cold air, but I charged it and now it's fine. I don't know if replacing the sensor fixed the leak, or if they're related at all, time will tell. But I won't be bringing my car here again. I'll find a more honest repair shop.

Audi of Oklahoma City is a refreshing experience when bring in one' Audi for scheduled service. From the ease of scheduling (can be done online, but I prefer to call and speak to alive person) to being welcomed by a friendly and knowledgeable service adviser in a particularly clean and modern service facility. There were never any surprises about what service items I was having done to my car, nor the cost. Everything was clearly determined from the beginning. The customer waiting area is full of snack, fresh coffee and free Wifi. Everyone I met at the dealership was friendly and helpful. Makes me want to do continued business with this company.

Service is very slow! If you plan on going in for your 30k, 40k, etc service, expect to spend the entire day! Now if you get a loaner, also expect to pay your own fuel. Not a big deal on the fuel, but little thing matter when they have your vehicle from 9:40 am to 4:15, all service matters.

Ryan was very helpful and took care of contacting my warranty company and got everything sorted for me. The repair only took a day! I picked up my car within 24 hours. Such an easy process. *LEASING Audi CUSTOMER who left Audi OKC* I’m perplexed as to why I had to lease my vehicle from a Kansas dealer rather than Audi OKC after myself, the OKC sales guy, and Anthony the manager had found my car and negotiated our price. It was this very time of year last year. They were pushing hard the cars off the lot due to the end of their quarterly selling cycle and were willing to make a stellar deal on a particular car that was just more than I wanted to spend. I’ve OWNED a few Audi’s in years past and this would be my 2nd Audi to LEASE. All I can figure is that due to the fact that they needed to meet their quarterly sales and that I was not interested in a vehicle off the lot, I became useless to them for that sales period. I wanted a Blacked Out, S - Line sports package with the fun sporty interior. We found the car in Kansas. Anthony quoted me the price to deliver it here. I took the evening to research and decide if the Kansas car was the one I wanted to lease. The next day I called and left Anthony a vm saying I wanted the car. After a day of waiting, I called and left a message with the front desk for Anthony again stating I wanted the car - nothing. I was worried I’d lose the car I wanted. I next asked to speak to the manager presiding over Anthony and after telling the girls at the front desk my situation, they sent my phone call directly to whomever they felt was necessary. He answered the phone and I shared my situation with him. He stated: “Anthony is standing right here. He will be calling you.” Again nothing. Therefore I was forced to call the Kansas Audi dealership myself disappointed with my local Audi dealership whom I have worked with for many years. The Kansas Audi dealer worked with me and delivered the car to me here in OKC. I’m assuming that as a leasing car customer, I am not valued as much as someone who purchases vehicles or basically my lesson learned: don’t settle with your dealer at the end of their quarterly sales cycle if they don’t have the car you’re looking for. They will drop you. I’m sure it’s highly beneficial, however, if you find the car you want from their lot. As a customer who leases, I should not have been placed on the back burner. Anthony could have asked any of his sales associates to call me and work with me. Be aware of you’d like to package together your vehicle and find the perfect car locally or nationally or even custom prepare it. Not sure if leasing or buying makes a difference. If it’s not on the lot, you may be waiting or even worse - ignored.

We recently traded our Q5 for a new Q7 from Audi Oklahoma City, and had an exceptionally good experience from start to finish. Our salesman Ryan Muniz was very knowledgeable about the vehicle, accommodating to our schedule, and has a very pleasant personality. He went over every aspect of the vehicle after the sale, and answered all our questions. We had a positive interaction with Anthony Jew, the new car sales manager, in arriving at a mutually agreeable trade in and final price. Eric Poston in the finance department was very efficient in explaining the various details of loan and maintenance plans, and in processing the paperwork. We have also had very good experiences previously with the service department under Kyle Stephens for our routine maintenance and some minor repairs on the Q5. This dealership is a top notch facility and has a large up to date inventory. In summary, Audi Oklahoma City is a wonderful place to get your Audi!

