By far the worst customer service I have ever come across and very unprofessional, I had 3 recall on Hyundai sonata and a starter was bad I paid for, come to find out year later they just acted like they did the recall and one recall was for the engine and now my engine is out, and they never replaced the starter ask factory starters come with green dots they just replaced mine with another used one, I would not recommend this place to any one until they get better employees service manager Bob does not return phone calls, I went in and he was eating Popcorn

AJ and Jessica were amazing! Most people complain about buying a new car, and I can honestly say that when I walked onto the lot I was a bit apprehensive, but from the moment I was greeted by the Taylor team until I walked away with a new car, I had a really great experience. Everyone made sure all of my concerns were met and that I was well taken care of. You can really tell that this team of employees truly cares about their customers.
Let me start by saying that I did purchase a car here and like the car, but the experience was AWFUL. I typed out an initial post, but only got about half of what I wanted to say and ran out of room. Bottom line, if you are going to buy a car here, be detail-oriented and look at ALL the numbers. Question everything. My experience - high pressure to stick around and buy today, trying to sell me stuff that I didn't want, false advertising on website (car was advertised as certified, but had to pay more for that and car was advertised at 27k miles, when it actually had 33k miles), trying to get me to buy based solely on a monthly payment and trying to sneak things into the deal, agreeing to one price for my trade and then lowering the price by $500 when the purchase agreement was drawn up, etc, etc. I purchased the car for the price they had it advertised for PLUS an additional $450 that they added on to "make it certified", which is what it was advertised as and despite the fact that it had 6,000 more miles on it than advertised. Granted 6,000 more miles doesn't sound like much, but when it's 33k vs 27k, that 22% more miles than advertised. But, I made a conscious decision to buy it anyway, because I liked the car and was SO ready to be done with the car buying process. Then, after all of this, I had both the salesman and the sales manager "complain" to me about how they were only making $37 dollars on this car. IF that is true, then they shouldn't have advertised it for that price. Either they were lying to my about that or they were salty because I didn't purchase all their extras that they tried to slide in throughout the process. I did end up buying the car and am happy with it, but it is now 5 days after purchasing it and I was told by both the Finance guy (James) and the salesman (Randy) that they would have someone call me the next day about finishing the certification process on my vehicle and I have heard nothing from them. I've basically been waiting to see how long it will take, but am going to have to initiate a call myself to get this set up. This wasn't all bad. I am happy with my "new" car. And, I have had a very positive experience with Ajai (Customer Care Specialist) - her follow-up has been very good and her demeanor over the phone was critical to my decision to look at this dealership in the first place. Unfortunately, not much else positive to say. Hopefully that will change when I deal with the service department to finish the certification process.

I have been turned down at other car lots! With no luck I was a little skeptical! However I had come in contact with Morgan (kyles assistant) and she assured me that everything was good to go, after prolly 2 weeks of being in contact we went to the car lot! Very nice atmosphere, everyone was very nice! Kyle was our sales person. Both Morgan and kyle was honest with us the whole time.. Kyle kept up dating us, asking if we needed anything. All of the workers was very nice! We left in a 2015 Mitsubishi outlander sport!! Very greatful for kyle and his assistant! Thank You to you both for everything you did for us! I bought a new 2019 Hyundai Kona. The process was a little long. Brian done a great job. My only concern is I left my sunglasses, car charger and couple of other little things in the car. I called Brian the next day and he said he would check with the detail person. I went on that Saturday, he wasn't there. I went again this Saturday and all I got was my guardian angel. No sunglasses or charger. I don't think the detail person should have thrown out my stuff. I think they should replace my things.
Got my oil changed and the washed my car and swept it out. Kenny was my service advisor he was fantastic. I would definitely recommend Taylor Hyundai of Findlay for any of my car need!
Alot more friendlier and truthful about their products I bought a used car off Taylor Volkswagen handed them 10000 cash and within 2 weeks started having problems brought it here wonderful service and very helpful people I guess I should have come here don't make the same mistake I did
Truly appalling how terrible the customer service is here and I have purchased with Taylor in Toledo for years. Was told a car was available and would be held despite also offering to place a deposit and was told this wasn’t a problem and would be called if the car was sold due to having to drive an hour and a half. Arrived and was told the car was sold shortly after I got off the phone. I then was obviously angry but politely asked to speak to the manager and was then waiting while they tried to get us to switch to a different vehicle for 40!!!! Minutes ... never spoke to the manager and left and have yet to hear from them. Also was preapproved. Horrible and I’d never go back. Sad this ruined the experience for Taylor in general.

