Let me start by saying I'm a car guy. In the past ten years I've bought 2 BMW's, 2 Land Rovers, a Porsche, and 2 Volvo's. I've bought 3 Volvo's in my life, and all three of them were from Weaver Brothers. 2 of them were from Fred Makoid, who is still there. Out of all the dealers I have dealt with Weaver Brothers has been the easiest to both Buy and Service. I highly recommend them (and Fred) to anyone who may be interested in a Volvo.

I brought my daughter's car here because the check engine light came on and there were a few other minor issues with the car. After waiting for nearly five hours, I learned that they couldn't solve most of the problems without charging absurd additional prices. In the end, I payed over $1,100 for two door handles to be replaced and a system update, which probably took the click of several computer buttons. Though I typically do not write reviews, I was compelled to write one due to me being extremely unhappy and unsatisfied with the service I experienced. I will not be coming back to this establishment, and I suggest that you do the same.

Great Business! We have purchased every Volvo from Andy Weaver and his team for over thirty-five years. The honesty and confidence one receives is the best. You can trust this business due to its integrity.

Volvo Experience Weaver Bros. Volvo is an amazing experience of less wait time, updates while waiting, yummy hot tea, and top of the line work. Very Satisfied.

Russ Wollman

Bought a beautiful Saab convertible from Weaver Brothers. The car is great, and everything about the transaction was handled perfectly. Weaver Brothers has been in business as a family-owned store at least 50 years. When you buy a car from these guys, you know you'll be treated well and everything will go smoothly. There's simply no question about their honesty and integrity.

Awesome Experience! I have been shopping for months for a new XC90. I called Weaver Bros. and Allen Stuart became my new favorite human! He asked what my dream car was and told me he would find it. The next day he called to say it was on its way to Raleigh and when did I want to come look at it. WoW! I had spoken to dealers in New Bern and Wilmington....I was not impressed. Clearly Allen knew how to capture a customer for the rest of time. Weaver Bros. gave us a loaner Volvo till ours was ready and Allen personally drove my new car to our home 2 hours away and spent time patiently teaching me about my computer on wheels. I love my Volvo and couldn't be happier with the exceptional service I received from Allen Stuart.

Sent email regarding car advertised never responded to me

I'm writing the same review for the Raleigh location because they own the Cary Volvo dealer also. Car buyers...let me give you advice...this place is awful. You will be treated with delays, unreturned voice mails, false promises from the service department. For a luxury car dealer, it's simply amazing that Volvo allows this type of service to happen. Buy your next luxury car from Mercedes where they know how to service their customers cars WELL.

Frank Haidar

Good work, but more to the expensive side, the diagnostics should cover all issues and not what the customer states. Jason(one of the mechanics) said that diagnostics is only what the customer states. If this is the case, then why is it called diagnostics!!! And why should the customer pay it when he or she knows what is wrong with their car!

Love my xc90. Great dealership run by a lot of good people.

First Service My experience was great! I waited in the waiting area entertaining myself with my iPad and enjoying my Starbucks. I had a very informative conversation with the service department director about Volvo cars . Although I was there for about two hours I did not mind as I had requested a software upgrade to my navigation system . I came prepared to wait

Eric Zen

Bought xc90 on 2016, lot of issues. Phone calls are Extremely difficult to reached a human. Long wait time on appointment and repair time. Regret of purchased this vehicle from this dealership.

The service department is friendly because they have to talk people down from their anger at the ridiculous wait times. I had a 1:00 appointment for an oil change and tire rotation. Seeing as they don’t have Saturday hours, I took a half day off from work and got there at 12:30. I called yesterday to confirm my appointment and to ask how long the service would take. I was told approximately 1 hr. Upon check-in I asked again and it was noted that my vehicle needed to be completed by 2:30. That’s a generous 2 hours. I sat...and sat...and sat some more. At 2:45 I questioned about the progress of my vehicle and was told that the oil change and software update hadn’t been started but that they had finished the tire rotation. At the time I was visibly upset. I was offered a loaner car, which would be great if it didn’t require me taking even more time off work to return it to the dealership tomorrow. When I mentioned as much and said I would continue to wait they informed me it would be at least another hour. 3.5 hours total for an oil change and tire rotation is unacceptable. So, like I said, the service staff is friendly but friendly doesn’t give me my afternoon back. This, I might add, is my 3rd poor experience with a Volvo dealership owned by the Weaver family. Volvo of Cary is equally incompetent (they didn’t tighten my oil drain plug) and the staff is less friendly.