We are from Broken Arrow OK and tried to work with our Audi dealership in Tulsa. They were disappointing to say the least, and so we expanded our search radius to look at other cities. Our experience at Audi of OKC was completely different, they treated us first class throughout the entire process. I dealt with Andrew Jew and Tiffany LaPlante online, and both were very responsive and helpful. We dealt with Shah (Not sure how to spell name), and he was a very personable young man. Then Michael went over the car in great detail and answered our every question. Our only slight displeasure was in the finance department. We just left the sales department where they told us what an amazing car we where buying, and then the finance department had us convinced the car was probably going to break frequently and we would have to sell an organ to pay for it. Strange contradiction of messages, but I know it's the game all of these dealerships play. Overall we would make the trip from BA to OKC again, because they were first class to deal with on this purchase.

Great vehicle. No pressure or haggling on the purchase price, but didn't particularly enjoy the financing experience. Took longer than expected. I had completed an online application, but when I got to the dealership, they had "lost" it and I had to go through that process again. I took delivery of the vehicle with less than a quarter tank of gas. They could have at least filled the tank. Still waiting on a couple items that were promised at time of purchase, including 2nd Key, roof rack and privacy cover for rear hatchback.

First day I went in everything was great. Test drove the vehicle, got an appraisel on my trade. I came back the next day with a bank draft & down payment. The manager was VERY rude, seemed like he did not like the fact that I had found my own financing. Nor did he want to negoticiate on price of vehicle offered for sale. I told him I had found the same car down the road (1 yr older) everything else the same..color, make, model, mileage etc.. he argued they were totally different cars. As I begin to leave they grabbed my keys claiming they needed "mileage" on my trade. By that time I was already outside letting them know I would be leaving. Instead of them bringing my keys to me outside, they purposely left them inside so I could walk back into the dealership. Long story short I'm glad I chose to go down the road. Purchased the same vehicle at Bob Howard, which I was offered more for my trade, they negotiated the price of the vehicle & allowed me to use my own financing!! I don't ever plan on going back to Audi OKC!! Thanks for the bad experience though it saved me money at the end of the day!

I would not take my car to anyone else! The service department is always helpful and treat my car as if it was their own. My only criticism is that there are not enough loaner cars. I am located in a different community, so when I need service, I usually need a loaner or a second driver. That is not real convenient. It is not a deal-breaker though. On Saturday 4/6/19 we signed papers to trade in our vehicle on a 2016 Audi TT. The TT had hail damage so it needed to be left into the following week for PDR. We decided to have the wheels black powder coated and the windows tinted also while still at the dealership. On Friday 4/12 my wife went to pick up her new car. When she picked up the car she asked for a copy of the Carfax we had been shown, after several requests she was given a copy of the Carfax at which point she was told there is an airbag recall on the car but it would be a couple months until they had the parts to fix it. My wife got in her new car and began the trip home from Oklahoma City to Tulsa. Approximately 20 miles from Audi OKC the tire pressure monitoring system notified of a tire pressure issue. At this point she is on the Turner turnpike and now stressed trying to find a safe place to pull over and walk around her car to check the tires. After traveling several more miles she took an exit and stopped. No visual issues were found with the tires so she drove home. I checked the tires after I got home from work and found the tire pressures were all higher than recommended and not consistent with each other. It appears that after powder coating the wheels and putting tires back on, the dealership technicians couldn’t be bothered with actually checking the tire pressures and then saving the pressures in the tire monitoring system. Their laziness put my wife in a stressful and potentially dangerous situation. When driving home she noticed the driver door speaker making noise. On Saturday 4/13 we went by Audi Tulsa to have it looked at since the car is still under factory warranty. We also asked about the recall. An appointment was made to bring her car in on Tuesday 4/16. On Tuesday she dropped off her car, got her loaner and went to work. Later in the day her service manager called to tell her the speaker is bad, they will order a replacement and install on Wednesday. They completed the airbag recall. And the wheel alignment is way out of specification which they can fix for a fee. We told them to fix the alignment. Audi OKC had this car for several weeks, didn’t fix the stereo noise. They put the car through their extensive multi point inspection but didn’t catch that the alignment was out of specification, causing accelerated wear on the tires. Finally they were not able to fix a safety related airbag recall for a couple months but the Tulsa dealer was able to fix it within days. I called the dealership on Tuesday 4/16 and asked for a manager to discuss these issues. I ended up leaving a voicemail for James Samples, General Sales Manager, but he did not return my call. 4/20 Update. James Samples returned my phone call. He apologized for the performance of the dealership on the vehicle we purchased and committed to reimbursing me for the cost of having the suspension aligned at the Tulsa dealership. 5/13 Update. Still have not received check to reimburse for alignment. Had to contact James Samples again.

