They try to buy good reviews with free services for 5 star reviews. I have had mostly trouble getting anything done there if it is anything besides an oil change. When the service is so bad you have to buy reviews you need to start revamping your service department, not a marketing campaign. Good service will sell itself.

To make a long story short when this company was Select Ford they left a bad taste in your mouth. I had over 6k worth of work done to the motor in my 2007 F-150, thanks to issues with the timing, only for them to tell me I needed to replace the motor. That 6k was spent over 3 trips to Select. Needless to say they never fixed my truck. Now that it has changed hands and a lot of the crew and management has been replaced with honest, reliable people with integrity and pride in their work I would recommend them to anyone. Back to that 07 F-150. I braved it and returned back with it to the newly faced RED ROCK FORD. I told them exactly what was going on with the motor and what I had done. I changed the VCT solenoids out myself. (NAPA parts, junk right out of the box.) Let them know all the work that was done already, new Cam phasers, new cam shafts, new timing gear, new timing chains, new tensioners, new plugs, new mass air sensor, cleaned throttle body, and so on with the top of the motor. They took note of everything I told them, and I left them with my keys. Not an hour had past and they had called and asked me why I had my VCT solenoids unplugged, and I stated it wouldn't make the noise when they were unplugged. They plugged them in and a short drive later they heard what I heard. They called me back before doing any work to OK what they wanted to do and review the cost with me first. Simply put they pulled my valve covers and let me know that the brand new VCT solenoids I replaced from NAPA were holding my cams in a place they shouldn't be. They asked permission to swap those JUNK solenoids with original FORD MOTORCRAFT PARTS and they didn't guarantee it would solve the problem but they were 99% sure it would fix the issue. I opted to spend another $900 in parts and labor to put them in. By end of day I received a call from RED ROCK FORD that my truck was done and it is back and running like a champ. Honesty Integrity and Pride. I thanked them up and down for getting my truck back on the road again. The service department guys behind the desk and the service crew in the shop brought me back to the dealership to have all my work done. Since then, I have had a lot of other work done there. They have repaired my 2010 Ford Escape several times, it's a great vehicle it just get used and abused on a 141 mile mail route 5 to 6 days a week. Recently had a new steering column put in, had a door latch replaced, they fixed a faulty wire harness for FREE, change wheel bearings and hubs, swapped rotors, mounted tires, done alignments, oil changes, fixed busted license plate lights, transmission flush, power steering flush, replaced catalytic converter, multi point inspections, and I just made another appointment for u joints, headlight adjustment, tire pressure sensor, and an intermittent air bag light. I have been playing catch up with my vehicle maintenance since I have people I can TRUST to work on my vehicles. THANK YOU RED ROCK FORD FOR ALL YOU DO!!!!

The best service Red Rock Ford provides is lip-service. Red Rock Ford has consistently failed to deliver a satisfactory experience. Over the past 3 years I have required 3 different warrantied repairs on my truck. None of these were completed fully on the first visit; each time required returning to their shop for the work to be corrected or completed. A loaner car has never been made available despite scheduling these service appointments in advance. Staff are quick to offer apologies and excuses, but little follow-through has been observed.

Just bought a brand new car from back home because it was $3,000 cheaper than buying from these oilfield money vacuums out here. Noticed the back quarter panel and bumper was not flush like it should be. Took it over to them because the car has only 1,500 miles on it and see if they would adjust it. Told me they don’t do body work. They wouldn’t even look at it. Told me to take it down to dickenson because that’s their other store (slow store not generating the revenue it use to) wouldn’t even show me how to connect to the WiFi on the car because the videos I looked up even after I left their lot didn’t show me the right way to connect. Had to call ford support and they were very pleasant everything is resolved except the quarter panel. Guess I won’t be buying from this dealership ever!

I came in with a water pump issue , they replace the power steering! Still had water pump issue , I also had them replace a broken taillight at least they got that right ! I show up to pick my truck up to find it still dumping coolant , they didn’t reattach any of the parts they took off and left tools laying on top of the motor ! Took service manager out and showed him after paying 2000.00 he’s says oh well it due to a new mechanic I’m not sure what’s going on he’s one of the best we have ! He’s says bring it back in a couple days and will fix everything I’m like ok I’ll give them the chance to make it right , nope the prick plays it off like he had no idea ! I will never take my personal trucks or the trucks from the 3 company’s I run to them again !

Disappointed for sure. Stopped in on my way home, 40 minutes away. I wandered the lot a while before going in and asking the receptionist if I could speak with a salesman to buy a car.. She handed me off to Mark who seemed nice enough. We sat at a desk where he punched the vehicles into his computer I wanted to look at, because they had no pictures on their website. One he couldn’t find and didn’t seem to have a clue about and the other was a local trade that he had supposedly taken in. The owners were still driving it so I asked for pictures, he claimed he would get them and after fumbling around on his phone, I left my name and number and repeated my interest and cash on hand. It’s been almost a complete 48 hours and I’ve heard nothing and honestly don’t expect to. Also, he assured me the vehicle was for sale, but how can you sell a vehicle if you don’t have it on the lot, don’t have pictures, and can’t pick up the phone to ask for those things? I had cash in my purse and was ready to drive away right then and there. That didn’t matter though. Red Rock - I wasn’t impressed. Dickinson was no different, I’ll leave my review there as well.

