I have rented from Hertz and Enterprise but this place is by far the best! They work hard to make sure you are satisfied. The autos are clean and well maintained. I will rent from them again

I feel ripped off neither one of the cars I rented drove well and my deposit was kept because they said I was a little late bringing the car back,but I brought it back the day it was due,use them at your own risk,I highly don't recommend it

My son in law rented a car to come to Denver for the week. The car was never inspected before it was rented again. They just took the word of the previous renter. After 2 days in shop the car was finally road worthy. Can you believe that this shisty rental car company would not even give us any credit. Going to file another complaint with the BBB to go along with the several that are already there. Do not trust this company and do not do business with them.

Never EVER use these people!!! My wife rented a car Tuesday until Friday... insurance and everything made it almost $400 for 3 days.. Wednesday morning, the car breaks down..can't be driven..we call them, and are basically told "too bad..your loss"..wouldn't refund anything, wouldn't bring another car, so basically we spent $400 to rent a car for one night! He's been reported to the BBB, and I'm meeting with my lawyer in the morning...oh, and as I type this, it is 3:15 Thursday afternoon, and his car is STILL in my parking lot...you've been warned...steer WAY clear of this crook!!!

Dont get a car from this company, I bought a car from them the check engine light was on before I bought the vehicle, I drove a rental car from them and went back to pick up my vehicle. I drove it home and it started shaking everytime you stop...i was told to bring my vehicle back in they will get it over to the shop. I take it back they keep my car about 4 days I go back pick up my car on Jan 10 2017. On Jan 14 the car started over heating, the same lights that were on the truck before I signed my papers and was promised would be fixed came back on. I contact the owner Gary and let him know and even attach pictures of what my vehicle was doing showing the same check engine lights. He now says its a different problem and he only said he would put me in a different car if it was the same problem. I Feel they took advantage of a woman!! This is not how you handle business. I have NOT made my first payment yet and my truck is now in the shop for the 3rd time!!! THIS IS NOT HOW YOU HANDLE BUSINESS DO NOT I REPEAT DO NOT BUY FROM THIS PLACE!! THEY WILL TAKE YOUR MONEY AND GIVE YOU JUNK!!! Now im stuck with a truck that i cant even drive on the hwy but was promised would make it to Florida once it had a tune up!! I HAVE BEEN JUKED PLEASE PEOPLE DONT BE THEIR NEXT VICTIM!!

Worst truck renting experience (and I move every 12 months and have lots of experience). DO NOT USE THIS PLACE. The owner directly over-charged me and would not remove charges that were added to the contract that I did not ask for nor were disclosed to me upon renting. He was very rude and would not admit any fault in nearly tripling my estimates rental costs. That's what I call taking advantage of people for a quick buck. It's not just customer service, the truck itself would not go over 55 mph on the highway and the mirrors were not adjustable. I only used this place because of the cost affordability and then that was a total lie when finishing and paying. Get a nicer truck for, in the end, a much cheaper price elsewhere.

They rented me a car for one day. Thought he was helping me out. But then when I went to get my deposit back at first lied and said they had to call a lock smith out and wasnt going to give me my money back. Then when they were told the keys were in their lock box. Changed his story and said I could come get my deposit. But then only returned half of my deposit saying there were crumbs in the back seat. But it was ok to rent me a car with a hole in the driver's seat and a cut up back seat floor board. I will never use or suggest anyone use them. Unless of course you want them to find a reason to keep your money. What a rip off.

I was very thankful in the beginning for the service of America Auto Rental and Sales associate Campbell. He was polite and very understanding of our needs. He was pleasant and explained the car he was renting us had no gas and was dirty so I wouldn't have to do anything but bring the car back in the same condition; therefore, we did. I was told once the rental was returned and they did their inspection I would receive the deposit back within 3-5 business days. After two weeks of contacting the owner Gary, (several phone conversations where he was too busy) I finally spoke with him today concerning my deposit. He stated the car came back dirty, so they had to deduct $20, ok well I did as I was instructed to do but that's fine. I asked was his company apart of the BBB and he stated yes we are and since you are going to file a complaint I will void the return of your deposit and hung up on me. This is not over by no means and it's not about the money at this point, it's the principal. I held up to my part of the deal and in return this company should do the same. That is all. Rent at your own risk America!!!!