Terrible experience with Adam, (a salesman that is not even there anymore) and horrible experience with Chris, the "manager". I have had terrible experience with this specific dealer before. They treated me extremely poorly back in 2008. I was hesitant to repeat the mistakes of the past. After I told Chris my story and why I am hesitant to buy, Chris told me, "buy the car and find out (how we will treat you)." Well Chris... I BOUGHT THE CAR.....AND I FOUND OUT! The smart thing to do was to walk away from that person...but I didn't... They will not return calls and they blatantly lied to me. I spoke with Audi of America and they settled with me and said the dealer will too. Sure. That seemed fair....I guess.... Well, I never got the call from the dealer. Never got a response or even a post purchase follow up. An apology would be nice, but that's shooting for the stars. Instead, I get texts about servicing and maintenance. Now was this a bad day for Chris? We all have those. Nope! Been to other Bob Moore dealers, spoke with other associates. Chris is not liked and his methods are toxic. He drives good associates and customers away. I do not understand how he is in a manager position. Sometimes it pays to know the right people? Buy your Audi in Dallas. Take your business to Tulsa. I will go anywhere else but here. Now I will be fair and say the gentleman in parts is good to work with. Ryan is a good salesman, more relaxed and honest. I didn't buy a car from him but maybe I should have. I understand the whole dealership is not bad. 2005 was a great experience. I could have gone to BMW, Lexus, or Mercedes. But I came here...good ol' Bob Moore Audi. I was really excited for my next vehicle purchase experience and now the car is a constant reminder of the nightmare I had to go through at Bob Moore. Sales is about building relationships and creating great experiences. You will not get these here. I can't wait to get my generic, "Our manager would really like to speak with you more regarding this matter. Please reach out to us..." response. I never got a call then...I probably won't get a call now....

Great service but quote for repair was way lower than reality. Quoted $250 & bill was $387.... Need to be upfront in case someone can't afford the total and give them option to take elsewhere for repairs. Otherwise, they got my car fixed the next day and cleaned it better than I do.

We had some confusion over products offered/accepted (Read Everything!), but in the end it has been worked out and he is a man of his word, and I believe our minor dispute was more of a misunderstanding. The GM (Jeremy Freeman) was also incredibly helpful. For a GM to take the time to correspond with a consumer shows true appreciation and a desire to keep customers. Overall, this is a beautiful showroom, they have an outstanding Audi inventory, and a very healthy pre-owned inventory as well. It is a very solid place to buy either new or pre-owned vehicles. We have also purchased through Bob Moore Nissan in Norman, but this was an equally enjoyable experience.

They state they’ll fix something once the part comes in and then they say oh this person is no longer with us when they lied to me several times stating it was supposed to be like that on new vehicles. We aren’t stupid. Also then tell me just to look at something it’s going to cost me $150 plus whatever the parts cost. My hood latch security was supposed to be fixed and isn’t, it’s not even safe to drive and what do I get $$$.. We purchase warranties for a reason. Provided me with rentals for a long time and now won’t. I will for sure be going else where with my business on my next Audi. Talk about shady business. Bob Moore for sure doesn’t care if you ever return. They tried to pull the same stuff at Porsche before.