Worst possible dealership in ohio I had a deal for 7900 out the door their magician of a financial person slid a wheel and tire deal in my package without any explanation as to what it was or what it covered I didn't pay much attention to the paperwork because I had an email that said 7900 out the door ended up at 8700 I filed a complaint with the better business bureau if you have had this happen to you also contact me on marion Facebook and I will relay information to my attorney
I purchased my car on Jan 6. It was an amazing experience. Tristan took excellent care of me. He arranged for us to look @ the car in the service department. This way my friend who is a mechanic could look at the under carriage of the vehicle. I have never had such a positive car buying experience. I would recommend Taylor Hyundai to all my friends who are looking to purchase a car.

Kind of a shady experience. I used "AutoTrader" to find the vehicle I was looking for. This dealership took 5 hours of my time to sell me the vehicle. The transaction was tortured and downright fraught with with peril at every turn. At one point, they tried to give us a different car! It then took them 3 weeks to live up to the sales contract. This transaction felt like the epitome of a shady, predatory used car dealer in the fullest. In the end, I purchased the vehicle that I had been seeking but it was a very laborious process that felt predatory and very dishonest.
Great dealership! Truly will do everything possible to get you in a reliable vehicle in your price range! Our salesman Jeremy was outstanding! Not to forget they stayed well after closing to complete our deal.
Dirty sales tactics, said they were paying off my loan but ended up tacking it on to my new loan. Told me I would be able to refinance for a better % with my credit score (780). That was a lie, cant do that because of all the negative equity brought over from the first loan they were "paying off". Trust me dont shop here go to lariche in town.
I usually don't right any reviews but wanted to share my experience. Came all the way from Michigan to pick up my new vehicle and was very fortunate to have Judy help us out. Not once did I feel pressured in any way like most dealers. She was extremely knowledgeable and very kind. Excellent salesperson. Love the car, but the service I received was horrible. Was told that that car received a 150 point inspection before it came into my care, but appon taking it home, various problems started popping up such as a headlight missing (not out, completely missing), a leak in my tire, exhaust was falling off, breaks needing replaced, and the parking break on one of my wheels isn't working. Been trying to get a hold of the dealer to find out if there was an inspection or not but my emails are getting ignored and phone calls aren't being returned. All in all I love the vehicle, just wish I could have gotten it from a more reliable dealership

My husband & I were traveling from KY to OH in our 2013 Santa Fe (purchased only days earlier), when we realized our A/C wasn't working properly. We googled the closest Hyundai dealer, & located Taylor Hyundai. Bob Deal & the service manager, Phil, checked it over & discovered the air filter was very dirty & almost completely clogged. 30 minutes later we were back on the road with nice, cold air! They saved our trip - we highly recommend this great service department!
I purchased a used truck from Taylor Hyundai and was extremely pleased with Cameron the sales person I worked with as well as Tony the sales manager. They were both very professional and great to work with. I have never bought a used car from a car lot before but they made me feel very comfortable about the purchase. There were a few things that I asked to have taken care of and these items were taken care of without any questions. Doug, their service manager was also very professional and knowledgeable and took care of things with no issues. I would certainly recommend the Taylor Hyundai team if your looking for a vehicle.

The worst experience they promised to fix the scratch on the driver side no appointment made just avoiding calls.The salesman only wants to text you what he wants you to hear Cameron is the one.They wanted to hurry the deal. Was also supposed to get a front license plate bracket ordered and send to us been 3 weeks for that.1st payment is due next week and still no satisfaction .All you get is the run around

I’ve returned it 2 times for brakes and engine light is on currently, headlight is out and one brake light wasn’t working. I just purchased it in December. Sad that everything has gone wrong since purchased. But service has been good gave me another car while working on brakes they even brought it to me.

