Love Kia! From sales to service, everyone is great! I never feel pressured to spend more money and I definitely trust them to be honest about what they think I need.
Super friendly people and high quality service. I feel bad for them the entire time I was there all I heard was old people complaining about things that they could not fix. It was expensive, but that is every auto shop these days.
I dealt with Rod (sales) and Ethan (finance) I’ve spoke with both of them personally and they are exceptional people to work with. We did not get the vehicle from them, but we were treated with respect and dignity. I would have no problem sending my friends and family to Ethan or Rod in the future, they are extremely knowledgeable and professional individuals.

I called Lunde service center this morning last minute to get in for oil change, they were booked up but suggested Kia express lube as they are first come first serve. I wasn't sure where to go so I went to the front desk where I was helped right away from a very friendly gal who told me where to go. As I parked my car in line another gal came out right away to get my information. I waited no more than 30 minutes. I highly recommend these businesses as they are extremely prompt, experienced and very helpful as they are friendly! I will continue my oil changes with them!
Everyone was very friendly & helped me through the process. The best part though, was that there was ZERO pressure or over the top salesmanship, I was listened to & was helped finding what I wanted for the price I wanted. I would highly recommend them!!

Brought my vehicle in for a voluntary under-body spray coating for rust prevention. This service I didn't have to pay for since it was issued by KIA to owners of specific vehicles, of which mine was. The accommodating staff was quick to assist me and offered a ride via their shuttle service since the process would take a couple of hours. This also came free of charge. Later that day, when the process was complete, I returned to reacquire my vehicle and was promptly attended to by a member of their team. I left with some paperwork of items they had checked pertaining to suggested maintenance for my vehicle, which they didn't have to perform but still did as they would for someone bringing in a vehicle for other types of service, such as an oil change. I then left the facility without incurring any charges. This level of customer service and the process of addressing a potential issue with my vehicle is astounding. The employees at this business, as well as the manufacturer as a whole, went above and beyond to stand behind the product that they represent. I'm not in the market for a vehicle currently, because the KIA I currently drive is just fine, and I'm a bit short for new vehicle funds at the moment. However, if a situation arises where I am shopping for a new ride, this will hands down be the first dealer that I would consider. Kudos.
Service review: Kia got me in ASAP for an oil change (On my receipt: time in 8:22 am, time out: 8:38 am... 16 Minutes!!!) I couldnt pick it up right away so they parked it for me & waited for me to return! I asked for tire quote & that was ready as well! The people are very friendly, courteous & direct! This made the process so SIMPLE for me! PLUS a free DONS Car Wash Vouchers, vacuum my car + a dusting!
Buyer beware do not buy from this place!!! I have a 2017 Sedona and something is wrong with the suspension, so just like any new car buyer would do I decided to take it in to be looked atbecause it's under warranty . Boy was that a huge mistake, I made an appointment at 10:30 am a week in advance took it in on time. So around 4 pm I had to call them to see if the van was ready and they told me they could not find anything wrong with it and to come and get it. So I told them that something is wrong with it it's making weird noises and it's not driving right. So I was like OK I've waited long enough just give me my car and I will be on my way. They said sure and handed me a $130 bill for an hours worth of work. Now mind you the car is under warranty plus I dropped it off at 10:30 am and I had to call them at 4 to see if it was ready just to be handed a bill and a waste if day it was a horrible experience. By the way don't even talk to the manager there he was rude and didn't care about you.
I recommend anywhere other than here for service. Terrible experience for me and many others I have talked to. Beware!

I had no problem requesting a set up time to browse vehicles. When i got there they had the vehicle I had in mind pulled up and ready to go for me. I test drove 3 cars before settling on a red 2018 Kia forte. My sales lady was amazing and wasn't pushy on getting me to just buy she wanted to make sure i was satisfied with everything. From start to finish nothing was stressful. Will definitely be getting another car from them in the future.
My appointment was at 10:30 didnt get my car til 4 hours later. The techs said there was nothing wrong with my car cleary there something wrong with my suspension. They charged me a $143 and they did nothing to my car. Very over priced. They were very rude and didnt want to hear anything i had to say about my car. I had to take my car somewhere else to fix the problem they said i didnt have.
Automotive techs could use some more technical training and soft skills. They tend to take to long to talk to the customer wasting everyone's time.
They did a horrible job. They got our address wrong, they never went over the kia disposition fee. In the end I wish we never lease a Kia. We will never do it again.

Best car buying experience I've ever had.
Low pressure sales people, I was interested in a car but not serious about buying it. They let me take it out for a drive on my own no problem. It wasn't the car for me that day. The service center is okay on the weekdays. They tried to get me to rotate my brand new tires and I was unimpressed with that. The Lunde shop they sent me to for a Recall fix tried to get me to do things i'd done 8 months prior and I wasn't okay with them saying that.

