Best buying experience ever. Showed up right after work covered in dirt and grease. Salesman and owner never even asked or pressured me into what I could afford. Told them the diesel truck I wanted. Have used this dealership for maintenance of vehicles for the majority of 18 years, through changes in service manager and mechanics. Quite pricey lot and we have bought our Dodge vehicles elsewhere. Huge disaopointment when you schedule for maintenance and let them know what appointment is for, yet they weren't prepared and you waste a trip in only to have to schedule another appointment because they didn't have parts needed in spite of detailed information on what service was needed in advance. This has happened multiple times. Extremely inconvenient. Another issue we have is had to bring our truck in multiple times for the same issue that they could not figure out over months. They have yet to get the item in they need to turn off an alert that goes off and it's been the better part of two years. They did call once after months and multiple trips to them and said they were working on getting what they need to fix that sensor alert but have not heard back from them in about a year now.

Excellent customer service from start to finish no matter what department or person I was speaking with. I have had my car back for a week now & I just wish I would have found out about their body shop years ago for this is the 5th time my car has been hit by another driver & this is the first time I have sincerely felt satisfied leaving the lot with my repaired car. Jon Lindsey was the body shop manager and it was such a pleasure working with him, if I emailed or called I got a reaponse within an hour or two, and they washed and swept my car out leaving it in even better condition than I did. My car looks exceptional, you cannot even tell anything had happened to it I highly recommend their body shop and thank them all so much for the quality work & great experience!
