We found the car we wanted online, made an offer and came to an agreement before driving 3.5 hours to take a test drive. We had a excellent Salesperson (Desi) was extremely helpful and took care of us from the moment we pulled into the parking lot. After quick test drive and addressing any concerns we had we met with finance manager and within 2 hours we were on our way in our new car! I feel it was a great experience, smooth and efficient from start to end. Thank you Crown Volvo!

1/7/19: Recently purchased a vehicle from the Greensboro location and worked with Don. Don was great, I didn't want to be 'sold' a car and get high pressure sales call backs which I stated and he respected. Don was polite and professional through the transaction. Update 2/14/19: What was initially a good sales experience has turned into a rather unsavory experience. So a month and change after purchase go to chase down if my tag has been lost in the mail, DMV informs me that the dealer never processed title. I call in and the conversation was short after I point out that they didn't process title to the DMV so my tag got issued. They did overnight me my registration and plate amazingly, so that was nice. I get my tag and realize that during the sales process that the dealers 'magic' price offered that was to include all tax, tag, title fees for an out the door price apparently didn't include the property taxes. It's my fault I guess for not asking SPECIFICALLY about this, but it was also never explained during the sales finalization process. Had I known specifically about this, it would have been a discussion point at that time or at least the expectation would have been there. Rather disappointed with the misdirection that I feel took place. I feel like you sold me to get me out the door and now I'm finding out that I get nickel and dimed for things I assumed would have been part of the original sale.

Matt was very nice and honored my emailed coupons. He even went ahead and did the recall issues which needed to be done too. Unfortunately when I arrived a little after 10am I was told it would take an hour and a half and it took 4 hours. By the time I arrived there was no more coffee (there was decaf) in the waiting room and the AC was high BUT - I can't beat the friendly service even though it takes me almost an hour to get to you. I've had a few bad experiences with other Crown dealerships but when I walked into Crown Volvo on Wendover Ave; James, Garrett and Michael took great care of me. They kept me well informed of my options every step of the way. I'm enjoying my 2014 Volvo S60 because of their willingness to go above and beyond excellent customer service. All Crown dealerships should model Crown Volvo. I highly recommend this location to ANYONE seeking a new or used car no matter the make or model. They will take care of you, I'm living proof!

Crown was incredibly helpful and informative. After I had an accident, my car was towed there and they were immediately supportive. They made sure I knew the details of the damage and what it would take to resolve. While the car was being worked on, they allowed me to use a loaner car and texted me updates. She made sure that my coverage could be used for the damage and kept me posted so there were no surprises. Generally, Crown made what could have been a really difficult time incredibly easy and painless.

Purchase Cadillac SUV from this dealer with things not working on the truck, sales manger states their cars are perfect when they put them out, and says that if its not right they will make it right. Parts were not working and it was not user error. Brought SUV back to Crown Volvo and they did nothing, repaired SUV at Cadillac and even brought in the paperwork and gave them a copy to do the right thing, never heard back from sales manager or general manager. Went above their heads to Crown customer complaints and general office, who said they would start there and we would hear back them or their office, never heard back from either. Car purchased in Oct, to is Jan 25 and still have not heard back. My advise do not buy a car from Crown or this dealership. They will lie, and not honor statements that they make. Dr. Jordan

My wife and I were initially not looking at purchasing a Volvo. However, we reviewed the car online and immediately liked it. We subsequently went to Crown Volvo and had a great car buying experience. Desi and Judy were fantastic throughout the process. We arrived at Crown Volvo later than our planned time; however, Judy quickly recommended Desi to us as she was assisting another customer. After a quick test drive, Desi addressed any questions/concerns we had. He patiently explained the car’s details and features as well as the different purchase options. We then met with the finance manager and within a couple of hours we had a new car! Overall we had a good, customer friendly, and efficient experience from start to finish. Before coming, we contacted Crown Volvo via email for more info and Stephanie gave me a call. She was there to meet us when we came to look at their V60s. I was not happy with my overall experience looking at a used car at Crown Volvo recently. I expressed my feelings in an earlier review and Chuck from the dealership called me to talk about my experience and asked me to take the review down. He also offered to help fix the situation by offering suggestions on how to get the car up to my standards and offered to let me test drive the car for a few days. While I'm still disappointed in my experience and I'm not going to take the review down, I appreciate Chuck calling me and trying to make it right. Running a perfect business is impossible but this type of customer service should ALWAYS be first and foremost.

