My husband was looking for a very specific BMW. It had to be the 535i xdrive in White with less than $80k miles and had to be within our price limit. We couldn’t find any that matched what he wanted unless we wanted to trek it out to Philly or NY. I searched one last time and saw that auto world had one in Black that they just received. I called the number and Kolin Sanders answered. He told me he had several cars for us to see just so we had some options and told me he would go in on his day off to show me. Long story short we went in saw the car and instantly fell in love. Besides the fact that they just received the car it was in immaculate condition. Kolin and Mike were extremely helpful, patient, and made us feel like they were on our side when it came down to negotiating and financing. I had bought a car from the Honda dealership just last year and I’ve never felt more unsure and ripped off than I did back then. And that was at Honda. At auto world it was a world of a difference. If I could rate zero stars I would. I bought a 2005 Mitsubushi Galant Test Drive was fine. Ask the dealt if there were any major issues and if they fixed something. I was told no issues. So I purchased the car 2 days later got a engine light on got it checked it was catalytic issue. I went to the dealer to have it fixed they told me it's not our problem anymore. had to use my own money to fix em. I would not buy any cars from them. What ever car they have they have done little fix on them once you but it, it's now your problem. Worst experience ever.

Worse experience of my life .thanks to great lakes Honda my loss was only 2500$ out of a 15.500 loan _ but I was sold basically junk . Rust was painted only to hold for a little and they had to replace alternator and PCB of the touch screen . They had the junky car for over a month and I HAD TO CALL EVERY TWO DAYS for over 30 days . I went to this place because it was in my company site as a preferred dealer of course I emailed headquarters about my experience. If you do buy a car here . Hold on to that Google review that they want you to do [ almost forced to the point of taking your phone ] [ their service shop manager is more decent but I would still be cautious since they share the same building in my opinion ]

Got a car here from 2 months ago everything was fine til 4 weeks ago when the car broke down because of the engine. They sold us a junky and tried to return the car I couldn’t because I didn’t have warranty on the car so they wants me to put more money down which isn’t gonna happen. We should’ve been able to get another car since we had it under 3 months but when we went up there they just had us refilled out another application. We’ve called plenty of times but still got no help on the car situation. Kendra was our sales person she’s the best and just feels bad that I have to write a bad review because she’s been nothing but the best to us. Sasha was no help at all. Was told we would get a call back but never got one . I recommend this places needs to do better if you gonna sell used cars instead of ripping people off..

Take it from me and get your vehicle inspected by an outside mechanic before purchase. I trusted this place with a 2008 F250 Diesel. Check engine light came on within 5 days of having the truck, their "diesel mechanic" replaced a fuel filter and sent me on my way. Less than 2000 miles later the truck goes into limp mode with a blown seal on the high pressure fuel pump, $5000 fix. Tried to reach out to this dealer several times with no response. Don't trust this place. Will edit review if contacted and issue is resolved.

