This was my first time buying a used auto threw a dealer, Have to say i will not be back! I do not recommend this dealer to anyone. There business states that they have pre inspected vehicles and meaning so they start and move. This is month 2 and the car has had 3,200 dollars worth of repaires that was on the car since day one from dealer I was asked to think about changing my review from John the sales manager that they would be able to more assistant, accommodate me the only person that seems to want to not get one over on you is Shawn the service manager. Other then that i could have done more research and prices on vehicles stating that they are overpriced. Eat one John

I'm a full time, work from home, single Dad to 3 amazing Autistic kids. I only begin that way because it's context. We have been in desperate need of a new car for awhile but adding expenses to an already overburden financial situation was something I was putting off until absolutely necessary. Last week the brake lines blew on our 2004 Impala and I was forced to go car shopping before I was prepared to do so. We live in the Canton area so we hit a few local dealerships. One was really nice and the other was really pushy. No matter what, I kept returning to this 2016 Buick Regal Premium II located at Prestige. Before I pulled the trigger on anything else, I wanted to at least go look at it, even if it was 30 minutes away. Long story short, we drove the Buick Regal home that night. The experience was positive and we were there close to closing on a very busy day, so it took a bit longer than I suspect it would have otherwise. If I HAD to nitpick anything, I would say that when the car was detailed prior to us taking ownership was spotty. Floor mats were missing and the plastic cover on the seat belt buckle was broken, leaving a very sharp edge. In fairness, I didn't notice these things until after I left and while it's a bit annoying to be missing something basic like floor mats, it's pretty superficial. Like I said, nitpicky. It certainly wouldn't stop me from returning and I would absolutely recommend Prestige to family or friends. Everyone was really nice and I never felt like an inconvenience. This place sells some incredibly high end and exotic cars. I felt like I got the same care and treatment as someone who was spending much more than I was. My financial situation is on me and based on many things outside of my control. This was a stressful time in my life and my life is already stressful beyond measure. Car shopping was not something I ever wanted to do. I'm grateful for the positive experience.

First of all the good, I just want to say Kevin Carroll was good. He was pretty helpful before, and during the sale. That’s where the good ends.... traveled 3 hours to come get a car I had been searching for, I arrived an hour late, no problem. Took the car for a test drive, seemed good. Went back to the dealership, was asked if I wanted an extended warranty. I said I’d consider it if it was in my budget. Some hours later the sales manager, Steve I think his name was, came over went over some numbers, it was in budget, but I didn’t really want the warranty. I asked, and was told in order to get the rate they were offering I needed to buy the warranty. Now mind you, this is partially my fault for not checking if this was true, and doing my homework. I was waiting a while and growing impatient so I agreed. So a bit of time later the finance guy Marcus was available. Go in, go over the numbers, I ask again, is this warranty required to get this loan? “yes, it makes the finance company more comfortable” he says. Now for people reading this, you might think I’m stupid for falling for that, and yes I probably am, but I was tired and had a 3 hour drive ahead of me, so I agreed. Fast forward to the next day Sunday, I look into it, contact Wells Fargo, the company servicing the loan, and I find out that they NEVER require a service contract to be purchased, in fact it says so on the bottom of their initial paperwork. I contact Kevin immediately Sunday morning, ask him to take care if it, don’t want the contract. He agrees, I apologized for getting a hold of him Sunday, no problem he says, like I said the guy is good, not sure if he’s in on it or makes commission off of the service agreement or not. This was 4/6 and 4/7. Make a long story short, we go back and forth for weeks. He says he will get with Marcus and get the paperwork out to me. Needless to say, never got the paperwork. I did receive the form to cancel in an email on 4/23. 2 weeks later. I was told it was being taken care of the whole time. Now here I am, I have to do it myself, which I could’ve just done from the start. Pretty disappointed honestly. That’s really poor service, if you ask me. I had the same form within minutes of a google search. I get it, the deal is done, I am of no use to them anymore, I signed on the dotted line. To add insult to injury, I bought an Audi, it has no dipstick from the factory. You check the oil using the in dash system. On the way back it says oil level max, remove oil! I bought an oem dipstick showed over a quart over! I changed the oil immediately, turns out it had 6.5 quarts! The fill for this engine is 4.7 quarts. It was almost 2 quarts over filled! With this knowledge I would not trust their service department, hopefully no permanent damage has been done. If there is, I doubt I’ll get any help. No mention of the 6 month 6000 mile warranty as posted on the window sticker either. I would recommend buying a car elsewhere, or at least be vigilant when it comes to financing. Maybe show up with your own, from a credit union, bank etc. the cars seem good, but never know buying used. It’s a shame, I had a good experience until all of this, it turned into a nightmare. Hopefully this is the end of it, great car tarnished by a bad dealership experience. What a shame.