Everyone is friendly for sure. However, I do not have trust with them anymore. (This is the first time I serviced here) I hate leaving bad reviews, but I went in for an oil change, that went well. I also had them look to see why my check engine light was on and why my oil light was blinking on low idle. They changed out the oil selonoid which was about 400 bucks. However, they also said my breaks were sooo low my car was unsafe to drive. I proceeded to tell them i can't afford to do that also right now. (They said the total cost for both selonoid and breaks was going to be close to $1000.) They were kinda rude on the phone and tried pushing me to get them done, I said no. I decided to take my car to get my breaks worked on at my regular shop, which is A1 Automotive. They are FANTASTIC and sooo honest. They called me and said my breaks didn't need any work done and that they have half their life left. They could have charged me over 300 dollars being I believed Kia of Fargo. But instead they chose honesty. I love my Kia Soul and am forever a Kia girl, I thought it'd be best to have Kia people work on my Kia. But I guess not. Thanks for getting my check engine and oil light to stop, but trying to get more money out of me is pretty sad.

This makes me angry and I've never given anyone 1 star EVER. I've been a KIA owner since 2008 and have always had wonderful service (so much so I purchased a new one in 2018) until I moved to FARGO! Their service department is TERRIBLE! I suggest if you want to be treated with respect and are looking to have the repairs done in a reasonable amount of time you take it up to Grand Forks if at all possible! I've never met such rude, incompetent people ever! Will never buy a KIA again as long as I live in this city!!!!
Fast and clean oil changes with free carwash. They do a basic service check and provide 'recommendations' but are never pushy to get additional work done. They also sell and service Kia automobiles but I only go for the quick lube.
I went to the service department waited in line and the woman working the counter starts looking me up on the computer and a woman comes in behind me and she immediately stops helping me to help her and completely ignored me like I didn't matter at all I guess I wont be buying kia's in fargo anymore

I purchased a Kia Sorento at another local dealership and was sent to the Kia dealership after the purchase to have the remote start fixed. Although the service staff said they were not informed by this other dealership I was coming, they were able to work me in knowing I had a three hour drive home. While waiting for the service on my car, I spoke with sales consultants Mike Aguilar and Matt Pausch. After learning I had just purchased a Kia at a non Kia dealership, they asked if I had been shown the features of the car. I told them I hadn’t. They said that as soon as the car was done with service they would go through the car with me. They also printed some information for me on the vehicle I was not previously provided. They were extremely helpful and giving of their time even though I had not purchased a vehicle there. I would definitely recommend this dealership and when I am in the market for another Kia, I will probably make the three hour drive to go see them.

The Kia service center is typically fairly quick for standard service items like oil changes, but that's not what keeps me coming back. The service is A++. The crew is very communicative, very polite, and knowledgeable. Have used them for 6 years, won't be changing anytime soon.
We are on our third Kia vehicle and are so very glad to have been able to deal with Kia of Fargo this time around. We have always appreciated Mike's straight forward way of working with us and willingness to go the extra mile to help us out. We absolutely LOVE our new 2017 Kia Sportage SX Turbo and are excited to have been able to work with our local Kia dealer.
Miguel was nice and very helpful when we were looking at Kia vehicles. He answered all of our questions and was down to earth and understood our concerns and what we wanted. He said that Kia is all about customer service, and he proved it when he came to my house to get my new Sorento to have the auto start put in and he left me a car to use in case I needed it. We are so happy with the service we got and my new 2017 Kia Sorento!

I had worked with Mike on previous sorento and he showed me the new one that had exactly what I wanted for options. Then took the time to show me how all the new gadgets worked! They don't care about the customer they even don't have the key that open the locks from the tires simple surface not available.
They were helpful until I actually got there. We drove 6 hours to get there and they knew it wasn’t going to work out after I told them what my entire deal was. They knew it had to be for sure before I drove down, and that I didn’t have a co-signer, and how much money I had. When I got there they told me I needed 2,000$ more and I HAD TO have a cosigner. If I would have known I would have turned around and gone somewhere else. What a waste of my birthday
Mike Aguilar sold us our Kia Soul 6 years ago and when we decided to trade it in, we went to test drive a Prius and experienced a very high sales pitch at a different dealer. We came to Kia and asked for Mike, and bought 2017 Niro from him. Mike is an excellent salesman, and just an all around nice guy. He doesn't do the high pitch pressure sale pitch that car dealers are stereotypical of doing. He's very knowledgeable, helpful, and personable. I'd recommend buying a vehicle from him anytime!