Was lied to, ripped off, and treated unfairly. On several occasions with this dealer. Car was a lemon. Tried multiple attempts with them to work something out and was told by one salesman that it's my fault I even bought the car from them. Total unprofessional garbage. I've been telling everyone I know about my experience and I know several people that have gone elsewhere from any Taylor dealership for a vehicle after I told them how i was treated.
Derek was helpful. Ask for Derek he will put you in a car that you will love. Derek is a beast of a salesman. By beast I mean a great guy that helps you find what your looking for. Not pushy, real, and I bet he is good at push-ups.
Great sales expertise by Kyle. Really appreciated his help. After that it was all downhill. Vehicle I bought had a small issue they said they would take care of. Almost a week later and 5 phone calls later and 3 messages left they finally get back to me. At that point I had already taken the car to my mechanic and had the oil leak fixed. Poor businesss etiquette that needs to be dealt with in my opinion.

I live in Pittsburgh....I took a day off if work and rented a car to travel 275 miles and 4 hours to Taylor Hyundai of Findlay...after I had taken 10 days to ask numerous questions about a 2014 BMW 550i M Sport. I was told that there were 2 new rear tires installed on the car and the front tires were "nearly new" by the Sales Associate, Brock. When I arrived all 4 tires were completely Bald...and no new tires...Brock went to his Sales Manager (who never even came out to meet me) and was told they aren't putting any tires on the car?!? After I was told by everyone that they were already on the car. Next, the car was advertised at Imperial Blue Metallic and I confirmed this with Brock on multiple occasions, when I arrived, it was not blue at all it is Carbon Black Pearl. The check engine light was on, alot of the electronics didn't work, all 4 wheels were curbed and chewed up. The car looked nothing like its pictures. We asked to see the Sales Manager or GSM, only other Sales People asked us what could be done to "Save this Deal" ...nothing; No Manager ever came out even though I could see them in their office talking about us. I was deceived into driving 4 hours to get this car and they figured I would take the car with all of its problems since I came 275 miles and 4 hours...Wrong! Terrible experience! If I could have left ZERO stars or negative Stars I would have, but was not able to. Poor management. Poor customer service. Just Terrible!!

I scheduled an appointment 1st thing in the morning and still spent 4 hours here just to walk away with no vehicle. The sales man was "very busy" and the car I came to look at was in pieces, again I had scheduled an appointment to look at the vehicle. After the test drive we talked "numbers" and that is just payments, no information on sale price, interest rates, or length of the loan. I agreed to a payment for a 4 year loan, only when I go to sign it's a 66 month loan. The best part the took my credit and put 5 hard inquiries on it. Extremely un happy with my over all experience.
This is a lying, scheming upselling dealership. I contacted them already having being approved by my credit union so I did not need their financing at all. The 2015 Buick LaCrosse I bought was listed at $16.4k. Before getting on the road because I had to drive over 90 miles to get to the dealership I made sure the numbers that I felt comfortable with were set, not payment wise but the total amount I would be financing which I was told and texted ( which I still have for my records) that the total I would be financing was around $13.3k. After taxes and with $3500 down. Ok great!!! I left work early and headed to the dealership explaining to Kyle that I only had a short amount of the time so could the paperwork be ready for me to sign and drive. Once at the dealership Kyle welcomed me in and told me it would only be a few minutes before I could sign. Meanwhile he brings me a paper with the amount the payment will be per month if I financed the car with them. Stupid me says ok cool let’s go with you guys financing. Not only did the dealership run my credit through their credit check systems but 5 others. Given me 5 hard inquiries and the financing still isn’t with them it’s with ally. And that’s still not the worst part. After signing the paper( without thoroughly protecting myself and actually reading what I was signing, NEVER TRUST WHAT THE SALESMAN SAYS ALWAYS READ THE CONTRACT BEFORE SIGNING ) I returned to work so I didn’t actually look at the contract until the next day. The total amount financing was $18.6 after they added a $2500 paint protection option and $2500 for a warranty. Please stay far away from this dealership, I should have never sign before reading the contract, but I also trusted what was being discussed between me and Kyle.

