I called here to talk to someone about trading in my 2013 equinox , I was directed to Shanna who seemed very helpful at first but its was a disappointing experience, it's pretty typical how sales people ignore you once theres nothing in it for them I'm guessing but blue book on my equinox is between $8500 and $13000 I owe $13,500 well already knowing that the negative equity would be put on my new truck loan I figured I'd atleast get $10,000 but Shanna low balled me at $8,000-$9000 which I was ok with if I got the truck I wanted but Shanna never returned or reached out after she ran appraisal so if your looking for a great dealership Shanna has showed me it's not with Coughlin of Circleville I'd look else where for a better experience and better salesperson

I was coming home from a conference in Columbus when my tire pressure indicator started letting me know that my tire pressure was dangerously low. I stopped at a gas station to check the tire pressure but it read what it was supposed to so I continued home. The indicator continued to show my tire pressure was dropping so I decided to stop in at the Service Department at Coughlin. They got me in without an appointment. They discovered that my sensors weren't reading the right tire and it was actually a different tire that was losing pressure. They corrected that issue and then looked at the tire itself to see what was wrong. They discovered a large piece of metal in the middle of my tire that I had picked up on the Columbus highways. They removed it and patched the hole. I am very grateful that they were able to help me on such short notice.

Went into Coughlin of Circleville today to test drive a 2015 Chevrolet Trax. Went in a few months ago to test drive a Terrain. Had the most wonderful salesman ever. Went a few weeks ago to look at a car at another dealership. Decided that day that I would go back to Coughlin to buy because of the awesome service I received that day I went to just test drive a car. Fred is an amazing saleman. Got my car today and love it. Drove in, with no appointment after having car trouble on 23, in front of dealership. (I was afraid to drive it home unless it was checked out.). They immediately pulled it into service area, checked it out, and 30 minutes later told me they couldn't find anything critically wrong. Gave me my keys and sent me on my way. After a discussion in the beginning, where the service scheduler wanted to charge me for an issue that was covered by the bumper to bumper warranty on my vehicle, even though I had told him that I had contacted Cadillac Customer Service to verify that it would be covered, I contacted Rocky, Service Operations Supervisor, and everything went well from there. Rocky gave us his phone number, which he always answered or returned our calls, he gave us another contact person in the GM service division, Ron, who took care of all our needs, even making sure we had loner vehicles. All our issues were taken care in a timely manner and a follow-up call was made to ensure that everything was taken care of to our satisfaction. I would highly recommend dealing with Rocky and/or Ron from Coughlin's in Circleville. A BIG THANK-YOU to Rocky and Ron for everything they did for us. I look forward to coming back. Betsy

Absolute waste of time. This company sent me an email with a trade-in value on my vehicle. Keep in mind my vehicle is an excellent condition. When I arrived they offered me $3,000 under what their offer was. They will lie to you to get you to come in to look at a vehicle. Not to mention the vehicle that I test drove was in poor mechanical condition. The vehicle had bad brakes, bad TPMS. The key fob batteries were going dead and they wouldn't replace them! That's just lazy! Salesman Matt Dillon will lie to your face just to get a sale, pathetic. Steer clear of this dishonest establishment.

Someone hit my car and I went to Coughlin for the repairs. Michelle(from the body shop office) was seriously the nicest person I've ever dealt with in customer service. I called her with questions almost daily for a few weeks and not once did she ever sound annoyed or rude, instead she was always happy to help and made it a hassle free experience. My car came back looking brand new and I couldn't be happier with my car or the customer service I received :)

My wife and I have been shopping for a vehicle for several weeks. We found a vehicle that was in our price range but it was at the Chillicothe location. The salesperson that we chose to work with, due to a family member’s recommendation, had the vehicle moved to the Circleville location Saturday. I stopped on my way home from work on Monday to do the paperwork and midway through doing the paperwork the finance person said she had to talk to a manager. When she returned I was told the vehicle was underpriced and it could not be sold for the price we found it for online because the dealership could not take that much of a loss. I left with the understanding that somebody would be contacting me Wednesday to discuss other options. Tuesday, the internet price was increased from $14,750 to $16,138. I contacted the Chillicothe location since that was the original location on the vehicle. I was promised a call back from them as well. I have not heard from either location. This was my 1st experience with this dealership and it will be my last. I hope that the next time you promise to do a follow up phone call that you do it!

Cindy Smith was very professional in helping my fiancée get the car she needed as a single mother of six beautiful and at times very energetic children. Even though I live in Texas and travel weekly on business, both Cindy and Jim were able to deal with my travel schedule. As an example, Jim Buchanan had to repeatedly send all of the necessary paperwork for my signature to several different locations because of my travel. Thanks to both of them, I was able to get my fiancée in an exceptionally safe 8 passenger Chevy Traverse AWD at a fair price with reasonable financing. Even through I am sure that the logistics of working around the needs of a busy mother with six young children and my travel schedule was not easy for either Cindy or Jim, they were always very professional. Thanks again for making it all happen for me and my soon to be new family.

I made a deal with their GM store in Circleville on a Thursday to purchase a 2013 Used Sierra. Chuck Rogers, played games with me for 5 days. Everyday I asked him for a bill of sale, and he would always say he is going to send it. Finally on Tuesday afternoon he responds to another request of mine to fax bill of sale with: "When I arrived at Circleville dealership yesterday evening, they were working a deal on the truck. Truck was delivered last night. Hope this does not cause any undue hardship. Could not turn down a $3,600 gross" I know a $60,000 truck is not sold and delivered in the same night. Do not deal with this dealership. Cindy Smith was my sales rep.