I first said Prestige is a good place to purchase a car. The salesman and finance manager lied to me and sold me a car with a buyback title. They also sold me a $2000.00 warranty that was capped at 5000.00 lifetime. After 6000 miles engine went out and now possible rear end issues. Tried to get this handled but so far no help. PLEASE READ EVERYTHING THEY GIVE YOU . They told me carfax was wrong. Filed complaint with bbb. In their response they lied and said that I knew. Never would have purchased worthless car.

Kevin was 100% on point from the get go. Honestly I was skeptical of purchasing here due to the vehicle we purchased. We bought the IS300 and cost wise was an easy 6-8000 less than want most are selling for. I immediately called and asked if I could have a 3rd party inspection By my own mechanic of choice. done just to be sure maybe something wasn’t wrong- and to my eyes everything was a awesome! He had no issue at all just asked me to confirm When I was going to do it. There is really a deal out there! Kevin was NEVER pushy or pulling us along- right next to us! I’m a hard sale because I’m in sales. The finance manager came over and talked to us - like humans. Gave me the pros and cons of additional services and never forced us to buy. I declined the add ons and neither made me feel like I was making a mistake like some dealerships do. Soooo in closing, this place has a lot of good reviews a few bad- you have to be the one to decide. Always.

Here’s the story. Went up yesterday to look at a GMC Terrain. Beautiful car. Told them we would take it. And will bring money for it tomorrow. They said all good with that. Tomorrow comes and they call at 9 am and say it’s been sold. Why not tell us that there is more interest in the car?! They told us it had sat on the lot for a while. We could have brought the money up that night. Nothing but scum bags and super unprofessional.

Went to purchase a 2010 Mercedes s65. There is plenty to the story but way to much to explain. I was told I would have a 6 month warranty with my purchase which I spoke to them a few times about making sure I had one. I live 7 hour round trip away. Purchased the vehicle, on my way home engine was acting up. They told me to take it to the dealership in my area to find out the problem. Mind you I haven’t even had the vehicle for 5 hours yet. I ended up receiving a$9,700 repair estimate from Mercedes. After going threw hours on the phone and hold with prestige they finally agreed to “fix it themselves “ so I drove the car all the way back dropped it off and they had it for about a month. Then I had to make the trip once more to pick it up. About 2 days later all the same issues as before. Come to find out they slipped a warranty paper in the 50 or more pages I needed to sign while I was there. So now there saying not there problem, and I forgot to mention I did agree to pay 1,250 toward the “repairs” that were “done” and I did when I picked it up for the second time. I will be going to court with these people, please save yourself the headache. If they can not afford to repair these high end vehicles before selling; then in my opinion they can not afford sell them, bunch of scams