Bought car here few years ago. Had great sales person. Next time in had jerry, long time sales guy there. Started ok, kept getting up from table as we are making deal to talk others coming in. No other sales person did that. Found it rude, left $35,000 vehicle n went elsewhere.

My son bought a $20000 car there. It had an airbag light on and several missing panels and jack when he picked it up. and whilst they said they would make it right, so far they have refused to fix it and will not return his calls or emails. Manager Mick appears to be a dick about it It's all about the sale. No care about customer satisfaction. Be prepared once you leave the lot, all promises and service are gone

Only place I will get my oil change done! Well worth the money, they do more than change oil they also top all fluids and go above and beyond every visit. I have a hard time explaining issues with my Sonata but still the entire service staff is patient and exceptionally kind

Salesman Tyler was excellent! Press the finance dept on ALL your numbers BEFORE signing and CHECK on car loan calculator right in in front of them if you must. Do not give them a payment amount you are looking for. Love the Car , Tyler again was excellent

Got an advertisement on the mail with little windows to open to see if I had won a prize. I got three silver cars. The table said three silver cars wins $5000. Went to the dealership to find out there is some fine print saying the order of winning hand does not match order of winning prizes. Why would I ever buy a car from someone who would do that?
My salesman Kyle was excellent, provided the perfect experience when buying my truck. Answered all my questions and made the entire experience easy and enjoyable. The only reason I didn’t give my experience a 5 star is the detail service on the vehicles. Both trucks I test drove were dirty inside to where it didn’t even look like they were detailed and the one truck had buffer marks all over the body. The detail department definitely needs to be improved.

Made an offer for a vehicle I seen online. Kyle emailed me back and said that the vehicle was already posted below blue book and declined my offer. I sent the blue book retail value to Kyle and he said u have the wrong vehicle even though the vin clearly matched theirs for the listed vehicle. The manager called me the next day and accepted my offer. I went to check out the truck and it was missing parts that were advertised with the truck. Kyle said they were broke so they removed them. I stood around waiting for someone to help me look at another vehicle and just kept being told I'll be right with you. I told Kyle about another vehicle across town that I had seen and he said go look at it if you don't like it come back. I went and spent my $30,000 elsewhere. This was the worst experience at a car dealership I have ever had!

Worked with Kyle and got a great deal on a used Chevy Silverado. He was great to work with and they gave me top dollar on my trade in. There was no pressure to buy anything, I basically termed my own deal. I will go back in the future and work with Kyle get was professional and honest.
While I had a fun and and energetic when I got to the lot, and enjoyed my time there, I can only rate 2 stars because I went to the lot under false pretenses and flat out lies. I’m really disappointed in the dishonesty involved in getting me Down to the lot. After several months of no contact from Brian, I received the following messages: “Trisha, great news! I got you approved through multiple banks!!! -Brian @ Hyundai.” “my boss just told me that we have multiple approvals for you finally! I don't know the details because of privacy laws I can't pull them up. But, I do have multiple green boxes from the banks that say approved. When can you come out?” “Well we wont know down payment and monthly payments until we have a signed credit application from you.” “All I know is that it is under $400 a month, and I don't need any money down. Boss won't let me do the whole e-mail thing. Said you need to come in to narrow down your options on what you want.” I was told my approvals were no mo Er down, trading in my van, which I had previously sent pictures of, and was approved for a Santa Fe, under 400$/ mo. After 500 down, a co-signer, I got an Elantra for 582/mo..... I am very grateful for my new car, and I do like it tho I don’t at all appreciate how it happened or my monthly payment. And i will likely never do business there again, or recommend Taylor group to any friends or family. Honesty and integrity are priceless to me.
Omg, just run and run fast! They messed my loan up and my tags I had a mess.. rude is an understatement with one of the salesmen but the finance manager got it right! But ya this place needs a lot of help... I will not be going back for a car!!
Friendly staff. Not thrilled with the vehicles not having sticker prices on them. You have to go through a song and dance to get an over valued price.
Usually no issues here... Today was a bit slow in getting my car back. Wasn't able to complete all of the requested work, but was offered a discount as a result. Still good folks!

