Phenomenal service! I came in looking for a vehicle for my daughter. I'd had several prior phone conversations with Donnie and he took the time to listen to what it was that I was looking for and invited me to come by at my leisure to see the inventory. Once we arrived at the dealership I was very impressed with the selection of vehicles. Donnie and Sean we're very patient as my teenage daughter changed her mind several times. Finally after selecting a really nice small SUV they worked with me to get the financing completed. I couldn't have had a better buying experience and my daughter is very happy.

Run down. Went to 5 car lots was either turned down or told I had to put way to much down. Came into auto America after stopping by earlier to see what they had. Cliff was easy to work with and talk to. Went over my hurdles with him and my budget. He walked me through how they can help me and all but promised I could drive away with the car of my choice in my budget. Even after having Cliff pull multiple cars to test drive he continued to smile and be happy to help me find just the right fit for me. Landed on a 2013 cruze that fit my budget perfect. Fairly low miles 72k which was one of my must to be under 80k miles. I was told a down payment up front that is the down payment I gave. Was told a price up front, that was the price on the final papers. They were honest and seemed to truly stand by their word. Whole process took maybe 1 and a half hours. Was a great choice to stop at auto America today and get my car. Will def recommend auto America and the whole staff to anyone in search of a fair car buying experience. I find it funny that on each car you'll find a paper on front windshield. AS IS/ NO WARRANTY. People should know it isn't uncommon to have some issues with used cars at some point. Was told I could drive the car to the shop of my choice to be looked over. No need, my driving, and feeling, and listening was enough to give me piece of mind. Some reviews on here claiming auto america are crooks because they have had an issue and the problem wasn't fixed for free. Read again i didnt see on one car them offering a WARRANTY. In fact they said in plain English AS IS/NO WARRANTY. Very common practice on used cars. Cliff and the team were frank and honest. They listened and gave feed back on issues I had with a car I drove "note I did not buy said car". They my not have agreed with my option but they respected it and happily moved along to my next choice. All in all great staff honest place to buy.

Worst Car Buying Experience Ever !!!!!! On Aug 5th , I went to Auto America In Monroe , and I met the most unprofessional experience . I bought a Chrysler 200 , the car looked fine from the outside , but all H*+# broke loose when I drove the car off the lot . It's numerous things wrong with the car.... The car looses power ... Windshield wiper fluid pump doesn't work ... Brakes makes noise ... Transmission needs a look ... I took the car to the dealership days after I purchased it , and was questioned as if I didn't know what I was talking about . But Wait ! The dealership wanted to raise the PRICE of the down payment because of my age ?? Just to be clear , I didn't know age played a factor .... I'm 19 years old , and I already had a 2013 Hyundai Sonata , and when I was gathering to leave they then said they can do the down payment as listed on the car . To top things off , I even offered to pay for some of the parts to have the car functioning fully , but now I'm a little concerned if they will even fix the car properly . As I informed Shaun ( I'm Guessing the Finance Manager ) making the payment isn't an issue , it's just the principle of good business . Granted it's a small dealership , it's bad communication . Terrible service PS , maybe I should've left the car on the lot when I test drove the car and it was on EMPTY , and they gave me a $5.00 gift card to QT . Just be careful when looking at small dealerships , my experience might not be the same for others , but they do have cheap cars . Regret the service , not the car .

My husband purchased a car here in last June, the guy he purchased it from was great and very helpful. My husbands truck had finally had it and we had to find something fast. He drove off the lot that day in a Chevy Tahoe. About a month later in broke down on highway 74 and we had to have it towed. About a month went by after making $400+ in repairs and then the AC stopped working. (No Biggie), about a month later the windows stopped rolling down, and then eventually it wouldn't reverse. We were paying $400 a month for this vehicle, (not including the insurance.) We called and they said bring it up here and well either let you trade it or well look into fixing it. Well when we brought it up they took a glance inside, (YES JUST AT THE INTERIOR THAT WAS IT) and said there was nothing they could do. My husband went that day and purchased a car from carmax with $0 down and $200 cheaper a month. After realizing we weren't making payment then the owner called wanting to bring it up there so they could look at. I was considering selling my car and purchasing something, after they realized that we purchased a new one they came and towed it. I would never recommend this place to anyone.