I just got a 2012 2500 he Chevy Silverado from prestige and holy smokes we’re they really helpful! Not like other dealers I’ve been to to be honest, fast simple amable. Everyone was I detest dong funny and ambient. When you first get to a dealer ship you have everyone attacking you from left to right it makes one feel annoyed or pancaking cause they want to sell. But at this place prestige tho gs were different. I was outside looking around and my man Frank! He just asked me a two simple questions but not in a for sure way making me feel that had to he was so cool and chill made the whole process easy! He said have you been helped before I said no he said what are you looking for I said the name of the vehicle and he said I’ll bro f it right on over from the street so you can test drive it with no problem, I liked it gave me all the info about the truck frank made everything g go fast and easy and made sure that I got the best deal I could monetarily. If I’m ever buying another vehicle I’m going back to prestige because of frank! And I want frank to take care of the whole process once more! No problems no limitations everything was badass! BUYER BEWARE!!! My wife and I purchased a vehicle from this dealership in early may 2015 GMC Yukon Denali. We live in Georgia therefore the vehicle had to be shipped to us. We were to assured the vehicle was in great mechanical shape (salesman Chip Bradford). When the truck arrived it was filthy, there was a ding in the side of the vehicle and the air conditioner did not have any Freon. At that point I already knew I made a mistake. After paying for someone to charge the ac , paying for someone to clean the truck and getting the dent pulled out (which was not shown in any of the pictures) I prayed that was the end of our problems. We (my wife and kids) drove the truck on vacation to virginia Beach. The truck functioned well until we returned home in Georgia. The truck began to idle roughly, then the engine light would flash, the truck would sputter and jerk. There was also a loss of acceleration. We had just purchased this vehicle in MAY here it is July and this truck is UNf**king drivable. I call the delearship and they give me the run around constantly saying they would have service call me back. Weeks pass, Finally the service does call back and he explains to me that the 6 month 6,000 mile warranty doesn’t cover the mechanical parts of the engine only fluids yet the prestige auto sales site says something totally different. This vehicle is and has been sitting in the shop and prestige auto mall does not and will not honor their warranty.

Drove 5 and a half hours to test drive a truck here. Met Franklin, who was very helpful and friendly. There was an obvious exhaust issue that was a surprise to Franklin. Immediately he told us to take to their service dept to address the problem. It was repaired while we waited. Everything else was as described on the website. I would highly recommend Prestige, and Franklin in particular. I was unnecessarily nervous about trusting a website ad but you can believe theirs.

The other thing I appreciate about my experience with her is that she seemed to instinctively know the right level of commuication with me. I did receive the form to cancel in an email on 4/23. 2 weeks later. I was told it was being taken care of the whole time. Now here I am, I have to do it myself, which I could’ve just done from the start. Pretty disappointed honestly. That’s really poor service, if you ask me. I had the same form within minutes of a google search. I get it, the deal is done, I am of no use to them anymore, I signed on the dotted line. To add insult to injury, I bought an Audi, it has no dipstick from the factory. You check the oil using the in dash system. On the way back it says oil level max, remove oil! I bought an oem dipstick showed over a quart over! I changed the oil immediately, turns out it had 6.5 quarts! The fill for this engine is 4.7 quarts. It was almost 2 quarts over filled! With this knowledge I would not trust their service department, hopefully no permanent damage has been done. If there is, I doubt I’ll get any help. No mention of the 6 month 6000 mile warranty as posted on the window sticker either. I would recommend buying a car elsewhere, or at least be vigilant when it comes to financing. Maybe show up with your own, from a credit union, bank etc. the cars seem good, but never know buying used. It’s a shame, I had a good experience until all of this, it turned into a nightmare. Hopefully this is the end of it, great car tarnished by a bad dealership experience. What a shame.

We scheduled an appointment yesterday to test drive a used GMC Acadia. We went in knowing it was a little more than we wanted to spend, but decided to see it anyways. John Hang was our Sales Consultant, and he made my wife and I feel comfortable right away. We were actually about 30 mins early, but he helped us right away and we were driving the car within 10 minutes. John was very up front about the vehicle - both the features and a couple of concerns. After reviewing the price, we made the decision to continue looking but left open the possibility of returning. John didn't add a drop of pressure, stressing they wanted to make sure we felt good about whatever car we purchased, even if we didn't but it there. His manager shared the same message right before we left. We didn't end up buying a car from John, but I would strongly recommend Prestige and John Hang for anyone who is looking for a quality used vehicle.