John Smith and the guys at Crown Volvo were awesome. This was above and beyond the typical car buying experience. John met us within seconds of us getting out of our car. Had he not been so inviting we might have hopped back in the car and driven off to another dealership based on some of the sticker prices we saw. John worked with us to find a vehicle that was best for our lives and budget. Step by step he was there and just when we thought we weren't going to be able to make it work, John went in and fought for us to ensure we were getting the best deal on our trade-in and on the vehicle we wanted to purchase. What started off as a great experience has become a major headache. I bought a Lexus Gx470 from this dealership. I requested two things a spare key, and the hood be touched up where paint was chipping. I am yet to receive either. I was promised a key Fob from Lexus and now I'm told I need to meet a guy in a parking lot to have the key made. I also asked about the hood and the manager said it's to windy. Hah to windy I guess they paint cars outside now with cans of spray paint. I have since come to find out the air suspension is bad on the car, the emergency break does not work and I still have only one key. Horrible experience! I will say the finance manager has reached out to try to resolve the issues but as far as management what an arrogant joke. Never again

I have been buying cars for over 50 years and I have to say my shopping and purchasing experience at Crown Volvo was the best yet. Sales Rep Malcolm Davis was not only very knowledgeable about the car I purchased, he helped my wife and I transfer our many personal items to the new vehicle. Everyone we had contact with at the dealership was friendly and helpful and made us feel welcomed and appreciated.

The worst experience ever. We bought a used car for our daughter we even told the dealership she needed the car for their 6 children and it had to be reliable. We found a car that seats 8. We picked up the car the next day do they had time to prep and check everything for safety. Well, she lives in Florida and needed to take the car there from NC. The car didn't have the promised full tank of gas the car didn't have fresh oil, the battery died the next day, then the alternator, the place where the battery goes was full of water, the inside of the car was dirty filthy in fact also with a dirty bloody bandaid. There were dirty tissues as well. The panel on the inside passenger door was not cleaned of dirt or blood we don't know what it was. The dealership did nothing to help us to pay for these problems. I don't understand how these people have no heart and it's all about selling a vehicle to anyone that would purchase one. Our salesman didn't give a cramp sniff a young mom with 6 children. Management really stinks as well. I do hope they are reprimanded by their corporate office but doubt they will be after its about selling cars not taking care of people that Are buying a car. This review is not the first of its kind many people have bad experiences I'm not the first, we were in such a hurry we didn't check reviews or social media. Our mistake. Don't make the same mistake unless you don't care if you get ripped off by Crown. Me I'm going elsewhere for my new Volvo when my current lease is up. ADDITION: I realized after I posted this I forgot to mention this vehicle also needed brakes and rotors as well as air in the tires adds they also told car fax they did a 130 point check. So yeah any dealer can tell Car Fax anything and there is never a question about it.

I called Mark on Thursday to let him know I wanted to go ahead with the break work he recommended last month. He said he wouldn’t be in but Chrissie would take care of me. When I arrived Friday morning, Chrissie was busy so the service manager helped me. Not only did he write my ticket up, he also located a special price on the work I was getting done when I asked about a coupon. Because I honestly believe and feel they do both in Service and Sales Divisions - actually, the ENTIRE team of Crown Volvo! They are truly exceptional and not pushy. They will listen and make a customer happy. They will establish a relationship that makes you feel like a family member. That simple. I really like how they are professional. They exhibit excellent customer service and are super friendly! They go out of their way to make things happen; and, Crown has definitely shown that they’d go above and beyond to find a solution for their customer. That alone, readers, is an amazing and comforting feeling when they take a problem and make it a sense of urgency to execute immediately. As many times that I have purchased vehicles in the past, it’s all hands down at Crown Volvo because they are the BEST facility overall that I have ever experienced! I always have a satisfactory experience at Crown. The advisors and everyone we meet are always very pleasant and such was the case during my most recent visit. The reason I’m rating 3 stars is because my issue is still not fixed. I am still experiencing the thump noise when I pull my car in reverse. It is coming from the rear and according to my service back in 2017 i was told it has to do with a shock absorber. No one could find this in the system and when I mentioned it the day if they told me that was likely not it and it was something to do with the axle. None the less, I heard the sound yesterday and again today. It is not when I drive forward. The sound is coming from the rear when I pull in reverse. I’m frustrated because not only is the issue still there, but I paid to have it remedied and I live 2hrs away, which means I have to make another trip back down.