All of the employees we dealt with during our car shopping experience were knowledgeable and friendly. They patiently answered many questions and allowed us to test drive multiple times during the decision making process. Our sales person, Anthony Williams, was easy to contact and very responsive to our needs and questions. I'm extremely pleased with my purchase and my experiences at Weaver Brothers thus far.

allison grubbs

The maintenance department people are very kind and helpful. I have always been treated amazingly every time I've gone in. I've never had trouble getting a loaner car while my car is getting worked on. They are very efficient and I trust bringing my Volvo there. Would recommend to every Volvo owner!

Steve Persaud

Weaver Brothers does not care about customer service in the "Service Section" since the managers left. When both Tom & Bob were there, they would listen to you and help with your problem. Sometimes offered a no charge if possible. With the new manager, Lara, she seems to be unprofessional especially when you know that her service techs performed all maintenance on the vehicle but she would indirectly blame you for the problem

I take my vehicle for service at this location and they are always very friendly. Even in the middle of construction going on all around they continue to have a place for customers to wait, get a cup of coffee and watch a show or two. I also like that there is not a lot of people waiting for their car. Its usually just you and one other person which says they are really working on my car. I will return

Genevieve Banks

They say you can tell a lot about business by how they treat their customers. My wife and I were greeted by the sales associate, Ned, curbside in the pouring rain. You would think we were family the way we were greeted by the smiles, handshakes and warm hello’s. They asked how could they help us, and we explained exactly what we came in for. Within minutes, we were on a test drive, in the vehicle of our choice. Mr. Weaver and Ned created a patient, stressless, and seamless buying process that’s created trust and customers for Life. We thank Volvo of Raleigh as we look forward to continued business in the future. You are appreciated

Janelle Nesbit

Purchased new Volvo through military sales and it was delivered through this dealer, excellent communication throughout process and delivery was great, very impressed with thoroughness of staff. Thank you!

Mark Steele

I live all the way across town (in Apex) but come to Weaver because I love the way they treat their customers... for service as well as sales!

Donna Lodata

Ron Brown was very through and patient with my endless questions. Over all it was a pleasant experience.

Chris Rasmussen

Super experience I recently bought a XC-90 - first luxury car ever - and I was hoping that the buying experience would also be luxury :-), and it really was. The price was great, the transaction was smooth, and best of all, it took very little time. I've bought a lot of cars over the years, and I really like how efficiently and smoothly everything was handled. My salesperson was Fred Makoid, and he was extremely helpful and accessible. Can't say enough good things! oh, and PS, LOVE LOVE LOVE the car!

tresa winans

Best car buying experience ever!!!! We were met with a smile from Haley the sales gal. Fell in love with a s60 that we had to take home. The sales process was very quick and efficient. Met the Weaver brothers personally who were very friendly and cordial. No hard selling, very pleasant experience. Easy in and out. Would definitely recommend.

The sales team was very professional, helpful and patient with us. They made sure we felt very comfortable with our purchase, they even allowed us to take the vehicle to a local engine shop to get it checked over. We are very happy with our new vehicle! If your looking for a high quality new or used vehicle please ask for Fred Makoid, he is a wonderful salesman. Can't recommend these guys enough!

Sales people are horrible and rude, would never purchase purchase a vehicle from here. I am a military vet and this was ridiculous

David Ziolkowski

The person who checked me in was super rude, I won’t go back.

Kimberly Miller

Sadly I agree with others. This location for Volvo is terrible. Very unhappy with the sales guy. Won't go back.

Brenda Lockamon

Horrible service department. Ended up having to take my car to Burlington to get them to fix the mess Weaver Bros. caused. Steer clear of these people. They are a rip off. Have a phone message from Burlington recorded where they say Weaver does poor workmanship!

I had a great experience working with Ron. He was very honest and tried his best to get the best deal for me. The service department staff was very friendly and helpful. When Ron couldn't answer a question, the other people in the front office he brought in were very helpful and knowledgeable. I would highly recommend going to Weaver Brothers if you're looking for a new Volvo.

Shawn Preissner

Mr. Small, Mr. Weaver, Dana, Jim, and Ron were exceptional in every way. They made it a sales free atmosphere, showed great care and helped us find the best car for our family’s needs. We won’t be going anywhere else in the future.