Awesome buying experience. Jeff was great to work with. He had the truck ready to drive when I got there - and they let me take it out for as long as I needed to. When negotiating, they didn't do the typical, go-between I've experienced at other dealerships where the salesperson goes tot he sales manager and back and forth and back and forth. The Sales Manager came to me, shook my hand, and worked with me directly. I was in at 10 and out by 2. What I liked about Prestige is that not only are their prices competitive with great vehicles on the lot - but they want to earn my business to come back regularly. I bought my Jeep few years ago. All I can say is I worked John. He was super nice. But the rest was joke. I haven't had the heat almost whole time I 've owned it . Every time they fixed it would work till I got home or a few days later. I would be taking it back. Well after all that my air conditioning don't work. They took my console out and a few things never worked after that. First few weeks drove a dealers plate cause they messed up my title. I know I owe them a 100. But I told the mechanic when they fix it correctly. So I have had enough. I wasn't going to say anything but tired of being taken advantage.

I drove from 3 hours away to look at a Golf R I had seen online. I had the pleasure of working with Robby. He was very professional, was able to answer any questions I had. He worked very hard on getting me approved and did everything he could to get me the best deal. I was there until 8pm signing paperwork and everyone was very patient with me and wasn't trying to rush me out. I had a very long drive ahead of me and stopped to get some food since I had my one year old with me. About 30 minutes into our trip we had a tire blow out. It was 11pm and had to wait until someone could come pick us up and we didn't make it home until almost 3am since I traveled so far to purchase this vehicle. I had the vehicle towed to the nearest tire shop, called Prestige the next day and explained what had happened. They apologized and didn't give me any issues with covering the costs of replacing the tire for me. I get it, accidents happen. No one can predict a tire blowing out, the tires looked brand new. I didn't buy a tire warranty and they absolutely didn't have to cover the cost, but they did. I am overly joyed with the service I was provided, they are extremely professional and I will recommend them to anyone.

I'm not sure I'd use Prestige as a dealership again. John Hueng, though, it a good and respectable guy. He's pretty straightforward, and he delivered on a promise to fix something on the vehicle I bought even though it meant taking it to the dealership. I'd work with him if you can. But, the dealership as a whole was no impressive. For example, I still haven't received my title, though it is 38 days after I bought it. I even called them twice and still haven't received it. I think they are a "budget" dealership with budget service, other than John. He's solid.

Tristen was very helpful in getting the vehicle ready to deliver and during the sales process. It was the quickest we have ever gotten out of a dealership with the financing. We will definitely NOT go back for another vehicle. I recently decided to change my review due to the fact we have issues with the vehicle on day two of owning it the maintenance was not done, spare tire on vehicle and right front was sliced and on the spare, transmission is slipping after day 2 and paint peeled off the top. Have talked and texted Tristan several time only to get excuses and lies. John R. took over and said he would take care of everything and I also have that in a text but they will not return our calls now. After we mentioned getting an attorney John is out of the picture and Bryce took over and the same will not return calls, I have left several messages to no avail. This place is the biggest RIP off company just read all the 1 star reviews I wish we had and we never would have bought this vehicle. The paperwork work has the wrong mileage on it for our extended warranty and we cant get them to change it. I will also be putting in a complaint with the Better Business Bureau and Consumers Affairs. SAVE YOUR MONEY AND BUY SOMETHING ELSEWHERE!!!!!!!!!!!!

No that while writing this 3 days after the incident just thinking about it has tears coming down my face is unbelievable. My hearts is broken as well as my spirit. I’m sorry if I am disabled and I had 13 surgeries on each leg and I still can’t walk but they level of disrespect and discrimination I received from Robby and his team is unbelievable. Not only was I in contact with him weeks before getting every detail of the transaction together letting him know but I had him tell me the cars were all transferred 2 that main lot just to tell me that they were not then he direct me to go to another lot where I transferred into my chair just to almost fall and be laughed at just to find out the 1st car the Nissan was in the back with no heat (while it’s 0 degrees) and it wouldn’t be fixed in a week then the second vehicle didn’t start the porch so I called him he told me to come back to the main lot the Aldo financing didn’t go through not only did they sale it but he came and told me they didn’t wanna sale my type of person a car and he was use to people walking around the lot when they wanted something else I even have him recorded telling me 5 other cars I wanted had not keys and he didn’t know what to tell me please please don’t go here to get a car especially if you have and type of disability. Trust that I’m taking measure to ensure that this type of behavior stops with me.