The vehicle I purchased was unsafe and they sold it anyway. I went and test drive my vehicle and liked it so I decided to buy it . I didnt even own it 3 days and all sorts of lights popped on on the dash. Took it up mechanic and he said codes were stored as long term issues in the pcm and someone turned the lights off to hide it. Then he tells me that the fuel tank is falling out and the rear brakes are only held on with one bolt. He said there is no way anyone looked at this vehicle to check it for safety. I contacted the general manager and he said they dont put any money into the trades and I didnt get a warranty but he would call me back. 2 weeks later I still haven't heard a word from them. Do not buy used from Taylor automotive.
My husband and son liked a used truck at Taylor Hyundai. Kyle Mansey made the transaction a breeze. He was friendly, courteous and efficient. I was also due for a car replacement and remembered Kyle talking about their 0% financing. Can't beat that! So after researching Hyundai we were back one week later to purchase a Santa Fe! Again the transaction was seamless thanks to Taylor Hyundai's professional team.

I am very glad that I went to Taylor hyundai to get my car because Derek was very easy to talk to, he made me feel very comfortable, he answered all of our questions, he didn't make me feel pressured. I had been to several dealer ships throughout the day but I wasn't happy with their service. They didn't treat me with the same respect that Derek did. not so happy with taylor Hyundai of Findlay right now, bought a 2012 Chevy Silverado, it was missing the front license plate bracket but the salesman assured me he would get one ordered, that was three weeks ago and still no bracket, I feel like I was lied too about getting the bracket, so for that reason I will tell everyone I know to stay away from this dealership! update on my review, got done writing this review and 20 mins later got a call from my salesman saying the part is in , they are going to install it sat morning so all is good !! would recommend this dealership to anybody!
They sent me the "King of Cars - Win $25,000" SCAM mailer." I didn't fall for the "You won $5,000" on the card game. I will never do business with a shady car dealer who uses these tactics. Warner Automotive in Findlay is the place to go for HONESTY.