This place is a total scam they sold me a 2014 camaro LT with 70,000 miles the car lasted not even a week and wouldn’t even pass a inspection because all the lights on the dash were on! when they promised me before I brought the car they would be off but i trusted them and they persuaded me to let them ship the car to me, I see why now! The Service Traction/Stability warning lights & messages come on when driving- The alignment is off on the vehicle, & the car is smart enough to know it, steering is off center. This is causing the Steering Angle sensor to register incorrectly. Need to do a four wheel alignment, & then perform Steering Angle Sensor Relearn Procedure & Programming, & recheck (Total Cost Would be $397.90 + tax). The Steering Angle Sensor will need to be replaced with an updated connector & programmed. Have to do the other steps first & see what happens. (Add $290.93 + tax The Service Tire Monitor Warning is on due to the right front tire sensor is defective. We performed initial diagnosis & found that the system is working properly, except rf sensor is not transmitting a signal due to electrical failure. (Total Parts, Labor, & Diagnosis for this would be $272.94 + tax).NY State Safety Emission Inspection also, so that I can register the vehicle (Total Cost $21.00 + no tax) something Auto Workd USA promised they would do and never did the vehicle needs the following to pass NY State Inspection: Both left & right rear tail lamp assemblies need replacement due to they are tinted/blacked out, & also has a reverse light bulb out (Total Parts & Labor would be $551.36 + tax). Also for NYS inspection, the high mount/third brake light assembly, on the trunk lid, does not work due to the trunk lid wiring harness has multiple broken wires, & the coax cable for the XM/OnStar antenna is also damaged. Repairing the wiring in the harness for the third brake light assembly to work for NYS inspection (Parts, Labor, & Diagnosis would be $293.95 + tax).The shorter/broken coax cable from the antenna to the body harness coax cable can be replaced separate for $177.94, vehicle doesn't have OnStar, GPS, or XM radio! the vehicle stalled out & would not restart due to the fuel looks like Coca Cola (dark, contaminated, etc), it smells like extremely old gas (very foul smelling). The mechanic would need to gain access to R&R the fuel tank assembly to drain contaminated fuel, clear out the fuel lines from rear to front, clean out the fuel rails, reassembly with some fresh gas, & recheck. That cost $1,178.95 + tax. a Fuel "Injection" Service Cleaning after we get it running- $124.95 + tax, & a Fuel "Induction" Service Cleaning- $126.95 + tax. Engine Air Filter, to finish off the "tune up"- $59.95 + Add all this up and it’s a total of $3,500 I told them I would meet them half way and PAY HALF they gave me the run around and will not answer my calls they said they need a official invoice when the Service Consultant @ David Chevrolet Buick, Inc. said the invoice they sent them is same invoice they send to all dealership and they don’t know why Auto World USA won’t accept it and I should be worried because no dealership has ever gave them a hard time like this the car is still sitting at David’s Chevrolet and will be shipped back on Sunday and I will be contacting a lawyer and the better business bureau.

Vince .I bought a 2009 x6. It has had issues with the losing power for over a year. It now cannot go over 20 miles an hour. It needs a new valve cover and the warranty company will not fix and a catalytic converter -$4400.00. Before that I had 700.00 worth of work done on it to fix a leak with the water pump. Before that a gasket issue. I tried calling my sales guy a year ago and he never returned my call. Very bad experience. It would be nice if the warranty company covered something. Also the air condition is not working and needs a compressor.

And these crooks would not even give her her money back they tried to make her tie into getting another car with a 400$ a month car note! She paid 5000$ cash buying this car!! And They will not even give her her money back she can’t even drive it or get it fixed because it’s so damaged! It looks like the car had been under water before it’s so rotted and damaged underneath!! Looks good on the outside but it’s so rotted and ruined underneath!! Stay away!!! Never buy here. They still haven’t sent the wheel cap they owe us. We just discovered no jack or tire iron. The SUV is falling apart. Needs bearings and it sounds like door going to fall off when open it. This place is the reason people hate car salespeople. Never will I buy from such a hole in the wall place again. On a side note when we test drove the original vehicle we were looking at it had tons of issues. We said no way. The sales guy said he apologized because he’d never sell that vehicle to anyone. I purchased a 2017 from here. While I have had the car for 2 months, I still haven’t found any major issues with it besides the windshield wiper tank being cracked, my car was hit and the frame under seems to be rusted. The car fax said the car was only in one minor accident but when I called my insurance they told me it had two minor accidents. I saw on another review sight they have been accused of showing false car fax, this makes me wonder. Chris ratka was my salesperson. He was very nice and helpful, the only thing I didn’t like was that he instantly made me give him a review and I hadn’t even driven my car off the lot. But he would’ve gotten a positive review as I still haven’t found anything with the car. But I also didn’t have it inspected, they didn’t encourage me to either. After the test drive i was pushed into buying it.

My new mustang that I purchased here was great for about the first 4 hours. I got home and the check engine light came on. I took it to the ford dealership and they told me that the car needed a new fuel pump, new fuel injectors, a new catalitic converter, and a new ECU. over 9500 in repairs for a 12000 dollar car. WOW guess what my 'warranty' covered NOTHING. They wouldn't take the car back and now refuse to answer my calls. Bunch of criminals working here.