The bill ended up being higher than what she quoted me so she found a coupon that would make up for the difference. My experience with Crown Volvo in Greensboro, NC was AWFUL! I've been there twice, the first time I simply wanted to see the XC40 without a salesman's assistant. Well, I got just that. They didn't even acknowledge my presence! So I went back today 4/9/19 around 5:30 when I actually had time to be sold a car... I'm car shopping and I'm torn between a Volvo and a Lexus. I've never had a Volvo, but I've owned two Lexus'... Anyway, I looked around for about 15 minutes without anyone offering to assist me. Finally I went inside and there 4 people people at the desk. They barely turned around to acknowledge me and the XC 40 I wanted to drive was on the show room floor... beautiful!! Well, they said absolutely nothing to me and continued with their conversation. So I walked out and as I was walking out, a salesman came behind me asking if he could me help me. I firmly told him no and why he couldn't help him. I told him that their cars cost too much money for me to patronize that type of customer service! I have my loan approved from SECU and I ain't wasting time with a dealership who doesn't acknowledge me, first as a human, then as a customer! This is such an unfortunate incident because now I'll choose Lexus again without even giving Volvo a test run! Sorry Volvo, I tried, guess it wasn't meant to be!! Thanks for making this decision for me! I know I can't go wrong with a Lexus!

Crown Volvo was the best dealership I have ever worked with when buying a new car. I live in Roanoke, VA and had a positive experience buying 2 Volvo's just 2 years ago. I was trading one in and looking to buy a new one, but the local dealership was very dismissive, and too busy to deal with me. I contacted Crown Volvo over the phone. They called me back within 30 minutes (Judy was very nice), and the sales manager, Rolando, called me 30 minutes later with a deal. It was an incredible deal. They gave me a very fair offer for my trade in. I bought the car within an hour over the phone. They drove the car up from Greensboro to Roanoke, VA that day and took my trade in. Customer service has been phenomenal. I had also bought a tow package and they came back a few days later to get the car, take it down to Greensboro and got it back to me that day. Who does that? I can tell you who...Crown Volvo. The best customer service I have experienced in any business. I would absolutely recommend them as a great dealership to work with, very fair in their dealings, and a true pleasure on what can be a very stressful buying experience for people. Crown Volvo is the best dealership I have ever worked with and will purchase cars from them in the future. This is my first Volvo and love it... even more so than my previous BMWs, Mercedes or Lexus. I want to begin by saying I live over 6 1/2 hours away from their location and will purchase other vehicles from this dealership as well as refer anyone who asks for a recommendation! Everyone was amazing and could not have been more accommodating. Ronaldo, the Manager bent over backwards to ensure we were satisfied. He really made all of the difference in the world. Typically, when purchasing a car my senses are on high alert for any type of “gotcha” and this was the complete opposite. When we arrived there were a few things that were unexpected and could have been potentially big deals and deal breakers. Without batting an eyelash or any back and forth... as soon as Rolando was informed of the situation he immediately took care of everything. Since there were some items that he needed time to correct, he gave us a loaner for the day, had the corrections made and drove the vehicle to us well after closing to ensure we were happy and all was right. If he could not get the items addressed that day, he offered to have the vehicle transported to us in Pittsburgh at his expense. This is unheard of in today’s world. Rolando definitely takes pride in his dealership, product and ensures everything is perfect! At the onset, I found the vehicle online and reached out via phone for additional information. From the beginning, Kristen MacKay was extremely knowledgeable, friendly and responsive to my questions. There wasn’t any “pressure” it was simply educating me and answering my questions in the most professional manner. When it came time to make decisions, she was responsive to my needs and worked with me so all would have a win - win transaction. She even had a couple of goodies for my other half when we arrived knowing he loves to golf. So very thoughtful. I had financing in place but received a call from Jeremy Huff willing to work to get us an even lower rate thatn we were quoted from our Credit Union. I was skeptical they were going to beat it and they did by an entire 1%. He was the most professional when we were signing paperwork and ensured all items were working to our benefit including the additional warranty, I highly recommend Crown Volvo, Rolando, Kristen and Jeremy. A complete first class operation who hold integrity, honesty and transparency in very high standards! In fact, I was so happy when Rolando delivered my xc90 that evening I had to give him a hug to say thank you.