Just as a disclaimer, Red Rock did offer a refund to me for this fiasco: Took my truck in for an oil change and tire rotation, waited for an hour and forty minutes. Once they finally finished my truck, the interior was filthy. I now have oil in my carpet and dirty hand prints on my seats. Looks like the mechanic sat a dirty tool box on my passenger seat. I can only imagine how good of a job he did under the hood. The guy even put the wrong sticker on my window... date is in the future and my mileage is 9080... no pride in his job... hope they do something about him. Receipt says the tech’s name is Tyler Higgins.... ask for a different one.

If I could give this dealership a -5 stars I would and here are the reasons why 1) about three weeks ago I saw that they had a pick up I was very interested in buying they said it was in Dickinson at their body shop getting fixed I asked them to please get a hold of me as soon as it was done so I could come down and purchased it but they never did get a hold of me and I see somebody else had just bought it 2) My mother and I we’re just down there in their service department here in WILLISTON my mom had an appointment for 1 o’clock and 230 it is still was not in their shop when we went in and asked about the vehicle they said all they had to do with program a key and they said it was right outside the door and here it was parked two blocks away they never did touch it until we went in there the second time The girl that waited on us just sat there and lied right to our faces 3) And they are very bad at calling us back for other issues that we wanted to talk to them about

Probably the worst website I have ever seen. There is advertised prices and when you call about them you get a quote for $24 to $30,000.00 more than the internet price. That seems like a lot? Then they claim that they don't even know what your talking about? When your looking right at the website? Your talking to the sales person that you called from the number on the website but they still don't know what your talking about? A $47,000.00 Internet price goes to $71,000.00 when you call on the advertised vehicle?

I was very pleased with my purchase of my used vehicle! Reasonably priced vehicle and they didn’t price gouge me on my trade in either. Lots of options for financing with many different lenders. They where willing to work with me on price of the vehicle in order to make a sale. Ben in the Customization department was extremely helpful. Was able to set up appointments for leveling and tint and the wait time was never long. If he said it would be done between 5:30-6 it was done between 5:30-6. Had to make separate appointments to go in, just because the tint guy was out of town, and they wanted to make sure it was done right by someone they know and trust, but they were always done with my vehicle when they said it would be. It looks really good and they did a professional job at working over my vehicle. All in all a very pleasant experience buying this vehicle.

Sales personnel were great to deal with and very friendly! Tom and Matt will take good care of you. We are very pleased with the Ford Edge that we purchased. However, there were a couple of issues that I would have preferred to have avoided. The car wreaked so powerfully of cigarette smoke when we test drove it that I actually looked around the interior to make sure there wasn't a burning cigarette someplace. Thankfully, after a couple weeks and two ozone treatments, the folks at Red Rock got rid of the worst of it. The other thing was that the car wasn't exactly clean when we came to pick it up. I found floor mat covers, some sort of sheet plastic, and old tooth picks in the vehicle. There were these smears on the interior door panels, like a dirty rag was used to clean the inside of the car. We also received the car with a quarter tank of fuel - but the full tank thing may just be some old-school perk that nobody does anymore. I don't really buy enough cars to know. Overall, good service with room for improvement. When I take into account that we didn't even start the purchase process until after 5:00 o'clock, and didn't finish til almost 7:00, I think these guys are in 4+ star territory. I'd probably give them another shot.

Alost 2 weeks ago my 2004 f150 broke down... I was told I need to replace the cylanoids on my truck... it was going to cost 1,300. I was pretty excited. This truck has 130,000 miles on it. So I call to ask if I can come pick it up.... and they say actually we were just going to call you. We come to find out that you need an engine.... I'm not happy of coarse. 8,700 is now the price... I say no don't do that I'm not spending that. So I go to ryan motors and buy a new dodge pickup. So I call ford and ask the price since what they did had not fixed my truck and Christie tells me just one hour of diagnosis.. so I'm super excited now... not to bad... got my new truck plus only 90 dollars or so.......... but I get a call back and Christie says the price has changed. Because she was not aware that they already replaced the cylanoids. So now it's 8 hours of labor plus parts..... it's not my fault that this did not fix the problem... I told her that thus was not fair I was told 1 hour.... not all this. She told me she would meet me in the middle. 4 hours of labor and parts. When I wasn't even told about parts originally. She said that there was no way they would have known I needed a new engine unless they replaced the cylanoids... I don't know crap about trucks. So some insight would be great. Basically I still paid 850 dollars for something that does not work.

Happy with the work and price paid to have belts and Oil changed. (5 stars here) I'm use to getting my truck back cleaner after service than before. Not the case here and reason for 3 stars, the shop used my bumper to get into the engine compartment instead of a step ladder. And then didn't have the decency to wipe the oily shoe prints off the bumper.

You have to wait for 40 minutes to get the parts you order by phone and they don't have customers parking lot If you call to order part's you have to wait for more than 30 minutes

It was difficult to get a straight answer from anyone and there was a lot of time lost showing up for the vehicle over and over again and it never being ready at the agreed upon time. We kept getting different answers from different people so we really never knew what was actually going to be taken care of. Spare yourself the headache and find somewhere that won't make buying a truck this difficult.