This place is a total scam I purchased a 2014 camaro car lasted a week my call have been unreturned and unanswered DONT NOT TRUST THESE PEOPLE they told me the car was $13,900 I ended up paying $16,650 they add a bunch of bogus fees and they charged me $2,500 for a service contract but never serviced the vehicle and the vehicle wouldn’t even pass a inspection I put $3,500 into the car jus to get it up and running!! the owner comments on here saying give me a call I’m sorry about your experience just to not answer or return your calls scroll threw the reviews you will see ppl posting similar experiences you guys aren’t fooling anyone with your fake reviews trying to cover up a big scam

If you are considering doing business with this car lot I would think twice. I drove across the country to come buy a car from these liars, and when I got there the car had one of its tires completely missing… as in it had a spare tire on it but no rim. Also, the car had a hole in the muffler and rust everywhere.

I want to start out by saying the 1 Star that I was forced to give is 1 to many. I bought a 2012 Cadillac SRX from this dealership on January 1st 2019. I unfortunately should have known I was going to have issues with the lemon they sold me. When I test drove the vehicle there was big puddles of water on the driver and passenger floor. I was told not to worry as they had just put in a new windshield and the leak was from that. They told me if I purchased the vehicle that they would take care of the issue. I purchased the car and brought into the service dept 2 later. The service dept told me there is nothing wrong with the windshield as they don’t even fix windshields there. The service dept told me there was a block in a vent which they fixed and the leak should be stopped. The next day the car filled up with water again. I made an appointment for the following day to have them figure out what the heck is going on. Later that day I. Went to pick up my daughter from school and as I attempted to stop at a stop sign my brake petal went straight to the floor. I again called the dealership and stressed to them how unhappy I am with all these problems especially since I was told that all of their vehicles go through a big inspection before being put up for sale. I will say that they did finally fix the water leak into the car which ended up being a leak from the panoramic sun roof and they did put front brakes on(I’m confused though how a car that was put through inspection had all these issues) I now have a car that has the worst musty smell coming from the floor from all the water it obsorbed. 2 weeks later I had to replace the rear driver side hub bearing and put 4 new tires on as they were all bald and 2 of them had massive leaks. I wasn’t going to write a review as I was just going to chalk this up to a learning experience to do my research on a dealership before dealing with one, but last Saturday I drove to New York City. Luckily I made it to the hotel. As I parked I needed to straighten up so I put the car in reverse and I had nothing there. I then put it in drive and had nothing as well. I got out of the car to find all my transmission fluid all over the ground. I had to have it towed to a transmission shop and what I found out from them was truly shocking. They informed me that someone who must have worked on the car last did a quick patch up repair on the transmission line. They asked me if I had the car inspected before purchasing and I told them the dealership claims they inspected it. They told me that anyone that would have inspected this car would have seen this and taken care of it. I have now put in over $1500 into this car in 4 months. This dealership lies to your face telling you the cars are inspected. They are extremely pushy in their sales techniques. This dealership is near impossible to get in touch with as they do not return phone calls either. Moral of the story is I wouldn’t buy a car from this dealership unless you enjoy headaches. Do what I should have done and looked at their yelp reviews.