Horrible experience. I wish I could give ZERO STARS. Purchased a 2017 Volvo XC90 last August. Brett Bennett was our salesman. He inundated us with texts and phone calls (even tried face-timing!) as we were traveling three hours from another state to get to the dealership, so he "could have everything ready". When we got there, nothing was ready. The car hadn't even been washed or filled up with gas. After financing was complete, we had to wait over an hour for the car to be cleaned and the gas tank filled up. Keep in mind we still had a three hour drive back home. Brett was very dishonest during the whole process, so many lies upon lies. After researching the exact car we wanted, it was obvious we knew more about the car than he did. We have had the car over a year now and are still finding out more lies we were told by Brett and the sales manager. Luckily, the Volvo dealership closer to our home is professional and honest. We live in another state and Crown never sent the license and registration to our state's DMV, resulting in expiration of the 30 day temporary tags and being pulled over by state police on two occasions for expired tags. Never a follow-up phone call to see if we we had a good experience or liked the car. The whole experience was a nightmare. We will never return. We feel like idiots that we drove three hours only to be treated like dirt. Do not buy a car from Crown, go somewhere else! And definitely do not let Brett be your salesman unless you want to face emotional distress, be lied to, and have an idiot sell you a car. On the bright side, it was laughable seeing how uninformed and what a terrible liar this guy was. Hope you like babies too, because he will have his baby with him when selling you a car. I love children but this was very unprofessional. His harassing texts before the sale turned into ignored texts left on "read' after the sale. We didn't even receive our check for our trade-in for almost a month. Brett would not answer texts or phone calls from us when trying to obtain the check. Finance manager hung up on us. For the sake of car buyers everywhere, I hope Brett Bennett and the sales manager are no longer employed here or at any other dealership.

A totally avoidable and unfortunate situation in purchasing a new XC 60. The sales process was very good. Quick, easy and without surprises. My compliments to Crown Volvo for this portion of the experience. However… Within minutes of driving away with the new car, it had an obvious and violent vibration at highway speed. I returned to the dealership and they provided me with a loaner. The next day I was called by the salesman suggesting that I was driving the car too close to the lane marker and the steering wheel was giving the appropriate feedback – REALY????? Total BS!!! Later that day the sales manager and general manger called to tell me “there is nothing wrong with the car – everything is normal.” Having owned several Volvo cars in the past, this was both rude and insulting. The next day I returned with the same vibration complaint. This time the tires were balanced and the car was “fixed” according the dealership. It was better, but still an unacceptable vibration remained. The car then went back for a third time and after riding with the service manager it was determined that two of the tires were defective and needed to be replaced. At almost 2-weeks after picking up the car and four visits to the dealership, new tires were installed and I finally have the car I purchased. My thanks to the service department for understanding my concerns, not just pretending to listen. Had Crown Volvo simply performed a proper pre-delivery inspection, this whole problem would have been avoided. Had they taken time to drive the car and investigate my initial complaint, my opinion of their performance would be significantly better.

Bought a car...Door acutators were bad.....They offered to pay half of cost...Better than me paying all of it...3 weeks waiting now and I am almost at end of my 30 day tag...Still don't have my title, tag or registration...Make sure you ask to see title in hand when you buy from this dealership...Have made numerous phone calls about this with no positive actions or even return phone calls so I wonder if I bought an illegal car from what I thought was a reputable dealership...Was just driving on highway and car dropped to 40mph and stayed there...Now I I find out that my accelerator sensor is bad and will cost me another $300 to replace...What with the title issues and bad door actuators I now feel I bought a lemon from Crown Volvo which I had assumed was a reputable dealership...So, to everyone who reads this, please avoid shopping here...I am well over a month in owning this car and still don't have my title....To date, I have had to sink almost $1,300 into this car and you should not have to do that for a car you just bought!