I rented a car from this company through Expedia and a company called NU. I was called by one of the employees on my cell for him to come pick me up from the airport rental car parking lot. Nice guy. He helped get all my belongings in the car which was very nice. The car he picked me up in was dusty on the outside and dirty on the inside. Not gross dirty, just not freshly washed clean. I figured it was his personal car. He drove my son and myself to the car rental place to sign all the paperwork. Once we get to the place, he tells me to leave all my stuff in the car as this is the rental. Thought it was weird that it wasn't clean, but it didn't bother me. I have 2 small kids so I know how dirty a car can get quickly. They charge a $60 refundable fee once you return the car. I rented it for 3 days. Brought it back on a busy Saturday. The owner was the only one working. Instead of making me wait for him to drive me to the airport, he bought a cab for me to take there. He said he didn't want me to be late. Paid money out of his own pocket. I was impressed by his great customer service. I watched him deal with a few customers while I waited for the cab. He was working fast as he could while still courteous. I had to call back a few times to get my $60 deposit back, which is why this review wasn't a 5 star. The guy that works for him said he would call me back and figure it out, but he never did. The owner said he was only going to refund $40 of the $60 since the car was brought back dirty. I let him know how dirty the car was when I picked it up and that I didn't bother washing an already dirty car before I brought it back. He graciously said he would take me at my word and refunded the whole amount. This wasn't a completely smooth experience but the owner is hustling to run a good business. He cares about his customers and does the best with what he's got. I would rent from this place again if I ever find myself in OKC.

America Auto Rental and Sales really helped me out of a bind this passed weekend. I had a rental scheduled to pick up at the airport, but because I was using a debit card, my flights did not correspond to the dates I was renting, my insurance was in my company's name, and my license was local I could not rent from ANY of the major rental companies at the airport. The airport recommended America Auto and Sophie there helped me out a lot! The rates are a little more than the major rental companies, but for their ease of use, friendliness, and REALLY getting me out of a bind - they are awesome!

Gary offered us a selection of several cars that were high quality at a wholesale price! He also gave us many financing options on stated income! (Which is very hard for a car company to do) And Gary was so patient and kind as I asked him to jump through several hoops to find a car that fitted our needs! Im editing this review because of things that happened after I returned the car. I was told when I rented the car that I would receive my $60.00 deposit back, first I had to ask 3 times, and then when it finally was refunded, only $50.00 of it returned. I called and was advised that the guy who had to vacuum out the car and clean the center console decided to keep $10.00. There was hardly any dirt to be vacuumed nor was the center console even dirty, we emptied any garbage each night. I could see if we returned the car trashed and I can even see if we were told up front that there would be a cleaning charge of $10.00 held from the deposit, but was never informed of that. **original post with my recommendation deleted.... Called this place in a pinch due to a bigger car rental company screwing up my reservation, but America was more then fair on the rental rates and terms.

We moved to Norman from Georgia using a Budget truck March 2018. The nearest gas station to this location that sells diesel is about 4 miles away. We filled up and dropped off well before our deadline. We took photographs of the dash before leaving, however, they charged us the $30 fuel service charge for the $1.55 of fuel in which they had to refill once they took it to the gas station. We are now having trouble simply getti g a reciept for this additional charge.. If they are pulling this nonsense with us, they are doing it to other people.. Just a heads up..

NEVER RENT HERE! You’ll regret it!!! Made a reservation for truck and car carrier 4 weeks ago; showed up for rental and car carrier was not there. Was told would have it the next morning so I went him and loaded the truck. Next morning NO CAR CARRIER! Call Budget and they were rude and hung up on me. This dealer had a two dolly and so I got that instead and he said he would give me $50 discount. He discounted $50 BUT then charged me $40 for protection I did not want! THEN the tow dolly was broken and they did not know what to do so I had to get my tools out of the car and repair the tow dolly prior to loading my car. THESE GUYS ARE CROOKS!!

I recently rented a suv this past weekend cause i had missed my reservation time at enterprise before they closed.i really needed to get out of town and the owner of this place new my situation and took total advantage of it! He charged me $500 for a rental for 2 days! And then when i returned he claimed i went over in my mileage and took my deposit! This place is a complete rip off NEVER will i ever do business here again!
