He even parked my soon to be new car right up to the door to give me a ride, I need a left foot exillerator installed to drive my car. The only complaint I have is they have you spend the day with them. That really could be shortened sorry. Other than that very nice looking vehicles!

My car buying experience was fantastic. I came in knowing what I wanted and the salesman worked within those parameters. He didn't try to sell me something I didn't want (higher payment, lease, etc.) and worked with me on different options. When we were $5K shy of closing the deal they met me halfway and matched my $2,500 down payment. I ended up getting a better car than I thought possible. If anyone I know is interested in a Kia I'll be sending them to Sandusky.

I originally went for a 2016 Ford Escape and I was trading in a 12 fusion the car was in good shape ran good too they only gave me 4000 for and told the only car I could get was a 2018 Kia Soul because I had 1300 in negative equity. At first I was denied because they said I didn’t have a job because I was a temp at my job well they called later and told us they can get us into the car for a good deal but we ended up paying more a month than what they said and I only got the car because I wanted a new one and I now regret it because the car doesn’t seem to act right but if you take it to them they won’t do anything but waste your time and my car salesman made my friend uncomfortable by flirting with her a lot, I wish I would of kept my old car or went somewhere else, a horrible place all around when I get a new car I will never buy from them again there company is no good.

Needed service on my Sorento, engine light on. Tried to schedule with dealer in Toledo, 27 days to get it in. Called Halleen and scheduled the next day. At 12:30. Dropped it off the night before. 11:00 got call that it was repaired and ready for pickup. Well worth my 6 hrs of total drive time.

The standard safety features gives the vehicle incredible value that some other manufacturers don’t offer standard, or as an available option at any price point let alone in the mid 20’s. Kia has the best manufacturer warranty in the business as well which was a huge selling point to make me very comfortable knowing my investment is protected for many years to come. Pat, Dave, Aaron and Rich were all wonderful to work with, very patient and helpful. Aaron did the work of a magician to make the financing work to get me a payment I was comfortable with! Beautiful modern facilities , top notch personnel and not to mention an awesome service dept as well!

Last visit to Halleen of Sandusky started out at local tire shop just to have my slow leak in my front drivers side tire looked at. They told me to bring the car right in. Once there I’m told it would be 3 hours before they could look at it. Thats when I called Halleen and they told me to come right over. As I drove the car in it looked like they were waiting for me. They had the car up on the lift before I could even get the paperwork done. They patched my tire, rotated my tires and did an oil change in less than an hour and for a very good price. Halleen will be the first and only place I will take my cars for service. Thanks to everyone in the service department at Halleen!

5 stars!! Family went on 4th of July camping trip and Kia Sorento started acting funny, hard to start, would die, etc. We found Halleen Kia of Sandusky Sunday night. We got ahold of their after hours service number, they were booked solid for several days. We took a shot and showed up Monday morning, nd I explained I needed to get the family home. O.k. Service ! Car was to be done Thursday early. I had to call at 11am on 7/18 to check status, part wasn't in yet..Then recieved a car the part is in and should be am hour. 2 hours later, I received call done. Get it jump started and notice the terminal cap is off with fresh scratches on it. What a surprise!! Jump it, take it home and the lights start dimming more and more. Get home and hook battery up to a charger and something starts ticking. We find the source (fuse box) and SURPRISE! that's half opened and finger marks on it! I call the next morning and get no help. Service manager says "it sat and we jumped it but we only changed brakes not messed with the fuse box" basically told us that it was our problem. Wife nearly doesn't make it home. Everything that is the problem is disturbed. Coincidence? Mmhmm

I had to get my engine replaced for my vehicle. The staff was helpful and nice over the phone but when I went to get my car they were awesome in person. The place was so clean and I was surprise to see an area children can go and sit to watch television on bean bags as well as charging stations for electronic devices. I also had an interior detail that had my car smelling brand new all over again. I like that the staff was proactive and took their time to ensure my vehicle was completely safe and fixed.
