Our service price went in this order $700, $468, $540. How can you build trust when you do sketchy things like this. It’s bad enough I’ve only ever received one response back after speaking with sales about looking for a specific vehicle. That response was to check my interest in a car that was newer and $40k over the budget discussed. When I worked in Winston and Charlotte all service was done at dealerships in those cities. My wife works in Hickory and pays the price for convenience by scheduling here.

I've bought several higher end cars and throughout these transactions I've experienced a level of arrogance that typically comes with buying one of these makes. I was certainly surprised when my spouse and I rolled onto the lot at Porsche of Hickory. Colton was very professional and took his time showing us several cars. The car I was interested in was a bit dirty and I wanted to see the car clean so I could check for nicks and dents. Colton took the car and washed it himself with his own money he never hesitated. That's service you just don't get nowadays. Colton never pressured me to buy he simply answered all of my questions and there were a lot and allowed me to make a decision on my own time. When I purchased the car the dealership was completely full I had to wait a little to sign over the paperwork. Didn't matter as everyone kept updating me and didn't just stick me in a corner. Once I got to sign Ben was super nice and not hurried even though they had closed 2 hours prior. Top notch staff. I will certainly buy here again.

Before I bought anything I would visit the dealership numerous times just to look, the staff always greeted me with professionalism and kindness. staff would talk about Porche answering any questions i had and letting me open/sit in any car on lot. This led me to buying my current CPO 2014 Cayman which i bought in April 2017, staff has continued to be outstanding and also service my Porsche with the same greatness as the sales staff.

Butch (Jess) Walters works here. They are scammers that ran a business that sold salvage title vehicles without the knowledge of paying customers. Currently under investigation by the NC AGs office. Im surprised Paramount employees such people.
