I found the car I was looking for at Leith Auto Mall online. When I called about it, I spoke to Will Ellis who was very helpful and friendly on the phone. Upon my arrival he greeted me at the door and proceeded to show me the vehicle. He was very helpful, as was the finance manager Eric. They made the whole transaction extremely smooth. I would recommend this dealership to anyone!

My husband and I purchased our 2nd Volvo from Will a few days ago. This is my 5th Volvo that I've purchased and by far, Will has been the BEST salesperson I've ever had to deal with. Purchased a C30 from him in 2011 and since then, my husband and I have built a great working relationship with him. We stop by occasionally and he never pressures us to buy. His motto is if you want a Volvo, you'll be back and we like that - no nagging. Volvo's sale themselves, you don't need a salesperson to show you all the gadgets. This time, he knew we were ready to make a purchase and got the XC60 all cleaned up and ready for us before we signed the deal. Highly recommend Will for salesperson and sales manager Michael was great to work with as well.

To date this is the 4th Volvo that I have purchased from Leith Volvo. If you want someone that is dependable, willing to work with you and only want the best for you them Will Ellis is your man!!! He helped me with all 4.....he is professional, friendly and all around great guy!!! I've only done business with him over the past 14 years; he's part of my Volvo family AND I trust him 100%!!!! However, I especially have to recommend working with Ms. Cheryl Lindsey. She made the selection process a breeze. She asked about my budget and got a feel for the style of car I'd like. Together we picked the perfect car! As I filled out paperwork, Ms. Lindsey got my car ready by providing a full tank of gas and getting it completely detailed. This dealership has an impressive pre-owned inventory with unbeatable customer service. There are certainly cars for drivers of any age with any budget. If I ever need a new vehicle, I know exactly where to go!