The loaner was ready to go when I arrived and teh service was done earlier than expected which let me miss the rush hour to pick up my car. This is the worst dealership ever. Matt the General manager is rude, and doesn't know how to run a dealership at all. Rolando in finance didn't know how to complete the paperwork and we had to complete it 3 times as well as my salesman had to bring paperwork home to me 2 times. After less than 2 weeks of buying the used car we had to place it in the shop with them, the issues was not fixed so we had to take it to a Ford dealership, which told us that the car had 3 cylinders misfiring. and they couldn't find the issues to fix it. I paid out of my pocket $1000 and was told that even with my extended warranty that they never sent to the company would help cover the issues. When asked to be reimbursed I was told no. No one should buy a car from a well known dealership and have so much issues and them not offer to help in any way. I even had one of the employees laugh at me when I called and said "oh yeah we all know about you in here" I filed a complaint with Corporate and was told that this is something they would deal with to only get a email back that I needed to call Volvo and talk with the GM, That I was already filing the complaint on. I will not now or ever buy another car from this dealership. They have the worst customer service, and the cars are not serviced like they should be. They even turned off the check engine light the night we sold the car. Buyer Beware!

$700 for 75k mile maintenance...looking over the pages of things they said were done, I can't see how they could charge $441 for labor when they had the car less than 3 hours. $40 for "Shop supplies and Environmental Fee"... seriously - they recycle the oil and it would take a lot to use $40 of paper towel. If you go there best wear hip waders and bring a sack of gold coin. I will not be going back.

Took the car there because it has been burning oil. Bought it brand new from them. Then when we get the car back and the windshield was cracked. Dishonest finance manager (Jeremy). He made it a point not to accommodate me in his office, along with my parents, even though the sales lady did. Little did I know it was so he could take advantage of my parents who are older. After I looked over the tons of paperwork I noticed he did not give them the interest rate or payment amount we discussed previously. My parents had to go back and sign more paperwork to cancel the incorrect financing as they did not want to do business with this company any longer and obtained financing elsewhere, at a better rate. They were also unable to take the car home the same day as there was a nail in one of the tires and the car was filthy. They obviously do not inspect or clean the cars before putting them on the lot. Would not recommend this company at all.

While there were several 5-star experiences during the shopping for my 2019 XC90, there were also negatives particularly with the pick-up of my selected vehicle. I felt that once I had signed the contract for the XC90, my sales rep was too busy to acquaint me with the features of the new vehicle (I traded in a 2015.5 XC60). Critically, the sales team was aware that I would be taking the new XC90 on a long road trip starting 1-2 days after the scheduled pick-up (they brought the XC90 in from another dealership). To my dismay, after getting the car home (45 minute drive) on Thursday evening, I discovered the voice command did not work. Crown Volvo also was not able to solve the problem by Saturday morning, when I brought the car in...said the software was current and no codes showed on the diagnostic check. Yet there is no voice command. When I purchased my previous XC60 at the Greenville, SC Volvo dealership, my salesperson helped set up the options and trained me thoroughly on it's features. At Crown, I was instructed to go home and do it myself and it would take about 45 minutes. Had the features been set up in Greensboro, it would have been evident that there was a glitch with the car and they could have tried to fix it before I needed to leave on my road trip. As it was, I wasted many hours trying to get the non-functioning system working since it was all new to me. Now, I will be making a special trip to Albuquerque (3-hour drive from where I am staying) and paying for overnight accommodations in order to try to get the car repaired. So, overall I am not pleased with my purchase experience at Crown Volvo in Greensboro, and I doubt I would purchase another vehicle through them...instead I'll return to Greenville, SC where I can expect a better customer experience.

Previously always had good experiences. Recently had the car dropped off for service by my wife’s mother. Service tech said she would be in touch with me prior to doing anything. They then decided to perform “diagnostic” serviceS on everything they spoke with her about. Prior to any communication from the dealership I was in for $500 worth of individual “diagnostic” fees. ((Not one fee, but 5-6 of them) My favorite being the .5 hour diagnostic fee to tell me that the passenger door lock has quit working. $1500 later I had new brakes on the front and back tires. How that breaks down between actual work and “diagnostic” fees I still can’t tell you. I text dealership service to express my displeasure, but they didn’t seem to care much. Disappointing as this use to be our go to for Volvo Service. Asked if the “individual diagnostic fees” were new, but never did get a response.

