He worked with me to get a pre-purchase inspection done by an independent mechanic, even delivering and picking up the car so I didn’t have to. I explained I had a milk and yogurt spill and had interior detailing done but when I got in the car the next day and smelled it a different service person said the interior detailing wouldn’t be enough to mitigate the problem and then the service department claimed they never knew it was a milk spill..

Warranty airbag replacement. Huge pain to schedule no call backs, eventually used the texting option which got me right in. They shifted my repair a day which messed up plans.. fine. They said on the phone I’d have a loaner for the repair, they didn’t... fine. My center console wasn’t bolted down after the repair with the screws just sitting in the bottom of the unit... fine. MY DRIVERS DOOR HAS A LARGE DENT IN IT NOW... NOT FINE! I get it, there’s no money in warranty replacements but I don’t want to be there either, so you don’t have to s*** on me. So thanks, hope my airbag works if I ever need it.

This review is for Byers Imports Airport. I took my 2012 Impreza into service for a recall repair. The service was timely, efficient and courteous. Some other issues were discovered with the car. I expected this because the car had been acting "funny". I decided to go ahead with those repairs as well since labor was discounted due to the recall. I had my car back in 2 days and it runs like new. Service consultant Matt Cockrell does an excellent job coordinating service repairs and keeping in touch with customers.

Even though I overslept and missed my 8 a.m. appointment on Saturday, they gladly had me come in during walk-in hours I was there by 9 and out by 10:30; pretty quick for an oil and oil filter change and tire rotations plus they automatically wash your car and vacuum the floor. Very very good service & fast service!

Byers airport is quick clean, and offers customer comfort in a pleasant lobby or a quiet area if you prefer no distractions. They always have complimentary cold and hot beverages as well as some healthy snacks to munch on. My only suggestion would be to add vacuuming and inside window washing to your complimentary outside car wash.

Well I already left a one star review and then they ask me to review again...sure. These people are entirely incompetent to service the vehicles they sell. They overfilled my radiator reservoir. Then they ran the car through their car wash despite me explicitly stating not to wash it. Despite the service advisor writing "do not wash" on the invoice, and even placing a laminated placard on the dash that had "do not wash" on it, they still washed it. My car has a $2000 dollar ceramic coating on it that was in near flawless condition due to proper care. Now it is covered in the fine machine wash swirls that have to be buffed back out at my expense. Thanks Audi of Columbus for damaging my car. If you are an enthusiast...stay away at all cost. They do not understand what it takes to operate at this level.

Needed locking lug bolts removed, didn't have key from prior owner. Dealership had master key, took care of it at reasonable cost. They wanted $35 for four plain lug bolts, passed on that and found them online for $12.

Byers service went above and beyond to assist me when I had mechanical issues with my Cayenne on a trip from Knoxville to Cleveland for a reunion. We had the cat flatbed 200 miles to get there. Offered to stay late to wait for me - but because of traffic we didn’t get there until long after they closed. Took it in the first thin the next morning and they immediately worked to get me on the road. After troubleshooting it was determined additional testing would be required. They put me in a loaner and we were on our way. Made the reunion and came back the following week and picked up the vehicle. I have never had better treatment across all industries. They even followed up the next day to make sure I was satisfied. It is a long drive for service - but will consider.

Frustrating. When you call their Service Dept, you go right into voicemail. Which would be great if they actually returned your call. But they don’t. I left 8 messages. I finally caught them first thing early morning. My Audi was recalled for airbags. I asked them to give me a quote on fixing my glove box, $900? And to fix the motor on my convertible top, $3,500. My car isn’t worth that much. I found a mechanic to replace both with used parts for a fraction of the cost. All in all not the ideal service experience. They did fix the recalled airbags & I’m thankful for that. The people who work in the service are nice. They just need to work on returning phone calls.

My husband and I walked in yesterday (a Saturday) and looked at every car in the showroom. I sat in the crossover SUV for about 5-10 minutes. Not one person acknowledged us or asked one question. Then we wandered around the lot and nothing. We started laughing because this has never ever been this type of experience for us. Maybe because we rolled up in our old Toyota Sienna and maybe looked like we were just dreaming. We weren’t. We were looking to sell my Infiniti and buy a new one. Well qualified? Two execs, six figure +++ income but we just drive our beat up van. The team next door at VW much more friendly, we test drove a vehicle and are still considering it, but going to MAG where someone will show us an Audi or might at least offer us a greeting. Mistake.

This is the second vehicle I’ve ever purchased and my first from Byers. We had an awesome experience with them and I’m in love with my 2015 Subaru Forester. The process was smooth and much faster than the first time I purchased a car. The atmosphere here was totally different and made me realize how terrible the first dealership I bought from was. The condition of the car was excellent and they did a fantastic job detailing it before we drove off. I’m so happy I found my next car here. I highly recommend working with Eva and George. Sales rep was very nice and patient, but after I drove the car for a day, my experience turned sour. The transmission light turned on and I'm going to need a wheel bearing replaced. I just find it hard to believe if the car was serviced, they didn't find these issues. So yeah, I'm disappointed. I now have to put money into the car after I already put money down and this wasn't a cheap car. I know car dealerships need to sell cars and I hope this wasn't an intentional effort to take advantage of the buyer.

Our 2015 Crosstrek hybrid began having sulfur smells inside the car when the a/c was turned on. Byers trouble shot and concluded it was our hybrid start/stop battery failing. We are under 50K miles so surprised to learn it failed and worse, the hybrid system is covered under warranty, but the OEM battery that costs $858.00 plus tax is not included. We researched an equivalent battery at Batteries Plus for $230 that they also installed at no charge. Mixed review here clearly.