Gregory Scott

Excellent Service! The service department customer service was excellent and the actual service by Jason was top notch as well. Jason called to discuss the issue and then worked to repair my Volvo quickly. I would recommend this dealer and service department to friends.

Matthew Parker

Very friendly service techs. Provided me a loaner car (for a $10 charge) while I dropped my car off to get serviced. The provided me plenty of information about my car and the work that it needed. I couldn't be happier.

Travis Smith

Oil change, new windshield wipers and tire rotation. Great experience! Scheduling was quick, easy and fit my schedule perfectly. The excessive Cost for these simple maintenance duties is my only concern.

Heather S.

Challenging experience with service dept. for my XC90.

Best car-buying experience ever and best car I've ever purchased! The Volvo XC60 is undeniably one of the most innovative models on the market. I am sold on Volvos! And I will be back to Weaver Bros. Volvo in Raleigh, NC! Their time, personal attention and attitude toward people will keep them in business for many many years to come!

Mike Azzara

I LOVE my 2015 s60 but will NOT purchase another Volvo due to the terrible service from our local dealer... Raleigh has 2 Volvo dealerships within ~100miles, both owned by Weaver Brothers. First realization that Weaver brothers had issues was an appointment a month out for an oil change(that can only be done at volvo) despite the fact I was about to leave for a few thousand mile trip and was already 3000 over due to the wait. Next was the shift knob that looks terrbile and was deemed physical damage... Poor quality plastic fatigue is not physical damage nor could damage cause the appearance issue. The largest issue is the loss of power during acceleration. The turbo males a set of repeated clicks and looses 90% of engine power. This has nearly cost me my life in an failed attept to merge because of power loss. To make this all better, try calling service and see if you can actually get an answer... I've been standing in service seeing the line ring off the hook and they don't really care..."They'll call back if its important"... Overall just very disappointed. I'm due to trade my vehicle in and would love an s90... After the horrible experiences with Weaver Brothers, I have major hesitations buying another Volvo despite loving the one I have... Thats not the level of service you should receive from a company selling luxury vehicles.

Weaver Brothers was a very positive experience. Everyone I dealt with was personable, professional, and very knowledgeable about their product. I felt like I was dealing with a first rate organization and they had all the time in the world in making my car purchasing journey a stress-free experience. I am definitely a fan!

Took my car to have radio checked for no sound. It took 3 hours and they couldnt figure it out.charged me 109.00 for basically nothing. They are a volvo dealer but knows nothing about volvo's.I then took my car to an audio shop and it took them five minutes to get my sound on something volvo took 3 hours because they had to take lunch, then walk around for another hour and then try to figure out the problem by sitting in front a computer they know nothing .They depend on a computer to pinpoint a problem that took someone else five minutes to do.HHHorrible customer service.DONT GO HERE EXCEPT TO ORDER PARTS THEN GET THE HELL OUT>

David Shuman

I have been going to Weaver Brothers for 14 years, since I bought my first Volvo with the overseas delivery. I have had 2 other XC 60 since that time and have had all of my cars serviced at Weaver Brothers. The service has always been first rate. Easy to schedule, loaner car, and service done right, and on time. As long as I am in the Raleigh area, I will be using Weaver Brothers.

Miguel Tamayo

Girlfriend and I had an Awful experience, not greeted by anyone as we walked in, when a salesman finally approached us he seemed to be bother by our questions and requests, very condescending when talking to us. Test drove the XC90 first, had to request multiple times to test drive smaller XC60, salesman drove the vehicle out of the dealership onto Capital Blvd this time and started speeding through traffic, had to ask him to slow down twice, his conversations were inappropriate and very unprofessional. We were treated in a discriminatory way by the salesman, maybe because of our cultural background or maybe because he felt we were wasting his time, either way the experience was awful, only reason we didn’t file a formal complaint is because at the end of the day, it’s their lost. We are both successful professional immigrants and more than capable of purchasing a luxury vehicle. Afterwards we headed to the Jaguar/Land Rover dealership where we had a great experience with a courteous, respectful, and professional sales person.

Robert Thurstone

Jessica in the service department was a delight to work with. My Volvo was repaired ahead of schedule and my repair was exactly as estimated. Weaver Brothers Volvo will be my new go to for Volvo service in the area! Thanks again!