I bought my car a 2009 malibu ltz in 2010 from this place , it was a used car, and was supposed to be a certified vehicle passing all regulation test. I was talked into a extended warranty due to the fact me car was used and had 26,400 miles on it at time i bought it on 6-30-2010 . The car was originally bought on 12-8-2008 , when i got it the car was over 2 yrs old and still had factory bumper to bumper which covered every thing on my car intel 12-8-2011 , i was sold an extended warranty through coastgard coverage is 5 yr 100,000 mile that was supposed to cover me used car as soon as my bumper to bumper factory warranty was over , so my car was supposed to be covered through my extended warranty inte 2016 or 100,000 miles what ever came first i also was charged $1073 for the coastgard warranty with in tress as of today it coast me 1500 l brakes down 2 days ago try to get my car fixed to find out my is out of warranty since 12-8-2013 , so i call coastgard to ask what has happened they tell me couglin of circeville back dated my car to 12-8-2008 so i lost out on almost 3 yrs of there coverage due to him doing that , told them i never agreed to that i was supposed to be covered intel 2016 so i got 2 yrs extended warranty which expired as of 12-8-2013 , so this place lied to me about my warranty , which is theft by deception ! so they tell me theres nothitng they can do i have to call the place i got me car from, so i did and got a hold of jim who i bought the car from about what was going on he told me there's nothing there gonna do about what happen so i got a hold of Matt his boss who also told me there not going to do anything about them stealing my money , i am now filed charges against them with the attorney general of Ohio and the better business bureau , so now my car is broke down missed 3 days of work and im stuck fixing my car myself 1,200 when i was supposed to be covered by my warranty , dont go to this place !

I have mixed feelings about this business. I have bought two cars from Coughlin of Circleville; a 2006 Buick and a 2016 Ford. Both times the salesman, Brent, was very friendly and accommodating to what I was looking for. Unfortunately with both vehicles I had issues with the cars themselves. Almost immediately after purchasing the Buick I needed service and a few months after owning the Ford I needed service. The GMC service area lost my key to my vehicle when I had returned to pick up the Buick. Another time the Buick was in service I had a friend drive me by the business to see how the progress was coming and my vehicle had been done and I had not been notified. The Ford I bought needed serviced for engine issues and has currently been at Coughlin for a month and a half and I have been been the one to initiate contact for an update each time, apart from a voicemail I received two days after dropping the vehicle off. I was able to contact the Ford service GM via email and was getting responses back; however, the past two emails I have sent have not been responded to. I am generally very understanding to the pressures of working for the public and therefore am very patient when others would not be. The Ford currently is needing parts that are on back order and I do wholeheartedly understand hands are tied until parts come in, but I do believe as a customer I have the right to be updated on a vehicle I am paying for. At this point the unprofessionalism and blatant rudeness from some employees has become very aggravating for me as I am still currently paying for a vehicle I have not had in my possession for over a month. As stated prior, the salesman, Brent, is very knowledgable and great at the job as well as the finance employees I have come in contact with, but I would not recommend either service area for anyone with service needs.

Not great. A huge argument broke out between the staff members about how the employees were tired of being told to cut corners due to being over booked. Had my car window fixed and they forgot to put pieces back on that were left laying on floorboard. Looks like the sprayed my windows and forgot to wipe them. Usually saves me money to get my oil changed here but I’m not sure it’s worth it. Customer service at jiffy lube is 100 times better.

Cindy Smith is very professional, friendly, knowledgeable, she follows through, she communicates well and she has made my purchases pretty much stress free. I have left the dealership each time feeling like I was treated fairly and I got what I wanted at a good price. We have also used this dealership for service and body work- each time feeling satisfied with the price and quality of work. I have dealt with other dealerships over the years in Chillicothe and Columbus- but since going to Coughlins in Circleville, I see no reason to go get jerked around by the others. Initially based on an excellent price, I took a gamble driving 200 miles from Indianapolis to purchase my new Ford Mustang from Coughlin Circleville. Would they keep their promise? Would they try and load me up with other expensive options I didnt want? While they did offer me a number of useful options, there was no uncomfotable pressure. These guys are what I hoped they would be! Completely upfront and no surprises - my salesperson (Jim Carter) made the process as smooth and easy as can be. Although I have only had the car for less than a week, my experience with Jim Carter, Mark Hixon, and the rest of Coughlin Circleville has left me completely satisfied.

We bought a 2015 Ford 250 from our favorite salesman, Brent Hudnall. Brent pointed out a rough place on the hood and said to bring it back in when it was convenient. We made arrangements to have this done while we were out of town for a week. We arrived home from our trip, called to see when we could pick up our truck. We were told that the body shop manager would call us back. He never did. After repeated calls on Wednesday, and contacting our salesperson, we received a call on Thursday saying the truck would be ready about 4:30!!! Come on, Coughlin, you had our truck for 10 days! What a disappointment and inconvenience! Thank goodness for Brent Hudnall's intervention! This was a job that required painting a new hood and installing it. There's no excuse for it not being done. The body shop obviously didn't start on it until we were back in town.
