Encountered and issue locating replacement parts for my vehicle. After calling the parts department at Lithia I literally question the competence of the individual I spoke with. Not only was he totally clueless as to how to locate the part I was inquiring about (yes you moron you can locate a part without the VIN number) but he also sounded like he was high or hated his job either way get the led out of your ass, I don't have all day to sit on the phone. Mind you I am going on a rant because this inst the only time I have dealt with some completely clueless individuals that have no business working on or around vehicles. I high doubt any of them have ligit ASE certifications. Previously I attempted to purchase transfer case. I didn't realize it at the time but the stuff they sold me was specifically labeled DO NOT USED IN TRANSFER CASES upon returning it they at first were not going to honor the return and then proceeded to argue with me that this is all they have ever used in TC's. For all of you who grenaded your TC I would question what they changed your fluid with. I am a very mechanically included individual and my spidey sense is telling be there is no f#$ing way I would do business here. Bottom line is if you want quality of service from someone that may know what the F$#k they are doing this is not the place to go. I will go to Fargo before I ever send a Ford here.

We came up from Fargo to meet with Carson Robinson, and have been for years. We used to think Luther was better just because it is a bigger store, but we've come to realize this isn't true at all. We just feel like a number at Luther. We are people to Carson, and the staff in Grand Forks and that really matters to us!! Carson's pricing at Lithia Ford is always cheaper than Luther's pricing so we've stuck with him and trust him. We've been seeing Carson for 6 years for all our vehicle needs. Its great really knowing your sales person, I hope he never leaves!! He has excellent product knowledge, he is always friendly and down to earth. I have always liked his no pressure approach and easy going selling style because lets face it, who likes high pressure sales? I hate to admit it but Carson makes it fun to spend money on cars!! Never been in such a cool place for an oil change, real 21st century, the attendant comes to you with his iPad and 20 minutes later you're out the door, oil changed, filter changed, carpets vacuumed, tires pressured checked and oil if counter reset. All of that for 3 times less than I would have paid in California, not mentioning the 2 hours wait out there. Would make you consider moving to Grand Forks :-)

Pretty much your basic Ford dealership. Nothing really stands out good or bad, but prices seem a bit high at least on the new trucks. Parts department is pretty good and quick lube is at least decent.

Purchased used Truck, drove home, less than 15 miles, parked in garage. 5 days later get in to drive to town and it won't go into gear. Called sales rep. and was told " Oh they will probably take care of it, they are good about that" Had vehicle towed in (my cost) to service. Next day service called, explained issue, which they weren't really sure what it was or what caused it, said it was fixed and the cost was $178.00 Called sales rep, left message. Called back several hours later on main line (no caller ID) and spoke with him. He said " no they are not going to cover it" I know used is used and AS-IS is AS-IS but honestly...15 miles !!! Had I known Lithia was this way I would have purchased a truck and the new Rav 4 I bought from Lithia Toyota 5 month ago somewhere else. They lost my future business and referrals that's for sure.

My wife and I identified the truck we wanted and inquired online. I was instantly contacted by Austin. Austin coordinated the vehicle to be ready and communicated with me until I arrived. Upon arrival, I was greeted in the parking lot by Austin and we started the process immediately. I had my son with me so it was important to go through the process quickly, but effectively. Overall, my experience was good. The oil change was a necessity for before a long trip and I was happy with and the gentleman who took my information and checked in on me. He was easy to work with. They were willing to look into other small things that I had questions about and explain what they think it might be and how much it would cost. Items that could have been performed better were as follows; the guest waiting room TV was not working properly and there weren't any stocked snacks. As I stated above, overall, my experience was a positive one, I do wish the whole process would have been faster, but the job got done and they did appear short staffed.

My Jeep overheated on the highway and AAA towed me to Lithia Ford because they sell Jeeps. I was told that unless it was under warranty, they wouldn’t help me. Really? So I was towed to Rydell who could not have treated us better. They kept my Jeep overnight to assess the damage, gave me a rental so I could go home... 2 hours away, one way. Needless to say, I decided to buy a car from Rydell.

We went in to get an airbag recall replacement. Let me tell you they are all nice and friendly which is cool. When they were done the first time they had put a dent on the left side of the airbag trim, also It wasn't down all the way. So brought it back a second time and all they did is push down on it more. It's easy to se the clips aren't holding or are broken and now that the trim is dented, I'm going to have to buy another trim. I know it seems trivial a dented trim big woop well it is to me.That's about $200 so I would just go somewhere else if I were you.

Buying experience was great, but the service department is garbage. I've purchased vehicles all over the country and I've never experienced a service department worse than Lithia Ford. They're not friendly and the service manager is standoffish. I'll be taking my car to Fargo for service. It's only an hour drive. Good riddance! Just to add! I've purchased vehicles from Lithia Dodge and Lithia Toyota, which have had some of the best service departments I've seen. Not sure what's up with that group at Lithia Ford.

This is regarding service. I can overlook a bolt being left rolling around in my door (from a repair of frozen door latch recall). However, I can't overlook the following from the very same visit: I had a strut replaced under warranty. As I was looking into the wheel well, I noticed all 3 nuts that hold the strut into the strut tower were loose... so loose that you could remove them by hand (see photos for the dealer). There were less than 300 miles put on since the strut was installed.