2018 Volvo - Mitchell Family This was our first Volvo purchase. Initially we were on our way to Volvo of Cary until we were advised that they were very busy and would not be able to help us for a few days. In turn, we called Weaver Brothers and they were more than willing to accept our business that same day. When we arrived, Anthony Williams greeted us with a friendly smile and a welcoming attitude. Anthony took time to get to know the needs of our family. During the time he spent with us, he was able to provide us with the perfect vehicle and at a price we could afford. He was very knowledgeable about the vehicle as well as the purchasing/leasing process. This was the best purchasing experience for my family as we felt right at home during the entire process. Everyone was extremely friendly, we were provided refreshments and this was the least amount of time we've spent at a dealership from start to finish. We've already begun to make recommendations to our colleagues, family members and friends. Based on our experience with Anthony and the rest of the team, my family will remain loyal customers to Weaver Brothers Volvo for years to come.

Jennie Waering

Great service for my unexpected need even without an appointment! On my drive from Roanoke Va to Raleigh in my XC70 AWD Volvo, I experienced some unexpected shaking and vibrating in my front end. On my way I called and asked if they could take a look. When I arrived late in the afternoon, a mechanic thoroughly examined my car and cured the problem. I was very grateful to a business who would treat me - an out of towner - so well. Thanks Weaver!

I feel completely safe with all repairs performed here. I receive clear (non garage speak) information about what is completed and coming up for work etc. No unpleasant surprises.Staff are sincere, genuine and respectful, which makes me feel safe driving and informed. The new renovation is wonderful and Im happy to enjoy the peaceful space while waiting for the work to be completed. Defernitely way ahead of the competition in NC. Thank you so very much.

Veronica Barcelona

Looks like for a dealer, they don't know much about Volvos. I would not recommend this place. I had a misfire, which they were able to replicate on test drive, but couldn't diagnose or repair for me. Waste of time.

Frank Panna

Great experience. I found the staff to be very professional, knowledgeable, and courteous. We came to a fair deal on price and with my trade in and the process went smoothly. One note to be aware of is that they do not close deals on saturdays, have to finish paperwork on Monday. But they will deliver the car and paperwork right to your home. A well run family-owned business that I would work with again

Victoria Davis

I would give them -5 stars if it were possible. In 2001 I bought a new car from Leith. With their superb service advisors, customer friendly business hours, and top quality waiting room, I took for granted other car retailers in the area were that way too. Absolutely not. I hadn't owned my new car 6 months when it first broke down. That's when I learned Weaver Brothers has extremely limited service center hours. They're closed on the weekends and they close at 5PM during the week. If you think this isn't too bad, try scheduling a run of the mill oil change. Trust me, you'll regret your decision. After battling the service advisor upsell attempts at EVERY visit and the dismal waiting area (last updated in 1983? is their wireless router running on dial up?), and continuing to receive less and less adequate service with ever escalating prices, I felt it was time to share with everyone else that Weaver Brothers is a dealership you should avoid at all costs. Overpriced, poor service support, inadequate facilities, limited hours--it's not worth it. Spend your money with Crossroads or Leith--or ANY other company!

Experience was stress free and there were no surprises. We did a fair amount of research and got a better than average deal without haggling. Would recommend Weaver for all prospective Volvo clients.

Tom Gongaware

Check-in process was excellent, loaner car a nice touch, and they remembered my name!

Kelly Propst

I had a wonderful experience working with Haley to purchase a beautiful 2019 XC60. Not only do I love the vehicle, but she and Jimmy, the sales manager, were great to work with. They were very forthcoming, answered all questions and helped explain everything along the way. I feel like I received a wonderful car at an excellent value, thanks to a very accommodating staff at Weaver Brothers. I won't mind bringing it back for maintenance, because the showroom and lounge area are also very lovely!

Vicki Kemp

Best Car Buying Experience Ever Initially I dreaded the thought of buying a new car, because of the process. I had the exact opposite of what I dreaded at Weaver Bros Volvo. I was greeted warmly by both my initial contact person and then by sales manager Andy Weaver. He escorted me into his office and spent a long time listening to what I wanted from a new SUV, then explained the features and benefits of several models that might fit my needs. We also talked about interior colors and exterior trim... then proceeded outside so I could see these choices on the vehicles themselves. I chose one to test drive and before we went anywhere he explained the dash and interior controls. The next day I called and said I was ready to purchase. Andy asked for some information and when I went back to the dealership, all the paperwork was ready. Everything I needed to sign was laid out neatly, & explained step by step, which made the signing process so easy! Then came the presentation of the keys, I was escorted to my new XC 60 and before I drove away, Andy made sure all my immediate questions were answered. He followed up the next day to be sure my Volvo experience was all I had I hoped it would be. He also asked me to come back in a few weeks to get any additional questions that may come up for me, especially as regards the awesome technology in the car. I am compiling my list and plan to do so soon. This has been the most pleasant car buying experience I’ve ever had. I felt listened to, catered to, most important to me, I did NOT feel pressured or hassled. If you are in the market for a new vehicle I highly recommend Andy Weaver and Weaver Bros Volvo!!