I have had my Volvo serviced at Crown Volvo a few times now. Each time, the service I received surpassed my expectations! I have a Volvo dealership about 10 minutes away from my home and I recently discovered that I would rather drive 30 minutes to Greensboro to have my vehicle serviced at Crown Volvo. I called the Volvo dealership near me (10 minutes away from my home) to get a quote on some work that they provided me with a quote for during my last oil change and the quote was $300 more than what they quoted in person. When I questioned the service advisor about the price difference, he provided me with an incorrect explanation. I also asked that service advisor to send my the quote via email and he failed to do so. I immediately called Crown Volvo shortly after my phone interaction with the other dealership and spoke with service advisor Chrissy Cashwell. She was able to provided with correct information and an appropriate explanation of prices. As a person who has owned three Volvo's, I am fairly particular about where I go for service and I always appreciate when the service advisor can provide Volvo specific advise and tips. If you want a service advisor that knows her Volvo's, Chrissy is the absolute best! She made my service trip seamless and provided me with email updates on my vehicle. Prior to this most recent service trip, Chrissy has also provided me with several quotes for Volvo accessories for my vehicle. She is so receptive to client needs. Today, I received a follow-up call from the dealership to ensure that my service experience went well. I am thoroughly impressed. Thank you to Chrissy and the rest of the Crown Volvo staff for doing an amazing job and providing a quality service experience! I will be returning for service in the future.

They gave deeper discounts than dealers in the Raleigh area and were generally easy to work with. I was informed that vehicle is a excellent condition I was even quoted a price which was lower than the advertised price on the net. Next day I went to the dealership. BEWARE!! Worst Experience ever! I would never recommend anyone here.. Wish I can avoid giving any star.. Today In the morning I received confirmation and a quote from one agent Rolando Castaneda for XC 60. Later In the day, when I asked for a confirmation mail or locking down the rate, then all of sudden Mr Frankie Gammon (sales manager) and Jim Antonopoulos(consultant) sent me a bumped up quote (much above other agents rate in their office) and kept insisting on the wrong quote... Nobody is in sync in this office.. not sure if folks understand customers feeling n expectations and play around with wrong numbers. I was excited to inform my wife abt the deal but then the other rep totally disappointed us with bumped up quotes. Frankie’s replies to me were so “Unapologetic” with no courtesy to inform me or justify. Totally horrendous..!! Glad I didn’t drive 2hrs all the way to pick up their car. If the dealership is like this in sales experience then not sure what might happen during the servicing experience. They might just screw me afterwards! usually I never report against anyone but somehow I couldn’t stop myself this time. I know I can get many dealers who can do less even but somehow this time wastage and false expectation hurts. Totally unprofessional!! Would never come to your dealership again!

I bought a used car for my daughter this weekend and have to say after talking to several other dealers that Crown Volvo is truly a step above. Our salesman, Garrett, was very knowledgeable and helpful. After test driving the car, the general manager, Ricky, introduced himself and went over all of the items they had serviced on the car before putting it on their lot. After a very cordial negotiation process, the finance manager, Mike, went over all of the paperwork in a very efficient manner and made the process very easy. A couple of days after the sale, Garrett called to make sure everything was going well with the car. After looking at several other cars at other dealerships, I can honestly recommend Crown Volvo as their car was properly serviced and cleaned before it was put on the lot and their whole sales staff was extremely professional and knowledgeable.

I have no problem with the maintenance that was done, but they did a terrible job on detailing and applying the First Place finish. I have contacted the dealership about getting the detailing done correctly but did not receive a callback.

Fabulous experience! We visited a different Volvo dealership to look at used cars and we were so underwhelmed with the service. We previously owned a Volvo and liked it a lot so we took a chance and visited Crown Volvo. To say that we are thrilled with the service would be a total understatement. We felt like true VIPs and we were attended to by what seemed like the entire staff including Andrew, Desi, Antonyo, and Rolando. We visited the dealership to primarily look at used vehicles but we were able to walk away in a brand new XC60 for a very similar monthly payment! We were given an excellent offer on our trade which was far above what other dealerships offered. I never thought I would buy a new car but the deal made too much sense to walk away. We never once felt pressured. Andrew simply asked what our goals were and provided us with a variety of options on various new models and financing options offered. Once we narrowed down what was in our ballpark, Antonyo found the perfect fit for us with the help of his other teammates. We highly recommend this dealership! If you have an open mind like we did, you may just walk away with a newer car than you thought possible!

My first experience with Crown Volvo's Service Dept was excellent, starting with my first phone call. The Service Advisor, Matt, has been more helpful than I could have hoped and very professional and courteous. Most dealerships do great work but this place has done all the little things right, too, which made it as painless and quick and easy as possible. And everyone I have spoken with has treated me as if I matter. I have been to another Volvo dealership for service and I will be using Crown from now on.