The staff at Lithia Ford was very straight forward with their dealership model. They didn't try to hide anything and answered any questions we had. Our salesperson also didn't argue with us when we brought up some new incentives or when we repeatedly asked for clarification and didn't hesitate to apologise and inform us when he had incorrect information about equipment that came on certain trims. I wasn't the one purchasing the car, yet the staff treated me and my questions with extreme professionalism. We ended up test driving three different trims of the same model and everytime they were asking the purchaser what they felt and what the difference was between all the trims and features. The purchaser also asked to run numbers on a few trims so they could make the correct decision and everytime they did. Never did they argue or try to avoid it. One of the best, if not the best, experiences I've ever had at a dealership.

My sister and I were in Grand Forks for a funeral. Family noticed I had a lug nut missing. Came to Lithia Ford because none of the auto stores had any due to newness of my truck. When I got there and told them my dilemma and the fact I was on my way back to Oklahoma I was sent to Trevor and he replaced my lug nut and made sure all the others were tight. Very friendly and courteous. I would recommend them to anyone.

On Saturday Jul 22 I went to the dealership to drop off my vehicle at the service quick lube area. I dropped off my car at 0815am and the car was done at 0909 based on the receipt/maintenance log. I didn't receive a phone call or update on my vehicle. I ended up going to the dealership to get an update at 1230. I see my car is in the parking lot as if it's ready. I asked the service advisor Trevor Hulse is my car ready and how long my car has been ready? He said it was ready around 1000. I said I didn't receive an email or phone call or anything. He said he called me but must have misdialed. He did not call me to inform me my car was ready in a timely manner. When I initially approached him inquiring about my car he was sitting up with his feet on the desk. I generally receive good service but that particular day I must have been dealing with a high level of incompetence and douche baggery. I think he was unaware how important being prompt and honest comes into play when dealing with a customer. Normally I am impressed with the service but I think lithua ford put a bad taste in my mouth from now on due to his incompetence and lack of integrity.

I went to Litha to get a headlamp bulb replaced on my Town Car. When I previously had to replace a bulb I went to Rydell and they could not figure out how to get the lens out and it ended up costing me $200 after all the labor to try to figure it out. I figured while it was a little more at Rydell, because they couldn't figure it out it was still going to cost me a lot at Litha when I did it due to the kind of bulb and the process to get the lens out to get to where they could put in the bulb. I was wrong Litha charged me $28, and now I am quite upset at the cost of Rydell what they charged is highway robbery! The staff at Litha was extremely friendly and realigned my headlights free of charge after I noticed they were off after changing the bulb. I can safely say I will never use Rydell again for vehicle work but will use Litha due to the price and customer service I received.

Have had several positive experiences at Lithia Ford. - Quick Lube bays are fast, friendly and super helpful. - They are glad to pull Service codes out of my cars when the happen, seem genuinely concerned for the care of my high mileage cars - answer questions gladly, and when asked, will show me firsthand any problems found. I've had repairs done a few times on a few vehicles again on the service side and get similar results. Parts dept. is super. - Quick to answer questions, get parts, fast when things need to be ordered. - Wes treats me great! Sales seems good too - Haven't bought a car there yet, inventory can be shaky at times, but staff is very knowledgable and friendly. - Hours are extended now which is a bonus if you're busy M-F 8A-5P.

Had a lost oil pressure/stop engine now message. I was all prepared for at least a sensor replacement, if not engine damage. Lithia told me that they believed moisture in the oil had frozen and fooled the sensor. A quick oil change and my truck has been fine for a week. Thanks!

Worst experience I have ever had. They had the promotion to win prizes. Well of course they want to sell you a vehicle (understandable). I told the salesman I wasn't looking to buy right now. He had to get his manager to approve the prize to be given. The manager said that the questions asked were part of a survey. She was so pushy trying to get me in a new vehicle. Didn't listen to anything I told her. Asked for the keys to my car so they can inspect it to see how much I could get for trade in. I responded that I wasn't trading it in. She got a bad attitude with me. I told her I literally only came for the free prize. I then told her that I didn't want a credit check ran so that it would lower my credit score. She told me "no, this information is for pre-approval". She came back and got an even bigger attitude, which then sent HER manager to me. He was pushing me into buying a vehicle. I explained for the 40th time that i wasnt looking to purchase anything and that she told me she wasn't going to run my credit and that this was a survey(then he confirmed that she did run my credit) then blamed her for everything saying "I wasn't here, I didn't know that she said that". I understand you guys want to sell vehicles but to get an attitude with, piss off, and lie to your customers....I can assure you that I will NEVER purchase a vehicle from your dealership.

I went to look at vehicles for the first time by myself and Phil my salesman was great! The sales manager was also very nice and accommodating. The problem was with the financial dept., I had originally received a loan at 15.99% APR (my credit isn't the best). So when the adrenaline and excitement of buying my first car wore off I realized that I needed to figure something else out. I went through my own bank to get lower interest. When I returned to Lithia Ford to pay off the first loan, the accountant was very rude and seemed like he couldn't wait for me to leave. Afterwards I had some questions about the extended warranty that I purchased, so I contacted Phil who replied almost immediately and said I would need to talk to my finance person. I called and left messages, and also e-mailed him, and I haven't heard a thing. I understand that they are busy, but I would think they would want to make customers come back. I enjoyed working with my salesman very much, but everything after that not so much. I am not even excited to be driving my Lincoln.

Scumbags put a fresh coat of paint on a truck we bought in the winter. Come spring, the paint flaked right off the corroded parts of the body panels. Buyers beware!

When I brought my car in for my 8:15AM appointment they took my car right away and made sure there was nothing else I needed them to look at while they had my car. They even drove me and picked me up from Emerado which is super impressive!!!! It was great service all the way around! The service attended made sure they washed my car and even printed out quotes for new tires! Over all great experience.