David Card

Still had parts for a 92 Volvo 240 wagon on the shelf, thank you!

Byron Barrantes

I would give it 0 starts but I can't, came in and people completely ignore me for about 15 minutes of me standing outside because they are under construction, also the person that talked that finally greeted me told me to go to the wrong door, then finally the parts guy was nice and he did try to help me but the person he passed me to seem like he hates his job, or just didn't want to be there. A Horrible experience.

Good service

Sawyer Walters

Bought a pre-owned vehicle here. Car buying went smoothly and according to plan. Their price online was cheaper than the price in-store. All I had to do was show confirmation of the difference and they matched the lower price! They detailed the car, cleaned the inside, and changed the oil all on the house. They explained everything they did and why they did it. If every car buying experience was like this, car buying would not be in a negative light! Definitely give these guys a look.

Richard Carpenter

I went in to have a software update performed to correct the defective alarm system. I paid over $100 for the software update and another $75 to have a key programmed. I went to the parts counter to ask about a part and the man working behind the counter was very unprofessional and made profane sexual remarks to someone on a phone call while I stood there. Following the software update. The service adviser told me my timing belt had cracks and needed replacement. The belt was replaced less than 10,000 miles ago (somewhere else) and still clearly shows the paint labeling on the outside of the belt that would have been worn off by the idler arm if it were even 50,000 miles into it's life. There are also no stress cracks in the belt. Weaver Brothers Volvo service was unprofessional, profane and told me that I needed service when I did not. I won't be going back for service.

Danny Walther

You won't find over the top amenities that you see at some car dealerships, but the people are friendly, the place is super clean, and if you need a Volvo, they'll happy sell you one.

Tim in the parts department was very unprofessional and rude. It felt as if i was a problem trying to order a heater hose from him. I will never order parts from them. This was the first and only time dealing with this dealer.

worst and rudest service I have ever experienced.

Chuck Steffani is Great! He's a smart, caring Weaver Brothers Customer Support expert who took my 2005 V50 Small Station Wagon & cheerfully & promptly fixed all its minor ailments. I have 2 of these cars, purchased new at Weaver Brothers-Raleigh in 2005, & I always take them there for service & repairs. I always look forward to dealing with these wonderful people, & I always recommend them highly to others!

I bought my V70 from this location a few years back. At first the service was great and very quick, but over the last year that's changed. It's extremely difficult to get in for servicing. Which is unfortunate as we were looking at purchasing an additional family vehicle, but have chose to look at other locations.

Lucy Basov

I was excited before we went to look for my new car because I love Volvo (I have one for 8 years), but when we sat down with Robin to go through our options, I felt like I'm going to start singing! I kinda-sorta knew what I thought I wanted, but the car I had in mind was already sold, and in no time we found The One that exceeded all my expectations and more. I am very happy to get back to Volvo and the service I received was just as everything Volvo is - superb! A special Thank you to Robin for making the whole thing a breeze!

Gabrielle Boykins

Best guys in the Volvo business, especially the parts counter. Nobody wants to spend the money on repairing the car but these folks offer assistance and advise if you are a days kind of person.

Nice dealership with great employees.

Awsome service love my car . Recommend this place to everyone !!

Scotty Abourisk

I've been to this place three separate times for parts. Every time the employee at the desk always has some snarky, backhanded remarks to my questions. I would definitely suggest getting to a different dealer or just ordering parts online. Terrible customer service. Very dissatisfied.

Loved this place. Went here service and repairs on my s80. They charged 405 to replace two engine mounts. The local repair shop asked for 460 so dont write them off as expensive. Freindly ppl too. They showed me my old parts and didnt make me fell like I was slowing them down the way too many bussiness do. Full of smiles and reasonable folks!