I was someone who had concerns about blemishes on my credit and worried about not being able to get approved for a car loan. Brock was my salesman and I couldn't ask for a better individual to guide me through my car buying experience. Brock never once judged me and listened and was extremely helpful. My advice to anyone looking for a vehicle with any type of credit issues is to first go to Taylor Hyundai in Findlay before thinking a buy here pay here is your only option. The entire staff is awesome and will help in anyway they can. Make sure you ask for Brock..he's just a down to earth type of guy and will make sure he helps every step of the way.
They completely misrepresented the condition of the vehicle. We drove 4 hours to buy a vehicle with “only a scratch on the hood” but when we arrived, found 2+ quarter size rust spots, large scratches and a delaminated steering wheel. They then proceeded to play the used car dealer price game instead of giving us their bottom line price. They also screwed up my Capital One preapproval and wanted to give me a much higher interest rate. Brian and his manager are not stand up guys. Don’t waste your time like they wasted ours.
While I can't speak to the quality of service at Taylor Hyundai, I would recommend avoiding them since the proprietors of a business who engage in intentionally deceptive marketing are likely less trustworthy than those who do not. Taylor Hyundai in Findlay, Ohio sent out a mailer advertisement that states: "Play now, you could win 25,000$ cash or a new 2019 Hyndai Elantra! [...] or one of three other prizes. Scratch off all 6 cards above, match to your game piece to win!" Included in the mailer is 6 scratch-off boxes, and a battery-powered "super jackpot" light-up "game piece." Then, there is a highlighted text box that says "Match = Win!" The obvious implication is that if your scratch-off boxes match the codes in the "Match = Win!" text box, you would win the prize associated with that code. I was skeptical about this from the beginning, but out of curiosity scratched off the 6 boxes. Of course, I matched with the 750$ winner designation. I followed the instructions on the mailer and called the number provided. The person on the line confirmed that I was indeed a winner. Still skeptical, I called the dealership and asked if I was a winner. They confirmed that I did win but had to match my scratch-off numbers to the ones listed at the dealership, (the implication being that the matching to the numbers on the mailer was not indicative of a win). Naturally, I asked the man over the phone to tell me if I had won based on my numbers. He said he could not see the board. I asked again if I had won 750$ and he replied that I was a winner just for getting the flyer. Fully doubtful at this point, I explained that I didn't believe him and think that the advertisement is intentionally deceptive - with the purpose of making people believe they have won large sums of money simply to get them in the door of the dealership. He replied, "is that a question?" The representative I spoke to essentially confirmed to me that the purpose of the flyers was to trick people into thinking they had won so that the dealership would get more foot traffic. Fortunately, I am not personally in a position where I am desperate for so-called "free money" so I decided to express my disappointment in the deception and hang up. My main concern is that people are being intentionally targeted by a deceptive marketing scheme. One look at the mailer will confirm this is the case.
I will start by saying the sales rep that I worked with, Cam, was great and I feel that I got a great deal on my purchase and fair trade in on my car. When working the deal I was asked to go and speak witht the sales manager, Tony. Tony did not read everything about my preapproved loan from the bank to include instructions on trade-ins and began to insult my intelligence. I had to point out a few times how it works then he finally read the paperwork I handed to them when I arrived. He apologized but I was not happy with the whole interaction . On top of all that, I had to send the new vehicle back three times to have it cleaned and finally got frustrated with them and left and cleaned it myself .
We worked with Derek Quiroga and he was amazing! We were having nothing but troubles with our 2007 vehicle and Derek worked really hard for us and got us into a 2017 Hyundai Tuscan! There was never any pressure and he kept our payment close to what we wanted. Very pleased with our experience!

Tried to hide just shy of $5000 in dealer add ons all while giving some of the absolute worst financial advice I've ever heard. Disgustingly high willingness to lie to your face with no remorse. Does not take being a business student at OSU to see right through it. Typical shady dealer moves. Help yourself out and don't walk in without being willing to do your own simple math.
Taylor was extremely professional. I had messaged him in the morning told him what car I wanted to test drive. He had it up ready to go when I got there. He was definitely no pressure sales and the whole experience took less than an hour for me. I ended up buying a car from him and recommend him to everyone.

Do not trust this dealership to look out for the customer, they are only interested in making a profit and the bottom line. They will take advantage of those who don't know better. The salesman and the finance people are dishonest and omit the necessary information that some of the customers are too naive to ask. Look over your paperwork with a fine tooth comb and take someone with you who knows what they are doing!!! BEWARE!!!!!!!

First time ever purchasing a vehicle traded in a perfect owned car for a lower mileage and newer year the sales person was ok but when it came to issues he was never in but did keep in contact the person who finalized my papers altered legal documents heard my issues but was not compassionate on how up set I was as a customer I was told to bring in documentation which I did and then got into a slight disagreement with my lean holder and was saying if the purchase was not going to be finalized they were going to pull me from my vehicle so I asked if that was the case would I get my trade in back and I was told if they didnt sell it worse experience I've ever had especially being a first time car purchaser they did nothing to make things right other then fix minor repairs that I spent 3 days in a row for several late night hours the day I made the purchase I was told somone would be there to help me transfer cars I came home to get documents they needed and they called me saying my keys would be in the new car and for me to put my documents in there night box I was there until after midnight dealing with removing plates from my old car bc it had a security screws on it that I couldn't remove them there were workers there who did nothing and when I mentioned that to the man who did my papers I was told what did I expect a worker to do at 12 am what I expected was better customer service handling and not the attitude of what this man had given me this place in my eyes is a complete joke I get there in it for business but in order to be in it for the business u need to build customer service expectations in the process they handled everything poorly and the fact they showed no remorse or not even a budge to make it right on the customers end was absolutely horrible