I purchased a bmw 740li from these people. The vehicle only had 52,000 miles. They did not tell me the car had been in a wreck and messed up the whole rear end. All while causing the air bag to deploy. A week after purchasing the vehicle it start shuddering and shaking. I paid them to tell me what was wrong with it and they told me that it must be bad gas and just to run it out and they put some kinda cleaner in the tank. I should have known they were selling me a lemon. I took it back to them and paid them again because the same issue seemed to be getting worse. So I paid the actual dealership and they told me it wasnt a gas issue, the transmission was bad. They will sell you anything to get paid. Tomorrow I will add the person who sold me the vehicle. I asked to speak with the owner about them selling me a vehicle that was basically totalled and airbags deployed. They said they were like Walmart and I can never speak to the actual owner of the company. They could have told me the first week that my transmission was bad. I only found out the history when I went to chevy dealer and they tested it and gave me the real info on the vehicle. Rob is short for Robin. The warranty you are referring about I paid extra to get. I was told by the salesman Jason I think his name is that if I have any issues bring it back. He is a shorter African American guy. I was told by him to get the extra warranty. After I paid you guys twice to check the same issue I contacted the so called warranty place you provide with your vehicle. They told me to take it some place and get it checked out. I take it to the place I got the vehicle from and you guys tell me the transmission needs to be replaced and the part to fix the bmw dealer can't even get. That's what lady that works the phones told me in the service department. I never received a car fax that the vehicle was in a accident and the airbag deployed. You guys gave me a folder with all paperwork and no carfax was provided. I still have every document you gave me in the papers. I would have never purchased the vehicle. It sucks you guys aren't upfront with customers. Yes I understand you are a business and your all about making a buck but that cruel how you guys did me. Yes my credit wasnt the greatest but I had to put down 12,700 bucks. Car went from 19,000 to almost 34,000. 2011 bmw 740li. People you have to learn from my long life lesson. They dont have your best interest, they want to put you in a vehicle no matter the issues. Auto world in Bedford will sell you anything. Not tell you of the vehicles history. I just wish I'd been a little smarter when purchasing from them. They shine it up and make it look pretty but more then likely it always I A issue with there vehicle. Rite now my car is sitting and can barely drive around the corner with a 440 car note. When I start my car it just shakes. The warranty company that would not fix the transmission is NVP. THEY SAID IT ONLY COVERS LUBRICATED PARTS OR SOMETHING.

Can’t Trust a Used Car Lot! This place is not exception. We found a vehicle that we liked online and proceeded to call and discuss it with a salesman. Our First sales rep was Ron. Ron seemed helpful at first, But never followed through on anything that he promised. After giving Ron multiple chances to send over information we decided to ask for a new sales rep. I read the reviews on all of the Sales guys and picked what looked to be the best Chris Ratka. Chis was Johnny on the spot as his reviews would lead you to believe. He was polite and delivered on everything that he promised. He proceeded to tell me that Auto World was a large organization, and not a mom and pop shop. “We sell a lot of cars.” He told me they needed a $500 Deposit to hold the car for 72 hours, so that we could work the deal. I agreed and gave them my CC information. Because I live out of state, I wanted to have a 3rd party check out the vehicle. I called all over town and found a mechanic come that day to take the vehicle out for a test drive and put it up on his rack. Once I got the report back that afternoon, I called to discuss the deal with Chris. I gave him what I felt was a pretty fair offer right off the bat. He said that he would need to go ask “the guy” and get back to me with a counteroffer. From there it was crickets. The following morning, I called and nobody picked up the phone, so I sent Chris an e-mail. 20 min later I get a call from Chris that they decided to sell the car to another party because they asked for less…. I would like to Thank Auto World for wasting all my time, and the money I paid the mechanic to look over the vehicle. Buyer beware! This is a used car lot with ZERO INTEGRITY!

BUYER BEWARE! About a month and a half ago I bought a truck from this place with a laundry list of issues that is continuing to grow. Wiring issues for both front and rear lights. Granted they are aftermarket probably from previous owner but obviously wasn’t corrected upon the “preowned inspection”. They said they performed an oil change however, check engine light came on for valve timing solenoids. These solenoids are oil pressure regulated and malfunction with dirty or incorrect oil in the system. Oil was black when looking at the dipstick. Changed the oil and it fixed my issue. Go figure. Wheels and tires were not the factory tires again could be from previous owners however they replaced the tires but did not compensate the size difference and my speedometer is 5mph off. 4x4 issues. Pulled the dipstick for the transmission due to some slippage and had to fill it up about 3.5 quarts to full. Also salesman was very shady about showing me repair orders as if he did not want to show me. When he did he let me glance at it before taking away. Very displeased with the condition they deemed ok to sell for my truck. Luckily I am a mechanic but to those who are not, these repairs could’ve been much more costly. Especially with the transmission and wiring issues. Be cautious and observant of any vehicle you’re potentially trying to purchase here.

I came to this place to drive a car, and it broke down on the test drive. I called them from about 5 miles away and they told me it was my problem, they said I better start pushing or get a tow truck. I reminded them I had a kid in the car and how could i deal with this, they said 'sorry not our problem, you must have broke the car, we have customers we need to help' well apparently they have customers other than me to help that is. I got stuck with a 200 dollar tow bill.