I purchased an Acura TL from Auto America on Highway 74 in Monroe. In my opinion, They made it very easy to purchase but once they had down payment and picked up vehicle the In dash screen did not work as well as the display screen above it and when I asked my salesman to get it fixed he was very short and they simply refused because they already had what they needed from me. After a few months my radiator, motor mounts, and rotors needed to be replaced. No help in fixing these things either when I expected it, seeing as just bought this car from them and Would think they would fix problems such as that before they would sell an undependable car to a person with a child. After I paid out of pocket for these expenses, 4/5 months later my TRANSMISSION goes out and they want me to bring it the there mechanic shop on site to fix. Against my better judgement I do, and 2 MONTHS later I get it back and it breaks down 3 different times in middle of a work day leaving me stuck. All they said is sorry and they would fix it, I took it back for the third time and got it back running finally more than a day and took it to another credible shop down the road and they said my transmission was leaking transmission fluid because my seals were not done properly!!!! Not to mention the whole time they had my car attempting to fix my transmission I had to pay for my own rental car which cost $1500 and they offered no help to pay since it was their faulty car/terrible service that caused me to acquire this bill in the first place !!! In short I will never purchase another car, take my car there to be serviced, or recommend anyone else do so! STAY AWAY!!!!

I just have to say Lenny was AMAZING!! My husband & I drove from Camden to Monroe on Valentine's Day to do car shopping and were assisted immediately upon arrival. We were treated kindly & were NOT pushed around. After being pushed around by so many other car dealers, this experience was a vacation! Though we did not get the vehicle that day, we stayed in contact with Lenny and purchased the vehicle by the end of the week. The office staff was very accommodating & worked with us over the phone, by email & they personally handled our car tags (driving from Monroe across the boarder to SC). We have been SUPER HAPPY with our RAV4 and cannot say more good things about Auto America - they were AWESOME!!!! OH, and the Owner was super nice too!! Everyone was NICE :)

They did a crooked inspection without my consent and wants me to pay for it. That's just the small stufff. I have another friend who will be sharing her story along with mine. I was excited about getting a car from them and was all set to get it then the day i have everything together I email the sales man and then i am told even though it states 695.00 down and I tell him that I have 850.00 to put down he then tells me that because i have only been on my job for a year that it is not enough but nothing was said to this point. so I sent him three emails asking how much of a down payment I need i have yet to get a answer from him about that the only thing i get is i have sold cars for 18 years. do not go here seam all nice at first then it is the old bait and switch and will not give you a straight answer.

This is the second vehicle that I have purchased from Auto America. Both experiences were smooth transitions. The staff was very pleasant and helpful. Lenny was AWSOME as usual in regards to finding me exactly what I wanted in my price range and Sean slid right on in and "went to work" (in my Kool Moe Dee voice) by getting me approved in no time and sealed the deal with monthly payments that I could afford and still live comfortably. Sean is simply AMAZING. I must also mention that none of this would be possible if it was not for Heather, who is the backbone of this dealership. She keeps this establishment afloat. No one referred me to this place. I simply did a google search on the car that I wanted and they popped up. I must say, they are a blessing to me and I am happy that they did. I was searching for a car all day. Had been to four other dealers prior to walking around the lot at auto America after a nearby dealer jerked me around for about 45 minutes trying to squeeze more money out of me. I was waiting for my daughter to come pick me up since I still had no car and decided I would go in and talk to the guys at auto America. When I walked in Clifton greeted me. I explained my fairly complicated situation (cash employment and what not) and Clifton explained my options very plainly and accurately and brought Sean into the conversation to verify our conversation. And I was riding away in my new Jeep. Nothing changed half way through the deal, down payments didn’t magically jump higher and the paperwork I signed said the same thing they told me at the start. It was the easiest and least stressful purchase I have made from a dealer. Clifton and Sean were both great. Very friendly and honest. I will definitely be sending everyone I know to see these two guys. Thanks