Great People, Great Service What a great place to buy a car. Mike Cochrane and Andy Weaver have been friends of mine for years. They are the absolute best at what they do. I felt like the entire Weaver Brothers team was involved in my recent Volvo V60 purchase. Thanks to Allen, Fred and Anthony in the sales department for their help training me on the features of my new ride. Special thanks to Jessica Haskins for getting the car ready at the end of her busy day so I could drive it home that evening. If you're looking to buy a car Weaver Brothers is the place to go.

Ralph Reddick

First Experience My wife and I are new to the area so this was our first experience with Weaver Bros. Volvo. We chose it because of proximity. The facility is new, people are very helpful, and there are many amenities offered during the wait. What I appreciated most was that when scheduling the appointment and the work to be done the system provides an estimate of what the costs will be. So there are no surprises, assuming that nothing of an emergency need is found. Very nice!

Justin Joonhee Koo

Update on 9/21/18 On 9/20/18, Jessica (which btw I confused the names on my last review. The service advisor's name was Cindy, not Jessica.), who is a customer service support manager took us in and worked to diagnose the issues happening and to resolve the issue. We do have a concern still of "what if it comes back", but overall we are happy with how quickly Jessica and the Weaver Brothers Volvo responded to the issue and took us in as soon as we were able to bring in the car. Original Review: This is for my Fiancée’s review on her first experience with Weaver Brothers Volvo Dealership service: I was finishing up submitting in the survey and I got a message saying “stopped by the supervisor”, along with the error code “A Problem Has Occurred Message Number = 9101”, then my survey was prevented from being submitted. I already have a bad taste about the dealer, but now it’s extending to Volvo company itself as I believe this survey that I was filling out was sent from the Volvo company, not the dealership. Below are the comments I was submitting in the survey (glad I saved them in my notes). The service advisor assigned named Jessica was pleasant. However, almost every components of the vehicle computer/electronics/electrical have been acting up weird and not functioning correctly soon after I’ve got the routine 60,000 miles maintenance done from your dealer, and I couldn’t bring in the car any sooner because of the hurricane in the area, shop closed for non-business hours, and my work schedule. It is very very frustrating and giving me a bad taste about Weaver Brothers Volvo Service Department. “Everything is fine” was the explanation for the work done. And clearly it is not considering how my Volvo is not functioning properly after the work done by your service department. Again, the condition, the important components, ie. Computer, Electronics, Electrical, are failing to work properly. I’m walking off with a bad taste in my mouth about the Weaver Brothers Volvo Dealership.

Peter Capuano

Received quality and friendly service at this dealership on several occasions. The place is clean, they communicate well and get you back on the road quickly. On the sales side, I would definitely come here when it's time for a new Volvo.

Great cars and great service!

Katy McDougall-Collins

Great! We needed a seatbelt replaced. First we had a consultation to see if it could be fixed. It could not, and they did not charge us for visit, but gave us a quote for replacement - 700, which was pricey for a seatbelt, but it's one of those things you don't want to shop around for. I wouldn't feel comfortable with anyone but a dealership to replace it. They met their quote, and were done in a day after the part was ordered. Quick and courteous service.

Jessica White

Every time I visit their shop for service it feels like there are a team of people working for me. I've had my Volvo for 5 years and have been going to Weaver for the past couple of years, mostly for service. Every time has been great, but this time was exceptional. I was having brake issues that couldn't wait until over the weekend. They were able to squeeze me in, and remained patient with me when I rushed them a bit through the repair (I had to get back to work). In addition to that, I interacted with at least 5 or more people in a variety of capacities and each one gave me great service. While waiting on my repairs, I walked around the show room and talked about Volvo cars with one of the sales people (even though he knew I was only there for service). Meanwhile, Cindy (auto mechanic) remained in communication with me describing my service and showing me the brakes that needed repaired. I'll add that I was thrilled to have a woman working on my car! She's a badass. Jessica (service manager) answered all of my billing questions. There were several other mechanics and team members who assisted me during my visit. Again, it felt like there was an entire team working just for me. I could take my car elsewhere for service I'm sure and maybe even pay less. But the clean garage, attentive service, and quality of work is worth it to me. Plus, I love my Volvo. Thanks Weaver!!

Ned at Weaver Volvo was fantastic to work with. I recently bought a 2016 Volvo S60R and drove 3 hours out of state to buy it because the trust that I had in Ned. He sent me extra photos of the car and ensured it was in really great shape so I wouldn’t waste the trip down and he was exactly right. Ned’s customer service was top notch and he was great to work with at the dealership. Would highly recommend Weaver Volvo!
